55:17رَبُّRabbulLordٱلۡمَشۡرِقَيۡنِMashriq̣ayni(of) the two Eastsوَرَبُّwa-rabbuland LordٱلۡمَغۡرِبَيۡنِMag̣ribayn:(of) the two Wests١٧
55:18فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny١٨
55:20بَيۡنَهُمَاBaynahumaaBetween both of themبَرۡزَخٞBarzakhul(is) a barrierلَّاlaanotيَبۡغِيَانِyabg̣iyaan:they transgress٢٠
55:21فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٢١
55:22يَخۡرُجُYakhrujuCome forthمِنۡهُمَاminhumalfrom both of themٱللُّؤۡلُؤُLuʹluʹuthe pearlوَٱلۡمَرۡجَانُwal-Marjaan:and the coral٢٢
55:23فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٢٣
55:24وَلَهُWa-lahulAnd for HimٱلۡجَوَارِJawaaril(are) the shipsٱلۡمُنشَـَٔاتُmuñ-shaʹaaatuelevatedفِيfilinٱلۡبَحۡرِbaḥrithe seaكَٱلۡأَعۡلَٰمِkal-ʹaʻlaam:like mountains٢٤
55:25فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٢٥
55:27وَيَبۡقَىٰWa-yabq̣aaBut will remainوَجۡهُWajhu(the) FaceرَبِّكَRabbika(of) your LordذُوẒul(the) OwnerٱلۡجَلَٰلِJalaali(of) Majestyوَٱلۡإِكۡرَامِwal-ʹIkraam.and Honor٢٧
55:28فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٢٨
55:29يَسۡـَٔلُهُۥYasʹaluhooAsks Himمَنmañwhoeverفِيfis(is) inٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِsamaawaatithe heavensوَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚwalarḍ:and the earthكُلَّkullaEveryيَوۡمٍYawmindayهُوَHuwaHeفِيfee(is) inشَأۡنٖshaʹn!a matter٢٩
55:30فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٣٠
55:31سَنَفۡرُغُSanafrug̣uSoon We will attendلَكُمۡlakumto youأَيُّهَʹayyuhas̤O youٱلثَّقَلَانِs̤aq̣alaan!two classes٣١
55:32فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٣٢
55:33يَٰمَعۡشَرَYaa-MaʻsharalO assemblyٱلۡجِنِّjinni(of) the jinnوَٱلۡإِنسِwal-ʹiñsiand the menإِنِʹinisIfٱسۡتَطَعۡتُمۡtataʻtumyou are ableأَنʹañtoتَنفُذُواْtañfuẓoopass beyondمِنۡmin[of]أَقۡطَارِʹaq̣ṭaaris(the) regionsٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِsamaawaati(of) the heavensوَٱلۡأَرۡضِwal-ʹarḍiand the earthفَٱنفُذُواْۚfañfuẓoo!then passلَاlaa-Notتَنفُذُونَtañfuẓoonayou (can) passإِلَّاʹillaaexceptبِسُلۡطَٰنٖbisulṭaan!by authority٣٣
55:34فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٣٤
55:35يُرۡسَلُYursaluWill be sentعَلَيۡكُمَاʻalaykumaaagainst both of youشُوَاظٞshuwaaz̤̣uma flameمِّنminofنَّارٖnaariñwwafireوَنُحَاسٞnuḥaasuñand smokeفَلَاfalaaand notتَنتَصِرَانِtañtaṣiraan;you will (be able to) defend yourselves٣٥
55:36فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٣٦
55:37فَإِذَاFaʹiẓañThen whenٱنشَقَّتِshaq̣q̣atisis splitٱلسَّمَآءُsamaaaʹuthe heavenفَكَانَتۡfakaanatand it becomesوَرۡدَةٗwardatañrose-coloredكَٱلدِّهَانِkaddihaan:like murky oil٣٧
55:38فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٣٨
55:39فَيَوۡمَئِذٖFayawmaʹiẓilThen (on) that Dayلَّاlaanotيُسۡـَٔلُyusʹaluwill be askedعَنʻañaboutذَنۢبِهِۦٓẓambiheeehis sinإِنسٞʹiñsuñwany manوَلَاWalaaand notجَآنّٞjaaann,―any jinn٣٩
55:40فَبِأَيِّFabiʹayyiSo whichءَالَآءِʹaalaaaʹi(of the) favorsرَبِّكُمَاRabbikumaa(of) your Lordتُكَذِّبَانِtukaẓẓibaan?will you both deny٤٠
