وَقَالَت
waqalat
And said
طَّآئِفَةٞ
taifatun
a group
مِّنۡ
min
of
أَهۡلِ
ahli
(the) People
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
al-kitabi
(of) the Book
ءَامِنُواْ
aminu
Believe
بِٱلَّذِيٓ
bi-alladhi
in what
أُنزِلَ
unzila
was revealed
عَلَى
ala
on
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe[d]
وَجۡهَ
wajha
(at the) beginning
ٱلنَّهَارِ
al-nahari
(of) the day
وَٱكۡفُرُوٓاْ
wa-uk'furu
and reject
ءَاخِرَهُۥ
akhirahu
(at) its end
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
la'allahum
perhaps they may
يَرۡجِعُونَ
yarji'una
return
