وَيَوۡمَ
wayawma
And (the) Day
يَحۡشُرُهُمۡ
yahshuruhum
He will gather them
جَمِيعٗا
jami'an
all
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
يَقُولُ
yaqulu
He will say
لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ
lil'malaikati
to the Angels
أَهَٰٓؤُلَآءِ
ahaulai
Were these you
إِيَّاكُمۡ
iyyakum
Were these you
كَانُواْ
kanu
they were
يَعۡبُدُونَ
ya'buduna
worshipping
٤٠
34:41
قَالُواْ
qalu
They will say
سُبۡحَٰنَكَ
sub'hanaka
Glory be to You
أَنتَ
anta
You
وَلِيُّنَا
waliyyuna
(are) our Protector
مِن
min
not them
دُونِهِمۖ
dunihim
not them
بَلۡ
bal
Nay
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used
يَعۡبُدُونَ
ya'buduna
(to) worship
ٱلۡجِنَّۖ
al-jina
the jinn
أَكۡثَرُهُم
aktharuhum
most of them
بِهِم
bihim
in them
مُّؤۡمِنُونَ
mu'minuna
(were) believers
٤١
34:42
فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ
fal-yawma
But today
لَا
la
not
يَمۡلِكُ
yamliku
possess power
بَعۡضُكُمۡ
ba'dukum
some of you
لِبَعۡضٖ
liba'din
on others
نَّفۡعٗا
naf 'an
to benefit
وَلَا
wala
and not
ضَرّٗا
darran
to harm
وَنَقُولُ
wanaqulu
and We will say
لِلَّذِينَ
lilladhina
to those
ظَلَمُواْ
zalamu
who wronged
ذُوقُواْ
dhuqu
Taste
عَذَابَ
adhaba
(the) punishment
ٱلنَّارِ
al-nari
(of) the Fire
ٱلَّتِي
allati
which
كُنتُم
kuntum
you used
بِهَا
biha
to [it]
تُكَذِّبُونَ
tukadhibuna
deny
٤٢
34:43
وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
تُتۡلَىٰ
tut'la
are recited
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
alayhim
to them
ءَايَٰتُنَا
ayatuna
Our Verses
بَيِّنَٰتٖ
bayyinatin
clear
قَالُواْ
qalu
they say
مَا
ma
Not
هَٰذَآ
hadha
(is) this
إِلَّا
illa
but
رَجُلٞ
rajulun
a man
يُرِيدُ
yuridu
who wishes
أَن
an
to
يَصُدَّكُمۡ
yasuddakum
hinder you
عَمَّا
amma
from what
كَانَ
kana
used
يَعۡبُدُ
ya'budu
(to) worship
ءَابَآؤُكُمۡ
abaukum
your forefathers
وَقَالُواْ
waqalu
And they say
مَا
ma
Not
هَٰذَآ
hadha
(is) this
إِلَّآ
illa
except
إِفۡكٞ
if'kun
a lie
مُّفۡتَرٗىۚ
muf'taran
invented
وَقَالَ
waqala
And said
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaru
disbelieved
لِلۡحَقِّ
lil'haqqi
about the truth
لَمَّا
lamma
when
جَآءَهُمۡ
jaahum
it came to them
إِنۡ
in
Not
هَٰذَآ
hadha
(is) this
إِلَّا
illa
except
سِحۡرٞ
sih'run
a magic
مُّبِينٞ
mubinun
obvious
٤٣
34:44
وَمَآ
wama
And not
ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُم
ataynahum
We (had) given them
مِّن
min
any
كُتُبٖ
kutubin
Scriptures
يَدۡرُسُونَهَاۖ
yadrusunaha
which they could study
وَمَآ
wama
and not
أَرۡسَلۡنَآ
arsalna
We sent
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
ilayhim
to them
قَبۡلَكَ
qablaka
before you
مِن
min
any
نَّذِيرٖ
nadhirin
warner
٤٤
34:45
وَكَذَّبَ
wakadhaba
And denied
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
مِن
min
(were) before them
قَبۡلِهِمۡ
qablihim
(were) before them
وَمَا
wama
and not
بَلَغُواْ
balaghu
they have attained
مِعۡشَارَ
mi'shara
a tenth
مَآ
ma
(of) what
ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمۡ
ataynahum
We (had) given them
فَكَذَّبُواْ
fakadhabu
But they denied
رُسُلِيۖ
rusuli
My Messengers
فَكَيۡفَ
fakayfa
so how
كَانَ
kana
was
نَكِيرِ
nakiri
My rejection
٤٥
34:46
۞قُلۡ
qul
Say
إِنَّمَآ
innama
Only
أَعِظُكُم
a'izukum
I advise you
بِوَٰحِدَةٍۖ
biwahidatin
for one (thing)
أَن
an
that
تَقُومُواْ
taqumu
you stand
لِلَّهِ
lillahi
for Allah
مَثۡنَىٰ
mathna
(in) pairs
وَفُرَٰدَىٰ
wafurada
and (as) individuals
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
تَتَفَكَّرُواْۚ
tatafakkaru
reflect
مَا
ma
Not
بِصَاحِبِكُم
bisahibikum
(is in) your companion
مِّن
min
any
جِنَّةٍۚ
jinnatin
madness
إِنۡ
in
Not
هُوَ
huwa
he
إِلَّا
illa
(is) except
نَذِيرٞ
nadhirun
a warner
لَّكُم
lakum
for you
بَيۡنَ
bayna
before
يَدَيۡ
yaday
before
عَذَابٖ
adhabin
a punishment
شَدِيدٖ
shadidin
severe
٤٦
34:47
قُلۡ
qul
Say
مَا
ma
Not
سَأَلۡتُكُم
sa-altukum
I ask you
مِّنۡ
min
for
أَجۡرٖ
ajrin
any payment
فَهُوَ
fahuwa
but it (is)
لَكُمۡۖ
lakum
for you
إِنۡ
in
Not
أَجۡرِيَ
ajriya
(is) my payment
إِلَّا
illa
but
عَلَى
ala
from
ٱللَّهِۖ
al-lahi
Allah
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
And He
عَلَىٰ
ala
(is) over
كُلِّ
kulli
all
شَيۡءٖ
shayin
things
شَهِيدٞ
shahidun
a Witness
٤٧
34:48
قُلۡ
qul
Say
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
رَبِّي
rabbi
my Lord
يَقۡذِفُ
yaqdhifu
projects
بِٱلۡحَقِّ
bil-haqi
the truth
عَلَّٰمُ
allamu
(the) All-Knower
ٱلۡغُيُوبِ
al-ghuyubi
(of) the unseen
