79:26إِنَّinnaIndeedفِيfiinذَٰلِكَdhalikathatلَعِبۡرَةٗla'ib'ratansurely (is) a lessonلِّمَنlimanfor whoeverيَخۡشَىٰٓyakhshafears٢٦
79:27ءَأَنتُمۡa-antumAre youأَشَدُّashaddua more difficultخَلۡقًاkhalqancreationأَمِamiorٱلسَّمَآءُۚal-samauthe heavenبَنَىٰهَاbanahaHe constructed it٢٧
79:29وَأَغۡطَشَwa-aghtashaAnd He darkenedلَيۡلَهَاlaylahaits nightوَأَخۡرَجَwa-akhrajaand brought outضُحَىٰهَاduhahaits brightness٢٩
79:30وَٱلۡأَرۡضَwal-ardaAnd the earthبَعۡدَba'daafterذَٰلِكَdhalikathatدَحَىٰهَآdahahaHe spread it٣٠
79:31أَخۡرَجَakhrajaHe brought forthمِنۡهَاmin'hafrom itمَآءَهَاmaahaits waterوَمَرۡعَىٰهَاwamar'ahaand its pasture٣١
79:33مَتَٰعٗاmata'an(As) a provisionلَّكُمۡlakumfor youوَلِأَنۡعَٰمِكُمۡwali-an'amikumand for your cattle٣٣
79:34فَإِذَاfa-idhaBut whenجَآءَتِjaaticomesٱلطَّآمَّةُal-tamatuthe Overwhelming Calamityٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰal-kub'rathe great٣٤
79:35يَوۡمَyawma(The) Dayيَتَذَكَّرُyatadhakkaruwill rememberٱلۡإِنسَٰنُal-insanumanمَاmawhatسَعَىٰsa'ahe strove (for)٣٥
79:36وَبُرِّزَتِwaburrizatiAnd will be made manifestٱلۡجَحِيمُal-jahimuthe Hellfireلِمَنlimanto (him) whoيَرَىٰyarasees٣٦
79:39فَإِنَّfa-innaThen indeedٱلۡجَحِيمَal-jahimathe Hellfireهِيَhiyaitٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰal-mawa(is) the refuge٣٩
79:40وَأَمَّاwa-ammaBut as forمَنۡman(him) whoخَافَkhafafearedمَقَامَmaqamastandingرَبِّهِۦrabbihi(before) his Lordوَنَهَىwanahaand restrainedٱلنَّفۡسَal-nafsahis soulعَنِanifromٱلۡهَوَىٰal-hawathe vain desires٤٠
79:41فَإِنَّfa-innaThen indeedٱلۡجَنَّةَal-janataParadise هِيَhiyait (is)ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰal-mawathe refuge٤١
79:42يَسۡـَٔلُونَكَyasalunakaThey ask youعَنِaniaboutٱلسَّاعَةِal-sa'atithe Hourأَيَّانَayyanawhenمُرۡسَىٰهَاmur'saha(is) its arrival٤٢
79:45إِنَّمَآinnamaOnlyأَنتَantayouمُنذِرُmundhiru(are) a warnerمَنman(for him) whoيَخۡشَىٰهَاyakhshahafears it٤٥
79:46كَأَنَّهُمۡka-annahumAs though theyيَوۡمَyawma(the) Dayيَرَوۡنَهَاyarawnahathey see itلَمۡlamnotيَلۡبَثُوٓاْyalbathuthey had remainedإِلَّاillaexceptعَشِيَّةًashiyyatanan eveningأَوۡaworضُحَىٰهَاduhahaa morning thereof٤٦
