۞يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
Yaaaʹayyuhal
O you who believe
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
O you who believe
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanoo
O you who believe
لَا
laa-
(Do) not
تَتَّبِعُواْ
tattabiʻoo
follow
خُطُوَٰتِ
khuṭuwaatish
(the) footsteps
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ
Shayṭaan:
(of) the Shaitaan
وَمَن
wa-mañy
and whoever
يَتَّبِعۡ
yattabiʻ
follows
خُطُوَٰتِ
khuṭuwaatish
(the) footsteps
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ
Shayṭaani
(of) the Shaitaan
فَإِنَّهُۥ
faʹinnahoo
then indeed he
يَأۡمُرُ
yaʹmuru
commands
بِٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِ
bilfaḥshaaaʹi
the immorality
وَٱلۡمُنكَرِۚ
walmuñkar:
and the evil
وَلَوۡلَا
wa-lawlaa
And if not
فَضۡلُ
faḍlul
(for the) Grace of Allah
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(for the) Grace of Allah
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
ʻalaykum
upon you
وَرَحۡمَتُهُۥ
Waraḥmatuhoo
and His Mercy
مَا
maa-
not
زَكَىٰ
zakaa
(would) have been pure
مِنكُم
miñkum
among you
مِّنۡ
min
anyone
أَحَدٍ
ʹaḥadin
anyone
أَبَدٗا
ʹabadañw
ever
وَلَٰكِنَّ
wa-laakinnal
but
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
يُزَكِّي
yuzakkee
purifies
مَن
mañy
whom
يَشَآءُۗ
yashaaaʹ:
He wills
وَٱللَّهُ
wallaahu
And Allah
سَمِيعٌ
Sameeʻun
(is) All-Hearer
عَلِيمٞ
ʻAleem.
All-Knower
٢١
24:22
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And not
يَأۡتَلِ
yaʹtali
let swear
أُوْلُواْ
ʹulul
those of virtue
ٱلۡفَضۡلِ
faḍli
those of virtue
مِنكُمۡ
miñkum
among you
وَٱلسَّعَةِ
wassaʻati
and the amplitude of means
أَن
ʹañy
that
يُؤۡتُوٓاْ
yuʹtooo
they give
أُوْلِي
ʹulil
(to) the near of kin
ٱلۡقُرۡبَىٰ
q̣urbaa
(to) the near of kin
وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينَ
walmasaakeena
and the needy
وَٱلۡمُهَٰجِرِينَ
wal-Muhaajireena
and the emigrants
فِي
fee
in
سَبِيلِ
Sabeelil
(the) way
ٱللَّهِۖ
laah:
(of) Allah
وَلۡيَعۡفُواْ
walyaʻfoo
And let them pardon
وَلۡيَصۡفَحُوٓاْۗ
walyaṣfaḥoo.
and let them overlook
أَلَا
ʹAlaa
(Do) not
تُحِبُّونَ
tuḥibboona
you like
أَن
ʹañy
that
يَغۡفِرَ
yag̣firal
Allah should forgive
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah should forgive
لَكُمۡۚ
lakum?
you
وَٱللَّهُ
Wal-laahu
And Allah
غَفُورٞ
G̣afoorur
(is) Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٌ
Raḥeem.
Most Merciful
٢٢
24:23
إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
يَرۡمُونَ
yarmoonal
accuse
ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتِ
muḥṣanaatil
the chaste women
ٱلۡغَٰفِلَٰتِ
g̣aafilaatil
the unaware women
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ
Muʹminaati
(and) the believing women
لُعِنُواْ
luʻinoo
are cursed
فِي
fid
in
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
dunyaa
the world
وَٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
wal-ʹAakhirah:
and the Hereafter
وَلَهُمۡ
wa-lahum
And for them
عَذَابٌ
ʻAẓaabun
(is) a punishment
عَظِيمٞ
ʻaz̤̣eem,
great
٢٣
24:24
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(On a) Day
تَشۡهَدُ
tashhadu
will bear witness
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
ʻalayhim
against them
أَلۡسِنَتُهُمۡ
ʹalsinatuhum
their tongues
وَأَيۡدِيهِمۡ
wa-ʹaydeehim
and their hands
وَأَرۡجُلُهُم
wa-ʹarjuluhum̃
and their feet
بِمَا
bimaa
for what
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they used
يَعۡمَلُونَ
yaʻmaloon.
(to) do
٢٤
24:25
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
Yawmaʹiẓiñy
That Day
يُوَفِّيهِمُ
yuwaffeehimul
Allah will pay them in full
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah will pay them in full
دِينَهُمُ
deenahumul
their recompense
ٱلۡحَقَّ
ḥaq̣q̣a
the due
وَيَعۡلَمُونَ
wa-yaʻlamoona
and they will know
أَنَّ
ʹannal
that
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
هُوَ
Huwal
He
ٱلۡحَقُّ
Ḥaq̣q̣ul
(is) the Truth
ٱلۡمُبِينُ
Mubeen.
the Manifest
٢٥
24:26
ٱلۡخَبِيثَٰتُ
ʹAl-khabees̤aatu
Evil women
لِلۡخَبِيثِينَ
lil-khabees̤eena
(are) for evil men
وَٱلۡخَبِيثُونَ
wal-khabees̤oona
and evil men
لِلۡخَبِيثَٰتِۖ
lil-khabees̤aat;
(are) for evil women
وَٱلطَّيِّبَٰتُ
waṭ-ṭayyibaatu
And good women
لِلطَّيِّبِينَ
liṭ-ṭayyibeena
(are) for good men
وَٱلطَّيِّبُونَ
waṭ-ṭayyiboona
and good men
لِلطَّيِّبَٰتِۚ
liṭ-ṭayyibaat:
(are) for good women
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ʹulaaaʹika
Those
مُبَرَّءُونَ
mubarraʹoona
(are) innocent
مِمَّا
mimmaa
of what
يَقُولُونَۖ
yaq̣ooloon:
they say
لَهُم
lahum
For them
مَّغۡفِرَةٞ
mag̣firatuñw
(is) forgiveness
وَرِزۡقٞ
wa-rizq̣uñ
and a provision
كَرِيمٞ
kareem.
noble
٢٦
24:27
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
Yaaaʹayyuhal
O you
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
who
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanoo
believe
لَا
laa-
(Do) not
تَدۡخُلُواْ
tadkhuloo
enter
بُيُوتًا
buyootan
houses
غَيۡرَ
g̣ayra
other (than)
بُيُوتِكُمۡ
buyootikum
your houses
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
تَسۡتَأۡنِسُواْ
tastaʹnisoo
you have asked permission
وَتُسَلِّمُواْ
wa-tusallimoo
and you have greeted
عَلَىٰٓ
ʻalaaa
[on]
أَهۡلِهَاۚ
ʹahlihaa:
its inhabitants
ذَٰلِكُمۡ
ẓaalikum
That
خَيۡرٞ
khayrul
(is) best
لَّكُمۡ
lakum
for you
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
laʻallakum
so that you may
تَذَكَّرُونَ
taẓakkaroon.
pay heed
