۞قَالَ
Q̣aala
Will say
قَرِينُهُۥ
Q̣areenuhoo
his companion
رَبَّنَا
Rabbanaa
Our Lord
مَآ
maaa
not
أَطۡغَيۡتُهُۥ
ʹaṭg̣aytuhoo
I made him transgress
وَلَٰكِن
wa-laakiñ
but
كَانَ
kaana
he was
فِي
fee
in
ضَلَٰلِۭ
ḍalaalim
error
بَعِيدٖ
baʻeed.
far

50:28
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He will say
لَا
laa-
(Do) not
تَخۡتَصِمُواْ
takhtaṣimoo
dispute
لَدَيَّ
ladayya
(in) My presence
وَقَدۡ
wa-q̣ad
and indeed
قَدَّمۡتُ
q̣addamtu
I sent forth
إِلَيۡكُم
ʹilaykum̃
to you
بِٱلۡوَعِيدِ
bilwaʻeed.
the Warning

50:29
مَا
Maa-
Not
يُبَدَّلُ
yubaddalul
will be changed
ٱلۡقَوۡلُ
Q̣awlu
the word
لَدَيَّ
ladayya
with Me
وَمَآ
wa-maaa
and not
أَنَا۠
ʹana
I Am
بِظَلَّٰمٖ
biz̤̣al-laamil
unjust
لِّلۡعَبِيدِ
lilʻAbeed.
to My slaves
٢٩
50:30
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(The) Day
نَقُولُ
naq̣oolu
We will say
لِجَهَنَّمَ
li-Jahannama
to Hell
هَلِ
halim
Are
ٱمۡتَلَأۡتِ
talaʹti
you filled
وَتَقُولُ
wa-taq̣oolu
And it will say
هَلۡ
hal
Are
مِن
mim
(there) any
مَّزِيدٖ
mazeed?
more
٣٠
50:31
وَأُزۡلِفَتِ
Wa-ʹuzlifatil
And will be brought near
ٱلۡجَنَّةُ
Jannatu
the Paradise
لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ
lil-Muttaq̣eena
to the righteous
غَيۡرَ
g̣ayra
not
بَعِيدٍ
baʻeed.
far

50:32
هَٰذَا
Haaẓaa
This
مَا
maa-
(is) what
تُوعَدُونَ
tooʻadoona
you were promised
لِكُلِّ
likulli
for everyone
أَوَّابٍ
ʹawwaabin
who turns
حَفِيظٖ
ḥafeez̤̣,―
(and) who keeps
٣٢
50:33
مَّنۡ
Man
Who
خَشِيَ
khashiyar
feared
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنَ
Raḥmaana
the Most Gracious
بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ
bilg̣aybi
in the unseen
وَجَآءَ
wa-jaaaʹa
and came
بِقَلۡبٖ
biq̣albim
with a heart
مُّنِيبٍ
muneeb:
returning
٣٣
50:34
ٱدۡخُلُوهَا
ʹUdkhuloohaa
Enter it
بِسَلَٰمٖۖ
bi-Salaam;
in peace
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
That
يَوۡمُ
Yawmul
(is) a Day
ٱلۡخُلُودِ
Khulood!
(of) Eternity
٣٤
50:35
لَهُم
Lahum
For them
مَّا
maa
whatever
يَشَآءُونَ
yashaaaʹoona
they wish
فِيهَا
feehaa
therein
وَلَدَيۡنَا
wa-Ladaynaa
and with Us
مَزِيدٞ
mazeed.
(is) more

وَكَمۡ
Wa-kam
And how many
أَهۡلَكۡنَا
ʹahlaknaa
We destroyed
قَبۡلَهُم
q̣ablahum
before them
مِّن
miñ
of
قَرۡنٍ
q̣arnin
a generation
هُمۡ
hum
they
أَشَدُّ
ʹashaddu
(were) stronger
مِنۡهُم
minhum
than them
بَطۡشٗا
baṭshañ
(in) power
فَنَقَّبُواْ
fanaq̣q̣aboo
so they explored
فِي
fil
throughout
ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ
bilaad?
the lands
هَلۡ
Hal
Is (there)
مِن
mim
any
مَّحِيصٍ
maḥeeṣ?
place of escape
٣٦
50:37
إِنَّ
ʹInna
Indeed
فِي
fee
in
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
that
لَذِكۡرَىٰ
la-Ẓikraa
surely is a reminder
لِمَن
limañ
for (one) who
كَانَ
kaana
is
لَهُۥ
lahoo
for him
قَلۡبٌ
q̣albun
a heart
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
أَلۡقَى
ʹalq̣as
(who) gives ear
ٱلسَّمۡعَ
samʻa
(who) gives ear
وَهُوَ
wa-huwa
while he
شَهِيدٞ
shaheed.
(is) a witness
٣٧
50:38
وَلَقَدۡ
Wa-laq̣ad
And certainly
خَلَقۡنَا
khalaq̣nas
We created
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ
wal-ʹarḍa
and the earth
وَمَا
wa-maa
and whatever
بَيۡنَهُمَا
baynahumaa
(is) between both of them
فِي
fee
in
سِتَّةِ
Sittati
six
أَيَّامٖ
ʹAyyaam;
periods
وَمَا
wa-maa
and (did) not
مَسَّنَا
massanaa
touch Us
مِن
mil
any
لُّغُوبٖ
lug̣oob.
fatigue
٣٨
50:39
فَٱصۡبِرۡ
Faṣbir
So be patient
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
over
مَا
maa-
what
يَقُولُونَ
yaq̣ooloona
they say
وَسَبِّحۡ
wa-sabbiḥ
and glorify
بِحَمۡدِ
bi-Ḥamdi
(the) praise
رَبِّكَ
Rabbika
(of) your Lord
قَبۡلَ
q̣abla
before
طُلُوعِ
ṭulooʻish
(the) rising
ٱلشَّمۡسِ
shamsi
(of) the sun
وَقَبۡلَ
wa-q̣ablal
and before
ٱلۡغُرُوبِ
g̣uroob,―
the setting
٣٩
50:40
وَمِنَ
Wa-minal
And of
ٱلَّيۡلِ
layli
the night
فَسَبِّحۡهُ
fasabbiḥhu
glorify Him
وَأَدۡبَٰرَ
wa-ʹadbaaras
and after
ٱلسُّجُودِ
sujood.
the prostration
٤٠
50:41
وَٱسۡتَمِعۡ
Wastamiʻ
And listen
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(The) Day
يُنَادِ
yunaadil
will call
ٱلۡمُنَادِ
Munaadi
the caller
مِن
mim
from
مَّكَانٖ
makaaniñ
a place
قَرِيبٖ
q̣areeb,―
near
٤١
50:42
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(The) Day
يَسۡمَعُونَ
yasmaʻoonaṣ
they will hear
ٱلصَّيۡحَةَ
Ṣay-ḥata
the Blast
بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ
bilḥaq̣q̣:
in truth
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
That
يَوۡمُ
Yawmul
(is the) Day
ٱلۡخُرُوجِ
Khurooj.
(of) coming forth
٤٢
50:43
إِنَّا
ʹInnaa
Indeed We
نَحۡنُ
Naḥnu
[We]
نُحۡيِۦ
nuḥyee
[We] give life
وَنُمِيتُ
wa-numeetu
and [We] cause death
وَإِلَيۡنَا
wa-ʹilaynal
and to Us
ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
Maṣeer!
(is) the final return
٤٣
50:44
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(The) Day
تَشَقَّقُ
tashaq̣q̣aq̣ul
will split
ٱلۡأَرۡضُ
ʹarḍu
the earth
عَنۡهُمۡ
ʻanhum
from them
سِرَاعٗاۚ
siraaʻaa:
hurrying
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
That
حَشۡرٌ
ḥashrun
(is) a gathering
عَلَيۡنَا
ʻalaynaa
for Us
يَسِيرٞ
yaseer.
easy
٤٤
50:45
نَّحۡنُ
Naḥnu
We
أَعۡلَمُ
ʹaʻlamu
know best
بِمَا
bimaa
[of] what
يَقُولُونَۖ
yaq̣ooloona
they say
وَمَآ
wa-maaa
and not
أَنتَ
ʹañta
(are) you
عَلَيۡهِم
ʻalayhim̃
over them
بِجَبَّارٖۖ
bijabbaar.
the one to compel
فَذَكِّرۡ
Faẓakkir
But remind
بِٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ
bil-Q̣urʹaani
with the Quran
مَن
mañy
whoever
يَخَافُ
yakhaafu
fears
وَعِيدِ
Waʻeed!
My threat
