يَٰبَنِيٓ

O Children
ءَادَمَ

(of) Adam
قَدۡ
qad
Verily
أَنزَلۡنَا
anzalna
We have sent down
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
to you
لِبَاسٗا
libasan
clothing
يُوَٰرِي
yuwari
it covers
سَوۡءَٰتِكُمۡ
sawatikum
your shame
وَرِيشٗاۖ
warishan
and (as) an adornment
وَلِبَاسُ
walibasu
But the clothing
ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ
al-taqwa
(of) [the] righteousness
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
that
خَيۡرٞۚ
khayrun
(is) best
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That
مِنۡ
min
(is) from
ءَايَٰتِ
ayati
(the) Signs
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
la'allahum
so that they may
يَذَّكَّرُونَ
yadhakkaruna
remember
٢٦
7:27
يَٰبَنِيٓ
yabani
O Children
ءَادَمَ
adama
(of) Adam
لَا
la
(Let) not
يَفۡتِنَنَّكُمُ
yaftinannakumu
tempt you
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ
al-shaytanu
[the] Shaitaan
كَمَآ
kama
as
أَخۡرَجَ
akhraja
he drove out
أَبَوَيۡكُم
abawaykum
your parents
مِّنَ
mina
from
ٱلۡجَنَّةِ
al-janati
Paradise
يَنزِعُ
yanzi'u
stripping
عَنۡهُمَا
anhuma
from both of them
لِبَاسَهُمَا
libasahuma
their clothing
لِيُرِيَهُمَا
liyuriyahuma
to show both of them
سَوۡءَٰتِهِمَآۚ
sawatihima
their shame
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed he
يَرَىٰكُمۡ
yarakum
sees you
هُوَ
huwa
he
وَقَبِيلُهُۥ
waqabiluhu
and his tribe
مِنۡ
min
from
حَيۡثُ
haythu
where
لَا
la
not
تَرَوۡنَهُمۡۗ
tarawnahum
you see them
إِنَّا
inna
Indeed
جَعَلۡنَا
ja'alna
We have made
ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ
al-shayatina
the devils
أَوۡلِيَآءَ
awliyaa
friends
لِلَّذِينَ
lilladhina
of those who
لَا
la
(do) not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yu'minuna
believe
٢٧
7:28
وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
فَعَلُواْ
fa'alu
they do
فَٰحِشَةٗ
fahishatan
immorality
قَالُواْ
qalu
they say
وَجَدۡنَا
wajadna
We found
عَلَيۡهَآ
alayha
on it
ءَابَآءَنَا
abaana
our forefathers
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
and Allah
أَمَرَنَا
amarana
(has) ordered us
بِهَاۗ
biha
of it
قُلۡ
qul
Say
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَا
la
(does) not
يَأۡمُرُ
yamuru
order
بِٱلۡفَحۡشَآءِۖ
bil-fahshai
immorality
أَتَقُولُونَ
ataquluna
Do you say
عَلَى
ala
about
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
مَا
ma
what
لَا
la
not
تَعۡلَمُونَ
ta'lamuna
you know
٢٨
7:29
قُلۡ
qul
Say
أَمَرَ
amara
(Has been) ordered
رَبِّي
rabbi
(by) my Lord
بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ
bil-qis'ti
justice
وَأَقِيمُواْ
wa-aqimu
and set
وُجُوهَكُمۡ
wujuhakum
your faces
عِندَ
inda
at
كُلِّ
kulli
every
مَسۡجِدٖ
masjidin
masjid
وَٱدۡعُوهُ
wa-id'uhu
and invoke Him
مُخۡلِصِينَ
mukh'lisina
(being) sincere
لَهُ
lahu
to Him
ٱلدِّينَۚ
al-dina
(in) the religion
كَمَا
kama
As
بَدَأَكُمۡ
bada-akum
He originated you
تَعُودُونَ
ta'uduna
(so) will you return
٢٩
7:30
فَرِيقًا
fariqan
A group
هَدَىٰ
hada
He guided
وَفَرِيقًا
wafariqan
and a group
حَقَّ
haqqa
deserved
عَلَيۡهِمُ
alayhimu
[on] they
ٱلضَّلَٰلَةُۚ
al-dalalatu
the astraying
إِنَّهُمُ
innahumu
Indeed they
ٱتَّخَذُواْ
ittakhadhu
take
ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ
al-shayatina
the devils
أَوۡلِيَآءَ
awliyaa
(as) allies
مِن
min
from
دُونِ
duni
besides
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
وَيَحۡسَبُونَ
wayahsabuna
while they think
أَنَّهُم
annahum
that they
مُّهۡتَدُونَ
muh'taduna
(are the) guided-ones

۞يَٰبَنِيٓ
yabani
O Children
ءَادَمَ
adama
(of) Adam
خُذُواْ
khudhu
Take
زِينَتَكُمۡ
zinatakum
your adornment
عِندَ
inda
at
كُلِّ
kulli
every
مَسۡجِدٖ
masjidin
masjid
وَكُلُواْ
wakulu
and eat
وَٱشۡرَبُواْ
wa-ish'rabu
and drink
وَلَا
wala
but (do) not
تُسۡرِفُوٓاْۚ
tus'rifu
be extravagant
إِنَّهُۥ
innahu
Indeed He
لَا
la
(does) not
يُحِبُّ
yuhibbu
love
ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
al-mus'rifina
the extravagant ones
٣١
7:32
قُلۡ
qul
Say
مَنۡ
man
Who
حَرَّمَ
harrama
has forbidden
زِينَةَ
zinata
(the) adornment
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(from) Allah
ٱلَّتِيٓ
allati
which
أَخۡرَجَ
akhraja
He has brought forth
لِعِبَادِهِۦ
li'ibadihi
for His slaves
وَٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ
wal-tayibati
and the pure things
مِنَ
mina
of
ٱلرِّزۡقِۚ
al-riz'qi
sustenance
قُلۡ
qul
Say
هِيَ
hiya
They
لِلَّذِينَ
lilladhina
(are) for those who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe
فِي
fi
during
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
al-hayati
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
al-dun'ya
(of) the world
خَالِصَةٗ
khalisatan
exclusively (for them)
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۗ
al-qiyamati
(of) Resurrection
كَذَٰلِكَ
kadhalika
Thus
نُفَصِّلُ
nufassilu
We explain
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
al-ayati
the Signs
لِقَوۡمٖ
liqawmin
for (the) people
يَعۡلَمُونَ
ya'lamuna
who know
٣٢
7:33
قُلۡ
qul
Say
إِنَّمَا
innama
Only
حَرَّمَ
harrama
(had) forbidden
رَبِّيَ
rabbiya
my Lord
ٱلۡفَوَٰحِشَ
al-fawahisha
the shameful deeds
مَا
ma
what
ظَهَرَ
zahara
(is) apparent
مِنۡهَا
min'ha
of it
وَمَا
wama
and what
بَطَنَ
batana
is concealed
وَٱلۡإِثۡمَ
wal-ith'ma
and the sin
وَٱلۡبَغۡيَ
wal-baghya
and the oppression
بِغَيۡرِ
bighayri
without
ٱلۡحَقِّ
al-haqi
[the] right
وَأَن
wa-an
and that
تُشۡرِكُواْ
tush'riku
you associate (others)
بِٱللَّهِ
bil-lahi
with Allah
مَا
ma
what
لَمۡ
lam
not
يُنَزِّلۡ
yunazzil
He (has) sent down
بِهِۦ
bihi
of it
سُلۡطَٰنٗا
sul'tanan
any authority
وَأَن
wa-an
and that
تَقُولُواْ
taqulu
you say
عَلَى
ala
about
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
مَا
ma
what
لَا
la
not
تَعۡلَمُونَ
ta'lamuna
you know
٣٣
7:34
وَلِكُلِّ
walikulli
And for every
أُمَّةٍ
ummatin
nation
أَجَلٞۖ
ajalun
(is a fixed) term
فَإِذَا
fa-idha
So when
جَآءَ
jaa
comes
أَجَلُهُمۡ
ajaluhum
their term
لَا
la
(they can) not
يَسۡتَأۡخِرُونَ
yastakhiruna
seek to delay
سَاعَةٗ
sa'atan
an hour
وَلَا
wala
and not
يَسۡتَقۡدِمُونَ
yastaqdimuna
seek to advance (it)
٣٤
7:35
يَٰبَنِيٓ
yabani
O Children
ءَادَمَ
adama
(of) Adam
إِمَّا
imma
If
يَأۡتِيَنَّكُمۡ
yatiyannakum
come to you
رُسُلٞ
rusulun
Messengers
مِّنكُمۡ
minkum
from you
يَقُصُّونَ
yaqussuna
relating
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
to you
ءَايَٰتِي
ayati
My Verses
فَمَنِ
famani
then whoever
ٱتَّقَىٰ
ittaqa
fears Allah
وَأَصۡلَحَ
wa-aslaha
and reforms
فَلَا
fala
then no
خَوۡفٌ
khawfun
fear
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
alayhim
on them
وَلَا
wala
and not
هُمۡ
hum
they
يَحۡزَنُونَ
yahzanuna
will grieve
٣٥
7:36
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
But those who
كَذَّبُواْ
kadhabu
deny
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
biayatina
Our Verses
وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ
wa-is'takbaru
and (are) arrogant
عَنۡهَآ
anha
towards them
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ulaika
those
أَصۡحَٰبُ
ashabu
(are the) companions
ٱلنَّارِۖ
al-nari
(of) the Fire
هُمۡ
hum
they
فِيهَا
fiha
in it
خَٰلِدُونَ
khaliduna
will abide forever
٣٦
7:37
فَمَنۡ
faman
Then who
أَظۡلَمُ
azlamu
(is) more unjust
مِمَّنِ
mimmani
than (one) who
ٱفۡتَرَىٰ
if'tara
invented
عَلَى
ala
against
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
كَذِبًا
kadhiban
a lie
أَوۡ
aw
or
كَذَّبَ
kadhaba
denies
بِـَٔايَٰتِهِۦٓۚ
biayatihi
His Verses
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ulaika
Those
يَنَالُهُمۡ
yanaluhum
will reach them
نَصِيبُهُم
nasibuhum
their portion
مِّنَ
mina
from
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِۖ
al-kitabi
the Book
حَتَّىٰٓ
hatta
until
إِذَا
idha
when
جَآءَتۡهُمۡ
jaathum
comes to them
رُسُلُنَا
rusuluna
Our messengers (Angels)
يَتَوَفَّوۡنَهُمۡ
yatawaffawnahum
(to) take them in death
قَالُوٓاْ
qalu
they say
أَيۡنَ
ayna
Where are
مَا
ma
those (whom)
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you used to
تَدۡعُونَ
tad'una
invoke
مِن
min
from
دُونِ
duni
besides
ٱللَّهِۖ
al-lahi
Allah
قَالُواْ
qalu
They say
ضَلُّواْ
dallu
They strayed
عَنَّا
anna
from us
وَشَهِدُواْ
washahidu
and they (will) testify
عَلَىٰٓ
ala
against
أَنفُسِهِمۡ
anfusihim
themselves
أَنَّهُمۡ
annahum
that they
كَانُواْ
kanu
were
كَٰفِرِينَ
kafirina
disbelievers
٣٧

قَالَ
qala
He (will) say
ٱدۡخُلُواْ
ud'khulu
Enter
فِيٓ
fi
among
أُمَمٖ
umamin
(the) nations
قَدۡ
qad
(who)
خَلَتۡ
khalat
passed away
مِن
min
from
قَبۡلِكُم
qablikum
before you
مِّنَ
mina
of
ٱلۡجِنِّ
al-jini
the jinn
وَٱلۡإِنسِ
wal-insi
and the men
فِي
fi
in
ٱلنَّارِۖ
al-nari
the Fire
كُلَّمَا
kullama
Every time
دَخَلَتۡ
dakhalat
entered
أُمَّةٞ
ummatun
a nation
لَّعَنَتۡ
la'anat
it cursed
أُخۡتَهَاۖ
ukh'taha
its sister (nation)
حَتَّىٰٓ
hatta
until
إِذَا
idha
when
ٱدَّارَكُواْ
iddaraku
they had overtaken one another
فِيهَا
fiha
in it
جَمِيعٗا
jami'an
all
قَالَتۡ
qalat
(will) say
أُخۡرَىٰهُمۡ
ukh'rahum
(the) last of them
لِأُولَىٰهُمۡ
liulahum
about the first of them
رَبَّنَا
rabbana
Our Lord
هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ
haulai
these
أَضَلُّونَا
adalluna
misled us
فَـَٔاتِهِمۡ
faatihim
so give them
عَذَابٗا
adhaban
punishment
ضِعۡفٗا
di'fan
double
مِّنَ
mina
of
ٱلنَّارِۖ
al-nari
the Fire
قَالَ
qala
He (will) say
لِكُلّٖ
likullin
For each
ضِعۡفٞ
di'fun
(is) a double
وَلَٰكِن
walakin
[and] but
لَّا
la
not
تَعۡلَمُونَ
ta'lamuna
you know
٣٨
7:39
وَقَالَتۡ
waqalat
And (will) say
أُولَىٰهُمۡ
ulahum
(the) first of them
لِأُخۡرَىٰهُمۡ
li-ukh'rahum
to (the) last of them
فَمَا
fama
Then not
كَانَ
kana
is
لَكُمۡ
lakum
for you
عَلَيۡنَا
alayna
upon us
مِن
min
any
فَضۡلٖ
fadlin
superiority
فَذُوقُواْ
fadhuqu
so taste
ٱلۡعَذَابَ
al-'adhaba
the punishment
بِمَا
bima
for what
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you used to
تَكۡسِبُونَ
taksibuna
earn
٣٩
7:40
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
كَذَّبُواْ
kadhabu
denied
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
biayatina
Our Verses
وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ
wa-is'takbaru
and (were) arrogant
عَنۡهَا
anha
towards them
لَا
la
(will) not
تُفَتَّحُ
tufattahu
be opened
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
أَبۡوَٰبُ
abwabu
(the) doors
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
al-samai
(of) the heaven
وَلَا
wala
and not
يَدۡخُلُونَ
yadkhuluna
they will enter
ٱلۡجَنَّةَ
al-janata
Paradise
حَتَّىٰ
hatta
until
يَلِجَ
yalija
passes
ٱلۡجَمَلُ
al-jamalu
the camel
فِي
fi
through
سَمِّ
sammi
(the) eye
ٱلۡخِيَاطِۚ
al-khiyati
(of) the needle
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
wakadhalika
And thus
نَجۡزِي
najzi
We recompense
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
al-muj'rimina
the criminals
٤٠
7:41
لَهُم
lahum
For them
مِّن
min
of
جَهَنَّمَ
jahannama
(the) Hell
مِهَادٞ
mihadun
(is) a bed
وَمِن
wamin
and from
فَوۡقِهِمۡ
fawqihim
over them
غَوَاشٖۚ
ghawashin
coverings
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
wakadhalika
And thus
نَجۡزِي
najzi
We recompense
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
al-zalimina
the wrongdoers
٤١
7:42
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
But those who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe
وَعَمِلُواْ
wa'amilu
and do
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
al-salihati
[the] righteous deeds
لَا
la
not
نُكَلِّفُ
nukallifu
We burden
نَفۡسًا
nafsan
any soul
إِلَّا
illa
except
وُسۡعَهَآ
wus'aha
(to) its capacity
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ulaika
Those
أَصۡحَٰبُ
ashabu
(are the) companions
ٱلۡجَنَّةِۖ
al-janati
(of) Paradise
هُمۡ
hum
they
فِيهَا
fiha
in it
خَٰلِدُونَ
khaliduna
(will) abide forever
٤٢
7:43
وَنَزَعۡنَا
wanaza'na
And We will remove
مَا
ma
whatever
فِي
fi
(is) in
صُدُورِهِم
sudurihim
their breasts
مِّنۡ
min
of
غِلّٖ
ghillin
malice
تَجۡرِي
tajri
Flows
مِن
min
from
تَحۡتِهِمُ
tahtihimu
underneath them
ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ
al-anharu
the rivers
وَقَالُواْ
waqalu
And they will say
ٱلۡحَمۡدُ
al-hamdu
All the praise
لِلَّهِ
lillahi
(is) for Allah
ٱلَّذِي
alladhi
the One Who
هَدَىٰنَا
hadana
guided us
لِهَٰذَا
lihadha
to this
وَمَا
wama
and not
كُنَّا
kunna
we were
لِنَهۡتَدِيَ
linahtadiya
to receive guidance
لَوۡلَآ
lawla
if not
أَنۡ
an
[that]
هَدَىٰنَا
hadana
(had) guided us
ٱللَّهُۖ
al-lahu
Allah
لَقَدۡ
laqad
Certainly
جَآءَتۡ
jaat
came
رُسُلُ
rusulu
Messengers
رَبِّنَا
rabbina
(of) our Lord
بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ
bil-haqi
with the truth
وَنُودُوٓاْ
wanudu
And they will be addressed
أَن
an
[that]
تِلۡكُمُ
til'kumu
This
ٱلۡجَنَّةُ
al-janatu
(is) Paradise
أُورِثۡتُمُوهَا
urith'tumuha
you have been made to inherit it
بِمَا
bima
for what
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you used to
تَعۡمَلُونَ
ta'maluna
do
٤٣

وَنَادَىٰٓ
wanada
And will call out
أَصۡحَٰبُ
ashabu
(the) companions
ٱلۡجَنَّةِ
al-janati
(of) Paradise
أَصۡحَٰبَ
ashaba
(to the) companions
ٱلنَّارِ
al-nari
(of) the Fire
أَن
an
that
قَدۡ
qad
Indeed
وَجَدۡنَا
wajadna
we found
مَا
ma
what
وَعَدَنَا
wa'adana
(had) promised us
رَبُّنَا
rabbuna
our Lord
حَقّٗا
haqqan
true
فَهَلۡ
fahal
So have
وَجَدتُّم
wajadttum
you found
مَّا
ma
what
وَعَدَ
wa'ada
(was) promised
رَبُّكُمۡ
rabbukum
(by) your Lord
حَقّٗاۖ
haqqan
(to be) true
قَالُواْ
qalu
They will say
نَعَمۡۚ
na'am
Yes
فَأَذَّنَ
fa-adhana
Then will announce
مُؤَذِّنُۢ
mu-adhinun
an announcer
بَيۡنَهُمۡ
baynahum
among them
أَن
an
[that]
لَّعۡنَةُ
la'natu
(The) curse
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
عَلَى
ala
(is) on
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
al-zalimina
the wrongdoers
٤٤
7:45
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
Those who
يَصُدُّونَ
yasudduna
hinder
عَن
an
from
سَبِيلِ
sabili
(the) way
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
وَيَبۡغُونَهَا
wayabghunaha
and seek in it
عِوَجٗا
iwajan
crookedness
وَهُم
wahum
while they (are)
بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
bil-akhirati
concerning the Hereafter
كَٰفِرُونَ
kafiruna
disbelievers
٤٥
7:46
وَبَيۡنَهُمَا
wabaynahuma
And between them
حِجَابٞۚ
hijabun
(will be) a partition
وَعَلَى
wa'ala
and on
ٱلۡأَعۡرَافِ
al-a'rafi
the heights
رِجَالٞ
rijalun
(will be) men
يَعۡرِفُونَ
ya'rifuna
recognizing
كُلَّۢا
kullan
all
بِسِيمَىٰهُمۡۚ
bisimahum
by their marks
وَنَادَوۡاْ
wanadaw
And they will call out
أَصۡحَٰبَ
ashaba
(to the) companions
ٱلۡجَنَّةِ
al-janati
(of) Paradise
أَن
an
that
سَلَٰمٌ
salamun
Peace
عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ
alaykum
(be) upon you
لَمۡ
lam
Not
يَدۡخُلُوهَا
yadkhuluha
they have entered it
وَهُمۡ
wahum
but they
يَطۡمَعُونَ
yatma'una
hope
٤٦
7:47
۞وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
صُرِفَتۡ
surifat
are turned
أَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ
absaruhum
their eyes
تِلۡقَآءَ
til'qaa
towards
أَصۡحَٰبِ
ashabi
(the) companions
ٱلنَّارِ
al-nari
(of) the Fire
قَالُواْ
qalu
they (will) say
رَبَّنَا
rabbana
Our Lord
لَا
la
(Do) not
تَجۡعَلۡنَا
taj'alna
place us
مَعَ
ma'a
with
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ
al-qawmi
the people
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
al-zalimina
the wrongdoers
٤٧
7:48
وَنَادَىٰٓ
wanada
And (will) call out
أَصۡحَٰبُ
ashabu
(the) companions
ٱلۡأَعۡرَافِ
al-a'rafi
(of) the heights
رِجَالٗا
rijalan
(to) men
يَعۡرِفُونَهُم
ya'rifunahum
whom they recognize
بِسِيمَىٰهُمۡ
bisimahum
by their marks
قَالُواْ
qalu
saying
مَآ
ma
Not
أَغۡنَىٰ
aghna
(has) availed
عَنكُمۡ
ankum
[to] you
جَمۡعُكُمۡ
jam'ukum
your gathering
وَمَا
wama
and what
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you were
تَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ
tastakbiruna
arrogant (about)
٤٨
7:49
أَهَٰٓؤُلَآءِ
ahaulai
Are these
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
the ones whom
أَقۡسَمۡتُمۡ
aqsamtum
you had sworn
لَا
la
(that) not
يَنَالُهُمُ
yanaluhumu
(will) grant them
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
بِرَحۡمَةٍۚ
birahmatin
Mercy
ٱدۡخُلُواْ
ud'khulu
Enter
ٱلۡجَنَّةَ
al-janata
Paradise
لَا
la
(There will be) no
خَوۡفٌ
khawfun
fear
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
upon you
وَلَآ
wala
and not
أَنتُمۡ
antum
you
تَحۡزَنُونَ
tahzanuna
will grieve
٤٩
7:50
وَنَادَىٰٓ
wanada
And (will) call out
أَصۡحَٰبُ
ashabu

ٱلنَّارِ
al-nari
(of) the Fire
أَصۡحَٰبَ
ashaba
(to the) companions
ٱلۡجَنَّةِ
al-janati
(of) Paradise
أَنۡ
an
[that]
أَفِيضُواْ
afidu
Pour
عَلَيۡنَا
alayna
upon us
مِنَ
mina
[of]
ٱلۡمَآءِ
al-mai
(some) water
أَوۡ
aw
or
مِمَّا
mimma
of what
رَزَقَكُمُ
razaqakumu
(has been) provided (to) you
ٱللَّهُۚ
al-lahu
(by) Allah
قَالُوٓاْ
qalu
They (will) say
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
حَرَّمَهُمَا
harramahuma
has forbidden both
عَلَى
ala
to
ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
al-kafirina
the disbelievers
