۞وَجَٰوَزۡنَا
wajawazna
And We took across
بِبَنِيٓ
bibani
(the) Children
إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
is'raila
(of) Israel
ٱلۡبَحۡرَ
al-bahra
the sea
فَأَتۡبَعَهُمۡ
fa-atba'ahum
and followed them
فِرۡعَوۡنُ
fir'awnu
Firaun
وَجُنُودُهُۥ
wajunuduhu
and his hosts
بَغۡيٗا
baghyan
(in) rebellion
وَعَدۡوًاۖ
wa'adwan
and enmity
حَتَّىٰٓ
hatta
until
إِذَآ
idha
when
أَدۡرَكَهُ
adrakahu
overtook him
ٱلۡغَرَقُ
al-gharaqu
the drowning
قَالَ
qala
he said
ءَامَنتُ
amantu
I believe
أَنَّهُۥ
annahu
that
لَآ
la
(there is) no
إِلَٰهَ
ilaha
god
إِلَّا
illa
except
ٱلَّذِيٓ
alladhi
the One
ءَامَنَتۡ
amanat
in Whom believe
بِهِۦ
bihi
in Whom believe
بَنُوٓاْ
banu
the Children of Israel
إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
is'raila
the Children of Israel
وَأَنَا۠
wa-ana
and I am
مِنَ
mina
of
ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ
al-mus'limina
the Muslims
