وَكَأَيِّن
waka-ayyin
And how many
مِّنۡ
min
of
ءَايَةٖ
ayatin
a Sign
فِي
fi
in
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
al-samawati
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
wal-ardi
and the earth
يَمُرُّونَ
yamurruna
they pass
عَلَيۡهَا
alayha
over it
وَهُمۡ
wahum
while they
عَنۡهَا
anha
(are) from them
مُعۡرِضُونَ
mu'riduna
the ones who turn away
