Say "Allahu Akbar" 34 times
اَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ

Allahu 'Akbar

Allah is the greatest.
Note
The counts differ between the authentic hadiths; 33, 33 and 34 is the best known. The highest count is 100 each of "Subhanallah", "Alhamdulillah", "Allahu Akbar" and "La-ilaha illallah" (400 in all). The lowest is 10 each of "Subhanallah", "Alhamdulillah" and "Allahu Akbar" (30 in all).
After every salah, repeat subhanallah alhamdulillah allahu akbar 33 times each. This zikr makes the heart calm and brings Allah's blessings to any Muslim who does it.
Surah nas is one of the 3 qul. Read it to ask Allah for safety from bad whispers and things that harm the heart. It brings peace and keeps away negative thoughts.
Read surah falaq to get Allah's protection from all kinds of evil - darkness at night, jealousy, and anyone who wants to hurt you. It is part of the three quls for safety.
Surah ikhlas shows Allah's oneness in a clear, simple message. Only four short verses, easy to learn. Every muslim gets big reward from reading it.
The 3 qul surahs work like a shield from harm. The Prophet Muhammad showed their power for every muslim. They keep all enemies away.
The Prophet taught: read surah ikhlas, surah falaq, and surah nas - three times each - at morning and evening. This gives protection and covers all needs for the whole day.
