56:5وَبُسَّتِwabussatiAnd will be crumbledٱلۡجِبَالُal-jibaluthe mountainsبَسّٗاbassan(with awful) crumbling٥
56:8فَأَصۡحَٰبُfa-ashabuThen (the) companionsٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِal-maymanati(of) the rightمَآmawhatأَصۡحَٰبُashabu(are the) companionsٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِal-maymanati(of) the right٨
56:9وَأَصۡحَٰبُwa-ashabuAnd (the) companionsٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِal-mashamati(of) the leftمَآmawhatأَصۡحَٰبُashabu(are the) companionsٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِal-mashamati(of) the left٩
56:16مُّتَّكِـِٔينَmuttakiinaRecliningعَلَيۡهَاalayhaon themمُتَقَٰبِلِينَmutaqabilinafacing each other١٦
56:17يَطُوفُyatufuWill circulateعَلَيۡهِمۡalayhimamong themوِلۡدَٰنٞwil'danunboysمُّخَلَّدُونَmukhalladunaimmortal١٧
56:18بِأَكۡوَابٖbi-akwabinWith vesselsوَأَبَارِيقَwa-abariqaand jugsوَكَأۡسٖwakasinand a cupمِّنminfromمَّعِينٖma'inina flowing stream١٨
56:19لَّاlaNotيُصَدَّعُونَyusadda'unathey will get headacheعَنۡهَاanhatherefromوَلَاwalaand notيُنزِفُونَyunzifunathey will get intoxicated١٩
56:21وَلَحۡمِwalahmiAnd (the) fleshطَيۡرٖtayrin(of) fowlsمِّمَّاmimmaof whatيَشۡتَهُونَyashtahunathey desire٢١
56:25لَاlaNotيَسۡمَعُونَyasma'unathey will hearفِيهَاfihathereinلَغۡوٗاlaghwanvain talkوَلَاwalaand notتَأۡثِيمًاtathimansinful (speech)٢٥
56:27وَأَصۡحَٰبُwa-ashabuAnd (the) companionsٱلۡيَمِينِal-yamini(of) the rightمَآmawhatأَصۡحَٰبُashabu(are the) companionsٱلۡيَمِينِal-yamini(of) the right٢٧
56:35إِنَّآinnaIndeed Weأَنشَأۡنَٰهُنَّanshanahunna[We] have produced themإِنشَآءٗinshaan(into) a creation٣٥
56:41وَأَصۡحَٰبُwa-ashabuAnd (the) companionsٱلشِّمَالِal-shimali(of) the leftمَآmawhatأَصۡحَٰبُashabu(are the) companionsٱلشِّمَالِal-shimali(of) the left٤١
56:45إِنَّهُمۡinnahumIndeed theyكَانُواْkanuwereقَبۡلَqablabeforeذَٰلِكَdhalikathatمُتۡرَفِينَmut'rafinaindulging in affluence٤٥
56:46وَكَانُواْwakanuAnd wereيُصِرُّونَyusirrunapersistingعَلَىalainٱلۡحِنثِal-hinthithe sinٱلۡعَظِيمِal-'azimithe great٤٦
56:47وَكَانُواْwakanuAnd they used (to)يَقُولُونَyaqulunasayأَئِذَاa-idhaWhenمِتۡنَاmit'nawe dieوَكُنَّاwakunnaand becomeتُرَابٗاturabandustوَعِظَٰمًاwa'izamanand bonesأَءِنَّاa-innawill weلَمَبۡعُوثُونَlamab'uthunasurely be resurrected٤٧
56:49قُلۡqulSayإِنَّinnaIndeedٱلۡأَوَّلِينَal-awalinathe formerوَٱلۡأٓخِرِينَwal-akhirinaand the later people٤٩
56:50لَمَجۡمُوعُونَlamajmu'unaSurely will be gatheredإِلَىٰilaforمِيقَٰتِmiqati(the) appointmentيَوۡمٖyawmin(of) a Dayمَّعۡلُومٖma'luminwell-known٥٠
