۞وَإِذَا
Wa-ʹiẓaa
And when
رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ
raʹaytahum
you see them
تُعۡجِبُكَ
tuʻjibuka
pleases you
أَجۡسَامُهُمۡۖ
ʹajsaamuhum;
their bodies
وَإِن
wa-ʹiñy
and if
يَقُولُواْ
yaq̣ooloo
they speak
تَسۡمَعۡ
tasmaʻ
you listen
لِقَوۡلِهِمۡۖ
liq̣awlihim:
to their speech
كَأَنَّهُمۡ
Kaʹannahum
as if they (were)
خُشُبٞ
khushubum
pieces of wood
مُّسَنَّدَةٞۖ
musannadah.
propped up
يَحۡسَبُونَ
Yaḥsaboona
They think
كُلَّ
kulla
every
صَيۡحَةٍ
ṣayḥatin
shout
عَلَيۡهِمۡۚ
ʻalayhim.
(is) against them
هُمُ
Humul
They
ٱلۡعَدُوُّ
ʻaduwwu
(are) the enemy
فَٱحۡذَرۡهُمۡۚ
faḥẓarhum.
so beware of them
قَٰتَلَهُمُ
Q̣aatalahumul
May destroy them
ٱللَّهُۖ
laah!
Allah
أَنَّىٰ
ʹAnnaa
How
يُؤۡفَكُونَ
yuʹfakoon!
are they deluded
٤
