وَإِذۡ

We directed
إِلَيۡكَ

to you
نَفَرٗا
nafaran
a party
مِّنَ
mina

ٱلۡجِنِّ
al-jini
the jinn
يَسۡتَمِعُونَ
yastami'una
listening
ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ
al-qur'ana
(to) the Quran
فَلَمَّا
falamma
And when
حَضَرُوهُ
hadaruhu
they attended it
قَالُوٓاْ
qalu
they said
أَنصِتُواْۖ
ansitu
Listen quietly
فَلَمَّا
falamma
And when
قُضِيَ
qudiya
it was concluded
وَلَّوۡاْ
wallaw
they turned back
إِلَىٰ
ila
to
قَوۡمِهِم
qawmihim
their people
مُّنذِرِينَ
mundhirina
(as) warners
٢٩
46:30
قَالُواْ
qalu
They said
يَٰقَوۡمَنَآ
yaqawmana
O our people
إِنَّا
inna
Indeed we
سَمِعۡنَا
sami'na
[we] have heard
كِتَٰبًا
kitaban
a Book
أُنزِلَ
unzila
revealed
مِنۢ
min
after
بَعۡدِ
ba'di
after
مُوسَىٰ
musa
Musa
مُصَدِّقٗا
musaddiqan
confirming
لِّمَا
lima
what
بَيۡنَ
bayna
(was) before it
يَدَيۡهِ
yadayhi
(was) before it
يَهۡدِيٓ
yahdi
guiding
إِلَى
ila
to
ٱلۡحَقِّ
al-haqi
the truth
وَإِلَىٰ
wa-ila
and to
طَرِيقٖ
tariqin
a Path
مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ
mus'taqimin
Straight
٣٠
46:31
يَٰقَوۡمَنَآ
yaqawmana
O our people
أَجِيبُواْ
ajibu
Respond
دَاعِيَ
da'iya
(to the) caller
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
وَءَامِنُواْ
waaminu
and believe
بِهِۦ
bihi
in him
يَغۡفِرۡ
yaghfir
He will forgive
لَكُم
lakum
for you
مِّن
min
of
ذُنُوبِكُمۡ
dhunubikum
your sins
وَيُجِرۡكُم
wayujir'kum
and will protect you
مِّنۡ
min
from
عَذَابٍ
adhabin
a punishment
أَلِيمٖ
alimin
painful
٣١
46:32
وَمَن
waman
And whoever
لَّا
la
(does) not
يُجِبۡ
yujib
respond
دَاعِيَ
da'iya
(to the) caller
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
فَلَيۡسَ
falaysa
then not
بِمُعۡجِزٖ
bimu'jizin
he can escape
فِي
fi
in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the earth
وَلَيۡسَ
walaysa
and not
لَهُۥ
lahu
for him
مِن
min
besides Him
دُونِهِۦٓ
dunihi
besides Him
أَوۡلِيَآءُۚ
awliyau
protectors
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ulaika
Those
فِي
fi
(are) in
ضَلَٰلٖ
dalalin
error
مُّبِينٍ
mubinin
clear
٣٢
46:33
أَوَلَمۡ
awalam
Do not
يَرَوۡاْ
yaraw
they see
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
ٱلَّذِي
alladhi
(is) the One Who
خَلَقَ
khalaqa
created
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
al-samawati
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ
wal-arda
and the earth
وَلَمۡ
walam
and (was) not
يَعۡيَ
ya'ya
tired
بِخَلۡقِهِنَّ
bikhalqihinna
by their creation
بِقَٰدِرٍ
biqadirin
(is) able
عَلَىٰٓ
ala
to give life
أَن
an
to give life
يُحۡـِۧيَ
yuh'yiya
to give life
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰۚ
al-mawta
(to) the dead
بَلَىٰٓۚ
bala
Yes
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
indeed He
عَلَىٰ
ala
(is) on
كُلِّ
kulli
every
شَيۡءٖ
shayin
thing
قَدِيرٞ
qadirun
All-Powerful
٣٣
46:34
وَيَوۡمَ
wayawma
And (the) Day
يُعۡرَضُ
yu'radu
are exposed
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaru
disbelieved
عَلَى
ala
to
ٱلنَّارِ
al-nari
the Fire
أَلَيۡسَ
alaysa
Is not
هَٰذَا
hadha
this
بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ
bil-haqi
the truth
قَالُواْ
qalu
They will say
بَلَىٰ
bala
Yes
وَرَبِّنَاۚ
warabbina
by our Lord
قَالَ
qala
He will say
فَذُوقُواْ
fadhuqu
Then taste
ٱلۡعَذَابَ
al-'adhaba
the punishment
بِمَا
bima
because
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you used to
تَكۡفُرُونَ
takfuruna
disbelieve
٣٤
46:35
فَٱصۡبِرۡ
fa-is'bir
So be patient
كَمَا
kama
as
صَبَرَ
sabara
had patience
أُوْلُواْ
ulu
those of determination
ٱلۡعَزۡمِ
al-'azmi
those of determination
مِنَ
mina
of
ٱلرُّسُلِ
al-rusuli
the Messengers
وَلَا
wala
and (do) not
تَسۡتَعۡجِل
tasta'jil
seek to hasten
لَّهُمۡۚ
lahum
for them
كَأَنَّهُمۡ
ka-annahum
As if they had
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(the) Day
يَرَوۡنَ
yarawna
they see
مَا
ma
what
يُوعَدُونَ
yu'aduna
they were promised
لَمۡ
lam
not
يَلۡبَثُوٓاْ
yalbathu
remained
إِلَّا
illa
except
سَاعَةٗ
sa'atan
an hour
مِّن
min
of
نَّهَارِۭۚ
naharin
a day
بَلَٰغٞۚ
balaghun
A notification
فَهَلۡ
fahal
But will
يُهۡلَكُ
yuh'laku
(any) be destroyed
إِلَّا
illa
except
ٱلۡقَوۡمُ
al-qawmu
the people
ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ
al-fasiquna
the defiantly disobedient
٣٥
