اَللَّهُمَّ أَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِيْ فَأَحْسِنْ خُلُقِيْ

Transliteration

Allaahumma a’hsanta khalqi fa a’hsin khuluqi

Translation

O Allah, you have perfected my creation, so too perfect my character.
