فَمَا
fama
And not
كَانَ

جَوَابَ
jawaba
(the) answer
قَوۡمِهِۦٓ
qawmihi
(of) his people
إِلَّآ
illa
except
أَن
an

قَالُواْ
qalu
they said
ٱقۡتُلُوهُ
uq'tuluhu
Kill him
أَوۡ
aw
or
حَرِّقُوهُ
harriquhu
burn him
فَأَنجَىٰهُ
fa-anjahu
But Allah saved him
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
But Allah saved him
مِنَ
mina
from
ٱلنَّارِۚ
al-nari
the fire
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
فِي
fi
in
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
that
لَأٓيَٰتٖ
laayatin
surely (are) Signs
لِّقَوۡمٖ
liqawmin
for a people
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yu'minuna
who believe
٢٤
29:25
وَقَالَ
waqala
And he said
إِنَّمَا
innama
Only
ٱتَّخَذۡتُم
ittakhadhtum
you have taken
مِّن
min
besides
دُونِ
duni
besides
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
أَوۡثَٰنٗا
awthanan
idols
مَّوَدَّةَ
mawaddata
(out of) love
بَيۡنِكُمۡ
baynikum
among you
فِي
fi
in
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
al-hayati
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ
al-dun'ya
(of) the world
ثُمَّ
thumma
Then
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
al-qiyamati
(of) the Resurrection
يَكۡفُرُ
yakfuru
you will deny
بَعۡضُكُم
ba'dukum
one another
بِبَعۡضٖ
biba'din
one another
وَيَلۡعَنُ
wayal'anu
and curse
بَعۡضُكُم
ba'dukum
one another
بَعۡضٗا
ba'dan
one another
وَمَأۡوَىٰكُمُ
wamawakumu
and your abode
ٱلنَّارُ
al-naru
(will be) the Fire
وَمَا
wama
and not
لَكُم
lakum
for you
مِّن
min
any
نَّٰصِرِينَ
nasirina
helpers
٢٥
29:26
۞فَـَٔامَنَ
faamana
And believed
لَهُۥ
lahu
[in] him
لُوطٞۘ
lutun
Lut
وَقَالَ
waqala
and he said
إِنِّي
inni
Indeed I (am)
مُهَاجِرٌ
muhajirun
emigrating
إِلَىٰ
ila
to
رَبِّيٓۖ
rabbi
my Lord
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed He
هُوَ
huwa
[He] (is)
ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
al-'azizu
the All-Mighty
ٱلۡحَكِيمُ
al-hakimu
the All-Wise
٢٦
29:27
وَوَهَبۡنَا
wawahabna
And We granted
لَهُۥٓ
lahu
to him
إِسۡحَٰقَ
is'haqa
Isaac
وَيَعۡقُوبَ
waya'quba
and Yaqub
وَجَعَلۡنَا
waja'alna
and We placed
فِي
fi
in
ذُرِّيَّتِهِ
dhurriyyatihi
his offsprings
ٱلنُّبُوَّةَ
al-nubuwata
the Prophethood
وَٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
wal-kitaba
and the Book
وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ
waataynahu
And We gave him
أَجۡرَهُۥ
ajrahu
his reward
فِي
fi
in
ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ
al-dun'ya
the world
وَإِنَّهُۥ
wa-innahu
And indeed he
فِي
fi
in
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
al-akhirati
the Hereafter
لَمِنَ
lamina
(is) surely among
ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
al-salihina
the righteous
٢٧
29:28
وَلُوطًا
walutan
And Lut
إِذۡ
idh
when
قَالَ
qala
he said
لِقَوۡمِهِۦٓ
liqawmihi
to his people
إِنَّكُمۡ
innakum
Indeed you
لَتَأۡتُونَ
latatuna
commit
ٱلۡفَٰحِشَةَ
al-fahishata
the immorality
مَا
ma
not
سَبَقَكُم
sabaqakum
has preceded you
بِهَا
biha
with it
مِنۡ
min
any
أَحَدٖ
ahadin
one
مِّنَ
mina
from
ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
al-'alamina
the worlds
٢٨
29:29
أَئِنَّكُمۡ
a-innakum
Indeed you
لَتَأۡتُونَ
latatuna
approach
ٱلرِّجَالَ
al-rijala
the men
وَتَقۡطَعُونَ
wataqta'una
and you cut off
ٱلسَّبِيلَ
al-sabila
the road
وَتَأۡتُونَ
watatuna
and commit
فِي
fi
in
نَادِيكُمُ
nadikumu
your meetings
ٱلۡمُنكَرَۖ
al-munkara
evil
فَمَا
fama
And not
كَانَ
kana
was
جَوَابَ
jawaba
(the) answer
قَوۡمِهِۦٓ
qawmihi
(of) his people
إِلَّآ
illa
except
أَن
an
that
قَالُواْ
qalu
they said
ٱئۡتِنَا
i'tina
Bring upon us
بِعَذَابِ
bi'adhabi
(the) punishment
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
إِن
in
if
كُنتَ
kunta
you are
مِنَ
mina
of
ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
al-sadiqina
the truthful
٢٩
29:30
قَالَ
qala
He said
رَبِّ
rabbi
My Lord
ٱنصُرۡنِي
unsur'ni
Help me
عَلَى
ala
against
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ
al-qawmi
the people
ٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ
al-muf'sidina
the corrupters
٣٠
