وَعۡدَ
Waʻdal
(It is the) Promise
ٱللَّهِۖ
laah.
(of) Allah
لَا
Laaʹ
(Does) not
يُخۡلِفُ
yukhliful
fail
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
وَعۡدَهُۥ
waʻdahu
(in) His promise
وَلَٰكِنَّ
wa-laakinna
but
أَكۡثَرَ
ʹaks̤aran
most (of)
ٱلنَّاسِ
naasi
[the] people
لَا
laa-
(do) not
يَعۡلَمُونَ
yaʻlamoon.
know
٦
30:7
يَعۡلَمُونَ
Yaʻlamoona
They know
ظَٰهِرٗا
z̤̣aahiram
(the) apparent
مِّنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
ḥayaatid
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
dunyaa
(of) the world
وَهُمۡ
wa-hum
but they
عَنِ
ʻanil
about
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
ʹAakirati
the Hereafter
هُمۡ
hum
[they]
غَٰفِلُونَ
g̣aafiloon.
(are) heedless
٧
30:8
أَوَلَمۡ
ʹAwalam
Do not
يَتَفَكَّرُواْ
yatafakkaroo
they ponder
فِيٓ
feee
within
أَنفُسِهِمۗ
ʹañfusihim?
themselves
مَّا
Maa-
Not
خَلَقَ
khalaq̣al
Allah (has) created
ٱللَّهُ
laahus
Allah (has) created
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ
wal-ʹarḍa
and the earth
وَمَا
wa-maa
and what
بَيۡنَهُمَآ
baynahumaaa
(is) between them
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
بِٱلۡحَقِّ
bil-ḥaq̣q̣i
in truth
وَأَجَلٖ
wa-ʹajalim
and (for) a term
مُّسَمّٗىۗ
musammaa:
appointed
وَإِنَّ
wa-ʹinna
And indeed
كَثِيرٗا
kas̤eeram
many
مِّنَ
minan
of
ٱلنَّاسِ
naasi
the people
بِلِقَآيِٕ
biliq̣aaaʹi
in (the) meeting
رَبِّهِمۡ
Rabbihim
(with) their Lord
لَكَٰفِرُونَ
lakaafiroon!
surely (are) disbelievers
٨
30:9
أَوَلَمۡ
ʹAwalam
Have not
يَسِيرُواْ
yaseeroo
they traveled
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
ʹarḍi
the earth
فَيَنظُرُواْ
fayañz̤̣uroo
and observed
كَيۡفَ
kayfa
how
كَانَ
kaana
was
عَٰقِبَةُ
ʻAaq̣ibatul
(the) end
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(of) those
مِن
miñ
before them
قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ
q̣ablihim?
before them
كَانُوٓاْ
Kaanooo
They were
أَشَدَّ
ʹashadda
mightier
مِنۡهُمۡ
minhum
than them
قُوَّةٗ
q̣uwwatañw
(in) strength
وَأَثَارُواْ
waʹas̤aarul
and they dug
ٱلۡأَرۡضَ
ʹarḍa
the earth
وَعَمَرُوهَآ
wa-ʻamaroohaaa
and built (on) it
أَكۡثَرَ
ʹaks̤ara
more
مِمَّا
mimmaa
than what
عَمَرُوهَا
ʻamaroohaa
they have built (on) it
وَجَآءَتۡهُمۡ
wa-jaaaʹathum
And came (to) them
رُسُلُهُم
rusuluhum̃
their Messengers
بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِۖ
bil-Bayyinaat:
with clear proofs
فَمَا
famaa
So not
كَانَ
kaanal
was
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
لِيَظۡلِمَهُمۡ
liyaz̤̣limahum
to wrong them
وَلَٰكِن
wa-laakiñ
but
كَانُوٓاْ
kaanooo
they were
أَنفُسَهُمۡ
ʹañfusahum
themselves
يَظۡلِمُونَ
yaz̤̣limoon.
(doing) wrong
٩
30:10
ثُمَّ
S̤umma
Then
كَانَ
kaana
was
عَٰقِبَةَ
ʻAaq̣ibatal
(the) end
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(of) those who
أَسَٰٓـُٔواْ
ʹasaaaʹus
did evil
ٱلسُّوٓأَىٰٓ
soooʹaaa
the evil
أَن
ʹañ
because
كَذَّبُواْ
kaẓẓaboo
they denied
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
biʹAayaatil
(the) Signs
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
وَكَانُواْ
wa-kaanoo
and were
بِهَا
bihaa
of them
يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
yastahziʹoon.
making mockery
١٠
30:11
ٱللَّهُ
ʹAllaahu
Allah
يَبۡدَؤُاْ
yabdaʹul
originates
ٱلۡخَلۡقَ
khalq̣a
the creation
ثُمَّ
s̤umma
then
يُعِيدُهُۥ
yuʻeeduhoo
He repeats it
ثُمَّ
s̤umma
then
إِلَيۡهِ
ʹilayhi
to Him
تُرۡجَعُونَ
turjaʻoon.
you will be returned
١١
30:12
وَيَوۡمَ
Wa-Yawma
And (the) Day
تَقُومُ
taq̣oomus
will (be) established
ٱلسَّاعَةُ
Saaʻatu
the Hour
يُبۡلِسُ
yublisul
will (be in) despair
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ
mujrimoon.
the criminals
١٢
30:13
وَلَمۡ
Wa-lam
And not
يَكُن
yakul
will be
لَّهُم
lahum
for them
مِّن
miñ
among
شُرَكَآئِهِمۡ
Shurakaaaʹihim
theirs partners
شُفَعَٰٓؤُاْ
shufaʻaaaʹu
any intercessors
وَكَانُواْ
wa-kaanoo
and they will be
بِشُرَكَآئِهِمۡ
bi-Shurakaaaʹihim
in their partners
كَٰفِرِينَ
kaafireen.
disbelievers
١٣
30:14
وَيَوۡمَ
Wa-Yawma
And (the) Day
تَقُومُ
taq̣oomus
will (be) established
ٱلسَّاعَةُ
Saaʻatu
the Hour
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
Yawmaʹiẓiñy
that Day
يَتَفَرَّقُونَ
yatafarraq̣oon.
they will become separated
١٤
30:15
فَأَمَّا
Faʹammal
Then as for
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanoo
believed
وَعَمِلُواْ
wa-ʻamiluṣ
and did
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
ṣaaliḥaati
righteous deeds
فَهُمۡ
fahum
so they
فِي
fee
in
رَوۡضَةٖ
Rawḍatiñy
a Garden
يُحۡبَرُونَ
yuḥbaroon.
will be delighted
