اَللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوْبِي وَخَطَايَايَ كُلَّهَا اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْعِشْنِيْ وَاجْبُرْنِيْ وَاهْدِنيْ لِصَالِحِ الْأَعْمَالِ وَالْأَخْلَاقِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَهْدِيْ لِصَالِحِهَا وَلَا يَصْرِفُ سَيِّئَهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ

Transliteration

Allaahummagfirli dhunubi wa khata-ya-ya kullahaa, Allaahumma an-'ishni wajburni wahdini lisaali'hil a'maali wal akhlaaqi fa-innahu laa yahdi lisaali'hi-ha wa laa yasrifu sayyiahaa illaa anta

Translation

Ya Allah! Forgive all of my mistakes and my sins. Ya Allah! Inspire me and make me obedient. Guide me to do the good deeds and to the good manners. Because none can guide to it’s good and turn away from it except you.

Abu Umama (RA) and Abu Ayyub (RA) said: Whenever I went to your Prophet ﷺ during any required or extra prayers, I heard him say these two things while turning or getting up at prayer's end.
