26:20قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidفَعَلۡتُهَآfaʻaltuhaaaI did itإِذٗاʹiẓañwwhenوَأَنَا۠WaʹanaIمِنَminaḍ(was) ofٱلضَّآلِّينَḍaaalleen.those who are astray٢٠
26:21فَفَرَرۡتُFafarartuSo I fledمِنكُمۡmiñkumfrom youلَمَّاlam-maawhenخِفۡتُكُمۡkhiftukumI feared youفَوَهَبَfawahabaBut grantedلِيleeto meرَبِّيRabbeemy Lordحُكۡمٗاḥukmañwjudgmentوَجَعَلَنِيwajaʻalaneeand made meمِنَminalofٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَmursaleen.the Messengers٢١
26:22وَتِلۡكَWa-tilkaAnd thisنِعۡمَةٞniʻmatuñ(is the) favorتَمُنُّهَاtamunnuhaawith which you reproachعَلَيَّʻalayya[on] meأَنۡʹanthatعَبَّدتَّʻabbattayou have enslavedبَنِيٓBaneee(the) Children of IsraelإِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَʹIsraaaʹeel!(the) Children of Israel٢٢
26:23قَالَQ̣aalaFiraun saidفِرۡعَوۡنُFirʻawnuFiraun saidوَمَاwa-maaAnd whatرَبُّRabbul(is the) Lordٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَʻaalameen?(of) the worlds٢٣
26:24قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidرَبُّRabbusLordٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِsamaawaati(of) the heavensوَٱلۡأَرۡضِwal-ʹarḍiand the earthوَمَاwa-maaand whateverبَيۡنَهُمَآۖbaynahumaa,(is) between themإِنʹiñifكُنتُمkuñtumyou (should) beمُّوقِنِينَMooq̣ineen.convinced٢٤
26:25قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidلِمَنۡlimanto thoseحَوۡلَهُۥٓḥawlahoooaround himأَلَاʹalaaDo notتَسۡتَمِعُونَtastamiʻoon?you hear٢٥
26:26قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidرَبُّكُمۡRabbukumYour Lordوَرَبُّwa-Rabbuand (the) Lordءَابَآئِكُمُʹaabaaaʹikumul(of) your forefathersٱلۡأَوَّلِينَʹawwaleen!(of) your forefathers٢٦
26:27قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidإِنَّʹinnaIndeedرَسُولَكُمُrasoolakumulyour Messengerٱلَّذِيٓlaẓeeewhoأُرۡسِلَʹursilahas been sentإِلَيۡكُمۡʹilaykumto youلَمَجۡنُونٞlamajnoon!(is) surely mad٢٧
26:28قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidرَبُّRabbulLordٱلۡمَشۡرِقِmashriq̣i(of) the eastوَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِwal-mag̣ribiand the westوَمَاwa-maaand whateverبَيۡنَهُمَآۖbaynahumaa!(is) between themإِنʹiñifكُنتُمۡkuñtumyou wereتَعۡقِلُونَtaʻq̣iloon!(to) reason٢٨
26:29قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidلَئِنِlaʹinitIfٱتَّخَذۡتَtakhaẓtayou takeإِلَٰهًاʹilaahana godغَيۡرِيg̣ayreeother than meلَأَجۡعَلَنَّكَlaʹajʻalannakaI will surely make youمِنَminalamongٱلۡمَسۡجُونِينَmasjooneen!those imprisoned٢٩
26:30قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidأَوَلَوۡʹawalawEven ifجِئۡتُكَjiʹtukaI bring youبِشَيۡءٖbishayʹimsomethingمُّبِينٖmubeen?manifest٣٠
26:31قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidفَأۡتِfaʹtiThen bringبِهِۦٓbiheeeitإِنʹiñifكُنتَkuñtayou areمِنَminaṣofٱلصَّٰدِقِينَṣaadiq̣een!the truthful٣١
26:32فَأَلۡقَىٰFaʹalq̣aaSo he threwعَصَاهُʻaṣaahuhis staffفَإِذَاfaʹiẓaaand beholdهِيَhiyaItثُعۡبَانٞs̤uʻbaanum(was) a serpentمُّبِينٞmubeen!manifest٣٢
26:33وَنَزَعَWa-nazaʻaAnd he drew outيَدَهُۥyadahoohis handفَإِذَاfaʹiẓaaand beholdهِيَhiyaItبَيۡضَآءُbayḍaaaʹu(was) whiteلِلنَّٰظِرِينَlinnaaz̤̣ireen!for the observers٣٣
26:34قَالَQ̣aalaHe saidلِلۡمَلَإِlilmalaʹito the chiefsحَوۡلَهُۥٓḥawlahoooaround himإِنَّʹinnaIndeedهَٰذَاhaazaathisلَسَٰحِرٌlasaaḥirun(is) surely a magicianعَلِيمٞʻaleem:learned٣٤
26:35يُرِيدُYureeduHe wantsأَنʹañytoيُخۡرِجَكُمyukhrijakumdrive you outمِّنۡminfromأَرۡضِكُمʹarḍikum̃your landبِسِحۡرِهِۦbisiḥriheeby his magicفَمَاذَاfamaaẓaaso whatتَأۡمُرُونَtaʹmuroon?(do) you advise٣٥
26:36قَالُوٓاْQ̣aaloooThey saidأَرۡجِهۡʹarjihPostpone himوَأَخَاهُwa-ʹakhaahuand his brotherوَٱبۡعَثۡwabʻas̤and sendفِيfilinٱلۡمَدَآئِنِMadaaaʹinithe citiesحَٰشِرِينَḥaashireen―gatherers ٣٦
26:37يَأۡتُوكَYaʹtookaThey (will) bring to youبِكُلِّbikullieveryسَحَّارٍsaḥ-ḥaarinmagicianعَلِيمٖʻaleem.learned٣٧
26:38فَجُمِعَFajumiʻasSo were assembledٱلسَّحَرَةُsaḥaratuthe magiciansلِمِيقَٰتِlimeeq̣aatifor (the) appointmentيَوۡمٖYawmim(on) a dayمَّعۡلُومٖmaʻloom,well-known٣٨
26:39وَقِيلَWa-q̣eelaAnd it was saidلِلنَّاسِlinnaasito the peopleهَلۡhalWillأَنتُمʹañtumyouمُّجۡتَمِعُونَmujtamiʻoon,assemble٣٩
