Our Lord, praise is Yours, abundant, holy and blessed praise.
Say this after ruku and your salah becomes full of praise. Every time you stand from bowing, these words bring Allah's blessings into your prayer.
It means: Our Lord, all praise belongs to You. After ruku in muslim prayer, we say this. The imam and followers both use it during congregational salah.
As you rise from ruku, start saying it. Keep saying until you stand fully straight. This is how namaz steps are done in muslim prayer.
Recite Rabbanā wa lakalḥamd, ḥamdan kathīran ṭayyiban mubārakan fīh. This is sunnah. It brings blessings to your islamic prayers.
Say Rabbana wa lakalhamd when you rise from ruku. Pick one version and stick to it. Do not add words that are not in authentic islamic dua.
Say Sami'allaahu liman hamidah first, then Rabbanaa wa lakalhamd. All Muslims need to know this for their five daily salahs. It is required in proper namaz steps.
