Certainly
كَانَ

(there) is
لَكُمۡ
lakum
for you
فِيهِمۡ
feehim
in them
أُسۡوَةٌ
ʹuswatun
an example
حَسَنَةٞ
ḥasanatul
good
لِّمَن
limañ
for (he) who
كَانَ
kaana
is
يَرۡجُواْ
yarjul
hopeful
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
(in) Allah
وَٱلۡيَوۡمَ
wal-Yawmal
and the Day
ٱلۡأٓخِرَۚ
ʹAakhir.
the Last
وَمَن
Wa-mañy
And whoever
يَتَوَلَّ
yatawalla
turns away
فَإِنَّ
faʹinnal
then indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
هُوَ
Huwal
He
ٱلۡغَنِيُّ
G̣aniyyul
(is) Free of need
ٱلۡحَمِيدُ
Ḥameed.
the Praiseworthy
٦
60:7
۞عَسَى
ʻAsal
Perhaps
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
أَن
ʹañy
[that]
يَجۡعَلَ
yajʻala
will put
بَيۡنَكُمۡ
baynakum
between you
وَبَيۡنَ
wa-baynal
and between
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those (to) whom
عَادَيۡتُم
ʻaadaytum
you have been enemies
مِّنۡهُم
minhum
among them
مَّوَدَّةٗۚ
mawaddah.
love
وَٱللَّهُ
Wallaahu
And Allah
قَدِيرٞۚ
Q̣adeer;
(is) All-Powerful
وَٱللَّهُ
wallaahu
And Allah
غَفُورٞ
G̣afoorur
(is) Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٞ
Raḥeem.
Most Merciful
٧
60:8
لَّا
Laa-
Not
يَنۡهَىٰكُمُ
yanhaakumul
(does) forbid you
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
عَنِ
ʻanil
from
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
لَمۡ
lam
(do) not
يُقَٰتِلُوكُمۡ
yuq̣aatilookum
fight you
فِي
fid
in
ٱلدِّينِ
Deeni
the religion
وَلَمۡ
wa-lam
and (do) not
يُخۡرِجُوكُم
yukhrijookum
drive you out
مِّن
miñ
of
دِيَٰرِكُمۡ
diyaarikum
your homes
أَن
ʹañ
that
تَبَرُّوهُمۡ
tabarroohum
you deal kindly
وَتُقۡسِطُوٓاْ
wa-tuq̣siṭooo
and deal justly
إِلَيۡهِمۡۚ
ʹilayhim:
with them
إِنَّ
ʹinnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
يُحِبُّ
yuḥibbul
loves
ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ
Muq̣siṭeen.
those who act justly
٨
60:9
إِنَّمَا
ʹInnamaa
Only
يَنۡهَىٰكُمُ
yanhaakumul
forbids you
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
عَنِ
ʻanil
from
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
قَٰتَلُوكُمۡ
q̣aatalookum
fight you
فِي
fid
in
ٱلدِّينِ
Deeni
the religion
وَأَخۡرَجُوكُم
wa-ʹakhrajookum
and drive you out
مِّن
miñ
of
دِيَٰرِكُمۡ
diyaarikum
your homes
وَظَٰهَرُواْ
wa-z̤̣aaharoo
and support
عَلَىٰٓ
ʻalaaa
in
إِخۡرَاجِكُمۡ
ʹikhraajikum
your expulsion
أَن
ʹañ
that
تَوَلَّوۡهُمۡۚ
tawallawhum.
you make them allies
وَمَن
Wa-mañy
And whoever
يَتَوَلَّهُمۡ
yatawallahum
makes them allies
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
faʹulaaaʹika
then those
هُمُ
humuz̤̣
[they]
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
z̤̣aalimoon.
(are) the wrongdoers
٩
60:10
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
Yaaaʹayyuhal
O you
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
who
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
ʹaamanoo
believe
إِذَا
ʹiẓaa
When
جَآءَكُمُ
jaaaʹakumul
come to you
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتُ
Muʹminaatu
the believing women
مُهَٰجِرَٰتٖ
Muhaajiraatiñ
(as) emigrants
فَٱمۡتَحِنُوهُنَّۖ
famtaḥinoohunn:
then examine them
ٱللَّهُ
ʹAllaahu
Allah
أَعۡلَمُ
ʹaʻlamu
(is) most knowing
بِإِيمَٰنِهِنَّۖ
biʹeemaanihinn:
of their faith
فَإِنۡ
faʹin
And if
عَلِمۡتُمُوهُنَّ
ʻalimtumoohunna
you know them
مُؤۡمِنَٰتٖ
Muʹminaatiñ
(to be) believers
فَلَا
falaa
then (do) not
تَرۡجِعُوهُنَّ
tarjiʻoohunna
return them
إِلَى
ʹilal
to
ٱلۡكُفَّارِۖ
Kuffaar.
the disbelievers
لَا
Laa-
Not
هُنَّ
hunna
they
حِلّٞ
ḥillul
(are) lawful
لَّهُمۡ
lahum
for them
وَلَا
wa-laa
and not
هُمۡ
hum
they
يَحِلُّونَ
yaḥilloona
are lawful
لَهُنَّۖ
lahunn.
for them
وَءَاتُوهُم
Wa-ʹaatoohum
But give them
مَّآ
maaa
what
أَنفَقُواْۚ
ʹañfaq̣oo.
they have spent
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And not
جُنَاحَ
junaaḥa
any blame
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
ʻalaykum
upon you
أَن
ʹañ
if
تَنكِحُوهُنَّ
tañkiḥoohunna
you marry them
إِذَآ
ʹiẓaaa
when
ءَاتَيۡتُمُوهُنَّ
ʹaataytumoohunna
you have given them
أُجُورَهُنَّۚ
ʹujoorahunn.
their (bridal) dues
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (do) not
تُمۡسِكُواْ
tumsikoo
hold
بِعِصَمِ
biʻiṣamil
to marriage bonds
ٱلۡكَوَافِرِ
kawaafiri
(with) disbelieving women
وَسۡـَٔلُواْ
wasʹaloo
but ask (for)
مَآ
maaa
what
أَنفَقۡتُمۡ
ʹañfaq̣tum
you have spent
وَلۡيَسۡـَٔلُواْ
walyasʹaloo
and let them ask
مَآ
maaa
what
أَنفَقُواْۚ
ʹañfaq̣oo.
they have spent
ذَٰلِكُمۡ
Ẓaalikum
That
حُكۡمُ
ḥukmul
(is the) Judgment
ٱللَّهِ
laah.
(of) Allah
يَحۡكُمُ
Yaḥkumu
He judges
بَيۡنَكُمۡۖ
baynakum.
between you
وَٱللَّهُ
Wallaahu
And Allah
عَلِيمٌ
ʻAleemun
(is) All-Knowing
حَكِيمٞ
Ḥakeem.
All-Wise
١٠
60:11
وَإِن
Wa-ʹiñ
And if
فَاتَكُمۡ
faatakum
have gone from you
شَيۡءٞ
shayʹum
any
مِّنۡ
min
of
أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۡ
ʹazwaajikum
your wives
إِلَى
ʹilal
to
ٱلۡكُفَّارِ
kuffaari
the disbelievers
فَعَاقَبۡتُمۡ
faʻaaq̣abtum
then your turn comes
فَـَٔاتُواْ
faʹaatul
then give
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(to) those who
ذَهَبَتۡ
ẓahabat
have gone
أَزۡوَٰجُهُم
ʹazwaajuhum
their wives
مِّثۡلَ
mis̤la
(the) like
مَآ
maaa
(of) what
أَنفَقُواْۚ
ʹañfaq̣oo.
they had spent
وَٱتَّقُواْ
Wattaq̣ul
And fear
ٱللَّهَ
laahal
Allah
ٱلَّذِيٓ
laẓeee
(in) Whom
أَنتُم
ʹañtum̃
you
بِهِۦ
bihee
[in Him]
مُؤۡمِنُونَ
Muʹminoon.
(are) believers
١١
