۞يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
Yaaaʹayyuhar
O
ٱلرَّسُولُ
Rasoolu
Messenger
لَا
laa-
Let not
يَحۡزُنكَ
yaḥzuñkal
grieve you
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
يُسَٰرِعُونَ
yusaariʻoona
hasten
فِي
fil
in (to)
ٱلۡكُفۡرِ
kufri
[the] disbelief
مِنَ
minal
of
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
قَالُوٓاْ
q̣aalooo
said
ءَامَنَّا
ʹaamannaa
We believe
بِأَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ
biʹafwaahihim
with their mouths
وَلَمۡ
wa-lam
and not
تُؤۡمِن
tuʹmiñ
believe
قُلُوبُهُمۡۛ
q̣uloobuhum.
their hearts
وَمِنَ
Wa-minal
and from
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
هَادُواْۛ
haadoo
(are) Jews
سَمَّٰعُونَ
sammaaʻoona
They (are) listeners
لِلۡكَذِبِ
lil-kaẓibi
to falsehood
سَمَّٰعُونَ
sammaaʻoona
(and) listeners
لِقَوۡمٍ
liq̣awmin
for people
ءَاخَرِينَ
ʹaakhareena
other
لَمۡ
lam
(who have) not
يَأۡتُوكَۖ
yaʹtook.
come to you
يُحَرِّفُونَ
Yuḥarrifoonal
They distort
ٱلۡكَلِمَ
kalima
the words
مِنۢ
mim
from
بَعۡدِ
baʻdi
after
مَوَاضِعِهِۦۖ
mawaaḍiʻih.
their context
يَقُولُونَ
Yaq̣ooloona
saying
إِنۡ
ʹin
If
أُوتِيتُمۡ
ʹooteetum
you are given
هَٰذَا
haaẓaa
this
فَخُذُوهُ
fakhuẓoohu
[so] take it
وَإِن
wa-ʹil
but if
لَّمۡ
lam
not
تُؤۡتَوۡهُ
tuʹtawhu
you are given it
فَٱحۡذَرُواْۚ
faḥ-ẓaroo!
then beware
وَمَن
Wa-mañy
And (for) whom
يُرِدِ
yuridil
intends
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
فِتۡنَتَهُۥ
fitnatahoo
his trial
فَلَن
falañ
then never
تَمۡلِكَ
tamlika
will you have power
لَهُۥ
lahoo
for him
مِنَ
minal
against
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
شَيۡـًٔاۚ
shayʹaa.
anything
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ʹUlaaaʹikal
Those
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(are) the ones
لَمۡ
lam
never
يُرِدِ
yuridil
will intend
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
أَن
ʹañy
that
يُطَهِّرَ
yuṭahhira
He purifies
قُلُوبَهُمۡۚ
q̣uloobahum.
their hearts
لَهُمۡ
Lahum
For them
فِي
fid
in
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
dunyaa
the world
خِزۡيٞۖ
khizyuñw
(is) disgrace
وَلَهُمۡ
walahum
and for them
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
ʹAakhirati
the Hereafter
عَذَابٌ
ʻaẓaabun
(is) a punishment
عَظِيمٞ
ʻaz̤̣eem;
great
