وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ

لَهُۥ

for Him
وَلَدٞ

وَلَمۡ
wa-lam
while not

(there) is

صَٰحِبَةٞۖ
ṣaaḥibah?
a companion
وَخَلَقَ
Wa-khalaq̣a
and He created
كُلَّ
kulla
every
شَيۡءٖۖ
shayʹ,
thing
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwa
And He
بِكُلِّ
bikulli
(is) of every
شَيۡءٍ
shayʹin
thing
عَلِيمٞ
ʻAleem.

ذَٰلِكُمُ
Ẓaalikumul
That
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
(is) Allah
رَبُّكُمۡۖ
Rabbukum!
your Lord
لَآ
Laaa
(there is) no
إِلَٰهَ
ʹilaaha
god
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
هُوَۖ
Hoo.
Him
خَٰلِقُ
khaaliq̣u
(the) Creator
كُلِّ
kulli
(of) every
شَيۡءٖ
shayʹiñ
thing
فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ
faʻbudooh;
so worship Him
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwa
And He
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
(is) on
كُلِّ
kulli
every
شَيۡءٖ
shayʹiñw
thing
وَكِيلٞ
Wakeel.
a Guardian
١٠٢
6:103
لَّا
Laa
Not (can)
تُدۡرِكُهُ
tudrikuhul
grasp Him
ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ
ʹabṣaaru.
the visions
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwa
but He
يُدۡرِكُ
yudrikul
(can) grasp
ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَۖ
ʹabṣaar:
(all) the vision
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwal
and He (is)
ٱللَّطِيفُ
Laṭeeful
the All-Subtle
ٱلۡخَبِيرُ
Khabeer.
the All-Aware
١٠٣
6:104
قَدۡ
Q̣ad
Verily
جَآءَكُم
jaaaʹakum̃
has come to you
بَصَآئِرُ
baṣaaaʹiru
enlightenment
مِن
mir
from
رَّبِّكُمۡۖ
rabbikum:
your Lord
فَمَنۡ
faman
Then whoever
أَبۡصَرَ
ʹabṣara
sees
فَلِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ
falinafsih:
then (it is) for his soul
وَمَنۡ
wa-man
and whoever
عَمِيَ
ʻamiya
(is) blind
فَعَلَيۡهَاۚ
faʻalayhaa:
then (it is) against himself
وَمَآ
wa-maaa
And not
أَنَا۠
ʹana
(am) I
عَلَيۡكُم
ʻalaykum̃
over you
بِحَفِيظٖ
biḥafeez̤̣.
a guardian
١٠٤
6:105
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
Wa-kaẓaalika
And thus
نُصَرِّفُ
nuṣarriful
We explain
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
ʹAayaati
the Signs
وَلِيَقُولُواْ
wa-liyaq̣ooloo
that they (may) say
دَرَسۡتَ
darasta
You have studied
وَلِنُبَيِّنَهُۥ
wa-li-nubayyi-nahoo.
and that We (may) make it clear
لِقَوۡمٖ
liq̣awmiñy
for a people
يَعۡلَمُونَ
yaʻlamoon.
who know
١٠٥
6:106
ٱتَّبِعۡ
ʹIttabiʻ
Follow
مَآ
maaa
what
أُوحِيَ
ʹooḥiya
has been inspired
إِلَيۡكَ
ʹilayka
to you
مِن
mir
from
رَّبِّكَۖ
Rabbik:
your Lord
لَآ
Laaa
(there is) no
إِلَٰهَ
ʹilaaha
god
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
هُوَۖ
Hoo:
Him
وَأَعۡرِضۡ
wa-ʹaʻriḍ
and turn away
عَنِ
ʻanil
from
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
mushrikeen.
the polytheists
١٠٦
6:107
وَلَوۡ
Wa-law
And if
شَآءَ
shaaaʹal
(had) willed
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
مَآ
maaa
not (they would have)
أَشۡرَكُواْۗ
ʹashrakoo:
associated partners (with Him)
وَمَا
wa-maa
And not
جَعَلۡنَٰكَ
jaʻalnaaka
We have made you
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
ʻalayhim
over them
حَفِيظٗاۖ
ḥafeez̤̣aa,
a guardian
وَمَآ
wa-maaa
and not
أَنتَ
ʹañta
you
عَلَيۡهِم
ʻalayhim̃
(are) over them
بِوَكِيلٖ
biwakeel.
a manager
١٠٧
6:108
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (do) not
تَسُبُّواْ
tasubbul
insult
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those whom
يَدۡعُونَ
yadʻoona
they invoke
مِن
miñ
from
دُونِ
doonil
other than
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
فَيَسُبُّواْ
fayasubbul
lest they insult
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
عَدۡوَۢا
ʻadwam
(in) enmity
بِغَيۡرِ
big̣ayri
without
عِلۡمٖۗ
ʻilm.
knowledge
كَذَٰلِكَ
Kaẓaalika
Thus
زَيَّنَّا
zayyannaa
We have made fair-seeming
لِكُلِّ
likulli
to every
أُمَّةٍ
ʹummatin
community
عَمَلَهُمۡ
ʻamalahum.
their deed
ثُمَّ
S̤umma
Then
إِلَىٰ
ʹilaa
to
رَبِّهِم
Rabbihim
their Lord
مَّرۡجِعُهُمۡ
marjiʻuhum
(is) their return
فَيُنَبِّئُهُم
fayunabbiʹuhum̃
then He will inform them
بِمَا
bimaa
about what
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they used to
يَعۡمَلُونَ
yaʻmaloon.
do
١٠٨
6:109
وَأَقۡسَمُواْ
Wa-ʹaq̣samoo
And they swear
بِٱللَّهِ
billaahi
by Allah
جَهۡدَ
jahda
strongest
أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ
ʹaymaanihim
(of) their oaths
لَئِن
laʹiñ
that if
جَآءَتۡهُمۡ
jaaaʹathum
came to them
ءَايَةٞ
ʹAayatul
a sign
لَّيُؤۡمِنُنَّ
layuʹminunna
they would surely believe
بِهَاۚ
bihaa.
in it
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
إِنَّمَا
ʹinnamal
Only
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتُ
ʹAayaatu
the signs
عِندَ
ʻindal
(are) with
ٱللَّهِۖ
laahi
Allah
وَمَا
wa-maa
And what
يُشۡعِرُكُمۡ
yushʻirukum
will make you perceive
أَنَّهَآ
ʹannahaaa
that [it]
إِذَا
ʹiẓaa
when
جَآءَتۡ
jaaaʹat
it comes
لَا
laa
not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yuʹminoon?
they will believe
١٠٩
6:110
وَنُقَلِّبُ
Wa-nuq̣allibu
And We will turn
أَفۡـِٔدَتَهُمۡ
ʹafʹidatahum
their hearts
وَأَبۡصَٰرَهُمۡ
wa-ʹabṣaarahum
and their sights
كَمَا
kamaa
(just) as
لَمۡ
lam
not
يُؤۡمِنُواْ
yuʹminoo
they believe
بِهِۦٓ
biheee
in it
أَوَّلَ
ʹawwala
(the) first
مَرَّةٖ
marratiñ
time
وَنَذَرُهُمۡ
wa-naẓaruhum
And We will leave them
فِي
fee
in
طُغۡيَٰنِهِمۡ
ṭug̣yaanihim
their transgression
يَعۡمَهُونَ
yaʻmahoon.
wandering blindly
١١٠

6:111
۞وَلَوۡ
Wa-law
And (even) if
أَنَّنَا
ʹannanaa
[that] We (had)
نَزَّلۡنَآ
nazzal-naaa
[We] sent down
إِلَيۡهِمُ
ʹilayhimul
to them
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
malaaaʹikata
the Angels
وَكَلَّمَهُمُ
wa-kallamahumul
and spoken to them
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ
mawtaa
the dead
وَحَشَرۡنَا
waḥasharnaa
and We gathered
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
ʻalayhim
before them
كُلَّ
kulla
every
شَيۡءٖ
shayʹiñ
thing
قُبُلٗا
q̣ubulam
face to face
مَّا
maa
not
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they were
لِيُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ
liyuʹminooo
to believe
إِلَّآ
ʹillaaa
unless
أَن
ʹañy
[that]
يَشَآءَ
yashaaaʹal
wills
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
وَلَٰكِنَّ
wa-laakinna
But
أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ
ʹaks̤arahum
most of them
يَجۡهَلُونَ
yajhaloon.
(are) ignorant
١١١
6:112
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
Wa-kaẓaalika
And thus
جَعَلۡنَا
jaʻalnaa
We made
لِكُلِّ
likulli
for every
نَبِيٍّ
nabiyyin
Prophet
عَدُوّٗا
ʻaduwwañ
an enemy
شَيَٰطِينَ
shayaaṭeenal
devils
ٱلۡإِنسِ
ʹiñsi
(from) the mankind
وَٱلۡجِنِّ
waljinni
and the jinn
يُوحِي
yooḥee
inspiring
بَعۡضُهُمۡ
baʻḍuhum
some of them
إِلَىٰ
ʹilaa
to
بَعۡضٖ
baʻḍiñ
others
زُخۡرُفَ
zukhrufal
(with) decorative
ٱلۡقَوۡلِ
q̣awli
[the] speech
غُرُورٗاۚ
g̣urooraa.
(in) deception
وَلَوۡ
Wa-law
But if
شَآءَ
shaaaʹa
(had) willed
رَبُّكَ
Rabbuka
your Lord
مَا
maa-
not
فَعَلُوهُۖ
faʻaloohu
they (would) have done it
فَذَرۡهُمۡ
faẓarhum
so leave them
وَمَا
wa-maa
and what
يَفۡتَرُونَ
yaftaroon.
they invent
١١٢
6:113
وَلِتَصۡغَىٰٓ
Walitaṣg̣aaa
And so that incline
إِلَيۡهِ
ʹilayhi
to it
أَفۡـِٔدَةُ
ʹafʹidatul
hearts
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(of) those who
لَا
laa-
(do) not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yuʹminoona
believe
بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
bil-ʹAakhirati
in the Hereafter
وَلِيَرۡضَوۡهُ
wa-liyarḍawhu
and so that they may be pleased with it
وَلِيَقۡتَرِفُواْ
waliyaq̣tarifoo
and so that they may commit
مَا
maa-
what
هُم
hum
they
مُّقۡتَرِفُونَ
muq̣tarifoon.
(are) committing
١١٣
6:114
أَفَغَيۡرَ
ʹAfag̣ayral
Then is (it) other than
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
أَبۡتَغِي
ʹabtag̣ee
I seek
حَكَمٗا
ḥakamañw
(as) judge
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwal
while He
ٱلَّذِيٓ
laẓeee
(is) the One Who
أَنزَلَ
ʹañzala
has revealed
إِلَيۡكُمُ
ʹilaykumul
to you
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
Kitaaba
the Book
مُفَصَّلٗاۚ
mufaṣṣalaa?
explained in detail
وَٱلَّذِينَ
Wallaẓeena
And those (to) whom
ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ
ʹaataynaahumul
We gave them
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
Kitaaba
the Book
يَعۡلَمُونَ
yaʻlamoona
they know
أَنَّهُۥ
ʹannahoo
that it
مُنَزَّلٞ
munazzalum
(is) sent down
مِّن
mir
from
رَّبِّكَ
Rabbika
your Lord
بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ
bilḥaq̣q̣i
in truth
فَلَا
falaa
so (do) not
تَكُونَنَّ
takoonanna
be
مِنَ
minal
among
ٱلۡمُمۡتَرِينَ
mumtareen.
the ones who doubt
١١٤
6:115
وَتَمَّتۡ
Wa-tammat
And (has been) fulfilled
كَلِمَتُ
kalimatu
(the) word
رَبِّكَ
Rabbika
(of) your Lord
صِدۡقٗا
ṣidq̣añw
(in) truth
وَعَدۡلٗاۚ
waʻadlaa:
and justice
لَّا
laa-
No
مُبَدِّلَ
mubaddila
one can change
لِكَلِمَٰتِهِۦۚ
li-Kalimaatih:
His words
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwas
and He
ٱلسَّمِيعُ
Sameeʻul
(is) the All-Hearer
ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
ʻAleem.
the All-Knower
١١٥
6:116
وَإِن
Wa-ʹiñ
And if
تُطِعۡ
tuṭiʻ
you obey
أَكۡثَرَ
ʹaks̤ara
most
مَن
mañ
of
فِي
fil
(those) in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
ʹarḍi
the earth
يُضِلُّوكَ
yuḍillooka
they will mislead you
عَن
ʻañ
from
سَبِيلِ
Sabeelil
(the) way
ٱللَّهِۚ
laah.
(of) Allah
إِن
ʹIñy
Not
يَتَّبِعُونَ
yattabiʻoona
they follow
إِلَّا
ʹillaz̤̣
except
ٱلظَّنَّ
z̤̣anna
[the] assumption
وَإِنۡ
wa-ʹin
and not
هُمۡ
hum
they (do)
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
يَخۡرُصُونَ
yakhruṣoon.
guess
١١٦
6:117
إِنَّ
ʹInna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
Rabbaka
your Lord
هُوَ
Huwa
He
أَعۡلَمُ
ʹaʻlamu
knows best
مَن
mañy
who
يَضِلُّ
yaḍillu
strays
عَن
ʻañ
from
سَبِيلِهِۦۖ
Sabeelih;
His way
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwa
and He
أَعۡلَمُ
ʹaʻlamu
(is) most knowing
بِٱلۡمُهۡتَدِينَ
bil-Muhtadeen.
of the guided-ones
١١٧
6:118
فَكُلُواْ
Fakuloo
So eat
مِمَّا
mimmaa
of what
ذُكِرَ
ẓukiras
(is) mentioned
ٱسۡمُ
mul
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻalayhi
on it
إِن
ʹiñ
if
كُنتُم
kuñtum̃
you are
بِـَٔايَٰتِهِۦ
biʹAayaatihee
in His Verses
مُؤۡمِنِينَ
muʹmineen.
believers
١١٨

6:119
وَمَا
Wa-maa
And what
لَكُمۡ
lakum
for you
أَلَّا
ʹallaa
that not
تَأۡكُلُواْ
taʹkuloo
you eat
مِمَّا
mimmaa
of what
ذُكِرَ
ẓukiras
has been mentioned
ٱسۡمُ
mul
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻalayhi
on it
وَقَدۡ
wa-q̣ad
when indeed
فَصَّلَ
faṣṣala
He (has) explained in detail
لَكُم
lakum
to you
مَّا
maa
what
حَرَّمَ
ḥarrama
He (has) forbidden
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
ʻalaykum
to you
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَا
maḍ
what
ٱضۡطُرِرۡتُمۡ
ṭurirtum
you are compelled
إِلَيۡهِۗ
ʹilayh?
to it
وَإِنَّ
Wa-ʹinna
And indeed
كَثِيرٗا
kas̤eeral
many
لَّيُضِلُّونَ
layuḍilloona
surely lead astray
بِأَهۡوَآئِهِم
biʹahwaaaʹihim̃
by their (vain) desires
بِغَيۡرِ
big̣ayri
without
عِلۡمٍۚ
ʻilm.
knowledge
إِنَّ
ʹInna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
Rabbaka
your Lord
هُوَ
Huwa
He
أَعۡلَمُ
ʹaʻlamu
(is) most knowing
بِٱلۡمُعۡتَدِينَ
bilmuʻtadeen.
of the transgressors
١١٩
6:120
وَذَرُواْ
Waẓaroo
Forsake
ظَٰهِرَ
z̤̣aahiral
open
ٱلۡإِثۡمِ
ʹis̤mi
[the] sins
وَبَاطِنَهُۥٓۚ
wa-baaṭinah:
and the secret
إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
يَكۡسِبُونَ
yaksiboonal
earn
ٱلۡإِثۡمَ
ʹis̤ma
[the] sin
سَيُجۡزَوۡنَ
sayujzawna
they will be recompensed
بِمَا
bimaa
for what
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they used to
يَقۡتَرِفُونَ
yaq̣tarifoon.
commit
١٢٠
6:121
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (do) not
تَأۡكُلُواْ
taʹkuloo
eat
مِمَّا
mimmaa
of that
لَمۡ
lam
not
يُذۡكَرِ
yuẓkaris
has been mentioned
ٱسۡمُ
mul
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻalayhi
on it
وَإِنَّهُۥ
wa-ʹinnahoo
and indeed it (is)
لَفِسۡقٞۗ
lafisq̣.
grave disobedience
وَإِنَّ
Wa-ʹinnash
And indeed
ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ
shayaaṭeena
the devils
لَيُوحُونَ
layooḥoona
inspire
إِلَىٰٓ
ʹilaaa
to
أَوۡلِيَآئِهِمۡ
ʹawliyaaaʹihim
their friends
لِيُجَٰدِلُوكُمۡۖ
liyujaadilookum.
so that they dispute with you
وَإِنۡ
Wa-ʹin
and if
أَطَعۡتُمُوهُمۡ
ʹaṭaʻtumoohum
you obey them
إِنَّكُمۡ
ʹinnakum
indeed you
لَمُشۡرِكُونَ
lamushrikoon.
(would) be the polytheists
١٢١
6:122
أَوَمَن
ʹA-wamañ
Is (one) who
كَانَ
kaana
was
مَيۡتٗا
maytañ
dead
فَأَحۡيَيۡنَٰهُ
faʹaḥyaynaahu
and We gave him life
وَجَعَلۡنَا
wa-jaʻalnaa
and We made
لَهُۥ
lahoo
for him
نُورٗا
Noorañy
light
يَمۡشِي
yamshee
he walks
بِهِۦ
bihee
whereby
فِي
fin
among
ٱلنَّاسِ
naasi
the people
كَمَن
kamam
like (one) who
مَّثَلُهُۥ
mas̤aluhoo
[similar to him]
فِي
fiz̤̣
(is) in
ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ
z̤̣ulumaati
the darknesses
لَيۡسَ
laysa
not
بِخَارِجٖ
bikhaarijim
he comes out
مِّنۡهَاۚ
minhaa?
of it
كَذَٰلِكَ
Kaẓaalika
Thus
زُيِّنَ
zuyyina
is made fair-seeming
لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
lilkaafireena
to the disbelievers
مَا
maa-
what
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they were
يَعۡمَلُونَ
yaʻmaloon.
doing
١٢٢
6:123
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
Wa-kaẓaalika
And thus
جَعَلۡنَا
jaʻalnaa
We placed
فِي
fee
in
كُلِّ
kulli
every
قَرۡيَةٍ
q̣aryatin
city
أَكَٰبِرَ
ʹakaabira
greatest
مُجۡرِمِيهَا
mujrimeehaa
(of) its criminals
لِيَمۡكُرُواْ
liyamkuroo
so that they plot
فِيهَاۖ
feehaa;
therein
وَمَا
wa-maa
And not
يَمۡكُرُونَ
yamkuroona
they plot
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ
biʹañfusihim
against themselves
وَمَا
wa-maa
and not
يَشۡعُرُونَ
yashʻuroon.
they perceive
١٢٣
6:124
وَإِذَا
Wa-ʹiẓaa
And when
جَآءَتۡهُمۡ
jaaaʹathum
comes to them
ءَايَةٞ
ʹAayatuñ
a Sign
قَالُواْ
q̣aaloo
they say
لَن
lan
Never
نُّؤۡمِنَ
nuʹmina
we will believe
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
نُؤۡتَىٰ
nuʹtaa
we are given
مِثۡلَ
mis̤la
like
مَآ
maaa
what
أُوتِيَ
ʹootiya
was given
رُسُلُ
rusulul
(to the) Messengers
ٱللَّهِۘ
laah.
(of) Allah
ٱللَّهُ
ʹAllaahu
Allah
أَعۡلَمُ
ʹaʻlamu
knows best
حَيۡثُ
ḥays̤u
where
يَجۡعَلُ
yajʻalu
He places
رِسَالَتَهُۥۗ
Risaalatah.
His Message
سَيُصِيبُ
Sayuṣeebul
Will afflict
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
أَجۡرَمُواْ
ʹajramoo
committed crimes
صَغَارٌ
ṣag̣aarun
a humiliation
عِندَ
ʻiñdal
from
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
وَعَذَابٞ
wa-ʻaẓaabuñ
and a punishment
شَدِيدُۢ
shadeedum
severe
بِمَا
bimaa
for what
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they used to
يَمۡكُرُونَ
yamkuroon.

فَمَن
Famañy
So whoever
يُرِدِ
yuridil
wants
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
أَن
ʹañy
that
يَهۡدِيَهُۥ
yahdiyahoo
He guides him
يَشۡرَحۡ
yashraḥ
He expands
صَدۡرَهُۥ
ṣadrahoo
his breast
لِلۡإِسۡلَٰمِۖ
lil-ʹIslaam;
to Islam
وَمَن
wa-mañy
and whoever
يُرِدۡ
yurid
He wants
أَن
ʹañy
that
يُضِلَّهُۥ
yuḍillahoo
He lets him go astray
يَجۡعَلۡ
yajʻal
He makes
صَدۡرَهُۥ
ṣadrahoo
his breast
ضَيِّقًا
ḍayyiq̣an
tight
حَرَجٗا
harajañ
and constricted
كَأَنَّمَا
kaʹannamaa
as though
يَصَّعَّدُ
yaṣṣaʻʻadu
he (were) climbing
فِي
fis
into
ٱلسَّمَآءِۚ
samaaaʹ.
the sky
كَذَٰلِكَ
Kaẓaalika
Thus
يَجۡعَلُ
yajʻalul
places
ٱللَّهُ
laahur
Allah
ٱلرِّجۡسَ
rijsa
the filth
عَلَى
ʻalal
on
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who

وَهَٰذَا
Wa-haaẓaa
And this
صِرَٰطُ
Ṣiraaṭu
(is the) way
رَبِّكَ
Rabbika
(of) your Lord
مُسۡتَقِيمٗاۗ
Mustaq̣eemaa:
straight
قَدۡ
q̣ad
Certainly
فَصَّلۡنَا
faṣṣalnal
We have detailed
ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ
ʹAayaati
the Verses
لِقَوۡمٖ
liq̣awmiñy
for a people
يَذَّكَّرُونَ
yaẓẓakkaroon.
who take heed
١٢٦
6:127
۞لَهُمۡ
lahum
For them
دَارُ
Daarus
(will be) home
ٱلسَّلَٰمِ
Salaami
(of) [the] peace
عِندَ
ʻiñda
with
رَبِّهِمۡۖ
Rabbihim
their Lord
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwa
And He
وَلِيُّهُم
Waliyyuhum̃
(will be) their protecting friend
بِمَا
bimaa
because
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
(of what) they used to
يَعۡمَلُونَ
yaʻmaloon.
do
١٢٧
6:128
وَيَوۡمَ
Wa-yawma
And (the) Day
يَحۡشُرُهُمۡ
yaḥ-shuruhum
He will gather them
جَمِيعٗا
jameeʻaa:
all
يَٰمَعۡشَرَ
yaa-maʻsharal
(and will say) O assembly
ٱلۡجِنِّ
jinni
(of) [the] jinn
قَدِ
q̣adis
Certainly
ٱسۡتَكۡثَرۡتُم
taks̤artum
you have (misled) many
مِّنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡإِنسِۖ
ʹiñs.
the mankind
وَقَالَ
Wa-q̣aala
And will say
أَوۡلِيَآؤُهُم
ʹawliyaaaʹuhum
their friends
مِّنَ
minal
among
ٱلۡإِنسِ
ʹiñsi
the men
رَبَّنَا
Rabbanas
Our Lord
ٱسۡتَمۡتَعَ
tamtaʻa
profited
بَعۡضُنَا
baʻḍunaa
some of us
بِبَعۡضٖ
bibaʻḍiñw
by others
وَبَلَغۡنَآ
wabalag̣naaa
and we have reached
أَجَلَنَا
ʹajalanal
our term
ٱلَّذِيٓ
laẓeee
which
أَجَّلۡتَ
ʹajjalta
You appointed
لَنَاۚ
lanaa:
for us
قَالَ
q̣aalan
He will say
ٱلنَّارُ
Naaru
The Fire
مَثۡوَىٰكُمۡ
mas̤waakum
(is) your abode
خَٰلِدِينَ
khaalideena
will abide forever
فِيهَآ
feehaaa
in it
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَا
maa-
(for) what
شَآءَ
shaaa
wills
ٱللَّهُۚ
ʹallaah.
Allah
إِنَّ
ʹInna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
Rabbaka
your Lord
حَكِيمٌ
Ḥakeemun
(is) All-Wise
عَلِيمٞ
ʻAleem.
All-Knowing
١٢٨
6:129
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
Wa-kaẓaalika
And thus
نُوَلِّي
nuwallee
We make friends
بَعۡضَ
baʻḍaz̤̣
some (of)
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
z̤̣aalimeena
the wrongdoers
بَعۡضَۢا
baʻḍam
(to) others
بِمَا
bimaa
for what
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they used to
يَكۡسِبُونَ
yaksiboon.
earn
١٢٩
6:130
يَٰمَعۡشَرَ
Yaa-maʻsharal
O assembly
ٱلۡجِنِّ
jinni
(of) [the] jinn
وَٱلۡإِنسِ
wal-ʹiñsi
and [the] men
أَلَمۡ
ʹalam
Did (there) not
يَأۡتِكُمۡ
yaʹtikum
come to you
رُسُلٞ
rusulum
Messengers
مِّنكُمۡ
miñkum
from (among) you
يَقُصُّونَ
yaq̣uṣṣoona
relating
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
ʻalaykum
to you
ءَايَٰتِي
ʹAayaatee
My Verses
وَيُنذِرُونَكُمۡ
wa-yuñẓiroonakum
and warning you
لِقَآءَ
liq̣aaaʹa
(of the) meeting
يَوۡمِكُمۡ
yawmikum
(of) your day
هَٰذَاۚ
haaẓaa?
this
قَالُواْ
Q̣aaloo
They will say
شَهِدۡنَا
shahidnaa
We bear witness
عَلَىٰٓ
ʻalaaa
against
أَنفُسِنَاۖ
ʹañfusinaa
ourselves
وَغَرَّتۡهُمُ
wa-g̣arrat-humul
And deluded them
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ
ḥayaatud
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
dunyaa
(of) the world
وَشَهِدُواْ
wa-shahidoo
and they will bear witness
عَلَىٰٓ
ʻalaaa
against
أَنفُسِهِمۡ
ʹañfusihim
themselves
أَنَّهُمۡ
ʹannahum
that they
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
were
كَٰفِرِينَ
Kaafireen.
disbelievers
١٣٠
6:131
ذَٰلِكَ
Ẓaalika
That (is because)
أَن
ʹal
[that]
لَّمۡ
lam
not
يَكُن
yakur
is
رَّبُّكَ
Rabbuka
your Lord
مُهۡلِكَ
muhlikal
one who destroys
ٱلۡقُرَىٰ
q̣uraa
the cities
بِظُلۡمٖ
biz̤̣ulmiñw
for (their) wrongdoing
وَأَهۡلُهَا
waʹahluhaa
while their people
غَٰفِلُونَ
g̣aafiloon.
(are) unaware
١٣١

6:132
وَلِكُلّٖ
Wa-likulliñ
And for all
دَرَجَٰتٞ
darajaatum
(will be) degrees
مِّمَّا
mimmaa
for what
عَمِلُواْۚ
ʻamiloo:
they did
وَمَا
wa-maa
And not
رَبُّكَ
Rabbuka
(is) your Lord
بِغَٰفِلٍ
big̣aafilin
unaware
عَمَّا
ʻammaa
about what
يَعۡمَلُونَ
yaʻmaloon.
they do
١٣٢
6:133
وَرَبُّكَ
Wa-Rabbukal
And your Lord
ٱلۡغَنِيُّ
G̣aniyyu
(is) the Self-Sufficient
ذُو
Ẓur
(the) Possessor
ٱلرَّحۡمَةِۚ
Raḥmah:
(of) mercy
إِن
ʹiñy
If
يَشَأۡ
yashaʹ
He wills
يُذۡهِبۡكُمۡ
yuẓ-hibkum
He can take you away
وَيَسۡتَخۡلِفۡ
wa-yastakhlif
and grant succession
مِنۢ
mim
from
بَعۡدِكُم
baʻdikum
after you
مَّا
maa
(to) whom
يَشَآءُ
yashaaʹu
He wills
كَمَآ
kamaaa
as
أَنشَأَكُم
ʹañshaʹakum
He raised you
مِّن
miñ
from
ذُرِّيَّةِ
ẓurriyyati
the descendants
قَوۡمٍ
q̣awmin
(of) people
ءَاخَرِينَ
ʹaakhareen.
other
١٣٣
6:134
إِنَّ
ʹInna
Indeed
مَا
maa-
what
تُوعَدُونَ
tooʻadoona
you are promised
لَأٓتٖۖ
laʹaatiñw
(is) sure to come
وَمَآ
wamaaa
And not
أَنتُم
ʹañtum̃
(can) you
بِمُعۡجِزِينَ
bimuʻjizeen.
escape (it)
١٣٤
6:135
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
يَٰقَوۡمِ
yaa-q̣awmiʻ
O my people
ٱعۡمَلُواْ
maloo
Work
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
on
مَكَانَتِكُمۡ
makaanatikum
your position
إِنِّي
ʹinnee
Indeed I am
عَامِلٞۖ
ʻaamil:
a worker
فَسَوۡفَ
fasawfa
And soon
تَعۡلَمُونَ
taʻlamoona
you will know
مَن
mañ
who
تَكُونُ
takoonu
will have
لَهُۥ
lahoo
for himself
عَٰقِبَةُ
ʻAaq̣ibatud
(in) the end
ٱلدَّارِۚ
daar:
(a good) home
إِنَّهُۥ
ʹinnahoo
Indeed [he]
لَا
laa-
(will) not
يُفۡلِحُ
yufliḥuz̤̣
succeed
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
z̤̣aalimoon.
the wrongdoers
١٣٥
6:136
وَجَعَلُواْ
Wa-jaʻaloo
And they assign
لِلَّهِ
lillaahi
to Allah
مِمَّا
mimmaa
out of what
ذَرَأَ
ẓaraʹa
He produced
مِنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡحَرۡثِ
ḥars̤i
the crops
وَٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ
walanʻaami
and the cattle
نَصِيبٗا
naṣeebañ
a share
فَقَالُواْ
faq̣aaloo
and they say
هَٰذَا
haaẓaa
This
لِلَّهِ
lillaahi
(is) for Allah
بِزَعۡمِهِمۡ
bizaʻmihim
by their claim
وَهَٰذَا
wa-haaẓaa
And this
لِشُرَكَآئِنَاۖ
lishurakaaaʹinaa!
(is) for our partners
فَمَا
Famaa
But what
كَانَ
kaana
is
لِشُرَكَآئِهِمۡ
lishurakaaaʹihim
for their partners
فَلَا
falaa
(does) not
يَصِلُ
yaṣilu
reach
إِلَى
ʹilal
[to]
ٱللَّهِۖ
laah;
Allah
وَمَا
wamaa
while what
كَانَ
kaana
is
لِلَّهِ
lillaahi
for Allah
فَهُوَ
fahuwa
then it
يَصِلُ
yaṣilu
reaches
إِلَىٰ
ʹilaa
[to]
شُرَكَآئِهِمۡۗ
shurakaaʹihim!
their partners
سَآءَ
Saaaʹa
Evil
مَا
maa-
(is) what
يَحۡكُمُونَ
yaḥkumoon!
they judge
١٣٦
6:137
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
Wa-kaẓaalika
And likewise
زَيَّنَ
zayyana
made pleasing
لِكَثِيرٖ
likas̤eerim
to many
مِّنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
mushrikeena
the polytheists
قَتۡلَ
q̣atla
(the) killing
أَوۡلَٰدِهِمۡ
ʹawlaadihim
(of) their children
شُرَكَآؤُهُمۡ
shurakaaaʹuhum
their partners
لِيُرۡدُوهُمۡ
liyurdoohum
so that they may ruin them
وَلِيَلۡبِسُواْ
wa-liyalbisoo
and that they make confusing
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
ʻalayhim
to them
دِينَهُمۡۖ
deenahum.
their religion
وَلَوۡ
Wa-law
And if
شَآءَ
shaaaʹal
(had) willed
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
مَا
maa-
not
فَعَلُوهُۖ
faʻaloohu
(would) they have done so
فَذَرۡهُمۡ
faẓarhum
So leave them
وَمَا
wa-maa
and what
يَفۡتَرُونَ
yaftaroon.
they invent

وَقَالُواْ
Wa-q̣aaloo
And they say
هَٰذِهِۦٓ
haaẓiheee
These
أَنۡعَٰمٞ
ʹanʻaamuñw
(are) cattle
وَحَرۡثٌ
waḥarsun
and crops
حِجۡرٞ
ḥijr.
forbidden
لَّا
Laa
no (one)
يَطۡعَمُهَآ
yaṭʻamuhaaa
can eat them
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَن
man
whom
نَّشَآءُ
nashaaaʹu
we will
بِزَعۡمِهِمۡ
bizaʻmihim
by their claim
وَأَنۡعَٰمٌ
wa-ʹanʻaamun
And cattle
حُرِّمَتۡ
ḥurrimat
forbidden
ظُهُورُهَا
z̤̣uhooruhaa
(are) their backs
وَأَنۡعَٰمٞ
wa-ʹanʻaamul
and cattle
لَّا
laa
not
يَذۡكُرُونَ
yaẓkuroonas
they mention
ٱسۡمَ
mal
(the) name
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
عَلَيۡهَا
ʻalayhaf
on it
ٱفۡتِرَآءً
tiraaaʹan
(as) an invention
عَلَيۡهِۚ
ʻalayh:
against Him
سَيَجۡزِيهِم
Sayajzeehim̃
He will recompense them
بِمَا
bimaa
for what
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they used to
يَفۡتَرُونَ
yaftaroon.

6:139
وَقَالُواْ
Waq̣aaloo
And they say
مَا
maa-
What
فِي
fee
(is) in
بُطُونِ
buṭooni
(the) wombs
هَٰذِهِ
haaẓihil
(of) these
ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ
ʹanʻaami
cattle
خَالِصَةٞ
khaaliṣatul
(is) exclusively
لِّذُكُورِنَا
liẓukoorinaa
for our males
وَمُحَرَّمٌ
wa-muḥarramun
and forbidden
عَلَىٰٓ
ʻalaaa
on
أَزۡوَٰجِنَاۖ
ʹazwaajinaa;
our spouses
وَإِن
wa-ʹiñy
But if
يَكُن
yakum
is
مَّيۡتَةٗ
maytatañ
(born) dead
فَهُمۡ
fahum
then they (all)
فِيهِ
feehi
in it
شُرَكَآءُۚ
shurakaaaʹ.
(are) partners
سَيَجۡزِيهِمۡ
Sayajzeehim
He will recompense them
وَصۡفَهُمۡۚ
waṣfahum:
(for) their attribution
إِنَّهُۥ
ʹinnahoo
Indeed He
حَكِيمٌ
Ḥakeemun
(is) All-Wise
عَلِيمٞ
ʻAleem.
All-Knowing
١٣٩
6:140
قَدۡ
Q̣ad
Certainly
خَسِرَ
khasiral
(are) lost
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
قَتَلُوٓاْ
q̣atalooo
killed
أَوۡلَٰدَهُمۡ
ʹawlaadahum
their children
سَفَهَۢا
safaham
(in) foolishness
بِغَيۡرِ
big̣ayri
without
عِلۡمٖ
ʻilmiñw
knowledge
وَحَرَّمُواْ
waḥarramoo
and forbid
مَا
maa-
what
رَزَقَهُمُ
razaq̣ahumul
(bas been) provided (to) them
ٱللَّهُ
laahuf
(by) Allah
ٱفۡتِرَآءً
tiraaʹan
inventing (lies)
عَلَى
ʻalal
against
ٱللَّهِۚ
laah.
Allah
قَدۡ
Q̣ad
Certainly
ضَلُّواْ
ḍalloo
they have gone astray
وَمَا
wa-maa
and not
كَانُواْ
kaanoo
they are
مُهۡتَدِينَ
muhtadeen.
guided-ones
١٤٠
6:141
۞وَهُوَ
Wa-Huwal
And He
ٱلَّذِيٓ
laẓeee
(is) the One Who
أَنشَأَ
ʹañshaʹa
produced
جَنَّٰتٖ
jannaatim
gardens
مَّعۡرُوشَٰتٖ
maʻrooshaatiñw
trellised
وَغَيۡرَ
wag̣ayra
and other than
مَعۡرُوشَٰتٖ
maʻrooshaatiñw
trellised
وَٱلنَّخۡلَ
wan-nakhla
and the date-palm
وَٱلزَّرۡعَ
wazzarʻa
and the crops
مُخۡتَلِفًا
mukhtalifan
diverse
أُكُلُهُۥ
ʹukuluhoo
(are) its taste
وَٱلزَّيۡتُونَ
wazzaytoona
and the olives
وَٱلرُّمَّانَ
warrummaana
and the pomegranates
مُتَشَٰبِهٗا
mutashaabihañw
similar
وَغَيۡرَ
wag̣ayra
and other than
مُتَشَٰبِهٖۚ
mutashaabih:
similar
كُلُواْ
kuloo
Eat
مِن
miñ
of
ثَمَرِهِۦٓ
s̤amariheee
its fruit
إِذَآ
ʹiẓaaa
when
أَثۡمَرَ
ʹas̤mara
it bears fruit
وَءَاتُواْ
wa-ʹaatoo
and give
حَقَّهُۥ
ḥaq̣q̣ahoo
its due
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(on the) day
حَصَادِهِۦۖ
ḥasaadih.
(of) its harvest
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (do) not
تُسۡرِفُوٓاْۚ
tusrifoo:
(be) extravagant
إِنَّهُۥ
ʹinnahoo
Indeed He
لَا
laa-
(does) not
يُحِبُّ
yuḥibbul
love
ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
musrifeen.
the ones who are extravagant
١٤١
6:142
وَمِنَ
Waminal
And of
ٱلۡأَنۡعَٰمِ
ʹanʻaami
the cattle
حَمُولَةٗ
ḥamoolatañw
(are some for) burden
وَفَرۡشٗاۚ
wafarshaa.
and (some for) meat
كُلُواْ
kuloo
Eat
مِمَّا
mimmaa
of what
رَزَقَكُمُ
razaq̣akumul
(has been) provided (to) you
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
(by) Allah
وَلَا
wa-laa
and (do) not
تَتَّبِعُواْ
tattabiʻoo
follow
خُطُوَٰتِ
khuṭuwaatish
(the) footsteps
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ
Shayṭaan:
(of) Shaitaan
إِنَّهُۥ
ʹinnahoo
Indeed he
لَكُمۡ
lakum
(is) to you
عَدُوّٞ
ʻaduwwum
an enemy
مُّبِينٞ
mubeen.

S̤amaaniyata
Eight
أَزۡوَٰجٖۖ
ʹazwaaj:
pairs
مِّنَ
minaḍ
of
ٱلضَّأۡنِ
ḍaʹnis̤
the sheep
ٱثۡنَيۡنِ
nayni
two
وَمِنَ
wa-minal
and of
ٱلۡمَعۡزِ
maʻzis̤
the goats
ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ
nayn.
two
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ
ʹaaaẓẓakarayni
(Are) the two males
حَرَّمَ
ḥarrama
He has forbidden
أَمِ
ʹamil
or
ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ
ʹuñs̤ayayni
the two females
أَمَّا
ʹammash
or what
ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ
tamalat
contains
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻalayhi
[in it]
أَرۡحَامُ
ʹarḥaamul
(the) wombs
ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ
ʹuñs̤ayayn?
(of) the two females
نَبِّـُٔونِي
Nabbiʹoonee
Inform me
بِعِلۡمٍ
biʻilmin
with knowledge
إِن
ʹiñ
if
كُنتُمۡ
kuñtum
you are
صَٰدِقِينَ
Ṣaadiq̣een:
truthful
١٤٣
6:144
وَمِنَ
Wa-minal
And of
ٱلۡإِبِلِ
ʹibilis̤
the camels
ٱثۡنَيۡنِ
nayni
two
وَمِنَ
wa-minal
and of
ٱلۡبَقَرِ
baq̣aris̤
the cows
ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ
nayn.
two
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ
ʹaaaẓẓakarayni
(Is it) the two males
حَرَّمَ
ḥarrama
He (has) forbidden
أَمِ
ʹamil
or
ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ
ʹuñs̤ayayni
the two females
أَمَّا
ʹammash
or what
ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ
tamalat
contains
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻalayhi
[in it]
أَرۡحَامُ
ʹarḥaamul
(the) wombs
ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ
ʹuñs̤ayayn?
(of) the two females
أَمۡ
Am
Or
كُنتُمۡ
kuñtum
were you
شُهَدَآءَ
shuhadaaaʹa
witnesses
إِذۡ
iẓ
when
وَصَّىٰكُمُ
waṣṣaakumul
enjoined you
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
بِهَٰذَاۚ
bihaaẓaa?
with this
فَمَنۡ
Faman
Then who
أَظۡلَمُ
ʹaz̤̣lamu
(is) more unjust
مِمَّنِ
mimmanif
than (one) who
ٱفۡتَرَىٰ
taraa
invents
عَلَى
ʻalal
against
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
كَذِبٗا
kaẓibal
a lie
لِّيُضِلَّ
liyuḍillan
to mislead
ٱلنَّاسَ
naasa
the people
بِغَيۡرِ
big̣ayri
without
عِلۡمٍۚ
ʻilm?
knowledge
إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
لَا
laa-
(does) not
يَهۡدِي
yahdil
guide
ٱلۡقَوۡمَ
q̣awmaz̤̣
the people
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
z̤̣aalimeen.
the wrongdoing
١٤٤
6:145
قُل
Q̣ul
Say
لَّآ
laaa
Not
أَجِدُ
ʹajidu
(do) I find
فِي
fee
in
مَآ
maaa
what
أُوحِيَ
ʹooḥiya
has been revealed
إِلَيَّ
ʹilayya
to me
مُحَرَّمًا
muḥarraman
(anything) forbidden
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
to
طَاعِمٖ
ṭaaʻimiñy
an eater
يَطۡعَمُهُۥٓ
yatʻamuhooo
who eats it
إِلَّآ
ʹillaaa
except
أَن
ʹañy
that
يَكُونَ
yakoona
it be
مَيۡتَةً
maytatan
dead
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
دَمٗا
damam
blood
مَّسۡفُوحًا
masfooḥan
poured forth
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
لَحۡمَ
laḥma
(the) flesh
خِنزِيرٖ
khiñzeeriñ
(of) swine
فَإِنَّهُۥ
faʹinnahoo
for indeed it
رِجۡسٌ
rijsun
(is) filth
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
فِسۡقًا
fisq̣an
(it be) disobedience
أُهِلَّ
ʹuhilla
[is] dedicated
لِغَيۡرِ
lig̣ayril
to other than
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
بِهِۦۚ
bih.
[on it]
فَمَنِ
Famaniḍ
But whoever
ٱضۡطُرَّ
ṭurra
(is) compelled
غَيۡرَ
g̣ayra
not
بَاغٖ
baa-g̣iñw
desiring
وَلَا
walaa
and not
عَادٖ
ʻaadiñ
transgressing
فَإِنَّ
faʹinna
then indeed
رَبَّكَ
Rabbaka
your Lord
غَفُورٞ
G̣afoorur
(is) Oft-Forgiving
رَّحِيمٞ
Raḥeem.
Most Merciful
١٤٥
6:146
وَعَلَى
Wa-ʻalal
And to
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
هَادُواْ
haadoo
are Jews
حَرَّمۡنَا
ḥarramnaa
We forbade
كُلَّ
kulla
every
ذِي
ẓee
(animal) with
ظُفُرٖۖ
Z̤̣ufur.
claws
وَمِنَ
Wa-minal
and of
ٱلۡبَقَرِ
baq̣ari
the cows
وَٱلۡغَنَمِ
walg̣anami
and the sheep
حَرَّمۡنَا
ḥarramnaa
We forbade
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
ʻalayhim
to them
شُحُومَهُمَآ
shuḥoomahumaaa
their fat
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَا
maa-
what
حَمَلَتۡ
ḥamalat
carried
ظُهُورُهُمَآ
z̤̣uhooruhumaaa
their backs
أَوِ
ʹawil
or
ٱلۡحَوَايَآ
ḥawaayaaa
the entrails
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
مَا
makh
what
ٱخۡتَلَطَ
talaṭa
(is) joined
بِعَظۡمٖۚ
biʻaz̤̣m.
with the bone
ذَٰلِكَ
Ẓaalika
That
جَزَيۡنَٰهُم
jazaynaahum̃
(is) their recompense
بِبَغۡيِهِمۡۖ
bibag̣yihim:
for their rebellion
وَإِنَّا
wa-ʹinnaa
And indeed We
لَصَٰدِقُونَ
la-Ṣaadiq̣oon.
[surely] are truthful

فَإِن
Faʹiñ
But if
كَذَّبُوكَ
kaẓẓabooka
they deny you
فَقُل
faq̣ur
then say
رَّبُّكُمۡ
Rabbukum
Your Lord
ذُو
Ẓoo
(is the) Possessor
رَحۡمَةٖ
Raḥmatiñw
(of) Mercy
وَٰسِعَةٖ
waasiʻah;
Vast
وَلَا
wa-laa
but not
يُرَدُّ
yuraddu
will be turned back
بَأۡسُهُۥ
baʹsuhoo
His wrath
عَنِ
ʻanil
from
ٱلۡقَوۡمِ
q̣awmil
the people
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
mujrimeen.
(who are) criminals
١٤٧
6:148
سَيَقُولُ
Sayaq̣oolul
Will say
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
أَشۡرَكُواْ
ʹashrakoo
associate partners (with Allah)
لَوۡ
law
If
شَآءَ
shaaaʹal
Had willed
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
مَآ
maaa
not
أَشۡرَكۡنَا
ʹashraknaa
we (would) have associated partners (with Allah)
وَلَآ
wa-laaa
and not
ءَابَآؤُنَا
ʹaabaaaʹunaa
our forefathers
وَلَا
wa-laa
and not
حَرَّمۡنَا
ḥarramnaa
we (would) have forbidden
مِن
miñ
[of]
شَيۡءٖۚ
shayʹ.
anything
كَذَٰلِكَ
Kaẓaalika
Likewise
كَذَّبَ
kaẓẓabal
denied
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
مِن
miñ
(were from)
قَبۡلِهِمۡ
q̣ablihim
before them
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
ذَاقُواْ
ẓaaq̣oo
they tasted
بَأۡسَنَاۗ
baʹsanaa.
Our wrath
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
هَلۡ
hal
Is
عِندَكُم
ʹiñdakum
with you
مِّنۡ
min
[of]
عِلۡمٖ
ʻilmiñ
any knowledge
فَتُخۡرِجُوهُ
fatukhrijoohu
then produce it
لَنَآۖ
lanaa?
for us
إِن
ʹIñ
Not
تَتَّبِعُونَ
tattabiʻoona
you follow
إِلَّا
ʹillaz̤̣
except
ٱلظَّنَّ
z̤̣anna
the assumption
وَإِنۡ
wa-ʹin
and not
أَنتُمۡ
ʹañtum
you (do)
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
but
تَخۡرُصُونَ
takhruṣoon.

قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
فَلِلَّهِ
falillaahil
With Allah
ٱلۡحُجَّةُ
Ḥujjatul
(is) the argument
ٱلۡبَٰلِغَةُۖ
baalig̣ah:
the conclusive
فَلَوۡ
falaw
And if
شَآءَ
shaaaʹa
He (had) willed
لَهَدَىٰكُمۡ
lahadaakum
surely He (would) have guided you
أَجۡمَعِينَ
ʹajmaʻeen.

قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
هَلُمَّ
halumma
Bring forward
شُهَدَآءَكُمُ
shuhadaaaʹakumul
your witnesses
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
يَشۡهَدُونَ
yashhadoona
testify
أَنَّ
ʹannal
that
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
حَرَّمَ
ḥarrama
prohibited
هَٰذَاۖ
haaẓaa.
this
فَإِن
Faʹiñ
Then if
شَهِدُواْ
shahidoo
they testify
فَلَا
falaa
then (do) not
تَشۡهَدۡ
tashhad
testify
مَعَهُمۡۚ
maʻahum.
with them
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (do) not
تَتَّبِعۡ
tattabiʻ
follow
أَهۡوَآءَ
ʹahwaaaʹal
(the) desires
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(of) those who
كَذَّبُواْ
kaẓẓaboo
denied
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
biʹAayatinaa
Our Signs
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wallaẓeena
and those who
لَا
laa-
(do) not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yuʹminoona
believe
بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
bil-ʹAakhirati
in the Hereafter
وَهُم
wa-hum̃
while they
بِرَبِّهِمۡ
bi-Rabbihim
with their Lord
يَعۡدِلُونَ
yaʻdiloon.
