You created me

نَّارٖ

fire
وَخَلَقۡتَهُۥ
wakhalaqtahu
and You created him

طِينٖ
tinin
clay
١٢
7:13
قَالَ
qala
(Allah) said
فَٱهۡبِطۡ
fah'bit
Then go down
مِنۡهَا
min'ha
from it
فَمَا
fama
for not
يَكُونُ
yakunu
it is
لَكَ
laka
for you
أَن
an
that
تَتَكَبَّرَ
tatakabbara
you be arrogant
فِيهَا
fiha
in it
فَٱخۡرُجۡ
fa-ukh'ruj
So get out
إِنَّكَ
innaka
indeed you
مِنَ
mina
(are) of
ٱلصَّٰغِرِينَ
al-saghirina
the disgraced ones
١٣
7:14
قَالَ
qala
(Shaitaan) said
أَنظِرۡنِيٓ
anzir'ni
Give me respite
إِلَىٰ
ila
till
يَوۡمِ
yawmi
(the) Day
يُبۡعَثُونَ
yub'athuna
they are raised up
١٤
7:15
قَالَ
qala
(Allah) said
إِنَّكَ
innaka
Indeed you
مِنَ
mina
(are) of
ٱلۡمُنظَرِينَ
al-munzarina
the ones given respite
١٥
7:16
قَالَ
qala
(Shaitaan) said
فَبِمَآ
fabima
Because
أَغۡوَيۡتَنِي
aghwaytani
You have sent me astray
لَأَقۡعُدَنَّ
la-aq'udanna
surely I will sit
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
صِرَٰطَكَ
sirataka
(on) Your path
ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ
al-mus'taqima
the straight
١٦
7:17
ثُمَّ
thumma
Then
لَأٓتِيَنَّهُم
laatiyannahum
surely I will come to them
مِّنۢ
min
from
بَيۡنِ
bayni
before
أَيۡدِيهِمۡ
aydihim
them
وَمِنۡ
wamin
and from
خَلۡفِهِمۡ
khalfihim
behind them
وَعَنۡ
wa'an
and from
أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ
aymanihim
their right
وَعَن
wa'an
and from
شَمَآئِلِهِمۡۖ
shamailihim
their left
وَلَا
wala
and not
تَجِدُ
tajidu
You (will) find
أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ
aktharahum
most of them
شَٰكِرِينَ
shakirina
grateful
١٧
7:18
قَالَ
qala
(Allah) said
ٱخۡرُجۡ
ukh'ruj
Get out
مِنۡهَا
min'ha
of it
مَذۡءُومٗا
madhuman
disgraced
مَّدۡحُورٗاۖ
madhuran
and expelled
لَّمَن
laman
Certainly whoever
تَبِعَكَ
tabi'aka
follows you
مِنۡهُمۡ
min'hum
among them
لَأَمۡلَأَنَّ
la-amla-anna
surely I will fill
جَهَنَّمَ
jahannama
Hell
مِنكُمۡ
minkum
with you
أَجۡمَعِينَ
ajma'ina
all
١٨
7:19
وَيَٰٓـَٔادَمُ
wayaadamu
And O Adam
ٱسۡكُنۡ
us'kun
Dwell
أَنتَ
anta
you
وَزَوۡجُكَ
wazawjuka
and your wife
ٱلۡجَنَّةَ
al-janata
(in) the Garden
فَكُلَا
fakula
and you both eat
مِنۡ
min
from
حَيۡثُ
haythu
wherever
شِئۡتُمَا
shi'tuma
you both wish
وَلَا
wala
but (do) not
تَقۡرَبَا
taqraba
approach [both of you]
هَٰذِهِ
hadhihi
this
ٱلشَّجَرَةَ
al-shajarata
[the] tree
فَتَكُونَا
fatakuna
lest you both be
مِنَ
mina
among
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
al-zalimina
the wrongdoers
١٩
7:20
فَوَسۡوَسَ
fawaswasa
Then whispered
لَهُمَا
lahuma
to both of them
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ
al-shaytanu
the Shaitaan
لِيُبۡدِيَ
liyub'diya
to make apparent
لَهُمَا
lahuma
to both of them
مَا
ma
what
وُۥرِيَ
wuriya
was concealed
عَنۡهُمَا
anhuma
from both of them
مِن
min
of
سَوۡءَٰتِهِمَا
sawatihima
their shame
وَقَالَ
waqala
And he said
مَا
ma
(Did) not
نَهَىٰكُمَا
nahakuma
forbid you both
رَبُّكُمَا
rabbukuma
your Lord
عَنۡ
an
from
هَٰذِهِ
hadhihi
this
ٱلشَّجَرَةِ
al-shajarati
[the] tree
إِلَّآ
illa
except
أَن
an
that
تَكُونَا
takuna
you two become
مَلَكَيۡنِ
malakayni
Angels
أَوۡ
aw
or
تَكُونَا
takuna
you two become
مِنَ
mina
of
ٱلۡخَٰلِدِينَ
al-khalidina
the immortals
٢٠
7:21
وَقَاسَمَهُمَآ
waqasamahuma
And he swore (to) both of them
إِنِّي
inni
Indeed I am
لَكُمَا
lakuma
to both of you
لَمِنَ
lamina
among
ٱلنَّٰصِحِينَ
al-nasihina
the sincere advisors
٢١
7:22
فَدَلَّىٰهُمَا
fadallahuma
So he made both of them fall
بِغُرُورٖۚ
bighururin
by deception
فَلَمَّا
falamma
Then when
ذَاقَا
dhaqa
they both tasted
ٱلشَّجَرَةَ
al-shajarata
the tree
بَدَتۡ
badat
became apparent
لَهُمَا
lahuma
to both of them
سَوۡءَٰتُهُمَا
sawatuhuma
their shame
وَطَفِقَا
watafiqa
and they began
يَخۡصِفَانِ
yakhsifani
(to) fasten
عَلَيۡهِمَا
alayhima
over themselves
مِن
min
from
وَرَقِ
waraqi
(the) leaves
ٱلۡجَنَّةِۖ
al-janati
(of) the Garden
وَنَادَىٰهُمَا
wanadahuma
And called them both
رَبُّهُمَآ
rabbuhuma
their Lord
أَلَمۡ
alam
Did not
أَنۡهَكُمَا
anhakuma
I forbid you both
عَن
an
from
تِلۡكُمَا
til'kuma
this
ٱلشَّجَرَةِ
al-shajarati
[the] tree
وَأَقُل
wa-aqul
and [I] say
لَّكُمَآ
lakuma
to both of you
إِنَّ
inna
that
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنَ
al-shaytana
[the] Shaitaan
لَكُمَا
lakuma
to both of you
عَدُوّٞ
aduwwun
(is) an enemy
مُّبِينٞ
mubinun
open
