يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(On the) Day
تَرَى
taral
you will see
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
Muʹmineena
the believing men
وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ
wal-Muʹminaati
and the believing women
يَسۡعَىٰ
yasʻaa
running
نُورُهُم
Nooruhum̃
their light
بَيۡنَ
bayna
before them
أَيۡدِيهِمۡ
ʹaydeehim
before them
وَبِأَيۡمَٰنِهِمۖ
wa-biʹaymaanihim
and on their right
بُشۡرَىٰكُمُ
Bushraakumul
Glad tidings for you
ٱلۡيَوۡمَ
Yawma
this Day
جَنَّٰتٞ
Jannaatuñ
gardens
تَجۡرِي
tajree
flowing
مِن
miñ
from
تَحۡتِهَا
taḥtihal
underneath it
ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ
ʹanhaaru
the rivers
خَٰلِدِينَ
khaalideena
abiding forever
فِيهَاۚ
feeha!
therein
ذَٰلِكَ
Ẓaalika
That
هُوَ
huwal
[it] (is)
ٱلۡفَوۡزُ
Fawzul
the success
ٱلۡعَظِيمُ
ʻaz̤̣eem!
the great
١٢
57:13
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(On the) Day
يَقُولُ
yaq̣oolul
will say
ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ
Munaafiq̣oona
the hypocrite men
وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتُ
wal-Munaafiq̣aatu
and the hypocrite women
لِلَّذِينَ
lil-laẓeena
to those who
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanuñ
believed
ٱنظُرُونَا
z̤̣uroonaa
Wait for us
نَقۡتَبِسۡ
naq̣tabis
we may acquire
مِن
min
of
نُّورِكُمۡ
Noorikum!
your light
قِيلَ
Q̣eelar
It will be said
ٱرۡجِعُواْ
jiʻoo
Go back
وَرَآءَكُمۡ
waraaaʹakum
behind you
فَٱلۡتَمِسُواْ
faltamisoo
and seek
نُورٗاۖ
nooraa!
light
فَضُرِبَ
Faḍuriba
Then will be put up
بَيۡنَهُم
baynahum̃
between them
بِسُورٖ
bisooril
a wall
لَّهُۥ
lahoo
for it
بَابُۢ
baab.
a gate
بَاطِنُهُۥ
Baaṭinuhoo
its interior
فِيهِ
feehir
in it
ٱلرَّحۡمَةُ
Raḥmatu
(is) mercy
وَظَٰهِرُهُۥ
wa-z̤̣aahiruhoo
but its exterior
مِن
miñ
facing towards [it]
قِبَلِهِ
q̣ibalihil
facing towards [it]
ٱلۡعَذَابُ
ʻaẓaab!
the punishment
١٣
57:14
يُنَادُونَهُمۡ
Yunaadoonahum
They will call them
أَلَمۡ
ʹalam
Were not
نَكُن
nakum
we
مَّعَكُمۡۖ
maʻakum?
with you
قَالُواْ
Q̣aaloo
They will say
بَلَىٰ
balaa
Yes
وَلَٰكِنَّكُمۡ
walaakinnakum
but you
فَتَنتُمۡ
fatañtum
led to temptation
أَنفُسَكُمۡ
ʹañfusakum
yourselves
وَتَرَبَّصۡتُمۡ
wa-tarabbaṣtum
and you awaited
وَٱرۡتَبۡتُمۡ
wartabtum
and you doubted
وَغَرَّتۡكُمُ
wa-g̣arratkumul
and deceived you
ٱلۡأَمَانِيُّ
ʹamaaniyyu
the wishful thinking
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
جَآءَ
jaaaʹa
came
أَمۡرُ
ʹAmrul
(the) Command
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
وَغَرَّكُم
wa-g̣arrakum̃
And deceived you
بِٱللَّهِ
billaahil
about Allah
ٱلۡغَرُورُ
G̣aroor.
the deceiver
١٤
57:15
فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ
Fal-Yawma
So today
لَا
laa-
not
يُؤۡخَذُ
yuʹkhaẓu
will be accepted
مِنكُمۡ
miñkum
from you
فِدۡيَةٞ
fidyatuñw
any ransom
وَلَا
walaa
and not
مِنَ
minal
from
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
كَفَرُواْۚ
kafaroo.
disbelieved
مَأۡوَىٰكُمُ
Maʹwaakumun
Your abode
ٱلنَّارُۖ
Naar:
(is) the Fire
هِيَ
hiya
it (is)
مَوۡلَىٰكُمۡۖ
maw-laakum:
your protector
وَبِئۡسَ
wa-biʹsal
and wretched is
ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
Maṣeer!
the destination
١٥
57:16
۞أَلَمۡ
ʹAlam
Has not
يَأۡنِ
yaʹni
come (the) time
لِلَّذِينَ
lil-laẓeena
for those who
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
ʹaamanooo
believed
أَن
ʹañ
that
تَخۡشَعَ
takhshaʻa
become humble
قُلُوبُهُمۡ
q̣uloobuhum
their hearts
لِذِكۡرِ
liẓikril
at (the) remembrance (of) Allah
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
at (the) remembrance (of) Allah
وَمَا
wa-maa
and what
نَزَلَ
nazala
has come down
مِنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡحَقِّ
Ḥaq̣q̣i
the truth
وَلَا
wa-laa
And not
يَكُونُواْ
yakoonoo
they become
كَٱلَّذِينَ
kallaẓeena
like those who
أُوتُواْ
ʹootul
were given
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
Kitaaba
the Book
مِن
miñ
before
قَبۡلُ
q̣ablu
before
فَطَالَ
faṭaala
(and) was prolonged
عَلَيۡهِمُ
ʻalayhimul
for them
ٱلۡأَمَدُ
ʹamadu
the term
فَقَسَتۡ
faq̣asat
so hardened
قُلُوبُهُمۡۖ
q̣uloobuhum?
their hearts
وَكَثِيرٞ
Wa-kas̤eerum
and many
مِّنۡهُمۡ
minhum
of them
فَٰسِقُونَ
faasiq̣oon.
(are) defiantly disobedient
١٦
57:17
ٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
ʹIʻlamooo
Know
أَنَّ
ʹannal
that
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
يُحۡيِ
yuḥyil
gives life
ٱلۡأَرۡضَ
ʹarḍa
(to) the earth
بَعۡدَ
baʻda
after
مَوۡتِهَاۚ
mawtihaa!
its death
قَدۡ
Q̣ad
Indeed
بَيَّنَّا
bayyannaa
We have made clear
لَكُمُ
lakumul
to you
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
ʹAayaati
the Signs
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
laʻallakum
so that you may
تَعۡقِلُونَ
taʻq̣iloon.
understand
١٧
57:18
إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱلۡمُصَّدِّقِينَ
Muṣṣaddiq̣eena
the men who give charity
وَٱلۡمُصَّدِّقَٰتِ
wal-Muṣṣaddiq̣aati
and the women who give charity
وَأَقۡرَضُواْ
wa-ʹaq̣raḍul
and who lend
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
(to) Allah
قَرۡضًا
Q̣arḍan
a loan
حَسَنٗا
ḥasanañy
goodly
يُضَٰعَفُ
yuḍaaʻafu
it will be multiplied
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
وَلَهُمۡ
wa-lahum
and for them
أَجۡرٞ
ʹajruñ
(is) a reward
كَرِيمٞ
kareem.
