39:57أَوۡawOrتَقُولَtaqulait should sayلَوۡlawIf thatأَنَّannaIf thatٱللَّهَal-lahaAllahهَدَىٰنِيhadani(had) guided meلَكُنتُlakuntusurely I (would) have beenمِنَminaamongٱلۡمُتَّقِينَal-mutaqinathe righteous٥٧
39:58أَوۡawOrتَقُولَtaqulait should sayحِينَhinawhenتَرَىtarait seesٱلۡعَذَابَal-'adhabathe punishmentلَوۡlawIfأَنَّannaonlyلِيlifor meكَرَّةٗkarratananother chanceفَأَكُونَfa-akunathen I could beمِنَminaamongٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَal-muh'sininathe good-doers٥٨
39:59بَلَىٰbalaYesقَدۡqadverilyجَآءَتۡكَjaatkacame to youءَايَٰتِيayatiMy Versesفَكَذَّبۡتَfakadhabtabut you deniedبِهَاbihathemوَٱسۡتَكۡبَرۡتَwa-is'takbartaand were arrogantوَكُنتَwakuntaand you wereمِنَminaamongٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَal-kafirinathe disbelievers٥٩
39:60وَيَوۡمَwayawmaAnd (on the) Dayٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِal-qiyamati(of) the Resurrectionتَرَىtarayou will seeٱلَّذِينَalladhinathose whoكَذَبُواْkadhabuliedعَلَىalaaboutٱللَّهِal-lahiAllahوُجُوهُهُمwujuhuhumtheir facesمُّسۡوَدَّةٌۚmus'waddatun(will be) blackenedأَلَيۡسَalaysaIs (there) notفِيfiinجَهَنَّمَjahannamaHellمَثۡوٗىmathwanan abodeلِّلۡمُتَكَبِّرِينَlil'mutakabbirinafor the arrogant٦٠
39:61وَيُنَجِّيwayunajjiAnd Allah will deliverٱللَّهُal-lahuAnd Allah will deliverٱلَّذِينَalladhinathose whoٱتَّقَوۡاْittaqawfeared (Him)بِمَفَازَتِهِمۡbimafazatihimto their place of salvationلَاlanotيَمَسُّهُمُyamassuhumuwill touch themٱلسُّوٓءُal-suuthe evilوَلَاwalaand notهُمۡhumtheyيَحۡزَنُونَyahzanunawill grieve٦١
39:62ٱللَّهُal-lahuAllahخَٰلِقُkhaliqu(is the) Creatorكُلِّkulli(of) allشَيۡءٖۖshayinthingsوَهُوَwahuwaand Heعَلَىٰala(is) overكُلِّkulliallشَيۡءٖshayinthingsوَكِيلٞwakiluna Guardian٦٢
39:63لَّهُۥlahuFor Himمَقَالِيدُmaqalidu(are the) keysٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِal-samawati(of) the heavensوَٱلۡأَرۡضِۗwal-ardiand the earthوَٱلَّذِينَwa-alladhinaAnd those whoكَفَرُواْkafarudisbelieveبِـَٔايَٰتِbiayatiin (the) Versesٱللَّهِal-lahi(of) Allahأُوْلَٰٓئِكَulaikathose هُمُhumutheyٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَal-khasiruna(are) the losers٦٣
39:64قُلۡqulSayأَفَغَيۡرَafaghayraIs (it) other thanٱللَّهِal-lahiAllahتَأۡمُرُوٓنِّيٓtamurunniyou order meأَعۡبُدُa'budu(to) worshipأَيُّهَاayyuhaOٱلۡجَٰهِلُونَal-jahilunaignorant ones٦٤
39:65وَلَقَدۡwalaqadAnd verilyأُوحِيَuhiyait has been revealedإِلَيۡكَilaykato youوَإِلَىwa-ilaand toٱلَّذِينَalladhinathose whoمِنmin(were) before youقَبۡلِكَqablika(were) before youلَئِنۡla-inifأَشۡرَكۡتَashraktayou associate (with Allah)لَيَحۡبَطَنَّlayahbatannasurely will become worthlessعَمَلُكَamalukayour deedsوَلَتَكُونَنَّwalatakunannaand you will surely beمِنَminaamongٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَal-khasirinathe losers٦٥
39:66بَلِbaliNayٱللَّهَal-lahaBut worship Allahفَٱعۡبُدۡfa-u'budBut worship Allahوَكُنwakunand beمِّنَminaamongٱلشَّٰكِرِينَal-shakirinathe thankful ones٦٦
39:67وَمَاwamaAnd notقَدَرُواْqadaruthey appraisedٱللَّهَal-lahaAllahحَقَّhaqqa(with) trueقَدۡرِهِۦqadrihiappraisalوَٱلۡأَرۡضُwal-arduwhile the earthجَمِيعٗاjami'anentirelyقَبۡضَتُهُۥqabdatuhu(will be) in His Gripيَوۡمَyawma(on the) Dayٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِal-qiyamati(of) the Resurrectionوَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُwal-samawatuand the heavensمَطۡوِيَّٰتُۢmatwiyyatun(will be) foldedبِيَمِينِهِۦۚbiyaminihiin His Right Handسُبۡحَٰنَهُۥsub'hanahuGlory be to Himوَتَعَٰلَىٰwata'alaAnd High is Heعَمَّاammaabove whatيُشۡرِكُونَyush'rikunathey associate (with Him)٦٧
