6:111
۞وَلَوۡ
walaw
And (even) if
أَنَّنَا
annana
[that] We (had)
نَزَّلۡنَآ
nazzalna
[We] sent down
إِلَيۡهِمُ
ilayhimu
to them
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
al-malaikata
the Angels
وَكَلَّمَهُمُ
wakallamahumu
and spoken to them
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ
al-mawta
the dead
وَحَشَرۡنَا
wahasharna
and We gathered
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
alayhim
before them
كُلَّ
kulla
every
شَيۡءٖ
shayin
thing
قُبُلٗا
qubulan
face to face
مَّا
ma
not
كَانُواْ
kanu
they were
لِيُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ
liyu'minu
to believe
إِلَّآ
illa
unless
أَن
an
[that]
يَشَآءَ
yashaa
wills
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
وَلَٰكِنَّ
walakinna
But
أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ
aktharahum
most of them
يَجۡهَلُونَ
yajhaluna
(are) ignorant
١١١
6:112
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
wakadhalika
And thus
جَعَلۡنَا
ja'alna
We made
لِكُلِّ
likulli
for every
نَبِيٍّ
nabiyyin
Prophet
عَدُوّٗا
aduwwan
an enemy
شَيَٰطِينَ
shayatina
devils
ٱلۡإِنسِ
al-insi
(from) the mankind
وَٱلۡجِنِّ
wal-jini
and the jinn
يُوحِي
yuhi
inspiring
بَعۡضُهُمۡ
ba'duhum
some of them
إِلَىٰ
ila
to
بَعۡضٖ
ba'din
others
زُخۡرُفَ
zukh'rufa
(with) decorative
ٱلۡقَوۡلِ
al-qawli
[the] speech
غُرُورٗاۚ
ghururan
(in) deception
وَلَوۡ
walaw
But if
شَآءَ
shaa
(had) willed
رَبُّكَ
rabbuka
your Lord
مَا
ma
not
فَعَلُوهُۖ
fa'aluhu
they (would) have done it
فَذَرۡهُمۡ
fadharhum
so leave them
وَمَا
wama
and what
يَفۡتَرُونَ
yaftaruna
they invent
١١٢
6:113
وَلِتَصۡغَىٰٓ
walitasgha
And so that incline
إِلَيۡهِ
ilayhi
to it
أَفۡـِٔدَةُ
afidatu
hearts
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
(of) those who
لَا
la
(do) not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yu'minuna
believe
بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
bil-akhirati
in the Hereafter
وَلِيَرۡضَوۡهُ
waliyardawhu
and so that they may be pleased with it
وَلِيَقۡتَرِفُواْ
waliyaqtarifu
and so that they may commit
مَا
ma
what
هُم
hum
they
مُّقۡتَرِفُونَ
muq'tarifuna
(are) committing
١١٣
6:114
أَفَغَيۡرَ
afaghayra
Then is (it) other than
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
أَبۡتَغِي
abtaghi
I seek
حَكَمٗا
hakaman
(as) judge
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
while He
ٱلَّذِيٓ
alladhi
(is) the One Who
أَنزَلَ
anzala
has revealed
إِلَيۡكُمُ
ilaykumu
to you
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
al-kitaba
the Book
مُفَصَّلٗاۚ
mufassalan
explained in detail
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
And those (to) whom
ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ
ataynahumu
We gave them
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
al-kitaba
the Book
يَعۡلَمُونَ
ya'lamuna
they know
أَنَّهُۥ
annahu
that it
مُنَزَّلٞ
munazzalun
(is) sent down
مِّن
min
from
رَّبِّكَ
rabbika
your Lord
بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ
bil-haqi
in truth
فَلَا
fala
so (do) not
تَكُونَنَّ
takunanna
be
مِنَ
mina
among
ٱلۡمُمۡتَرِينَ
al-mum'tarina
the ones who doubt
١١٤
6:115
وَتَمَّتۡ
watammat
And (has been) fulfilled
كَلِمَتُ
kalimatu
(the) word
رَبِّكَ
rabbika
(of) your Lord
صِدۡقٗا
sid'qan
(in) truth
وَعَدۡلٗاۚ
wa'adlan
and justice
لَّا
la
No
مُبَدِّلَ
mubaddila
one can change
لِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦۚ
likalimatihi
His words
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
and He
ٱلسَّمِيعُ
al-sami'u
(is) the All-Hearer
ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
al-'alimu
the All-Knower
١١٥
6:116
وَإِن
wa-in
And if
تُطِعۡ
tuti'
you obey
أَكۡثَرَ
akthara
most
مَن
man
of
فِي
fi
(those) in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the earth
يُضِلُّوكَ
yudilluka
they will mislead you
عَن
an
from
سَبِيلِ
sabili
(the) way
ٱللَّهِۚ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
إِن
in
Not
يَتَّبِعُونَ
yattabi'una
they follow
إِلَّا
illa
except
ٱلظَّنَّ
al-zana
[the] assumption
وَإِنۡ
wa-in
and not
هُمۡ
hum
they (do)
إِلَّا
illa
except
يَخۡرُصُونَ
yakhrusuna
guess
١١٦
6:117
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
your Lord
هُوَ
huwa
He
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
knows best
مَن
man
who
يَضِلُّ
yadillu
strays
عَن
an
from
سَبِيلِهِۦۖ
sabilihi
His way
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
and He
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
(is) most knowing
بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ
bil-muh'tadina
of the guided-ones
١١٧
6:118
فَكُلُواْ
fakulu
So eat
مِمَّا
mimma
of what
ذُكِرَ
dhukira
(is) mentioned
ٱسۡمُ
us'mu
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهِ
alayhi
on it
إِن
in
if
كُنتُم
kuntum
you are
بِـَٔايَٰتِهِۦ
biayatihi
in His Verses
مُؤۡمِنِينَ
mu'minina
believers
١١٨

6:119
وَمَا
wama
And what
لَكُمۡ
lakum
for you
أَلَّا
alla
that not
تَأۡكُلُواْ
takulu
you eat
مِمَّا
mimma
of what
ذُكِرَ
dhukira
has been mentioned
ٱسۡمُ
us'mu
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهِ
alayhi
on it
وَقَدۡ
waqad
when indeed
فَصَّلَ
fassala
He (has) explained in detail
لَكُم
lakum
to you
مَّا
ma
what
حَرَّمَ
harrama
He (has) forbidden
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
to you
إِلَّا
illa
except
مَا
ma
what
ٱضۡطُرِرۡتُمۡ
ud'turir'tum
you are compelled
إِلَيۡهِۗ
ilayhi
to it
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
كَثِيرٗا
kathiran
many
لَّيُضِلُّونَ
layudilluna
surely lead astray
بِأَهۡوَآئِهِم
bi-ahwaihim
by their (vain) desires
بِغَيۡرِ
bighayri
without
عِلۡمٍۚ
il'min
knowledge
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
your Lord
هُوَ
huwa
He
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
(is) most knowing
بِٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ
bil-mu'tadina
of the transgressors
١١٩
6:120
وَذَرُواْ
wadharu
Forsake
ظَٰهِرَ
zahira
open
ٱلۡإِثۡمِ
al-ith'mi
[the] sins
وَبَاطِنَهُۥٓۚ
wabatinahu
and the secret
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
يَكۡسِبُونَ
yaksibuna
earn
ٱلۡإِثۡمَ
al-ith'ma
[the] sin
سَيُجۡزَوۡنَ
sayuj'zawna
they will be recompensed
بِمَا
bima
for what
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used to
يَقۡتَرِفُونَ
yaqtarifuna
commit
١٢٠
6:121
وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تَأۡكُلُواْ
takulu
eat
مِمَّا
mimma
of that
لَمۡ
lam
not
يُذۡكَرِ
yudh'kari
has been mentioned
ٱسۡمُ
us'mu
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهِ
alayhi
on it
وَإِنَّهُۥ
wa-innahu
and indeed it (is)
لَفِسۡقٞۗ
lafis'qun
grave disobedience
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ
al-shayatina
the devils
لَيُوحُونَ
layuhuna
inspire
إِلَىٰٓ
ila
to
أَوۡلِيَآئِهِمۡ
awliyaihim
their friends
لِيُجَٰدِلُوكُمۡۖ
liyujadilukum
so that they dispute with you
وَإِنۡ
wa-in
and if
أَطَعۡتُمُوهُمۡ
ata'tumuhum
you obey them
إِنَّكُمۡ
innakum
indeed you
لَمُشۡرِكُونَ
lamush'rikuna
(would) be the polytheists
١٢١
6:122
أَوَمَن
awaman
Is (one) who
كَانَ
kana
was
مَيۡتٗا
maytan
dead
فَأَحۡيَيۡنَٰهُ
fa-ahyaynahu
and We gave him life
وَجَعَلۡنَا
waja'alna
and We made
لَهُۥ
lahu
for him
نُورٗا
nuran
light
يَمۡشِي
yamshi
he walks
بِهِۦ
bihi
whereby
فِي
fi
among
ٱلنَّاسِ
al-nasi
the people
كَمَن
kaman
like (one) who
مَّثَلُهُۥ
mathaluhu
[similar to him]
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ
al-zulumati
the darknesses
لَيۡسَ
laysa
not
بِخَارِجٖ
bikharijin
he comes out
مِّنۡهَاۚ
min'ha
of it
كَذَٰلِكَ
kadhalika
Thus
زُيِّنَ
zuyyina
is made fair-seeming
لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
lil'kafirina
to the disbelievers
مَا
ma
what
كَانُواْ
kanu
they were
يَعۡمَلُونَ
ya'maluna
doing
١٢٢
6:123
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
wakadhalika
And thus
جَعَلۡنَا
ja'alna
We placed
فِي
fi
in
كُلِّ
kulli
every
قَرۡيَةٍ
qaryatin
city
أَكَٰبِرَ
akabira
greatest
مُجۡرِمِيهَا
muj'rimiha
(of) its criminals
لِيَمۡكُرُواْ
liyamkuru
so that they plot
فِيهَاۖ
fiha
therein
وَمَا
wama
And not
يَمۡكُرُونَ
yamkuruna
they plot
إِلَّا
illa
except
بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ
bi-anfusihim
against themselves
وَمَا
wama
and not
يَشۡعُرُونَ
yash'uruna
they perceive
١٢٣
6:124
وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
جَآءَتۡهُمۡ
jaathum
comes to them
ءَايَةٞ
ayatun
a Sign
قَالُواْ
qalu
they say
لَن
lan
Never
نُّؤۡمِنَ
nu'mina
we will believe
حَتَّىٰ
hatta
until
نُؤۡتَىٰ
nu'ta
we are given
مِثۡلَ
mith'la
like
مَآ
ma
what
أُوتِيَ
utiya
was given
رُسُلُ
rusulu
(to the) Messengers
ٱللَّهِۘ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
knows best
حَيۡثُ
haythu
where
يَجۡعَلُ
yaj'alu
He places
رِسَالَتَهُۥۗ
risalatahu
His Message
سَيُصِيبُ
sayusibu
Will afflict
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
أَجۡرَمُواْ
ajramu
committed crimes
صَغَارٌ
sagharun
a humiliation
عِندَ
inda
from
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
وَعَذَابٞ
wa'adhabun
and a punishment
شَدِيدُۢ
shadidun
severe
بِمَا
bima
for what
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used to
يَمۡكُرُونَ
yamkuruna
plot
١٢٤

6:125
فَمَن
faman
So whoever
يُرِدِ
yuridi
wants
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
أَن
an
that
يَهۡدِيَهُۥ
yahdiyahu
He guides him
يَشۡرَحۡ
yashrah
He expands
صَدۡرَهُۥ
sadrahu
his breast
لِلۡإِسۡلَٰمِۖ
lil'is'lami
to Islam
وَمَن
waman
and whoever
يُرِدۡ
yurid
He wants
أَن
an
that
يُضِلَّهُۥ
yudillahu
He lets him go astray
يَجۡعَلۡ
yaj'al
He makes
صَدۡرَهُۥ
sadrahu
his breast
ضَيِّقًا
dayyiqan
tight
حَرَجٗا
harajan
and constricted
كَأَنَّمَا
ka-annama
as though
يَصَّعَّدُ
yassa'adu
he (were) climbing
فِي
fi
into
ٱلسَّمَآءِۚ
al-samai
the sky
كَذَٰلِكَ
kadhalika
Thus
يَجۡعَلُ
yaj'alu
places
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
ٱلرِّجۡسَ
al-rij'sa
the filth
عَلَى
ala
on
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
لَا
la
(do) not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yu'minuna
believe
١٢٥
6:126
وَهَٰذَا
wahadha
And this
صِرَٰطُ
siratu
(is the) way
رَبِّكَ
rabbika
(of) your Lord
مُسۡتَقِيمٗاۗ
mus'taqiman
straight
قَدۡ
qad
Certainly
فَصَّلۡنَا
fassalna
We have detailed
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
al-ayati
the Verses
لِقَوۡمٖ
liqawmin
for a people
يَذَّكَّرُونَ
yadhakkaruna
who take heed
١٢٦
6:127
۞لَهُمۡ
lahum
For them
دَارُ
daru
(will be) home
ٱلسَّلَٰمِ
al-salami
(of) [the] peace
عِندَ
inda
with
رَبِّهِمۡۖ
rabbihim
their Lord
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
And He
وَلِيُّهُم
waliyyuhum
(will be) their protecting friend
بِمَا
bima
because
كَانُواْ
kanu
(of what) they used to
يَعۡمَلُونَ
ya'maluna
do
١٢٧
6:128
وَيَوۡمَ
wayawma
And (the) Day
يَحۡشُرُهُمۡ
yahshuruhum
He will gather them
جَمِيعٗا
jami'an
all
يَٰمَعۡشَرَ
yama'shara
(and will say) O assembly
ٱلۡجِنِّ
al-jini
(of) [the] jinn
قَدِ
qadi
Certainly
ٱسۡتَكۡثَرۡتُم
is'takthartum
you have (misled) many
مِّنَ
mina
of
ٱلۡإِنسِۖ
al-insi
the mankind
وَقَالَ
waqala
And will say
أَوۡلِيَآؤُهُم
awliyauhum
their friends
مِّنَ
mina
among
ٱلۡإِنسِ
al-insi
the men
رَبَّنَا
rabbana
Our Lord
ٱسۡتَمۡتَعَ
is'tamta'a
profited
بَعۡضُنَا
ba'duna
some of us
بِبَعۡضٖ
biba'din
by others
وَبَلَغۡنَآ
wabalaghna
and we have reached
أَجَلَنَا
ajalana
our term
ٱلَّذِيٓ
alladhi
which
أَجَّلۡتَ
ajjalta
You appointed
لَنَاۚ
lana
for us
قَالَ
qala
He will say
ٱلنَّارُ
al-naru
The Fire
مَثۡوَىٰكُمۡ
mathwakum
(is) your abode
خَٰلِدِينَ
khalidina
will abide forever
فِيهَآ
fiha
in it
إِلَّا
illa
except
مَا
ma
(for) what
شَآءَ
shaa
wills
ٱللَّهُۚ
al-lahu
Allah
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
your Lord
حَكِيمٌ
hakimun
(is) All-Wise
عَلِيمٞ
alimun
All-Knowing
١٢٨
6:129
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
wakadhalika
And thus
نُوَلِّي
nuwalli
We make friends
بَعۡضَ
ba'da
some (of)
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
al-zalimina
the wrongdoers
بَعۡضَۢا
ba'dan
(to) others
بِمَا
bima
for what
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used to
يَكۡسِبُونَ
yaksibuna
earn
١٢٩
6:130
يَٰمَعۡشَرَ
yama'shara
O assembly
ٱلۡجِنِّ
al-jini
(of) [the] jinn
وَٱلۡإِنسِ
wal-insi
and [the] men
أَلَمۡ
alam
Did (there) not
يَأۡتِكُمۡ
yatikum
come to you
رُسُلٞ
rusulun
Messengers
مِّنكُمۡ
minkum
from (among) you
يَقُصُّونَ
yaqussuna
relating
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
to you
ءَايَٰتِي
ayati
My Verses
وَيُنذِرُونَكُمۡ
wayundhirunakum
and warning you
لِقَآءَ
liqaa
(of the) meeting
يَوۡمِكُمۡ
yawmikum
(of) your day
هَٰذَاۚ
hadha
this
قَالُواْ
qalu
They will say
شَهِدۡنَا
shahid'na
We bear witness
عَلَىٰٓ
ala
against
أَنفُسِنَاۖ
anfusina
ourselves
وَغَرَّتۡهُمُ
wagharrathumu
And deluded them
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ
al-hayatu
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
al-dun'ya
(of) the world
وَشَهِدُواْ
washahidu
and they will bear witness
عَلَىٰٓ
ala
against
أَنفُسِهِمۡ
anfusihim
themselves
أَنَّهُمۡ
annahum
that they
كَانُواْ
kanu
were
كَٰفِرِينَ
kafirina
disbelievers
١٣٠
6:131
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That (is because)
أَن
an
[that]
لَّمۡ
lam
not
يَكُن
yakun
is
رَّبُّكَ
rabbuka
your Lord
مُهۡلِكَ
muh'lika
one who destroys
ٱلۡقُرَىٰ
al-qura
the cities
بِظُلۡمٖ
bizul'min
for (their) wrongdoing
وَأَهۡلُهَا
wa-ahluha
while their people
غَٰفِلُونَ
ghafiluna
(are) unaware
١٣١

6:132
وَلِكُلّٖ
walikullin
And for all
دَرَجَٰتٞ
darajatun
(will be) degrees
مِّمَّا
mimma
for what
عَمِلُواْۚ
amilu
they did
وَمَا
wama
And not
رَبُّكَ
rabbuka
(is) your Lord
بِغَٰفِلٍ
bighafilin
unaware
عَمَّا
amma
about what
يَعۡمَلُونَ
ya'maluna
they do
١٣٢
6:133
وَرَبُّكَ
warabbuka
And your Lord
ٱلۡغَنِيُّ
al-ghaniyu
(is) the Self-Sufficient
ذُو
dhu
(the) Possessor
ٱلرَّحۡمَةِۚ
al-rahmati
(of) mercy
إِن
in
If
يَشَأۡ
yasha
He wills
يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ
yudh'hib'kum
He can take you away
وَيَسۡتَخۡلِفۡ
wayastakhlif
and grant succession
مِنۢ
min
from
بَعۡدِكُم
ba'dikum
after you
مَّا
ma
(to) whom
يَشَآءُ
yashau
He wills
كَمَآ
kama
as
أَنشَأَكُم
ansha-akum
He raised you
مِّن
min
from
ذُرِّيَّةِ
dhurriyyati
the descendants
قَوۡمٍ
qawmin
(of) people
ءَاخَرِينَ
akharina
other
١٣٣
6:134
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
مَا
ma
what
تُوعَدُونَ
tu'aduna
you are promised
لَأٓتٖۖ
laatin
(is) sure to come
وَمَآ
wama
And not
أَنتُم
antum
(can) you
بِمُعۡجِزِينَ
bimu'jizina
escape (it)
١٣٤
6:135
قُلۡ
qul
Say
يَٰقَوۡمِ
yaqawmi
O my people
ٱعۡمَلُواْ
i'malu
Work
عَلَىٰ
ala
on
مَكَانَتِكُمۡ
makanatikum
your position
إِنِّي
inni
Indeed I am
عَامِلٞۖ
amilun
a worker
فَسَوۡفَ
fasawfa
And soon
تَعۡلَمُونَ
ta'lamuna
you will know
مَن
man
who
تَكُونُ
takunu
will have
لَهُۥ
lahu
for himself
عَٰقِبَةُ
aqibatu
(in) the end
ٱلدَّارِۚ
al-dari
(a good) home
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed [he]
لَا
la
(will) not
يُفۡلِحُ
yuf'lihu
succeed
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
al-zalimuna
the wrongdoers
١٣٥
6:136
وَجَعَلُواْ
waja'alu
And they assign
لِلَّهِ
lillahi
to Allah
مِمَّا
mimma
out of what
ذَرَأَ
dhara-a
He produced
مِنَ
mina
of
ٱلۡحَرۡثِ
al-harthi
the crops
وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ
wal-an'ami
and the cattle
نَصِيبٗا
nasiban
a share
فَقَالُواْ
faqalu
and they say
هَٰذَا
hadha
This
لِلَّهِ
lillahi
(is) for Allah
بِزَعۡمِهِمۡ
biza'mihim
by their claim
وَهَٰذَا
wahadha
And this
لِشُرَكَآئِنَاۖ
lishurakaina
(is) for our partners
فَمَا
fama
But what
كَانَ
kana
is
لِشُرَكَآئِهِمۡ
lishurakaihim
for their partners
فَلَا
fala
(does) not
يَصِلُ
yasilu
reach
إِلَى
ila
[to]
ٱللَّهِۖ
al-lahi
Allah
وَمَا
wama
while what
كَانَ
kana
is
لِلَّهِ
lillahi
for Allah
فَهُوَ
fahuwa
then it
يَصِلُ
yasilu
reaches
إِلَىٰ
ila
[to]
شُرَكَآئِهِمۡۗ
shurakaihim
their partners
سَآءَ
saa
Evil
مَا
ma
(is) what
يَحۡكُمُونَ
yahkumuna
they judge
١٣٦
6:137
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
wakadhalika
And likewise
زَيَّنَ
zayyana
made pleasing
لِكَثِيرٖ
likathirin
to many
مِّنَ
mina
of
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
al-mush'rikina
the polytheists
قَتۡلَ
qatla
(the) killing
أَوۡلَٰدِهِمۡ
awladihim
(of) their children
شُرَكَآؤُهُمۡ
shurakauhum
their partners
لِيُرۡدُوهُمۡ
liyur'duhum
so that they may ruin them
وَلِيَلۡبِسُواْ
waliyalbisu
and that they make confusing
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
alayhim
to them
دِينَهُمۡۖ
dinahum
their religion

and what
يَفۡتَرُونَ
yaftaruna
they invent

وَقَالُواْ
waqalu
And they say
هَٰذِهِۦٓ
hadhihi
These
أَنۡعَٰمٞ
an'amun
(are) cattle
وَحَرۡثٌ
waharthun
and crops
حِجۡرٞ
hij'run
forbidden
لَّا
la
no (one)
يَطۡعَمُهَآ
yat'amuha
can eat them
إِلَّا
illa
except
مَن
man
whom
نَّشَآءُ
nashau
we will
بِزَعۡمِهِمۡ
biza'mihim
by their claim
وَأَنۡعَٰمٌ
wa-an'amun
And cattle
حُرِّمَتۡ
hurrimat
forbidden
ظُهُورُهَا
zuhuruha
(are) their backs
وَأَنۡعَٰمٞ
wa-an'amun
and cattle
لَّا
la
not
يَذۡكُرُونَ
yadhkuruna
they mention
ٱسۡمَ
is'ma
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهَا
alayha
on it
ٱفۡتِرَآءً
if'tiraan
(as) an invention
عَلَيۡهِۚ
alayhi
against Him
سَيَجۡزِيهِم
sayajzihim
He will recompense them
بِمَا
bima
for what
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used to
يَفۡتَرُونَ
yaftaruna
invent
١٣٨
6:139
وَقَالُواْ
waqalu
And they say
مَا
ma
What
فِي
fi
(is) in
بُطُونِ
butuni
(the) wombs
هَٰذِهِ
hadhihi
(of) these
ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ
al-an'ami
cattle
خَالِصَةٞ
khalisatun
(is) exclusively
لِّذُكُورِنَا
lidhukurina
for our males
وَمُحَرَّمٌ
wamuharramun
and forbidden
عَلَىٰٓ
ala
on
أَزۡوَٰجِنَاۖ
azwajina
our spouses
وَإِن
wa-in
But if
يَكُن
yakun
is
مَّيۡتَةٗ
maytatan
(born) dead
فَهُمۡ
fahum
then they (all)
فِيهِ
fihi
in it
شُرَكَآءُۚ
shurakau
(are) partners
سَيَجۡزِيهِمۡ
sayajzihim
He will recompense them
وَصۡفَهُمۡۚ
wasfahum
(for) their attribution
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed He
حَكِيمٌ
hakimun
(is) All-Wise
عَلِيمٞ
alimun
All-Knowing
١٣٩
6:140
قَدۡ
qad
Certainly
خَسِرَ
khasira
(are) lost
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
قَتَلُوٓاْ
qatalu
killed
أَوۡلَٰدَهُمۡ
awladahum
their children
سَفَهَۢا
safahan
(in) foolishness
بِغَيۡرِ
bighayri
without
عِلۡمٖ
il'min
knowledge
وَحَرَّمُواْ
waharramu
and forbid
مَا
ma
what
رَزَقَهُمُ
razaqahumu
(bas been) provided (to) them
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
(by) Allah
ٱفۡتِرَآءً
if'tiraan
inventing (lies)
عَلَى
ala
against
ٱللَّهِۚ
al-lahi
Allah
قَدۡ
qad
Certainly
ضَلُّواْ
dallu
they have gone astray
وَمَا
wama
and not
كَانُواْ
kanu
they are
مُهۡتَدِينَ
muh'tadina
guided-ones
١٤٠
6:141
۞وَهُوَ
wahuwa
And He
ٱلَّذِيٓ
alladhi
(is) the One Who
أَنشَأَ
ansha-a
produced
جَنَّٰتٖ
jannatin
gardens
مَّعۡرُوشَٰتٖ
ma'rushatin
trellised
وَغَيۡرَ
waghayra
and other than
مَعۡرُوشَٰتٖ
ma'rushatin
trellised
وَٱلنَّخۡلَ
wal-nakhla
and the date-palm
وَٱلزَّرۡعَ
wal-zar'a
and the crops
مُخۡتَلِفًا
mukh'talifan
diverse
أُكُلُهُۥ
ukuluhu
(are) its taste
وَٱلزَّيۡتُونَ
wal-zaytuna
and the olives
وَٱلرُّمَّانَ
wal-rumana
and the pomegranates
مُتَشَٰبِهٗا
mutashabihan
similar
وَغَيۡرَ
waghayra
and other than
مُتَشَٰبِهٖۚ
mutashabihin
similar
كُلُواْ
kulu
Eat
مِن
min
of
ثَمَرِهِۦٓ
thamarihi
its fruit
إِذَآ
idha
when
أَثۡمَرَ
athmara
it bears fruit
وَءَاتُواْ
waatu
and give
حَقَّهُۥ
haqqahu
its due
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(on the) day
حَصَادِهِۦۖ
hasadihi
(of) its harvest
وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تُسۡرِفُوٓاْۚ
tus'rifu
(be) extravagant
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed He
لَا
la
(does) not
يُحِبُّ
yuhibbu
love
ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
al-mus'rifina
the ones who are extravagant
١٤١
6:142
وَمِنَ
wamina
And of
ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ
al-an'ami
the cattle
حَمُولَةٗ
hamulatan
(are some for) burden
وَفَرۡشٗاۚ
wafarshan
and (some for) meat
كُلُواْ
kulu
Eat
مِمَّا
mimma
of what
رَزَقَكُمُ
razaqakumu
(has been) provided (to) you
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
(by) Allah
وَلَا
wala
and (do) not
تَتَّبِعُواْ
tattabi'u
follow
خُطُوَٰتِ
khutuwati
(the) footsteps
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ
al-shaytani
(of) Shaitaan
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed he
لَكُمۡ
lakum
(is) to you
عَدُوّٞ
aduwwun
an enemy
مُّبِينٞ
mubinun
open

ثَمَٰنِيَةَ
thamaniyata
Eight
أَزۡوَٰجٖۖ
azwajin
pairs
مِّنَ
mina
of
ٱلضَّأۡنِ
al-dani
the sheep
ٱثۡنَيۡنِ
ith'nayni
two
وَمِنَ
wamina
and of
ٱلۡمَعۡزِ
al-ma'zi
the goats
ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ
ith'nayni
two
قُلۡ
qul
Say
ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ
aldhakarayni
(Are) the two males
حَرَّمَ
harrama
He has forbidden
أَمِ
ami
or
ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ
al-unthayayni
the two females
أَمَّا
amma
or what
ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ
ish'tamalat
contains
عَلَيۡهِ
alayhi
[in it]
أَرۡحَامُ
arhamu
(the) wombs
ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ
al-unthayayni
(of) the two females
نَبِّـُٔونِي
nabbiuni
Inform me
بِعِلۡمٍ
bi'il'min
with knowledge
إِن
in
if
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you are
صَٰدِقِينَ
sadiqina
truthful
١٤٣
6:144
وَمِنَ
wamina
And of
ٱلۡإِبِلِ
al-ibili
the camels
ٱثۡنَيۡنِ
ith'nayni
two
وَمِنَ
wamina
and of
ٱلۡبَقَرِ
al-baqari
the cows
ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ
ith'nayni
two
قُلۡ
qul
Say
ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ
aldhakarayni
(Is it) the two males
حَرَّمَ
harrama
He (has) forbidden
أَمِ
ami
or
ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ
al-unthayayni
the two females
أَمَّا
amma
or what
ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ
ish'tamalat
contains
عَلَيۡهِ
alayhi
[in it]
أَرۡحَامُ
arhamu
(the) wombs
ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ
al-unthayayni
(of) the two females
أَمۡ
am
Or
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
were you
شُهَدَآءَ
shuhadaa
witnesses
إِذۡ
idh
when
وَصَّىٰكُمُ
wassakumu
enjoined you
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
بِهَٰذَاۚ
bihadha
with this
فَمَنۡ
faman
Then who
أَظۡلَمُ
azlamu
(is) more unjust
مِمَّنِ
mimmani
than (one) who
ٱفۡتَرَىٰ
if'tara
invents
عَلَى
ala
against
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
كَذِبٗا
kadhiban
a lie
لِّيُضِلَّ
liyudilla
to mislead
ٱلنَّاسَ
al-nasa
the people
بِغَيۡرِ
bighayri
without
عِلۡمٍۚ
il'min
knowledge
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَا
la
(does) not
يَهۡدِي
yahdi
guide
ٱلۡقَوۡمَ
al-qawma
the people
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
al-zalimina
the wrongdoing
١٤٤
6:145
قُل
qul
Say
لَّآ
la
Not
أَجِدُ
ajidu
(do) I find
فِي
fi
in
مَآ
ma
what
أُوحِيَ
uhiya
has been revealed
إِلَيَّ
ilayya
to me
مُحَرَّمًا
muharraman
(anything) forbidden
عَلَىٰ
ala
to
طَاعِمٖ
ta'imin
an eater
يَطۡعَمُهُۥٓ
yat'amuhu
who eats it
إِلَّآ
illa
except
أَن
an
that
يَكُونَ
yakuna
it be
مَيۡتَةً
maytatan
dead
أَوۡ
aw
or
دَمٗا
daman
blood
مَّسۡفُوحًا
masfuhan
poured forth
أَوۡ
aw
or
لَحۡمَ
lahma
(the) flesh
خِنزِيرٖ
khinzirin
(of) swine
فَإِنَّهُۥ
fa-innahu
for indeed it
رِجۡسٌ
rij'sun
(is) filth
أَوۡ
aw
or
فِسۡقًا
fis'qan
(it be) disobedience
أُهِلَّ
uhilla
[is] dedicated
لِغَيۡرِ
lighayri
to other than
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
بِهِۦۚ
bihi
[on it]
فَمَنِ
famani
But whoever
ٱضۡطُرَّ
ud'turra
(is) compelled
غَيۡرَ
ghayra
not
بَاغٖ
baghin
desiring
وَلَا
wala
and not
عَادٖ
adin
transgressing
فَإِنَّ
fa-inna
then indeed
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
your Lord
غَفُورٞ
ghafurun
(is) Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٞ
rahimun
Most Merciful
١٤٥
6:146
وَعَلَى
wa'ala
And to
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
هَادُواْ
hadu
are Jews
حَرَّمۡنَا
harramna
We forbade
كُلَّ
kulla
every
ذِي
dhi
(animal) with
ظُفُرٖۖ
zufurin
claws
وَمِنَ
wamina
and of
ٱلۡبَقَرِ
al-baqari
the cows
وَٱلۡغَنَمِ
wal-ghanami
and the sheep
حَرَّمۡنَا
harramna
We forbade
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
alayhim
to them
شُحُومَهُمَآ
shuhumahuma
their fat
إِلَّا
illa
except
مَا
ma
what
حَمَلَتۡ
hamalat
carried
ظُهُورُهُمَآ
zuhuruhuma
their backs
أَوِ
awi
or
ٱلۡحَوَايَآ
al-hawaya
the entrails
أَوۡ
aw
or
مَا
ma
what
ٱخۡتَلَطَ
ikh'talata
(is) joined
بِعَظۡمٖۚ
bi'azmin
with the bone
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That
جَزَيۡنَٰهُم
jazaynahum
(is) their recompense
بِبَغۡيِهِمۡۖ
bibaghyihim
for their rebellion
وَإِنَّا
wa-inna
And indeed We
لَصَٰدِقُونَ
lasadiquna
[surely] are truthful
١٤٦

فَإِن
fa-in
But if
كَذَّبُوكَ
kadhabuka
they deny you
فَقُل
faqul
then say
رَّبُّكُمۡ
rabbukum
Your Lord
ذُو
dhu
(is the) Possessor
رَحۡمَةٖ
rahmatin
(of) Mercy
وَٰسِعَةٖ
wasi'atin
Vast
وَلَا
wala
but not
يُرَدُّ
yuraddu
will be turned back
بَأۡسُهُۥ
basuhu
His wrath
عَنِ
ani
from
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ
al-qawmi
the people
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
al-muj'rimina
(who are) criminals
١٤٧
6:148
سَيَقُولُ
sayaqulu
Will say
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
أَشۡرَكُواْ
ashraku
associate partners (with Allah)
لَوۡ
law
If
شَآءَ
shaa
Had willed
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
مَآ
ma
not
أَشۡرَكۡنَا
ashrakna
we (would) have associated partners (with Allah)
وَلَآ
wala
and not
ءَابَآؤُنَا
abauna
our forefathers
وَلَا
wala
and not
حَرَّمۡنَا
harramna
we (would) have forbidden
مِن
min
[of]
شَيۡءٖۚ
shayin
anything
كَذَٰلِكَ
kadhalika
Likewise
كَذَّبَ
kadhaba
denied
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
مِن
min
(were from)
قَبۡلِهِمۡ
qablihim
before them
حَتَّىٰ
hatta
until
ذَاقُواْ
dhaqu
they tasted
بَأۡسَنَاۗ
basana
Our wrath
قُلۡ
qul
Say
هَلۡ
hal
Is
عِندَكُم
indakum
with you
مِّنۡ
min
[of]
عِلۡمٖ
il'min
any knowledge
فَتُخۡرِجُوهُ
fatukh'rijuhu
then produce it
لَنَآۖ
lana
for us
إِن
in
Not
تَتَّبِعُونَ
tattabi'una
you follow
إِلَّا
illa
except
ٱلظَّنَّ
al-zana
the assumption
وَإِنۡ
wa-in
and not
أَنتُمۡ
antum
you (do)
إِلَّا
illa
but
تَخۡرُصُونَ
takhrusuna
guess
١٤٨
6:149
قُلۡ
qul
Say
فَلِلَّهِ
falillahi
With Allah
ٱلۡحُجَّةُ
al-hujatu
(is) the argument
ٱلۡبَٰلِغَةُۖ
al-balighatu
the conclusive
فَلَوۡ
falaw
And if
شَآءَ
shaa
He (had) willed
لَهَدَىٰكُمۡ
lahadakum
surely He (would) have guided you
أَجۡمَعِينَ
ajma'ina
all
١٤٩
6:150
قُلۡ
qul
Say
هَلُمَّ
halumma
Bring forward
شُهَدَآءَكُمُ
shuhadaakumu
your witnesses
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
يَشۡهَدُونَ
yashhaduna
testify
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
حَرَّمَ
harrama
prohibited
هَٰذَاۖ
hadha
this
فَإِن
fa-in
Then if
شَهِدُواْ
shahidu
they testify
فَلَا
fala
then (do) not
تَشۡهَدۡ
tashhad
testify
مَعَهُمۡۚ
ma'ahum
with them
وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تَتَّبِعۡ
tattabi'
follow
أَهۡوَآءَ
ahwaa
(the) desires
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
(of) those who
كَذَّبُواْ
kadhabu
denied
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
biayatina
Our Signs
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
and those who
لَا
la
(do) not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yu'minuna
believe
بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
bil-akhirati
in the Hereafter
وَهُم
wahum
while they
بِرَبِّهِمۡ
birabbihim
with their Lord
يَعۡدِلُونَ
ya'diluna
set up equals
١٥٠
6:151
۞قُلۡ
qul
Say
تَعَالَوۡاْ
ta'alaw
Come
أَتۡلُ
atlu
I will recite
مَا
ma
what
حَرَّمَ
harrama
has prohibited
رَبُّكُمۡ
rabbukum
your Lord
عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ
alaykum
to you
أَلَّا
alla
That (do) not
تُشۡرِكُواْ
tush'riku
associate
بِهِۦ
bihi
with Him
شَيۡـٔٗاۖ
shayan
anything
وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
wabil-walidayni
and with the parents
إِحۡسَٰنٗاۖ
ih'sanan
(be) good
وَلَا
wala
and (do) not
تَقۡتُلُوٓاْ
taqtulu
kill
أَوۡلَٰدَكُم
awladakum
your children
مِّنۡ
min
(out) of
إِمۡلَٰقٖ
im'laqin
poverty
نَّحۡنُ
nahnu
We
نَرۡزُقُكُمۡ
narzuqukum
provide for you
وَإِيَّاهُمۡۖ
wa-iyyahum
and for them
وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تَقۡرَبُواْ
taqrabu
go near
ٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ
al-fawahisha
[the] immoralities
مَا
ma
what
ظَهَرَ
zahara
(is) apparent
مِنۡهَا
min'ha
of them
وَمَا
wama
and what
بَطَنَۖ
batana
(is) concealed
وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تَقۡتُلُواْ
taqtulu
kill
ٱلنَّفۡسَ
al-nafsa
the soul
ٱلَّتِي
allati
which
حَرَّمَ
harrama
has (been) forbidden
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
(by) Allah
إِلَّا
illa
except
بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ
bil-haqi
by (legal) right
ذَٰلِكُمۡ
dhalikum
That
وَصَّىٰكُم
wassakum
(He) has enjoined on you
بِهِۦ
bihi
with it
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
la'allakum
so that you may
تَعۡقِلُونَ
ta'qiluna
use reason

وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تَقۡرَبُواْ
taqrabu
go near
مَالَ
mala
wealth
ٱلۡيَتِيمِ
al-yatimi
(of) the orphans
إِلَّا
illa
except
بِٱلَّتِي
bi-allati
with that
هِيَ
hiya
which
أَحۡسَنُ
ahsanu
(is) best
حَتَّىٰ
hatta
until
يَبۡلُغَ
yablugha
he reaches
أَشُدَّهُۥۚ
ashuddahu
his maturity
وَأَوۡفُواْ
wa-awfu
And give full
ٱلۡكَيۡلَ
al-kayla
[the] measure
وَٱلۡمِيزَانَ
wal-mizana
and the weight
بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ
bil-qis'ti
with justice
لَا
la
Not
نُكَلِّفُ
nukallifu
We burden
نَفۡسًا
nafsan
any soul
إِلَّا
illa
except
وُسۡعَهَاۖ
wus'aha
(to) its capacity
وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
قُلۡتُمۡ
qul'tum
you speak
فَٱعۡدِلُواْ
fa-i'dilu
then be just
وَلَوۡ
walaw
even if
كَانَ
kana
he is
ذَا
dha
(one of)
قُرۡبَىٰۖ
qur'ba
a near relative
وَبِعَهۡدِ
wabi'ahdi
And (the) Covenant
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
أَوۡفُواْۚ
awfu
fulfil
ذَٰلِكُمۡ
dhalikum
That
وَصَّىٰكُم
wassakum
(He) has enjoined on you
بِهِۦ
bihi
with it
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
la'allakum
so that you may
تَذَكَّرُونَ
tadhakkaruna
remember
١٥٢
6:153
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
And that
هَٰذَا
hadha
this
صِرَٰطِي
sirati
(is) My path
مُسۡتَقِيمٗا
mus'taqiman
straight
فَٱتَّبِعُوهُۖ
fa-ittabi'uhu
so follow it
وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تَتَّبِعُواْ
tattabi'u
follow
ٱلسُّبُلَ
al-subula
the (other) paths
فَتَفَرَّقَ
fatafarraqa
then they will separate
بِكُمۡ
bikum
you
عَن
an
from
سَبِيلِهِۦۚ
sabilihi
His path
ذَٰلِكُمۡ
dhalikum
That
وَصَّىٰكُم
wassakum
(He) has enjoined on you
بِهِۦ
bihi
[with it]
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
la'allakum
so that you may
تَتَّقُونَ
tattaquna
become righteous
١٥٣
6:154
ثُمَّ
thumma
Moreover
ءَاتَيۡنَا
atayna
We gave
مُوسَى
musa
Musa
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
al-kitaba
the Book
تَمَامًا
tamaman
completing (Our Favor)
عَلَى
ala
on
ٱلَّذِيٓ
alladhi
the one who
أَحۡسَنَ
ahsana
did good
وَتَفۡصِيلٗا
watafsilan
and an explanation
لِّكُلِّ
likulli
of every
شَيۡءٖ
shayin
thing
وَهُدٗى
wahudan
and a guidance
وَرَحۡمَةٗ
warahmatan
and mercy
لَّعَلَّهُم
la'allahum
so that they may
بِلِقَآءِ
biliqai
in (the) meeting
رَبِّهِمۡ
rabbihim
(with) their Lord
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yu'minuna
believe
١٥٤
6:155
وَهَٰذَا
wahadha
And this
كِتَٰبٌ
kitabun
(is) a Book
أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ
anzalnahu
We have revealed it
مُبَارَكٞ
mubarakun
blessed
فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ
fa-ittabi'uhu
so follow it
وَٱتَّقُواْ
wa-ittaqu
and fear (Allah)
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
la'allakum
so that you may
تُرۡحَمُونَ
tur'hamuna
receive mercy
١٥٥
6:156
أَن
an
Lest
تَقُولُوٓاْ
taqulu
you say
إِنَّمَآ
innama
Only
أُنزِلَ
unzila
was revealed
ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ
al-kitabu
the Book
عَلَىٰ
ala
on
طَآئِفَتَيۡنِ
taifatayni
the two groups
مِن
min
from
قَبۡلِنَا
qablina
before us
وَإِن
wa-in
and indeed
كُنَّا
kunna
we were
عَن
an
about
دِرَاسَتِهِمۡ
dirasatihim
their study
لَغَٰفِلِينَ
laghafilina
certainly unaware
١٥٦
6:157
أَوۡ
aw
Or
تَقُولُواْ
taqulu
you say
لَوۡ
law
If
أَنَّآ
anna
[that]
أُنزِلَ
unzila
was revealed
عَلَيۡنَا
alayna
to us
ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ
al-kitabu
the Book
لَكُنَّآ
lakunna
surely we (would) have been
أَهۡدَىٰ
ahda
better guided
مِنۡهُمۡۚ
min'hum
than them
فَقَدۡ
faqad
So verily
جَآءَكُم
jaakum
has come to you
بَيِّنَةٞ
bayyinatun
clear proofs
مِّن
min
from
رَّبِّكُمۡ
rabbikum
your Lord
وَهُدٗى
wahudan
and a Guidance
وَرَحۡمَةٞۚ

فَمَنۡ

أَظۡلَمُ
azlamu
(is) more unjust
مِمَّن
mimman
than (he) who
كَذَّبَ
kadhaba
denies
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
biayati
[with] (the) Verses
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
وَصَدَفَ
wasadafa
and turns away
عَنۡهَاۗ
anha
from them
سَنَجۡزِي
sanajzi
We will recompense
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
يَصۡدِفُونَ
yasdifuna
turn away
عَنۡ
an
from
ءَايَٰتِنَا
ayatina
Our Signs
سُوٓءَ
sua
(with) an evil
ٱلۡعَذَابِ
al-'adhabi
punishment
بِمَا
bima
because
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used to
يَصۡدِفُونَ
yasdifuna
turn away

أَوۡ

رَبُّكَ

your Lord
أَوۡ

يَأۡتِيَ

comes
بَعۡضُ
ba'du
some (of)
ءَايَٰتِ
ayati
(the) Signs
رَبِّكَۗ
rabbika
(of) your Lord
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(The) Day
يَأۡتِي
yati
(when) comes
بَعۡضُ
ba'du
some (of)
ءَايَٰتِ
ayati
(the) Signs
رَبِّكَ
rabbika
(of) your Lord
لَا

not
يَنفَعُ
yanfa'u
will benefit
نَفۡسًا
nafsan
a soul
إِيمَٰنُهَا
imanuha
its faith
لَمۡ
lam
not
تَكُنۡ
takun
(if) it had
ءَامَنَتۡ
amanat
believed
مِن
min
from
قَبۡلُ
qablu
before
أَوۡ
aw
or
كَسَبَتۡ
kasabat
earned
فِيٓ
fi
through
إِيمَٰنِهَا
imaniha
its faith
خَيۡرٗاۗ
khayran
any good
قُلِ
quli
Say
ٱنتَظِرُوٓاْ
intaziru
Wait
إِنَّا
inna
Indeed we
مُنتَظِرُونَ
muntaziruna
(are) those who wait

إِنَّ

Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
فَرَّقُواْ
farraqu
divide
دِينَهُمۡ
dinahum
their religion
وَكَانُواْ
wakanu
and become
شِيَعٗا
shiya'an
sects
لَّسۡتَ
lasta
you are not
مِنۡهُمۡ
min'hum
with them
فِي
fi
in
شَيۡءٍۚ
shayin
anything
إِنَّمَآ
innama
Only
أَمۡرُهُمۡ
amruhum
their affair
إِلَى
ila
(is) with
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
يُنَبِّئُهُم
yunabbi-uhum
He will inform them
بِمَا
bima
of what
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used to
يَفۡعَلُونَ
yaf 'aluna
do

مَن
man
Whoever
جَآءَ
jaa
came
بِٱلۡحَسَنَةِ
bil-hasanati
with a good deed
فَلَهُۥ
falahu
then for him
عَشۡرُ
ashru
(is) ten (times)
أَمۡثَالِهَاۖ
amthaliha
the like of it
وَمَن
waman
And whoever
جَآءَ
jaa
came
بِٱلسَّيِّئَةِ
bil-sayi-ati
with an evil deed
فَلَا
fala
then not
يُجۡزَىٰٓ
yuj'za
he will be recompensed
إِلَّا
illa
except
مِثۡلَهَا
mith'laha
the like of it
وَهُمۡ
wahum
and they
لَا
la
will not
يُظۡلَمُونَ
yuz'lamuna
(be) wronged
١٦٠
