حُنَفَآءَ
Ḥunafaaaʹa
Being upright
لِلَّهِ
lillaahi
to Allah
غَيۡرَ
g̣ayra

مُشۡرِكِينَ
mushrikeena
associating partners
بِهِۦۚ
bih:
with Him
وَمَن
wa-mañy
And whoever
يُشۡرِكۡ
yushrik
associates partners
بِٱللَّهِ
billaahi
with Allah
فَكَأَنَّمَا
fakaʹannamaa
then (it is) as though
خَرَّ
kharra
he had fallen
مِنَ
minas
from
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
samaaaʹi
the sky
فَتَخۡطَفُهُ
fatakhṭafuhut
and (had) snatched him
ٱلطَّيۡرُ
ṭayru
the birds
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
تَهۡوِي
tahwee
had blown
بِهِ
bihir
him
ٱلرِّيحُ
reeḥu
the wind
فِي
fee
to
مَكَانٖ
makaaniñ
a place
سَحِيقٖ
saḥeeq̣.
far off

22:32
ذَٰلِكَۖ
Ẓaalik:
That
وَمَن
wa-mañy
and whoever
يُعَظِّمۡ
yuʻaz̤̣z̤̣im
honors
شَعَٰٓئِرَ
shaʻaaaʹiral
(the) Symbols
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
فَإِنَّهَا
faʹinnahaa
then indeed it
مِن
miñ
(is) from
تَقۡوَى
taq̣wal
(the) piety
ٱلۡقُلُوبِ
q̣uloob.
(of) the hearts
٣٢
22:33
لَكُمۡ
lakum
For you
فِيهَا
feehaa
therein
مَنَٰفِعُ
manaafiʻu
(are) benefits
إِلَىٰٓ
ʹilaaa
for
أَجَلٖ
ʹajalim
a term
مُّسَمّٗى
musammañ
appointed
ثُمَّ
s̤umma
then
مَحِلُّهَآ
maḥilluhaaa
their place of sacrifice
إِلَى
ʹilal
(is) at
ٱلۡبَيۡتِ
Baytil
the House
ٱلۡعَتِيقِ
ʻAteeq̣.
the Ancient
٣٣
22:34
وَلِكُلِّ
Wa-likulli
And for every
أُمَّةٖ
ʹummatiñ
nation
جَعَلۡنَا
jaʻalnaa
We have appointed
مَنسَكٗا
mañsakal
a rite
لِّيَذۡكُرُواْ
liyaẓkurus
that they may mention
ٱسۡمَ
mal
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
over
مَا
maa-
what
رَزَقَهُم
razaq̣ahum
He (has) provided them
مِّنۢ
mim
of
بَهِيمَةِ
baheematil
(the) beast
ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِۗ
ʹanʻaam.
(of) cattle
فَإِلَٰهُكُمۡ
FaʹIlaahukum
And your God
إِلَٰهٞ
ʹIlaahuñw
(is) God
وَٰحِدٞ
Waaḥiduñ
One
فَلَهُۥٓ
falahooo
so to Him
أَسۡلِمُواْۗ
ʹaslimoo:
submit
وَبَشِّرِ
wa-bashshiril
And give glad tidings
ٱلۡمُخۡبِتِينَ
Mukhbiteen,
(to) the humble ones
٣٤
22:35
ٱلَّذِينَ
ʹAllaẓeena
Those
إِذَا
ʹiẓaa
when
ذُكِرَ
ẓukiral
is mentioned
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
وَجِلَتۡ
wajilat
fear
قُلُوبُهُمۡ
q̣uloobuhum
their hearts
وَٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ
waṣ-Ṣaabireena
and those who are patient
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
over
مَآ
maaa
whatever
أَصَابَهُمۡ
ʹaṣaabahum
has afflicted them
وَٱلۡمُقِيمِي
walmuq̣eemiṣ
and those who establish
ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ
Ṣalaati
the prayer
وَمِمَّا
wa-mimmaa
and out of what
رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ
razaq̣naahum
We have provided them
يُنفِقُونَ
yuñfiq̣oon.
they spend
٣٥
22:36
وَٱلۡبُدۡنَ
Walbudna
And the camels and cattle
جَعَلۡنَٰهَا
jaʻalnaahaa
We have made them
لَكُم
lakum
for you
مِّن
miñ
among
شَعَٰٓئِرِ
Shaʻaaaʹiril
(the) Symbols
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
لَكُمۡ
lakum
for you
فِيهَا
feehaa
therein
خَيۡرٞۖ
khayr:
(is) good
فَٱذۡكُرُواْ
faẓkurus
So mention
ٱسۡمَ
mal
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهَا
ʻalayhaa
over them
صَوَآفَّۖ
ṣawaaaff:
(when) lined up
فَإِذَا
faʹiẓaa
and when
وَجَبَتۡ
wajabat
are down
جُنُوبُهَا
junoobuhaa
their sides
فَكُلُواْ
fakuloo
then eat
مِنۡهَا
minhaa
from them
وَأَطۡعِمُواْ
wa-ʹaṭʻimul
and feed
ٱلۡقَانِعَ
q̣aaniʻa
the needy who do not ask
وَٱلۡمُعۡتَرَّۚ
walmuʻtarr:
and the needy who ask
كَذَٰلِكَ
kaẓaalika
Thus
سَخَّرۡنَٰهَا
sakhkharnaahaa
We have subjected them
لَكُمۡ
lakum
to you
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
laʻallakum
so that you may
تَشۡكُرُونَ
tashkuroon.
be grateful
٣٦
22:37
لَن
Lañy
Will not
يَنَالَ
yanaalal
reach
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
لُحُومُهَا
luḥoomuhaa
their meat
وَلَا
wa-laa
and not
دِمَآؤُهَا
dimaaaʹuhaa
their blood
وَلَٰكِن
wa-laakiñy
but
يَنَالُهُ
yanaaluhut
reaches Him
ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ
Taq̣waa
the piety
مِنكُمۡۚ
miñkum;
from you
كَذَٰلِكَ
kaẓaalika
Thus
سَخَّرَهَا
sakhkharahaa
He subjected them
لَكُمۡ
lakum
to you
لِتُكَبِّرُواْ
litukabbirul
so that you may magnify
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
for
مَا
maa-
what
هَدَىٰكُمۡۗ
hadaakum:
He has guided you
وَبَشِّرِ
wa-bashshiril
And give glad tidings
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
Muḥsineen.
(to) the good-doers
٣٧
22:38
۞إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
يُدَٰفِعُ
yudaafiʻu
defends
عَنِ
ʻanil
defends
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
ءَامَنُوٓاْۗ
ʹaamanoo:
believe
إِنَّ
ʹinnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
لَا
laa-
(does) not
يُحِبُّ
yuḥibbu
like
كُلَّ
kulla
every
خَوَّانٖ
khawwaaniñ
treacherous
كَفُورٍ
kafoor.
ungrateful
