وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ

إِنَّ

Indeed
ٱللَّهَ

هُوَ

He
ٱلۡغَنِيُّ
al-ghaniyu
(is) Free of need
ٱلۡحَمِيدُ
al-hamidu
the Praiseworthy

31:27
وَلَوۡ
walaw
And if
أَنَّمَا
annama
whatever
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the earth
مِن
min
of
شَجَرَةٍ
shajaratin
(the) trees
أَقۡلَٰمٞ
aqlamun
(were) pens
وَٱلۡبَحۡرُ
wal-bahru
and the sea
يَمُدُّهُۥ
yamudduhu
(to) add to it
مِنۢ
min
after it
بَعۡدِهِۦ
ba'dihi
after it
سَبۡعَةُ
sab'atu
seven
أَبۡحُرٖ
abhurin
seas
مَّا
ma
not
نَفِدَتۡ
nafidat
would be exhausted
كَلِمَٰتُ
kalimatu
(the) Words
ٱللَّهِۚ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
عَزِيزٌ
azizun
(is) All-Mighty
حَكِيمٞ
hakimun
All-Wise

31:28
مَّا
ma
Not
خَلۡقُكُمۡ
khalqukum
(is) your creation
وَلَا
wala
and not
بَعۡثُكُمۡ
ba'thukum
your resurrection
إِلَّا
illa
but
كَنَفۡسٖ
kanafsin
as a soul
وَٰحِدَةٍۚ
wahidatin
single
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
سَمِيعُۢ
sami'un
(is) All-Hearer
بَصِيرٌ
basirun
All-Seer

أَلَمۡ
alam
Do not
تَرَ
tara
you see
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
يُولِجُ
yuliju
causes to enter
ٱلَّيۡلَ
al-layla
the night
فِي
fi
into
ٱلنَّهَارِ
al-nahari
the day
وَيُولِجُ
wayuliju
and causes to enter
ٱلنَّهَارَ
al-nahara
the day
فِي
fi
into
ٱلَّيۡلِ
al-layli
the night
وَسَخَّرَ
wasakhara
and has subjected
ٱلشَّمۡسَ
al-shamsa
the sun
وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ
wal-qamara
and the moon
كُلّٞ
kullun
each
يَجۡرِيٓ
yajri
moving
إِلَىٰٓ
ila
for
أَجَلٖ
ajalin
a term
مُّسَمّٗى
musamman
appointed
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
and that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
بِمَا
bima
of what
تَعۡمَلُونَ
ta'maluna
you do
خَبِيرٞ
khabirun
(is) All-Aware
٢٩
31:30
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That
بِأَنَّ
bi-anna
(is) because
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
هُوَ
huwa
He
ٱلۡحَقُّ
al-haqu
(is) the Truth
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
and that
مَا
ma
what
يَدۡعُونَ
yad'una
they call
مِن
min
besides Him
دُونِهِ
dunihi
besides Him
ٱلۡبَٰطِلُ
al-batilu
(is) [the] falsehood
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
and that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
هُوَ
huwa
He
ٱلۡعَلِيُّ
al-'aliyu
(is) the Most High
ٱلۡكَبِيرُ
al-kabiru
the Most Great
٣٠
31:31
أَلَمۡ
alam
Do not
تَرَ
tara
you see
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱلۡفُلۡكَ
al-ful'ka
the ships
تَجۡرِي
tajri
sail
فِي
fi
through
ٱلۡبَحۡرِ
al-bahri
the sea
بِنِعۡمَتِ
bini'mati
by (the) Grace
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
لِيُرِيَكُم
liyuriyakum
that He may show you
مِّنۡ
min
of
ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓۚ
ayatihi
His Signs
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
فِي
fi
in
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
that
لَأٓيَٰتٖ
laayatin
surely (are) Signs
لِّكُلِّ
likulli
for everyone
صَبَّارٖ
sabbarin
(who is) patient
شَكُورٖ
shakurin
grateful
٣١
31:32
وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
غَشِيَهُم
ghashiyahum
covers them
مَّوۡجٞ
mawjun
a wave
كَٱلظُّلَلِ
kal-zulali
like canopies
دَعَوُاْ
da'awu
they call
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
مُخۡلِصِينَ
mukh'lisina
(being) sincere
لَهُ
lahu
to Him
ٱلدِّينَ
al-dina
(in) religion
فَلَمَّا
falamma
But when
نَجَّىٰهُمۡ
najjahum
He delivers them
إِلَى
ila
to
ٱلۡبَرِّ
al-bari
the land
فَمِنۡهُم
famin'hum
then among them
مُّقۡتَصِدٞۚ
muq'tasidun
(some are) moderate
وَمَا
wama
And not
يَجۡحَدُ
yajhadu
deny
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ
biayatina
Our Signs
إِلَّا
illa
except
كُلُّ
kullu
every
خَتَّارٖ
khattarin
traitor
كَفُورٖ
kafurin
ungrateful
٣٢
31:33
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
yaayyuha
O
ٱلنَّاسُ
al-nasu
mankind
ٱتَّقُواْ
ittaqu
Fear
رَبَّكُمۡ
rabbakum
your Lord
وَٱخۡشَوۡاْ
wa-ikh'shaw
and fear
يَوۡمٗا
yawman
a Day
لَّا
la
not
يَجۡزِي
yajzi
can avail
وَالِدٌ
walidun
a father
عَن
an
[for]
وَلَدِهِۦ
waladihi
his son
وَلَا
wala
and not
مَوۡلُودٌ
mawludun
a son
هُوَ
huwa
he
جَازٍ
jazin
(can) avail
عَن
an
[for]
وَالِدِهِۦ
walidihi
his father
شَيۡـًٔاۚ
shayan
anything
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
وَعۡدَ
wa'da
(the) Promise
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
حَقّٞۖ
haqqun
(is) True
فَلَا
fala
so let not deceive you
تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ
taghurrannakumu
so let not deceive you
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ
al-hayatu
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
al-dun'ya
(of) the world
وَلَا
wala
and let not deceive you
يَغُرَّنَّكُم
yaghurrannakum
and let not deceive you
بِٱللَّهِ
bil-lahi
about Allah
ٱلۡغَرُورُ
al-gharuru
the deceiver
٣٣
31:34
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
عِندَهُۥ
indahu
with Him
عِلۡمُ
il'mu
(is the) knowledge
ٱلسَّاعَةِ
al-sa'ati
(of) the Hour
وَيُنَزِّلُ
wayunazzilu
and He sends down
ٱلۡغَيۡثَ
al-ghaytha
the rain
وَيَعۡلَمُ
waya'lamu
and knows
مَا
ma
what
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلۡأَرۡحَامِۖ
al-arhami
the wombs
وَمَا
wama
And not
تَدۡرِي
tadri
knows
نَفۡسٞ
nafsun
any soul
مَّاذَا
madha
what
تَكۡسِبُ
taksibu
it will earn
غَدٗاۖ
ghadan
tomorrow
وَمَا
wama
and not
تَدۡرِي
tadri
knows
نَفۡسُۢ
nafsun
any soul
بِأَيِّ
bi-ayyi
in what
أَرۡضٖ
ardin
land
تَمُوتُۚ
tamutu
it will die
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
عَلِيمٌ
alimun
(is) All-Knower
خَبِيرُۢ
khabirun
All-Aware
