قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
فَعَلۡتُهَآ
faʻaltuhaaa
I did it
إِذٗا
ʹiẓañw
when
وَأَنَا۠
Waʹana
I
مِنَ
minaḍ
(was) of
ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
ḍaaalleen.
those who are astray
٢٠
26:21
فَفَرَرۡتُ
Fafarartu
So I fled
مِنكُمۡ
miñkum
from you
لَمَّا
lam-maa
when
خِفۡتُكُمۡ
khiftukum
I feared you
فَوَهَبَ
fawahaba
But granted
لِي
lee
to me
رَبِّي
Rabbee
my Lord
حُكۡمٗا
ḥukmañw
judgment
وَجَعَلَنِي
wajaʻalanee
and made me
مِنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
mursaleen.
the Messengers
٢١
26:22
وَتِلۡكَ
Wa-tilka
And this
نِعۡمَةٞ
niʻmatuñ
(is the) favor
تَمُنُّهَا
tamunnuhaa
with which you reproach
عَلَيَّ
ʻalayya
[on] me
أَنۡ
ʹan
that
عَبَّدتَّ
ʻabbatta
you have enslaved
بَنِيٓ
Baneee
(the) Children of Israel
إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
ʹIsraaaʹeel!
(the) Children of Israel
٢٢
26:23
قَالَ
Q̣aala
Firaun said
فِرۡعَوۡنُ
Firʻawnu
Firaun said
وَمَا
wa-maa
And what
رَبُّ
Rabbul
(is the) Lord
ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
ʻaalameen?
(of) the worlds
٢٣
26:24
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
رَبُّ
Rabbus
Lord
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
(of) the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
wal-ʹarḍi
and the earth
وَمَا
wa-maa
and whatever
بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ
baynahumaa,
(is) between them
إِن
ʹiñ
if
كُنتُم
kuñtum
you (should) be
مُّوقِنِينَ
Mooq̣ineen.
convinced
٢٤
26:25
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
لِمَنۡ
liman
to those
حَوۡلَهُۥٓ
ḥawlahooo
around him
أَلَا
ʹalaa
Do not
تَسۡتَمِعُونَ
tastamiʻoon?
you hear
٢٥
26:26
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
رَبُّكُمۡ
Rabbukum
Your Lord
وَرَبُّ
wa-Rabbu
and (the) Lord
ءَابَآئِكُمُ
ʹaabaaaʹikumul
(of) your forefathers
ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
ʹawwaleen!
(of) your forefathers
٢٦
26:27
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
إِنَّ
ʹinna
Indeed
رَسُولَكُمُ
rasoolakumul
your Messenger
ٱلَّذِيٓ
laẓeee
who
أُرۡسِلَ
ʹursila
has been sent
إِلَيۡكُمۡ
ʹilaykum
to you
لَمَجۡنُونٞ
lamajnoon!
(is) surely mad
٢٧
26:28
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
رَبُّ
Rabbul
Lord
ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ
mashriq̣i
(of) the east
وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ
wal-mag̣ribi
and the west
وَمَا
wa-maa
and whatever
بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ
baynahumaa!
(is) between them
إِن
ʹiñ
if
كُنتُمۡ
kuñtum
you were
تَعۡقِلُونَ
taʻq̣iloon!
(to) reason
٢٨
26:29
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
لَئِنِ
laʹinit
If
ٱتَّخَذۡتَ
takhaẓta
you take
إِلَٰهًا
ʹilaahan
a god
غَيۡرِي
g̣ayree
other than me
لَأَجۡعَلَنَّكَ
laʹajʻalannaka
I will surely make you
مِنَ
minal
among
ٱلۡمَسۡجُونِينَ
masjooneen!
those imprisoned
٢٩
26:30
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
أَوَلَوۡ
ʹawalaw
Even if
جِئۡتُكَ
jiʹtuka
I bring you
بِشَيۡءٖ
bishayʹim
something
مُّبِينٖ
mubeen?
manifest
٣٠
26:31
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
فَأۡتِ
faʹti
Then bring
بِهِۦٓ
biheee
it
إِن
ʹiñ
if
كُنتَ
kuñta
you are
مِنَ
minaṣ
of
ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
ṣaadiq̣een!
the truthful
٣١
26:32
فَأَلۡقَىٰ
Faʹalq̣aa
So he threw
عَصَاهُ
ʻaṣaahu
his staff
فَإِذَا
faʹiẓaa
and behold
هِيَ
hiya
It
ثُعۡبَانٞ
s̤uʻbaanum
(was) a serpent
مُّبِينٞ
mubeen!
manifest
٣٢
26:33
وَنَزَعَ
Wa-nazaʻa
And he drew out
يَدَهُۥ
yadahoo
his hand
فَإِذَا
faʹiẓaa
and behold
هِيَ
hiya
It
بَيۡضَآءُ
bayḍaaaʹu
(was) white
لِلنَّٰظِرِينَ
linnaaz̤̣ireen!
for the observers
٣٣
26:34
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He said
لِلۡمَلَإِ
lilmalaʹi
to the chiefs
حَوۡلَهُۥٓ
ḥawlahooo
around him
إِنَّ
ʹinna
Indeed
هَٰذَا
haazaa
this
لَسَٰحِرٌ
lasaaḥirun
(is) surely a magician
عَلِيمٞ
ʻaleem:
learned
٣٤
26:35
يُرِيدُ
Yureedu
He wants
أَن
ʹañy
to
يُخۡرِجَكُم
yukhrijakum
drive you out
مِّنۡ
min
from
أَرۡضِكُم
ʹarḍikum̃
your land
بِسِحۡرِهِۦ
bisiḥrihee
by his magic
فَمَاذَا
famaaẓaa
so what
تَأۡمُرُونَ
taʹmuroon?
(do) you advise
٣٥
26:36
قَالُوٓاْ
Q̣aalooo
They said
أَرۡجِهۡ
ʹarjih
Postpone him
وَأَخَاهُ
wa-ʹakhaahu
and his brother
وَٱبۡعَثۡ
wabʻas̤
and send
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡمَدَآئِنِ
Madaaaʹini
the cities
حَٰشِرِينَ
ḥaashireen―
gatherers
٣٦
26:37
يَأۡتُوكَ
Yaʹtooka
They (will) bring to you
بِكُلِّ
bikulli
every
سَحَّارٍ
saḥ-ḥaarin
magician
عَلِيمٖ
ʻaleem.
learned
٣٧
26:38
فَجُمِعَ
Fajumiʻas
So were assembled
ٱلسَّحَرَةُ
saḥaratu
the magicians
لِمِيقَٰتِ
limeeq̣aati
for (the) appointment
يَوۡمٖ
Yawmim
(on) a day
مَّعۡلُومٖ
maʻloom,
well-known
٣٨
26:39
وَقِيلَ
Wa-q̣eela
And it was said
لِلنَّاسِ
linnaasi
to the people
هَلۡ
hal
Will
أَنتُم
ʹañtum
you
مُّجۡتَمِعُونَ
mujtamiʻoon,
assemble
٣٩
