وَلۡيَدۡعُ

Indeed I
أَخَافُ

[I] fear

يُبَدِّلَ
yubaddila
he will change
دِينَكُمۡ
dinakum
your religion
أَوۡ
aw
or
أَن
an
that
يُظۡهِرَ
yuz'hira
he may cause to appear
فِي
fi
in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the land
ٱلۡفَسَادَ
al-fasada
the corruption
٢٦
40:27
وَقَالَ
waqala
And said
مُوسَىٰٓ
musa
Musa
إِنِّي
inni
Indeed I
عُذۡتُ
udh'tu
[I] seek refuge
بِرَبِّي
birabbi
in my Lord
وَرَبِّكُم
warabbikum
and your Lord
مِّن
min
from
كُلِّ
kulli
every
مُتَكَبِّرٖ
mutakabbirin
arrogant one
لَّا
la
not
يُؤۡمِنُ
yu'minu
who believes
بِيَوۡمِ
biyawmi
(in the) Day
ٱلۡحِسَابِ
al-hisabi
(of) the Account
٢٧
40:28
وَقَالَ
waqala
And said
رَجُلٞ
rajulun
a man
مُّؤۡمِنٞ
mu'minun
believing
مِّنۡ
min
from
ءَالِ
ali
(the) family
فِرۡعَوۡنَ
fir'awna
(of) Firaun
يَكۡتُمُ
yaktumu
who conceal(ed)
إِيمَٰنَهُۥٓ
imanahu
his faith
أَتَقۡتُلُونَ
ataqtuluna
Will you kill
رَجُلًا
rajulan
a man
أَن
an
because
يَقُولَ
yaqula
he says
رَبِّيَ
rabbiya
My Lord
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
(is) Allah
وَقَدۡ
waqad
and indeed
جَآءَكُم
jaakum
he has brought you
بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ
bil-bayinati
clear proofs
مِن
min
from
رَّبِّكُمۡۖ
rabbikum
your Lord
وَإِن
wa-in
And if
يَكُ
yaku
he is
كَٰذِبٗا
kadhiban
a liar
فَعَلَيۡهِ
fa'alayhi
then upon him
كَذِبُهُۥۖ
kadhibuhu
(is) his lie
وَإِن
wa-in
and if
يَكُ
yaku
he is
صَادِقٗا
sadiqan
truthful
يُصِبۡكُم
yusib'kum
(there) will strike you
بَعۡضُ
ba'du
some (of)
ٱلَّذِي
alladhi
(that) which
يَعِدُكُمۡۖ
ya'idukum
he threatens you
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَا
la
(does) not
يَهۡدِي
yahdi
guide
مَنۡ
man
(one) who
هُوَ
huwa
[he]
مُسۡرِفٞ
mus'rifun
(is) a transgressor
كَذَّابٞ
kadhabun
a liar
٢٨
40:29
يَٰقَوۡمِ
yaqawmi
O my people
لَكُمُ
lakumu
For you
ٱلۡمُلۡكُ
al-mul'ku
(is) the kingdom
ٱلۡيَوۡمَ
al-yawma
today
ظَٰهِرِينَ
zahirina
dominant
فِي
fi
in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the land
فَمَن
faman
but who
يَنصُرُنَا
yansuruna
will help us
مِنۢ
min
from
بَأۡسِ
basi
(the) punishment
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
إِن
in
if
جَآءَنَاۚ
jaana
it came to us
قَالَ
qala
Said
فِرۡعَوۡنُ
fir'awnu
Firaun
مَآ
ma
Not
أُرِيكُمۡ
urikum
I show you
إِلَّا
illa
except
مَآ
ma
what
أَرَىٰ
ara
I see
وَمَآ
wama
and not
أَهۡدِيكُمۡ
ahdikum
I guide you
إِلَّا
illa
except
سَبِيلَ
sabila
(to the) path
ٱلرَّشَادِ
al-rashadi
the right
٢٩
40:30
وَقَالَ
waqala
And said
ٱلَّذِيٓ
alladhi
(he) who
ءَامَنَ
amana
believed
يَٰقَوۡمِ
yaqawmi
O my people
إِنِّيٓ
inni
Indeed I
أَخَافُ
akhafu
[I] fear
عَلَيۡكُم
alaykum
for you
مِّثۡلَ
mith'la
like
يَوۡمِ
yawmi
(the) day
ٱلۡأَحۡزَابِ
al-ahzabi
(of) the companies
٣٠
40:31
مِثۡلَ
mith'la
Like
دَأۡبِ
dabi
(the) plight
قَوۡمِ
qawmi
(of the) people
نُوحٖ
nuhin
(of) Nuh
وَعَادٖ
wa'adin
and Aad
وَثَمُودَ
wathamuda
and Thamud
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
and those
مِنۢ
min
after them
بَعۡدِهِمۡۚ
ba'dihim
after them
وَمَا
wama
And Allah (does) not
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
And Allah (does) not
يُرِيدُ
yuridu
want
ظُلۡمٗا
zul'man
injustice
لِّلۡعِبَادِ
lil'ibadi
for (His) slaves
٣١
40:32
وَيَٰقَوۡمِ
wayaqawmi
And O my people
إِنِّيٓ
inni
Indeed I
أَخَافُ
akhafu
[I] fear
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
for you
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(the) Day
ٱلتَّنَادِ
al-tanadi
(of) Calling
٣٢
40:33
يَوۡمَ
yawma
A Day
تُوَلُّونَ
tuwalluna
you will turn back
مُدۡبِرِينَ
mud'birina
fleeing
مَا
ma
not
لَكُم
lakum
for you
مِّنَ
mina
from
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
مِنۡ
min
any
عَاصِمٖۗ
asimin
protector
وَمَن
waman
And whoever
يُضۡلِلِ
yud'lili
Allah lets go astray
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah lets go astray
فَمَا
fama
then not
لَهُۥ
lahu
for him
مِنۡ
min
any
هَادٖ
hadin
guide
٣٣
