60:1
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
Yaaa-ʹayyuhal
O you
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
who
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanoo
believe
لَا
laa-
(Do) not
تَتَّخِذُواْ
tattakhiẓoo
take
عَدُوِّي
ʻaduwwee
My enemies
وَعَدُوَّكُمۡ
wa-ʻaduwwakum
and your enemies
أَوۡلِيَآءَ
ʹawliyaaaʹa
(as) allies
تُلۡقُونَ
tulq̣oona
offering
إِلَيۡهِم
ʹilayhim̃
them
بِٱلۡمَوَدَّةِ
bilmawaddati
love
وَقَدۡ
wa-q̣ad
while
كَفَرُواْ
kafaroo
they have disbelieved
بِمَا
bimaa
in what
جَآءَكُم
jaaaʹakum
came to you
مِّنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡحَقِّ
Ḥaq̣q̣i,
the truth
يُخۡرِجُونَ
yukhrijoonar
driving out
ٱلرَّسُولَ
Rasoola
the Messenger
وَإِيَّاكُمۡ
wa-ʹiyyaakum
and yourselves
أَن
ʹañ
because
تُؤۡمِنُواْ
tuʹminoo
you believe
بِٱللَّهِ
billaahi
in Allah
رَبِّكُمۡ
Rabbikum!
your Lord
إِن
ʹIñ
If
كُنتُمۡ
kuñtum
you
خَرَجۡتُمۡ
kharajtum
come forth
جِهَٰدٗا
jihaadañ
(to) strive
فِي
fee
in
سَبِيلِي
Sabeelee
My way
وَٱبۡتِغَآءَ
wabtig̣aaaʹa
and (to) seek
مَرۡضَاتِيۚ
Marḍaatee
My Pleasure
تُسِرُّونَ
tusirroona
You confide
إِلَيۡهِم
ʹilayhim
to them
بِٱلۡمَوَدَّةِ
bilmawaddati
love
وَأَنَا۠
wa-ʹana
but I Am
أَعۡلَمُ
ʹaʻlamu
most knowing
بِمَآ
bimaaa
of what
أَخۡفَيۡتُمۡ
ʹakhfaytum
you conceal
وَمَآ
wa-maaa
and what
أَعۡلَنتُمۡۚ
ʹaʻlañtum.
you declare
وَمَن
Wa-mañy
And whoever
يَفۡعَلۡهُ
yafʻalhu
does it
مِنكُمۡ
miñkum
among you
فَقَدۡ
faq̣ad
then certainly
ضَلَّ
ḍalla
he has strayed
سَوَآءَ
Sawaaaʹas
(from the) straight
ٱلسَّبِيلِ
Sabeel.

60:2
إِن
ʹIñy
If
يَثۡقَفُوكُمۡ
yas̤q̣afookum
they gain dominance over you
يَكُونُواْ
yakoonoo
they would be
لَكُمۡ
lakum
to you
أَعۡدَآءٗ
ʹaʻdaaaʹañw
enemies
وَيَبۡسُطُوٓاْ
Wayabsuṭooo
and extend
إِلَيۡكُمۡ
ʹilaykum
against you
أَيۡدِيَهُمۡ
ʹaydiyahum
their hands
وَأَلۡسِنَتَهُم
wa-ʹalsinatahum̃
and their tongues
بِٱلسُّوٓءِ
bissoooʹi
with evil
وَوَدُّواْ
wa-waddoo
and they desire
لَوۡ
law
that
تَكۡفُرُونَ
takfuroon.
you would disbelieve
٢
60:3
لَن
Lañ
Never
تَنفَعَكُمۡ
tañfaʻakum
will benefit you
أَرۡحَامُكُمۡ
ʹarḥaamukum
your relatives
وَلَآ
wa-laaa
and not
أَوۡلَٰدُكُمۡۚ
ʹawlaadukum
your children
يَوۡمَ
Yawmal
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
Q̣iyaamah:
(of) the Resurrection
يَفۡصِلُ
yafṣilu
He will judge
بَيۡنَكُمۡۚ
baynakum:
between you
وَٱللَّهُ
wallaahu
And Allah
بِمَا
bimaa
of what
تَعۡمَلُونَ
taʻmaloona
you do
بَصِيرٞ
Baṣeer.
(is) All-Seer
٣
60:4
قَدۡ
Q̣ad
Indeed
كَانَتۡ
kaanat
(there) is
لَكُمۡ
lakum
for you
أُسۡوَةٌ
ʹuswatun
an example
حَسَنَةٞ
ḥasanatuñ
good
فِيٓ
feee
in
إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ
ʹIbraaheema
Ibrahim
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wallaẓeena
and those
مَعَهُۥٓ
maʻahooo
with him
إِذۡ
ʹiẓ
when
قَالُواْ
q̣aaloo
they said
لِقَوۡمِهِمۡ
liq̣awmihim
to their people
إِنَّا
ʹinnaa
Indeed we
بُرَءَٰٓؤُاْ
buraʹaaaʹu
(are) disassociated
مِنكُمۡ
miñkum
from you
وَمِمَّا
wa-mimmaa
and from what
تَعۡبُدُونَ
taʻbudoona
you worship
مِن
miñ
from
دُونِ
doonil
besides
ٱللَّهِ
laah:
Allah
كَفَرۡنَا
kafarnaa
We have denied
بِكُمۡ
bikum
you
وَبَدَا
wa-badaa
and has appeared
بَيۡنَنَا
baynanaa
between us
وَبَيۡنَكُمُ
wa-baynakumul
and between you
ٱلۡعَدَٰوَةُ
ʻadaawatu
enmity
وَٱلۡبَغۡضَآءُ
wal-bag̣ḍaaaʹu
and hatred
أَبَدًا
ʹabadan
forever
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
تُؤۡمِنُواْ
tuʹminoo
you believe
بِٱللَّهِ
billaahi
in Allah
وَحۡدَهُۥٓ
Waḥdahooo
Alone
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
Except
قَوۡلَ
q̣awla
(the) saying
إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ
ʹIbraaheema
(of) Ibrahim
لِأَبِيهِ
liʹabeehi
to his father
لَأَسۡتَغۡفِرَنَّ
laʹastag̣firanna
Surely I ask forgiveness
لَكَ
laka
for you
وَمَآ
wa-maaa
but not
أَمۡلِكُ
ʹamliku
I have power
لَكَ
laka
for you
مِنَ
minal
from
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
مِن
miñ
of
شَيۡءٖۖ
shayʹ.
anything
رَّبَّنَا
Rabbanaa
Our Lord
عَلَيۡكَ
ʻalayka
upon You
تَوَكَّلۡنَا
tawakkalnaa
we put our trust
وَإِلَيۡكَ
wa-ʹilayka
and to You
أَنَبۡنَا
ʹanabnaa
we turn
وَإِلَيۡكَ
wa-ʹilaykal
and to You
ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
Maṣeer.
(is) the final return
٤
60:5
رَبَّنَا
Rabbanaa
Our Lord
لَا
laa-
(do) not
تَجۡعَلۡنَا
tajʻalnaa
make us
فِتۡنَةٗ
fitnatal
a trial
لِّلَّذِينَ
lillaẓeena
for those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaroo
disbelieve
وَٱغۡفِرۡ
wag̣fir
and forgive
لَنَا
lanaa
us
رَبَّنَآۖ
Rabbanaa!
our Lord
إِنَّكَ
ʹInnaka
Indeed You
أَنتَ
ʹAñtal
[You]
ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
ʻAzeezul
(are) the All-Mighty
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
Ḥakeem.
the All-Wise
