ٱلَّذِينَ

بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ

in the Hereafter
لَيُسَمُّونَ
layusammuna
surely they name
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
al-malaikata
the Angels
تَسۡمِيَةَ
tasmiyata
name(s)
ٱلۡأُنثَىٰ
al-untha
(of) female
٢٧
53:28
وَمَا
wama
And not
لَهُم
lahum
for them
بِهِۦ
bihi
about it
مِنۡ
min
any
عِلۡمٍۖ
il'min
knowledge
إِن
in
Not
يَتَّبِعُونَ
yattabi'una
they follow
إِلَّا
illa
but
ٱلظَّنَّۖ
al-zana
assumption
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
ٱلظَّنَّ
al-zana
the assumption
لَا
la
(does) not
يُغۡنِي
yugh'ni
avail
مِنَ
mina
against
ٱلۡحَقِّ
al-haqi
the truth
شَيۡـٔٗا
shayan
anything
٢٨
53:29
فَأَعۡرِضۡ
fa-a'rid
So turn away
عَن
an
from
مَّن
man
(him) who
تَوَلَّىٰ
tawalla
turns away
عَن
an
from
ذِكۡرِنَا
dhik'rina
Our Reminder
وَلَمۡ
walam
and not
يُرِدۡ
yurid
he desires
إِلَّا
illa
except
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ
al-hayata
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
al-dun'ya
(of) the world
٢٩
53:30
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That
مَبۡلَغُهُم
mablaghuhum
(is) their sum
مِّنَ
mina
of
ٱلۡعِلۡمِۚ
al-'il'mi
knowledge
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
your Lord
هُوَ
huwa
(is) He (Who)
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
knows best
بِمَن
biman
(he) who
ضَلَّ
dalla
strays
عَن
an
from
سَبِيلِهِۦ
sabilihi
His Path
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
and He
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
knows best
بِمَنِ
bimani
(he) who
ٱهۡتَدَىٰ
ih'tada
is guided
٣٠
53:31
وَلِلَّهِ
walillahi
And for Allah
مَا
ma
(is) whatever
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
al-samawati
the heavens
وَمَا
wama
and whatever
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the earth
لِيَجۡزِيَ
liyajziya
that He may recompense
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
أَسَٰٓـُٔواْ
asau
do evil
بِمَا
bima
with what
عَمِلُواْ
amilu
they have done
وَيَجۡزِيَ
wayajziya
and recompense
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
أَحۡسَنُواْ
ahsanu
do good
بِٱلۡحُسۡنَى
bil-hus'na
with the best
٣١
53:32
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
Those who
يَجۡتَنِبُونَ
yajtanibuna
avoid
كَبَٰٓئِرَ
kabaira
great
ٱلۡإِثۡمِ
al-ith'mi
sins
وَٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ
wal-fawahisha
and the immoralities
إِلَّا
illa
except
ٱللَّمَمَۚ
al-lamama
the small faults
إِنَّ
inna
indeed
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
your Lord
وَٰسِعُ
wasi'u
(is) vast
ٱلۡمَغۡفِرَةِۚ
al-maghfirati
(in) forgiveness
هُوَ
huwa
He
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
(is) most knowing about you
بِكُمۡ
bikum
(is) most knowing about you
إِذۡ
idh
when
أَنشَأَكُم
ansha-akum
He produced you
مِّنَ
mina
from
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the earth
وَإِذۡ
wa-idh
and when
أَنتُمۡ
antum
you (were)
أَجِنَّةٞ
ajinnatun
fetuses
فِي
fi
in
بُطُونِ
butuni
(the) wombs
أُمَّهَٰتِكُمۡۖ
ummahatikum
(of) your mothers
فَلَا
fala
So (do) not
تُزَكُّوٓاْ
tuzakku
ascribe purity
أَنفُسَكُمۡۖ
anfusakum
(to) yourselves
هُوَ
huwa
He
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
knows best
بِمَنِ
bimani
(he) who
ٱتَّقَىٰٓ
ittaqa
fears
٣٢
53:33
أَفَرَءَيۡتَ
afara-ayta
Did you see
ٱلَّذِي
alladhi
the one who
تَوَلَّىٰ
tawalla
turned away
٣٣
53:34
وَأَعۡطَىٰ
wa-a'ta
And gave
قَلِيلٗا
qalilan
a little
وَأَكۡدَىٰٓ
wa-akda
and withheld
٣٤
53:35
أَعِندَهُۥ
a'indahu
Is with him
عِلۡمُ
il'mu
(the) knowledge
ٱلۡغَيۡبِ
al-ghaybi
(of) the unseen
فَهُوَ
fahuwa
so he
يَرَىٰٓ
yara
sees
٣٥
53:36
أَمۡ
am
Or
لَمۡ
lam
not
يُنَبَّأۡ
yunabba
he was informed
بِمَا
bima
with what
فِي
fi
(was) in
صُحُفِ
suhufi
(the) Scriptures
مُوسَىٰ
musa
(of) Musa
٣٦
53:37
وَإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ
wa-ib'rahima
And Ibrahim
ٱلَّذِي
alladhi
who
وَفَّىٰٓ
waffa
fulfilled
٣٧
53:38
أَلَّا
alla
That not
تَزِرُ
taziru
will bear
وَازِرَةٞ
waziratun
a bearer of burdens
وِزۡرَ
wiz'ra
(the) burden
أُخۡرَىٰ
ukh'ra
(of) another
٣٨
53:39
وَأَن
wa-an
And that
لَّيۡسَ
laysa
is not
لِلۡإِنسَٰنِ
lil'insani
for man
إِلَّا
illa
except
مَا
ma
what
سَعَىٰ
sa'a
he strives (for)
٣٩
53:40
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
And that
سَعۡيَهُۥ
sa'yahu
his striving
سَوۡفَ
sawfa
will soon
يُرَىٰ
yura
be seen
٤٠
53:41
ثُمَّ
thumma
Then
يُجۡزَىٰهُ
yuj'zahu
he will be recompensed for it
ٱلۡجَزَآءَ
al-jazaa
the recompense
ٱلۡأَوۡفَىٰ
al-awfa
the fullest
٤١
53:42
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
And that
إِلَىٰ
ila
to
رَبِّكَ
rabbika
your Lord
ٱلۡمُنتَهَىٰ
al-muntaha
(is) the final goal
٤٢
53:43
وَأَنَّهُۥ
wa-annahu
And that He
هُوَ
huwa
[He]
أَضۡحَكَ
adhaka
makes (one) laugh
وَأَبۡكَىٰ
wa-abka
and makes (one) weep
٤٣
53:44
وَأَنَّهُۥ
wa-annahu
And that He
هُوَ
huwa
[He]
أَمَاتَ
amata
causes death
وَأَحۡيَا
wa-ahya
and gives life
٤٤
