مَتَٰعٗا

(as) provision
لَّكُمۡ
lakum
for you
وَلِلسَّيَّارَةِۖ
walilssayyarati
and for the travelers
وَحُرِّمَ
wahurrima
and is made unlawful
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
on you
صَيۡدُ
saydu
game
ٱلۡبَرِّ
al-bari
(of) the land
مَا
ma
as
دُمۡتُمۡ
dum'tum
long as you
حُرُمٗاۗ
huruman
(are in) Ihram
وَٱتَّقُواْ
wa-ittaqu
And be conscious
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
(of) Allah
ٱلَّذِيٓ
alladhi
the One
إِلَيۡهِ
ilayhi
to Him
تُحۡشَرُونَ
tuh'sharuna
you will be gathered
٩٦
5:97
۞جَعَلَ
ja'ala
Has (been) made
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
(by) Allah
ٱلۡكَعۡبَةَ
al-ka'bata
the Kabah
ٱلۡبَيۡتَ
al-bayta
the House
ٱلۡحَرَامَ
al-harama
the Sacred
قِيَٰمٗا
qiyaman
an establishment
لِّلنَّاسِ
lilnnasi
for mankind
وَٱلشَّهۡرَ
wal-shahra
and the month(s)
ٱلۡحَرَامَ
al-harama
[the] sacred
وَٱلۡهَدۡيَ
wal-hadya
and the (animals) for offering
وَٱلۡقَلَٰٓئِدَۚ
wal-qalaida
and the garlands
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That (is)
لِتَعۡلَمُوٓاْ
lita'lamu
so that you may know
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
يَعۡلَمُ
ya'lamu
knows
مَا
ma
what
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
al-samawati
the heavens
وَمَا
wama
and what
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the earth
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
and that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
بِكُلِّ
bikulli
of every
شَيۡءٍ
shayin
thing
عَلِيمٌ
alimun
(is) All-Knowing
٩٧
5:98
ٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ
i'lamu
Know
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
شَدِيدُ
shadidu
(is) severe
ٱلۡعِقَابِ
al-'iqabi
(in) punishment
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
and that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
غَفُورٞ
ghafurun
(is) Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٞ
rahimun
Most Merciful
٩٨
5:99
مَّا
ma
Not
عَلَى
ala
on
ٱلرَّسُولِ
al-rasuli
the Messenger
إِلَّا
illa
except
ٱلۡبَلَٰغُۗ
al-balaghu
the conveyance
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
يَعۡلَمُ
ya'lamu
knows
مَا
ma
what
تُبۡدُونَ
tub'duna
you reveal
وَمَا
wama
and what
تَكۡتُمُونَ
taktumuna
you conceal
٩٩
5:100
قُل
qul
Say
لَّا
la
Not
يَسۡتَوِي
yastawi
(are) equal
ٱلۡخَبِيثُ
al-khabithu
the evil
وَٱلطَّيِّبُ
wal-tayibu
and the good
وَلَوۡ
walaw
even if
أَعۡجَبَكَ
a'jabaka
impresses you
كَثۡرَةُ
kathratu
abundance
ٱلۡخَبِيثِۚ
al-khabithi
(of) the evil
فَٱتَّقُواْ
fa-ittaqu
So fear
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
يَٰٓأُوْلِي
yauli
O men
ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
al-albabi
(of) understanding
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
la'allakum
so that you may
تُفۡلِحُونَ
tuf'lihuna
(be) successful

5:101
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
yaayyuha
O you
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe
لَا
la
(Do) not
تَسۡـَٔلُواْ
tasalu
ask
عَنۡ
an
about
أَشۡيَآءَ
ashyaa
things
إِن
in
if
تُبۡدَ
tub'da
made clear
لَكُمۡ
lakum
to you
تَسُؤۡكُمۡ
tasu'kum
it may distress you
وَإِن
wa-in
and if
تَسۡـَٔلُواْ
tasalu
you ask
عَنۡهَا
anha
about it
حِينَ
hina
when
يُنَزَّلُ
yunazzalu
is being revealed
ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ
al-qur'anu
the Quran
تُبۡدَ
tub'da
it would be made clear
لَكُمۡ
lakum
to you
عَفَا
afa
has (been) pardoned
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
(by) Allah
عَنۡهَاۗ
anha
[about] it
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
and Allah
غَفُورٌ
ghafurun
(is) Oft-Forgiving
حَلِيمٞ
halimun
All-Forbearing
١٠١
5:102
قَدۡ
qad
Indeed
سَأَلَهَا
sa-alaha
asked them
قَوۡمٞ
qawmun
a people
مِّن
min
from
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
qablikum
before you
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
أَصۡبَحُواْ
asbahu
they became
بِهَا
biha
thereby
كَٰفِرِينَ
kafirina
disbelievers
١٠٢
5:103
مَا
ma
Not
جَعَلَ
ja'ala
has (been) made
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
(by) Allah
مِنۢ
min
of
بَحِيرَةٖ
bahiratin
a Bahirah
وَلَا
wala
and not
سَآئِبَةٖ
saibatin
a Saibah
وَلَا
wala
and not
وَصِيلَةٖ
wasilatin
a Wasilah
وَلَا
wala
and not
حَامٖ
hamin
a Hami
وَلَٰكِنَّ
walakinna
[And] but
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaru
disbelieved
يَفۡتَرُونَ
yaftaruna
they invent
عَلَى
ala
against
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
ٱلۡكَذِبَۖ
al-kadhiba
the lie
وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ
wa-aktharuhum
and most of them
لَا
la
(do) not
يَعۡقِلُونَ
ya'qiluna
use reason
