Qutb Ibn Malik (RA) tells us: The Prophet (ﷺ) would say:
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ مُنْكَرَاتِ الْأَخْلَاقِ وَالْأَعْمَالِ وَالْأَهْوَاءِ وَالْأَدْوَاءِ
Transliteration
Allaahumma inni a`udhu bika min munkaraatil-akhlaaqi wal-a`maali wal-ahwaa'i wal-adwaa'i
Translation
O Allah, I seek refuge in you from evil morals, deeds, passions and diseases.
"وَعَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «مَا من مُسْلِمٍ يَأْخُذُ مَضْجَعَهُ بِقِرَاءَةِ سُورَةٍ مِنْ كِتَابِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا وَكَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ مَلَكًا فَلَا يَقْرَبُهُ شَيْءٌ يُؤْذِيهِ حَتَّى يَهُبَّ مَتَى هَبَّ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
Translation
Shaddad b. Aus reported God’s messenger as saying, ""If any Muslim recites a sura from God’s Book when he goes to bed, God will put an angel in charge of him, and nothing which may harm him will come near him till he wakes"". Tirmidhi transmitted it. [Sahih (Albani). Mishkat: 2405]
Say duas so Allah protects you everywhere. Ask for forgiveness, good health, and for Allah to cover your mistakes and take away your worries.
Say this: Allahuma rabbi-nas adhhabal ba'sa, ashfi wa entashafi, la shifa' illa shifa'uka shifa' la yughadiru saqama. We ask Allah to remove illness and bring back health.
This dua asks Allah to guard you from leprosy, madness, elephant illness, and all bad sickness. Allah is the Lord of all - He heals and removes every disease.
Say this: Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'anni. Muslims say it often in Laylatul-Qadr. It asks Allah to forgive and show mercy for our mistakes.
Read Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas to block harm and the evil eye. Ayat al-Kursi also gives strong protection from all danger and bad things.
