67:1

تَبَٰرَكَ

tabaraka

Blessed is

ٱلَّذِي

alladhi

بِيَدِهِ

biyadihi

in Whose Hand

ٱلۡمُلۡكُ

al-mul'ku

(is) the Dominion

وَهُوَ

wahuwa

and He

عَلَىٰ

ala

(is) over

كُلِّ

kulli

every

شَيۡءٖ

shayin

thing

قَدِيرٌ

qadirun

All-Powerful

67:2

ٱلَّذِي

alladhi

The One Who

خَلَقَ

khalaqa

created

ٱلۡمَوۡتَ

al-mawta

death

وَٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ

wal-hayata

and life

لِيَبۡلُوَكُمۡ

liyabluwakum

that He may test you

أَيُّكُمۡ

ayyukum

which of you

أَحۡسَنُ

ahsanu

(is) best

عَمَلٗاۚ

amalan

(in) deed

وَهُوَ

wahuwa

And He

ٱلۡعَزِيزُ

al-'azizu

(is) the All-Mighty

ٱلۡغَفُورُ

al-ghafuru

the Oft-Forgiving

67:3

ٱلَّذِي

alladhi

The One Who

خَلَقَ

khalaqa

created

سَبۡعَ

sab'a

seven

سَمَٰوَٰتٖ

samawatin

heavens

طِبَاقٗاۖ

tibaqan

one above another

مَّا

Not

تَرَىٰ

tara

you see

فِي

خَلۡقِ

khalqi

(the) creation

ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ

al-rahmani

(of) the Most Gracious

مِن

min

any

تَفَٰوُتٖۖ

tafawutin

fault

فَٱرۡجِعِ

fa-ir'ji'i

So return

ٱلۡبَصَرَ

al-basara

the vision

هَلۡ

hal

can

تَرَىٰ

tara

you see

مِن

min

any

فُطُورٖ

futurin

flaw

67:4

ثُمَّ

thumma

Then

ٱرۡجِعِ

ir'ji'i

return

ٱلۡبَصَرَ

al-basara

the vision

كَرَّتَيۡنِ

karratayni

twice (again)

يَنقَلِبۡ

yanqalib

Will return

إِلَيۡكَ

ilayka

to you

ٱلۡبَصَرُ

al-basaru

the vision

خَاسِئٗا

khasi-an

humbled

وَهُوَ

wahuwa

while it

حَسِيرٞ

hasirun

(is) fatigued

67:5

وَلَقَدۡ

walaqad

And certainly

زَيَّنَّا

zayyanna

We have beautified

ٱلسَّمَآءَ

al-samaa

the heaven

ٱلدُّنۡيَا

al-dun'ya

nearest

بِمَصَٰبِيحَ

bimasabiha

with lamps

وَجَعَلۡنَٰهَا

waja'alnaha

and We have made them

رُجُومٗا

rujuman

(as) missiles

لِّلشَّيَٰطِينِۖ

lilshayatini

for the devils

وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا

wa-a'tadna

and We have prepared

لَهُمۡ

lahum

for them

عَذَابَ

adhaba

punishment

ٱلسَّعِيرِ

al-sa'iri

(of) the Blaze

67:6

وَلِلَّذِينَ

walilladhina

And for those who

كَفَرُواْ

kafaru

disbelieved

بِرَبِّهِمۡ

birabbihim

in their Lord

عَذَابُ

adhabu

(is the) punishment

جَهَنَّمَۖ

jahannama

(of) Hell

وَبِئۡسَ

wabi'sa

and wretched is

ٱلۡمَصِيرُ

al-masiru

the destination

67:7

إِذَآ

idha

When

أُلۡقُواْ

ul'qu

they are thrown

فِيهَا

fiha

therein

سَمِعُواْ

sami'u

they will hear

لَهَا

laha

from it

شَهِيقٗا

shahiqan

an inhaling

وَهِيَ

wahiya

while it

تَفُورُ

tafuru

boils up

67:8

تَكَادُ

takadu

It almost

تَمَيَّزُ

tamayyazu

bursts

مِنَ

mina

from

ٱلۡغَيۡظِۖ

al-ghayzi

rage

كُلَّمَآ

kullama

Every time

أُلۡقِيَ

ul'qiya

is thrown

فِيهَا

fiha

therein

فَوۡجٞ

fawjun

a group

سَأَلَهُمۡ

sa-alahum

(will) ask them

خَزَنَتُهَآ

khazanatuha

its keepers

أَلَمۡ

alam

Did not

يَأۡتِكُمۡ

yatikum

come to you

نَذِيرٞ

nadhirun

a warner

67:9

قَالُواْ

qalu

They will say

بَلَىٰ

bala

Yes

قَدۡ

qad

indeed

جَآءَنَا

jaana

came to us

نَذِيرٞ

nadhirun

a warner

فَكَذَّبۡنَا

fakadhabna

but we denied

وَقُلۡنَا

waqul'na

and we said

مَا

Not

نَزَّلَ

nazzala

has sent down

ٱللَّهُ

al-lahu

Allah

مِن

min

any

شَيۡءٍ

shayin

thing

إِنۡ

Not

أَنتُمۡ

antum

you (are)

إِلَّا

illa

but

فِي

ضَلَٰلٖ

dalalin

error

كَبِيرٖ

kabirin

great

67:10

وَقَالُواْ

waqalu

And they will say

لَوۡ

law

كُنَّا

kunna

we had

نَسۡمَعُ

nasma'u

listened

أَوۡ

نَعۡقِلُ

na'qilu

reasoned

مَا

not

كُنَّا

kunna

we (would) have been

فِيٓ

among

أَصۡحَٰبِ

ashabi

(the) companions

ٱلسَّعِيرِ

al-sa'iri

(of) the Blaze

١٠

67:11

فَٱعۡتَرَفُواْ

fa-i'tarafu

Then they (will) confess

بِذَنۢبِهِمۡ

bidhanbihim

their sins

فَسُحۡقٗا

fasuh'qan

so away with

لِّأَصۡحَٰبِ

li-ashabi

(the) companions

ٱلسَّعِيرِ

al-sa'iri

(of) the Blaze

67:12

إِنَّ

inna

Indeed

ٱلَّذِينَ

alladhina

those who

يَخۡشَوۡنَ

yakhshawna

fear

رَبَّهُم

rabbahum

their Lord

بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ

bil-ghaybi

unseen

لَهُم

lahum

for them

مَّغۡفِرَةٞ

maghfiratun

(is) forgiveness

وَأَجۡرٞ

wa-ajrun

and a reward

كَبِيرٞ

kabirun

great

وَأَسِرُّواْ

wa-asirru

And conceal

قَوۡلَكُمۡ

qawlakum

your speech

أَوِ

awi

ٱجۡهَرُواْ

ij'haru

proclaim

بِهِۦٓۖ

bihi

إِنَّهُۥ

innahu

Indeed He

عَلِيمُۢ

alimun

(is the) All-Knower

بِذَاتِ

bidhati

of what (is in)

ٱلصُّدُورِ

al-suduri

the breasts

١٣

67:14

أَلَا

ala

Does not

يَعۡلَمُ

ya'lamu

know

مَنۡ

man

(the One) Who

خَلَقَ

khalaqa

created

وَهُوَ

wahuwa

And He

ٱللَّطِيفُ

al-latifu

(is) the Subtle

ٱلۡخَبِيرُ

al-khabiru

the All-Aware

١٤

67:15

هُوَ

huwa

ٱلَّذِي

alladhi

(is) the One Who

جَعَلَ

ja'ala

made

لَكُمُ

lakumu

for you

ٱلۡأَرۡضَ

al-arda

the earth

ذَلُولٗا

dhalulan

subservient

فَٱمۡشُواْ

fa-im'shu

so walk

فِي

مَنَاكِبِهَا

manakibiha

(the) paths thereof

وَكُلُواْ

wakulu

and eat

مِن

min

رِّزۡقِهِۦۖ

riz'qihi

His provision

وَإِلَيۡهِ

wa-ilayhi

and to Him

ٱلنُّشُورُ

al-nushuru

(is) the Resurrection

١٥

67:16

ءَأَمِنتُم

a-amintum

Do you feel secure

مَّن

man

(from Him) Who

فِي

(is) in

ٱلسَّمَآءِ

al-samai

the heaven

أَن

not

يَخۡسِفَ

yakhsifa

He will cause to swallow

بِكُمُ

bikumu

you

ٱلۡأَرۡضَ

al-arda

the earth

فَإِذَا

fa-idha

when

هِيَ

hiya

تَمُورُ

tamuru

sways

١٦

67:17

أَمۡ

أَمِنتُم

amintum

do you feel secure

مَّن

man

(from Him) Who

فِي

(is) in

ٱلسَّمَآءِ

al-samai

the heaven

أَن

that

يُرۡسِلَ

yur'sila

He will send

عَلَيۡكُمۡ

alaykum

against you

حَاصِبٗاۖ

hasiban

a storm of stones

فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ

fasata'lamuna

Then you would know

كَيۡفَ

kayfa

how

نَذِيرِ

nadhiri

(was) My warning

١٧

67:18

وَلَقَدۡ

walaqad

And indeed

كَذَّبَ

kadhaba

denied

ٱلَّذِينَ

alladhina

those

مِن

min

from

قَبۡلِهِمۡ

qablihim

before them

فَكَيۡفَ

fakayfa

and how

كَانَ

kana

was

نَكِيرِ

nakiri

My rejection

١٨

67:19

أَوَلَمۡ

awalam

Do not

يَرَوۡاْ

yaraw

they see

إِلَى

ila

[to]

ٱلطَّيۡرِ

al-tayri

the birds

فَوۡقَهُمۡ

fawqahum

above them

صَٰٓفَّٰتٖ

saffatin

spreading (their wings)

وَيَقۡبِضۡنَۚ

wayaqbid'na

and folding

مَا

Not

يُمۡسِكُهُنَّ

yum'sikuhunna

holds them

إِلَّا

illa

except

ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُۚ

al-rahmanu

the Most Gracious

إِنَّهُۥ

innahu

Indeed He

بِكُلِّ

bikulli

(is) of every

شَيۡءِۭ

shayin

thing

بَصِيرٌ

basirun

All-Seer

١٩

67:20

أَمَّنۡ

amman

Who is

هَٰذَا

hadha

this

ٱلَّذِي

alladhi

the one

هُوَ

huwa

جُندٞ

jundun

(is) an army

لَّكُمۡ

lakum

for you

يَنصُرُكُم

yansurukum

to help you

مِّن

min

from

دُونِ

duni

besides

ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۚ

al-rahmani

the Most Gracious

إِنِ

ini

Not

ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ

al-kafiruna

(are) the disbelievers

إِلَّا

illa

but

فِي

غُرُورٍ

ghururin

delusion

٢٠

67:21

أَمَّنۡ

amman

Who is

هَٰذَا

hadha

this

ٱلَّذِي

alladhi

the one

يَرۡزُقُكُمۡ

yarzuqukum

to provide you

إِنۡ

أَمۡسَكَ

amsaka

He withheld

رِزۡقَهُۥۚ

riz'qahu

His provision

بَل

bal

Nay

لَّجُّواْ

lajju

they persist

فِي

عُتُوّٖ

utuwwin

pride

وَنُفُورٍ

wanufurin

and aversion

٢١

67:22

أَفَمَن

afaman

Then is he who

يَمۡشِي

yamshi

walks

مُكِبًّا

mukibban

fallen

عَلَىٰ

ala

وَجۡهِهِۦٓ

wajhihi

his face

أَهۡدَىٰٓ

ahda

better guided

أَمَّن

amman

or (he) who

يَمۡشِي

yamshi

walks

سَوِيًّا

sawiyyan

upright

عَلَىٰ

ala

صِرَٰطٖ

siratin

(the) Path

مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ

mus'taqimin

Straight

٢٢

67:23

قُلۡ

qul

Say

هُوَ

huwa

ٱلَّذِيٓ

alladhi

(is) the One Who

أَنشَأَكُمۡ

ansha-akum

produced you

وَجَعَلَ

waja'ala

and made

لَكُمُ

lakumu

for you

ٱلسَّمۡعَ

al-sam'a

the hearing

وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَ

wal-absara

and the vision

وَٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةَۚ

wal-afidata

and the feelings

قَلِيلٗا

qalilan

Little

مَّا

(is) what

تَشۡكُرُونَ

tashkuruna

you give thanks

٢٣

67:24

قُلۡ

qul

Say

هُوَ

huwa

ٱلَّذِي

alladhi

(is) the One Who

ذَرَأَكُمۡ

dhara-akum

multiplied you

فِي

ٱلۡأَرۡضِ

al-ardi

the earth

وَإِلَيۡهِ

wa-ilayhi

and to Him

تُحۡشَرُونَ

tuh'sharuna

you will be gathered

٢٤

67:25

وَيَقُولُونَ

wayaquluna

And they say

مَتَىٰ

mata

When

هَٰذَا

hadha

(is) this

ٱلۡوَعۡدُ

al-wa'du

promise

إِن

كُنتُمۡ

kuntum

you are

صَٰدِقِينَ

sadiqina

truthful

٢٥

67:26

قُلۡ

qul

Say

إِنَّمَا

innama

Only

ٱلۡعِلۡمُ

al-'il'mu

the knowledge

عِندَ

inda

(is) with

ٱللَّهِ

al-lahi

Allah

وَإِنَّمَآ

wa-innama

and only

أَنَا۠

ana

I am

نَذِيرٞ

nadhirun

a warner

مُّبِينٞ

mubinun

clear

فَلَمَّا

falamma

But when

رَأَوۡهُ

ra-awhu

they (will) see it

زُلۡفَةٗ

zul'fatan

approaching

سِيٓـَٔتۡ

siat

(will be) distressed

وُجُوهُ

wujuhu

(the) faces

ٱلَّذِينَ

alladhina

(of) those who

كَفَرُواْ

kafaru

disbelieved

وَقِيلَ

waqila

and it will be said

هَٰذَا

hadha

This

ٱلَّذِي

alladhi

(is) that which

كُنتُم

kuntum

you used to

بِهِۦ

bihi

for it

تَدَّعُونَ

tadda'una

call

٢٧

67:28

قُلۡ

qul

Say

أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ

ara-aytum

Have you seen

إِنۡ

أَهۡلَكَنِيَ

ahlakaniya

destroys me

ٱللَّهُ

al-lahu

Allah

وَمَن

waman

and whoever

مَّعِيَ

ma'iya

(is) with me

أَوۡ

رَحِمَنَا

rahimana

has mercy upon us

فَمَن

faman

then who

يُجِيرُ

yujiru

(can) protect

ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ

al-kafirina

the disbelievers

مِنۡ

min

from

عَذَابٍ

adhabin

a punishment

أَلِيمٖ

alimin

painful

٢٨

67:29

قُلۡ

qul

Say

هُوَ

huwa

ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ

al-rahmanu

(is) the Most Gracious

ءَامَنَّا

amanna

we believe

بِهِۦ

bihi

in Him

وَعَلَيۡهِ

wa'alayhi

and upon Him

تَوَكَّلۡنَاۖ

tawakkalna

we put (our) trust

فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ

fasata'lamuna

So you will know

مَنۡ

man

who

هُوَ

huwa

(is) it

فِي

(that is) in

ضَلَٰلٖ

dalalin

error

مُّبِينٖ

mubinin

clear

٢٩

67:30

قُلۡ

qul

Say

أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ

ara-aytum

Have you seen

إِنۡ

أَصۡبَحَ

asbaha

becomes

مَآؤُكُمۡ

maukum

your water

غَوۡرٗا

ghawran

sunken

فَمَن

faman

then who

يَأۡتِيكُم

yatikum

could bring you

بِمَآءٖ

bimain

water

مَّعِينِۭ

ma'inin

flowing

٣٠
