ٱلَّذِينَ

أُوتُواْ

نَصِيبٗا

a portion
مِّنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
Kitaabi
the Scripture
يُدۡعَوۡنَ
yudʻawna
They are invited
إِلَىٰ
ʹilaa
to
كِتَٰبِ
Kitaabil
(the) Book
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
لِيَحۡكُمَ
liyaḥkuma
that (it should) arbitrate
بَيۡنَهُمۡ
bay-nahum
between them
ثُمَّ
s̤umma
then
يَتَوَلَّىٰ
yatawallaa
turns away
فَرِيقٞ
fareeq̣um
a party
مِّنۡهُمۡ
minhum
of them
وَهُم
wahum
and they (are)
مُّعۡرِضُونَ
muʻriḍoon.
those who are averse
٢٣
3:24
ذَٰلِكَ
Ẓaalika
That
بِأَنَّهُمۡ
biʹannahum
(is) because they
قَالُواْ
q̣aaloo
say
لَن
lañ
Never
تَمَسَّنَا
tamassanan
will touch us
ٱلنَّارُ
Naaru
the Fire
إِلَّآ
ʹillaaa
except
أَيَّامٗا
ʹayyaaman
(for) days
مَّعۡدُودَٰتٖۖ
maʻdoodaat:
numbered
وَغَرَّهُمۡ
wa-g̣arrahum
And deceived them
فِي
fee
in
دِينِهِم
deenihim
their religion
مَّا
maa
what
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they were
يَفۡتَرُونَ
yaftaroon.
inventing
٢٤
3:25
فَكَيۡفَ
Fakayfa
Then how (will it be)
إِذَا
ʹiẓaa
when
جَمَعۡنَٰهُمۡ
jamaʻnaahum
We will gather them
لِيَوۡمٖ
liyawmil
on a Day
لَّا
laa
no
رَيۡبَ
rayba
doubt
فِيهِ
feeh,
in it
وَوُفِّيَتۡ
wa-wuffiyat
And will be paid in full
كُلُّ
kullu
every
نَفۡسٖ
nafsim
soul
مَّا
maa
what
كَسَبَتۡ
kasabat
it earned
وَهُمۡ
wahum
and they
لَا
laa-
(will) not
يُظۡلَمُونَ
yuz̤̣lamoon?
be wronged
٢٥
3:26
قُلِ
Q̣ulil
Say
ٱللَّهُمَّ
laahumma
O Allah
مَٰلِكَ
Maalikal
Owner
ٱلۡمُلۡكِ
Mulki
(of) the Dominion
تُؤۡتِي
tuʹtil
You give
ٱلۡمُلۡكَ
Mulka
the dominion
مَن
mañ
(to) whom
تَشَآءُ
tashaaʹu
You will
وَتَنزِعُ
wa-tañẓiʻul
and You take away
ٱلۡمُلۡكَ
Mulka
the dominion
مِمَّن
mimmañ
from whom
تَشَآءُ
tashaaaʹ.
You will
وَتُعِزُّ
Wa-tuʻizzu
and You honor
مَن
mañ
whom
تَشَآءُ
tashaaaʹu
You will
وَتُذِلُّ
wa-tuẓillu
and You humiliate
مَن
mañ
whom
تَشَآءُۖ
tashaaaʹ:
You will
بِيَدِكَ
biyadikal
In Your hand
ٱلۡخَيۡرُۖ
Khayr.
(is all) the good
إِنَّكَ
ʹInnaka
Indeed You
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
(are) on
كُلِّ
kulli
every
شَيۡءٖ
shayʹiñ
thing
قَدِيرٞ
Q̣adeer.
All-Powerful
٢٦
3:27
تُولِجُ
Toolijul
You cause to enter
ٱلَّيۡلَ
layla
the night
فِي
fin
in
ٱلنَّهَارِ
nahaari
the day
وَتُولِجُ
wa-toolijun
and You cause to enter
ٱلنَّهَارَ
nahaara
the day
فِي
fil
in
ٱلَّيۡلِۖ
layl:
the night
وَتُخۡرِجُ
wa-tukhrijul
and You bring forth
ٱلۡحَيَّ
ḥayya
the living
مِنَ
minal
from
ٱلۡمَيِّتِ
mayyiti
the dead
وَتُخۡرِجُ
wa-tukhrijul
and You bring forth
ٱلۡمَيِّتَ
mayyita
the dead
مِنَ
minal
from
ٱلۡحَيِّۖ
ḥayyi
the living
وَتَرۡزُقُ
wa-tarzuq̣u
and You give provision
مَن
mañ
(to) whom
تَشَآءُ
tashaaʹu
You will
بِغَيۡرِ
big̣ayri
without
حِسَابٖ
ḥisaab.
measure
٢٧
3:28
لَّا
Laa-
(Let) not
يَتَّخِذِ
yattakhiẓil
take
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ
Muʹminoonal
the believers
ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
kaafireena
the disbelievers
أَوۡلِيَآءَ
ʹawliyaaaʹa
(as) allies
مِن
miñ
from
دُونِ
doonil
instead of
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَۖ
Muʹmineen.
the believers
وَمَن
Wa-mañy
And whoever
يَفۡعَلۡ
yafʻal
does
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
that
فَلَيۡسَ
falaysa
then not he (has)
مِنَ
minal
from
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
فِي
fee
in
شَيۡءٍ
shayʹin
anything
إِلَّآ
ʹillaaa
except
أَن
ʹañ
that
تَتَّقُواْ
tat-taq̣oo
you fear
مِنۡهُمۡ
minhum
from them
تُقَىٰةٗۗ
tuq̣aah.
(as) a precaution
وَيُحَذِّرُكُمُ
Wa-yuḥaẓẓi-rukumul
And warns you
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
نَفۡسَهُۥۗ
Nafsah;
(of) Himself
وَإِلَى
wa-ʹilal
and to
ٱللَّهِ
laahil
Allah
ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
maṣeer.
(is) the final return
٢٨
3:29
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
إِن
ʹiñ
Whether
تُخۡفُواْ
tukhfoo
you conceal
مَا
maa-
what
فِي
fee
(is) in
صُدُورِكُمۡ
ṣudoorikum
your breasts
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
تُبۡدُوهُ
tubdoohu
you disclose it
يَعۡلَمۡهُ
yaʻlamhul
knows it
ٱللَّهُۗ
laah.
Allah
وَيَعۡلَمُ
Wayaʻlamu
And He knows
مَا
maa-
what
فِي
fis
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
the heavens
وَمَا
wa-maa
and what
فِي
fil
(is) in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
ʹarḍ.
the earth
وَٱللَّهُ
Wallaahu
And Allah
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
(is) on
كُلِّ
kulli
every
شَيۡءٖ
shayʹiñ
thing
قَدِيرٞ
Q̣adeer.
All-Powerful
٢٩
