ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
Those who
يَأۡكُلُونَ
yakuluna
consume
ٱلرِّبَوٰاْ
al-riba
[the] usury
لَا
la
not
يَقُومُونَ
yaqumuna
they can stand
إِلَّا
illa
except
كَمَا
kama
like
يَقُومُ
yaqumu
stands
ٱلَّذِي
alladhi
the one who
يَتَخَبَّطُهُ
yatakhabbatuhu
confounds him
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ
al-shaytanu
the Shaitaan
مِنَ
mina
with
ٱلۡمَسِّۚ
al-masi
(his) touch
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That
بِأَنَّهُمۡ
bi-annahum
(is) because they
قَالُوٓاْ
qalu
say
إِنَّمَا
innama
Only
ٱلۡبَيۡعُ
al-bay'u
the trade
مِثۡلُ
mith'lu
(is) like
ٱلرِّبَوٰاْۗ
al-riba
[the] usury
وَأَحَلَّ
wa-ahalla
While has permitted
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
ٱلۡبَيۡعَ
al-bay'a
[the] trade
وَحَرَّمَ
waharrama
but (has) forbidden
ٱلرِّبَوٰاْۚ
al-riba
[the] usury
فَمَن
faman
Then whoever
جَآءَهُۥ
jaahu
comes to him
مَوۡعِظَةٞ
maw'izatun
(the) admonition
مِّن
min
from
رَّبِّهِۦ
rabbihi
His Lord
فَٱنتَهَىٰ
fa-intaha
and he refrained
فَلَهُۥ
falahu
then for him
مَا
ma
what
سَلَفَ
salafa
(has) passed
وَأَمۡرُهُۥٓ
wa-amruhu
and his case
إِلَى
ila
(is) with
ٱللَّهِۖ
al-lahi
Allah
وَمَنۡ
waman
and whoever
عَادَ
ada
repeated
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
fa-ulaika
then those
أَصۡحَٰبُ
ashabu
(are the) companions
ٱلنَّارِۖ
al-nari
(of) the Fire
هُمۡ
hum
they
فِيهَا
fiha
in it
خَٰلِدُونَ
khaliduna
will abide forever
٢٧٥
2:276
يَمۡحَقُ
yamhaqu
Destroys
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
ٱلرِّبَوٰاْ
al-riba
the usury
وَيُرۡبِي
wayur'bi
and (gives) increase
ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِۗ
al-sadaqati
(for) the charities
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
لَا
la
(does) not
يُحِبُّ
yuhibbu
love
كُلَّ
kulla
every
كَفَّارٍ
kaffarin
ungrateful
أَثِيمٍ
athimin
sinner
٢٧٦
2:277
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe[d]
وَعَمِلُواْ
wa'amilu
and did
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
al-salihati
good deeds
وَأَقَامُواْ
wa-aqamu
and established
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
al-salata
the prayer
وَءَاتَوُاْ
waatawu
and gave
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
al-zakata
the zakah
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
أَجۡرُهُمۡ
ajruhum
their reward
عِندَ
inda
(is) with
رَبِّهِمۡ
rabbihim
their Lord
وَلَا
wala
and no
خَوۡفٌ
khawfun
fear
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
alayhim
on them
وَلَا
wala
and not
هُمۡ
hum
they
يَحۡزَنُونَ
yahzanuna
will grieve
٢٧٧
2:278
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
yaayyuha
O you
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe[d]
ٱتَّقُواْ
ittaqu
Fear
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
وَذَرُواْ
wadharu
and give up
مَا
ma
what
بَقِيَ
baqiya
remained
مِنَ
mina
of
ٱلرِّبَوٰٓاْ
al-riba
[the] usury
إِن
in
if
كُنتُم
kuntum
you are
مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
mu'minina
believers
٢٧٨
2:279
فَإِن
fa-in
And if
لَّمۡ
lam
not
تَفۡعَلُواْ
taf 'alu
you do
فَأۡذَنُواْ
fadhanu
then be informed
بِحَرۡبٖ
biharbin
of a war
مِّنَ
mina
from
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
وَرَسُولِهِۦۖ
warasulihi
and His Messenger
وَإِن
wa-in
And if
تُبۡتُمۡ
tub'tum
you repent
فَلَكُمۡ
falakum
then for you
رُءُوسُ
ruusu
(is)
أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡ
amwalikum
your capital
لَا
la
(do) not
تَظۡلِمُونَ
tazlimuna
wrong
وَلَا
wala
and not
تُظۡلَمُونَ
tuz'lamuna
you will be wronged
٢٧٩
2:280
وَإِن
wa-in
And if
كَانَ
kana
is
ذُو
dhu
the (debtor)
عُسۡرَةٖ
us'ratin
in difficulty
فَنَظِرَةٌ
fanaziratun
then postponement
إِلَىٰ
ila
until
مَيۡسَرَةٖۚ
maysaratin
ease
وَأَن
wa-an
And if
تَصَدَّقُواْ
tasaddaqu
you remit as charity
خَيۡرٞ
khayrun
(it is) better
لَّكُمۡ
lakum
for you
إِن
in
If
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you
تَعۡلَمُونَ
ta'lamuna
know
٢٨٠
2:281
وَٱتَّقُواْ
wa-ittaqu
And fear
يَوۡمٗا
yawman
a Day
تُرۡجَعُونَ
tur'ja'una
you will be brought back
فِيهِ
fihi
[in it]
إِلَى
ila
to
ٱللَّهِۖ
al-lahi
Allah
ثُمَّ
thumma
Then
تُوَفَّىٰ
tuwaffa
(will be) repaid in full
كُلُّ
kullu
every
نَفۡسٖ
nafsin
soul
مَّا
ma
what
كَسَبَتۡ
kasabat
it earned
وَهُمۡ
wahum
and they
لَا
la
not
يُظۡلَمُونَ
yuz'lamuna
will be wronged
