أَيۡمَٰنَكُمۡ

your oaths

(as) a deception
بَيۡنَكُمۡ

between you
فَتَزِلَّ
fatazilla
lest should slip
قَدَمُۢ
qadamun
a foot
بَعۡدَ
ba'da
after
ثُبُوتِهَا
thubutiha
it is firmly planted
وَتَذُوقُواْ
watadhuqu
and you would taste
ٱلسُّوٓءَ
al-sua
the evil
بِمَا
bima
for what
صَدَدتُّمۡ
sadadttum
you hindered
عَن
an
from
سَبِيلِ
sabili
(the) way
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
وَلَكُمۡ
walakum
and for you
عَذَابٌ
adhabun
(is) a punishment
عَظِيمٞ
azimun
great

16:95
وَلَا
wala
And (do) not
تَشۡتَرُواْ
tashtaru
exchange
بِعَهۡدِ
bi'ahdi
the covenant
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
ثَمَنٗا
thamanan
(for) a price
قَلِيلًاۚ
qalilan
little
إِنَّمَا
innama
Indeed what
عِندَ
inda
(is) with
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
هُوَ
huwa
it
خَيۡرٞ
khayrun
(is) better
لَّكُمۡ
lakum
for you
إِن
in
if
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you were (to)
تَعۡلَمُونَ
ta'lamuna
know
٩٥
16:96
مَا
ma
Whatever
عِندَكُمۡ
indakum
(is) with you
يَنفَدُ
yanfadu
will be exhausted
وَمَا
wama
and whatever
عِندَ
inda
(is) with
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
بَاقٖۗ
baqin
(will) be remaining
وَلَنَجۡزِيَنَّ
walanajziyanna
And surely We will pay
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
صَبَرُوٓاْ
sabaru
(are) patient
أَجۡرَهُم
ajrahum
their reward
بِأَحۡسَنِ
bi-ahsani
to (the) best
مَا
ma
(of) what
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used (to)
يَعۡمَلُونَ
ya'maluna
do
٩٦
16:97
مَنۡ
man
Whoever
عَمِلَ
amila
does
صَٰلِحٗا
salihan
righteous deeds
مِّن
min
whether
ذَكَرٍ
dhakarin
male
أَوۡ
aw
or
أُنثَىٰ
untha
female
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
while he
مُؤۡمِنٞ
mu'minun
(is) a believer
فَلَنُحۡيِيَنَّهُۥ
falanuh'yiyannahu
then surely We will give him life
حَيَوٰةٗ
hayatan
a life
طَيِّبَةٗۖ
tayyibatan
good
وَلَنَجۡزِيَنَّهُمۡ
walanajziyannahum
and We will pay them
أَجۡرَهُم
ajrahum
their reward
بِأَحۡسَنِ
bi-ahsani
to (the) best
مَا
ma
of what
كَانُواْ
kanu
they used (to)
يَعۡمَلُونَ
ya'maluna
do
٩٧
16:98
فَإِذَا
fa-idha
So when
قَرَأۡتَ
qarata
you recite
ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ
al-qur'ana
the Quran
فَٱسۡتَعِذۡ
fa-is'ta'idh
seek refuge
بِٱللَّهِ
bil-lahi
in Allah
مِنَ
mina
from
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِ
al-shaytani
the Shaitaan
ٱلرَّجِيمِ
al-rajimi
the accursed
٩٨
16:99
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed he
لَيۡسَ
laysa
not
لَهُۥ
lahu
for him
سُلۡطَٰنٌ
sul'tanun
(is) any authority
عَلَى
ala
on
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe
وَعَلَىٰ
wa'ala
and upon
رَبِّهِمۡ
rabbihim
their Lord
يَتَوَكَّلُونَ
yatawakkaluna
they put their trust
٩٩
16:100
إِنَّمَا
innama
Only
سُلۡطَٰنُهُۥ
sul'tanuhu
his authority
عَلَى
ala
(is) over
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
يَتَوَلَّوۡنَهُۥ
yatawallawnahu
take him as an ally
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
and those who
هُم
hum
[they]
بِهِۦ
bihi
with Him
مُشۡرِكُونَ
mush'rikuna
associate partners

16:101
وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
بَدَّلۡنَآ
baddalna
We substitute
ءَايَةٗ
ayatan
a Verse
مَّكَانَ
makana
(in) place
ءَايَةٖ
ayatin
(of) a Verse
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
and Allah
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
(is) most knowing
بِمَا
bima
of what
يُنَزِّلُ
yunazzilu
He sends down
قَالُوٓاْ
qalu
they say
إِنَّمَآ
innama
Only
أَنتَ
anta
you
مُفۡتَرِۭۚ
muf'tarin
(are) an inventor
بَلۡ
bal
Nay
أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ
aktharuhum
most of them
لَا
la
(do) not
يَعۡلَمُونَ
ya'lamuna
know

16:102
قُلۡ
qul
Say
نَزَّلَهُۥ
nazzalahu
Has brought it down
رُوحُ
ruhu
the Holy Spirit
ٱلۡقُدُسِ
al-qudusi
the Holy Spirit
مِن
min
from
رَّبِّكَ
rabbika
your Lord
بِٱلۡحَقِّ
bil-haqi
in truth
لِيُثَبِّتَ
liyuthabbita
to make firm
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe
وَهُدٗى
wahudan
and (as) a guidance
وَبُشۡرَىٰ
wabush'ra
and glad tidings
لِلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ
lil'mus'limina
to the Muslims
