And (let) not

grieve you
ٱلَّذِينَ

فِي

in(to)
ٱلۡكُفۡرِۚ
kufr:
[the] disbelief
إِنَّهُمۡ
ʹinnahum
Indeed they
لَن
lañy
never
يَضُرُّواْ
yaḍurrul
will harm
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
شَيۡـٔٗاۚ
shayʹaa.
(in) anything
يُرِيدُ
Yureedul
intends
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
أَلَّا
ʹallaa
that not
يَجۡعَلَ
yajʻala
He will set
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
حَظّٗا
ḥaz̤̣z̤̣añ
any portion
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۖ
ʹAakhirati
the Hereafter
وَلَهُمۡ
wa-lahum
And for them
عَذَابٌ
ʻaẓaabum
(is) a punishment
عَظِيمٌ
ʻaz̤̣eem.
great
١٧٦
3:177
إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeenash
those who
ٱشۡتَرَوُاْ
tarawul
(have) purchased
ٱلۡكُفۡرَ
kufra
[the] disbelief
بِٱلۡإِيمَٰنِ
bil-ʹeemaani
with the faith
لَن
lañy
never
يَضُرُّواْ
yaḍurrul
will they harm
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
شَيۡـٔٗاۖ
shayʹaa;
(in) anything
وَلَهُمۡ
wa-lahum
and for them
عَذَابٌ
ʻaẓaabun
(is) a punishment
أَلِيمٞ
ʹaleem.
painful
١٧٧
3:178
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (let) not
يَحۡسَبَنَّ
yaḥ-sabannal
think
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
كَفَرُوٓاْ
kafarooo
disbelieved
أَنَّمَا
ʹannamaa
that
نُمۡلِي
numlee
We give respite
لَهُمۡ
lahum
to them
خَيۡرٞ
khayrulli
(is) good
لِّأَنفُسِهِمۡۚ
ʹañfusihim:
for themselves
إِنَّمَا
ʹinnamaa
Only
نُمۡلِي
numlee
We give respite
لَهُمۡ
lahum
to them
لِيَزۡدَادُوٓاْ
liyazdaadooo
so that they may increase
إِثۡمٗاۖ
ʹis̤maa:
(in) sins
وَلَهُمۡ
wa-lahum
and for them
عَذَابٞ
ʻaẓaabum
(is) a punishment
مُّهِينٞ
muheen.
humiliating
١٧٨
3:179
مَّا
Maa-
Not
كَانَ
kaanal
is
ٱللَّهُ
lahu
Allah
لِيَذَرَ
liyaẓaral
to leave
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
Muʹmineena
the believers
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
on
مَآ
maaa
what
أَنتُمۡ
ʹañtum
you (are)
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻalayhi
in [it]
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
يَمِيزَ
yameeẓal
He separates
ٱلۡخَبِيثَ
khabees̤a
the evil
مِنَ
minaṭ
from
ٱلطَّيِّبِۗ
ṭayyib.
the good
وَمَا
Wa-maa
And not
كَانَ
kaanal
is
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
لِيُطۡلِعَكُمۡ
liyuṭliʻakum
to inform you
عَلَى
ʻalal
about
ٱلۡغَيۡبِ
g̣aybi
the unseen
وَلَٰكِنَّ
wa-laakinnal
[and] but
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
يَجۡتَبِي
yajtabee
chooses
مِن
mir
from
رُّسُلِهِۦ
rusulihee
His Messengers
مَن
mañy
whom
يَشَآءُۖ
yashaaaʹ.
He wills
فَـَٔامِنُواْ
Faʹaaminoo
so believe
بِٱللَّهِ
billaahi
in Allah
وَرُسُلِهِۦۚ
wa-rusulih.
and His Messengers
وَإِن
Wa-ʹiñ
and if
تُؤۡمِنُواْ
tuʹminoo
you believe
وَتَتَّقُواْ
wa-tattaq̣oo
and fear (Allah)
فَلَكُمۡ
falakum
then for you
أَجۡرٌ
ʹajrun
(is a) reward
عَظِيمٞ
ʻaz̤̣eem.
great
١٧٩
3:180
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (let) not
يَحۡسَبَنَّ
yaḥ-sabanaal
think
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
يَبۡخَلُونَ
yab-khaloona
withhold
بِمَآ
bimaaa
of what
ءَاتَىٰهُمُ
ʹaataahumul
(has) given them
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
مِن
miñ
of
فَضۡلِهِۦ
faḍlihee
His Bounty
هُوَ
huwa
(that) it
خَيۡرٗا
khayral
(is) good
لَّهُمۖ
lahum:
for them
بَلۡ
bal
Nay
هُوَ
huwa
it
شَرّٞ
sharrul
(is) bad
لَّهُمۡۖ
lahum:
for them
سَيُطَوَّقُونَ
sayuṭawwaq̣oona
Their necks will be encircled
مَا
maa-
(with) what
بَخِلُواْ
bakhiloo
they withheld
بِهِۦ
bihee
[with it]
يَوۡمَ
Yawmal
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۗ
Q̣iyaamah
(of) [the] Resurrection
وَلِلَّهِ
Wa-lillaahi
And for Allah
مِيرَٰثُ
meeraas̤us
(is the) heritage
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
(of) the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
wal-ʹarḍ:
and the earth
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-laahu
And Allah
بِمَا
bimaa
with what
تَعۡمَلُونَ
taʻmaloona
you do
خَبِيرٞ
Khabeer.
(is) All-Aware

3:181
لَّقَدۡ
Laq̣ad
Certainly
سَمِعَ
samiʻal
heard
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
قَوۡلَ
q̣awlal
(the) saying
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(of) those who
قَالُوٓاْ
q̣aaloo
said
إِنَّ
ʹinnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
فَقِيرٞ
faq̣eeruñw
(is) poor
وَنَحۡنُ
wanaḥnu
while we
أَغۡنِيَآءُۘ
ʹag̣niyaaaʹ
(are) rich
سَنَكۡتُبُ
Sanaktubu
We will record
مَا
maa-
what
قَالُواْ
q̣aaloo
they said
وَقَتۡلَهُمُ
wa-q̣at-lahumul
and their killing
ٱلۡأَنۢبِيَآءَ
ʹAmbiyaaʹa
the Prophets
بِغَيۡرِ
big̣ayri
without
حَقّٖ
ḥaq̣q̣iñw
(any) right
وَنَقُولُ
wanaq̣oolu
and We will say
ذُوقُواْ
ẓooq̣oo
Taste
عَذَابَ
ʻaẓaabal
(the) punishment
ٱلۡحَرِيقِ
ḥareeq̣!
(of) the Burning Fire
١٨١
3:182
ذَٰلِكَ
Ẓaalika
That
بِمَا
bimaa
(is) because
قَدَّمَتۡ
q̣addamat
(of what) sent forth
أَيۡدِيكُمۡ
ʹaydeekum
your hands
وَأَنَّ
wa-ʹannal
and that
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
لَيۡسَ
laysa
is not
بِظَلَّامٖ
bi-Z̤̣allaamil
unjust
لِّلۡعَبِيدِ
lilʻabeed.
to (His) slaves
١٨٢
3:183
ٱلَّذِينَ
ʹAllaẓeena
Those who
قَالُوٓاْ
q̣aalooo
said
إِنَّ
ʹinnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
عَهِدَ
ʻahida
(has) taken promise
إِلَيۡنَآ
ʹilaynaa
from us
أَلَّا
ʹallaa
that not
نُؤۡمِنَ
nuʹmina
we (should) believe
لِرَسُولٍ
li-Rasoolin
in a Messenger
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
يَأۡتِيَنَا
yaʹtiyanaa
he brings to us
بِقُرۡبَانٖ
biq̣urbaaniñ
a sacrifice
تَأۡكُلُهُ
taʹkuluhun
consumes it
ٱلنَّارُۗ
Naar.
the fire
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
قَدۡ
q̣ad
Surely
جَآءَكُمۡ
jaaaʹakum
came to you
رُسُلٞ
rusulum
Messengers
مِّن
miñ
from
قَبۡلِي
q̣ablee
before me
بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ
bil-Bayyinaati
with the clear Signs
وَبِٱلَّذِي
wa-billaẓee
and with what
قُلۡتُمۡ
q̣ultum
you speak
فَلِمَ
falima
So why
قَتَلۡتُمُوهُمۡ
q̣atal-tumoohum
you killed them
إِن
ʹiñ
if
كُنتُمۡ
kuñtum
you are
صَٰدِقِينَ
ṣaadiq̣een?
truthful
١٨٣
3:184
فَإِن
Faʹiñ
Then if
كَذَّبُوكَ
kaẓ-ẓabooka
they reject you
فَقَدۡ
faq̣ad
then certainly
كُذِّبَ
kuẓ-ẓiba
were rejected
رُسُلٞ
rusulum
Messengers
مِّن
miñ
from
قَبۡلِكَ
q̣ablika
before you
جَآءُو
jaaaʹoo
(who) came
بِٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتِ
bil-Bayyinaati
with the clear Signs
وَٱلزُّبُرِ
waz-Zuburi
and the Scriptures
وَٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
wal-Kitaabil
and the Book
ٱلۡمُنِيرِ
Muneer.
[the] Enlightening
١٨٤
3:185
كُلُّ
Kullu
Every
نَفۡسٖ
nafsiñ
soul
ذَآئِقَةُ
ẓaaaʹiq̣atul
(will) taste
ٱلۡمَوۡتِۗ
mawt.
[the] death
وَإِنَّمَا
Wa-ʹinnamaa
and only
تُوَفَّوۡنَ
tuwaffawna
you will be paid in full
أُجُورَكُمۡ
ʹujoorakum
your reward
يَوۡمَ
Yawmal
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۖ
Q̣iyaamah.
(of) [the] Resurrection
فَمَن
Famañ
Then whoever
زُحۡزِحَ
zuḥziḥa
is drawn away
عَنِ
ʻanin
from
ٱلنَّارِ
naari
the Fire
وَأُدۡخِلَ
wa-ʹudkhilal
and admitted
ٱلۡجَنَّةَ
Jannata
(to) Paradise
فَقَدۡ
faq̣ad
then surely
فَازَۗ
faaz.
he is successful
وَمَا
Wa-mal
And not
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ
ḥayaatud
(is) the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَآ
dunyaaa
(of) the world
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَتَٰعُ
mataaʻul
enjoyment
ٱلۡغُرُورِ
g̣uroor.
(of) delusion
١٨٥
3:186
۞لَتُبۡلَوُنَّ
Latublawunna
You will certainly be tested
فِيٓ
feee
in
أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡ
ʹamwaalikum
your wealth
وَأَنفُسِكُمۡ
wa-ʹañfusikum;
and yourselves
وَلَتَسۡمَعُنَّ
wa-latasmaʻunna
And you will certainly hear
مِنَ
minal
from
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
أُوتُواْ
ʹootul
were given
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
Kitaaba
the Book
مِن
miñ
from
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
q̣ablikum
before you
وَمِنَ
wa-minal
and from
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
أَشۡرَكُوٓاْ
ʹashrakooo
associate partners with Allah
أَذٗى
ʹaẓañ
hurtful things
كَثِيرٗاۚ
kas̤eeraa.
many
وَإِن
Wa-ʹiñ
and if
تَصۡبِرُواْ
taṣbiroo
you are patient
وَتَتَّقُواْ
wa-tattaq̣oo
and fear (Allah)
فَإِنَّ
faʹinna
then indeed
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
that
مِنۡ
min
(is) of
عَزۡمِ
ʻazmil
the matters
ٱلۡأُمُورِ
ʹumoor.
(of) determination
١٨٦
Page 75
3:187
وَإِذۡ
Wa-ʹiẓ
And when
أَخَذَ
ʹakhaẓal
took
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah
مِيثَٰقَ
Mees̤aaq̣al
a Covenant
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(from) those who
أُوتُواْ
ʹootul
were given
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
Kitaaba
the Book
لَتُبَيِّنُنَّهُۥ
latubayyinunnahoo
You certainly make it clear
لِلنَّاسِ
lin-naasi
to the mankind
وَلَا
wa-laa
and (do) not
تَكۡتُمُونَهُۥ
taktumoonah;
conceal it
فَنَبَذُوهُ
fanabaẓoohu
Then they threw it
وَرَآءَ
waraaaʹa
behind
ظُهُورِهِمۡ
z̤̣uhoorihim
their backs
وَٱشۡتَرَوۡاْ
washtaraw
and they exchanged
بِهِۦ
bihee
[with] it
ثَمَنٗا
s̤amanañ
(for) a price
قَلِيلٗاۖ
q̣aleelaa.
little
فَبِئۡسَ
Fabiʹsa
And wretched
مَا
maa-
(is) what
يَشۡتَرُونَ
yashtaroon.
they purchase
١٨٧
3:188
لَا
Laa-
(Do) not
تَحۡسَبَنَّ
taḥ-sabannal
think
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(that) those who
يَفۡرَحُونَ
yaf-raḥoona
rejoice
بِمَآ
bimaaa
in what
أَتَواْ
ʹataw
(they have) brought
وَّيُحِبُّونَ
Wa yuḥibboona
and they love
أَن
ʹañy
that
يُحۡمَدُواْ
yuḥmadoo
they be praised
بِمَا
bimaa
for what
لَمۡ
lam
not
يَفۡعَلُواْ
yafʻaloo
they do
فَلَا
falaa
so (do) not
تَحۡسَبَنَّهُم
taḥ-sa-bannahum̃
think (that) they
بِمَفَازَةٖ
bimafaazatim
(will) escape
مِّنَ
minal
from
ٱلۡعَذَابِۖ
ʻaẓaab.
the punishment
وَلَهُمۡ
Walahum
and for them
عَذَابٌ
‘azaabun
(is a) punishment
أَلِيمٞ
Aleem
painful
١٨٨
3:189
وَلِلَّهِ
Wa-lillaahi
And for Allah
مُلۡكُ
mulkus
(is the) dominion
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
(of) the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ
wal-ʹarḍi:
and the earth
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-laahu
and Allah
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
(is) on
كُلِّ
kulli
every
شَيۡءٖ
shayʹiñ
thing
قَدِيرٌ
Q̣adeer.
All-Powerful
١٨٩
3:190
إِنَّ
ʹInna
Indeed
فِي
fee
in
خَلۡقِ
khalq̣is
(the) creation
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
(of) the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
wal-ʹarḍi
and the earth
وَٱخۡتِلَٰفِ
wakhtilaafil
and (in the) alternation
ٱلَّيۡلِ
layli
(of) the night
وَٱلنَّهَارِ
wan-nahaari
and the day
لَأٓيَٰتٖ
laʹAayaatil
(are) surely Signs
لِّأُوْلِي
liʹulil
for men
ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ
ʹalbaab.
(of) understanding
١٩٠
3:191
ٱلَّذِينَ
ʹAl-laẓeena
Those who
يَذۡكُرُونَ
yaẓ-kuroonal
remember
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
قِيَٰمٗا
q̣iyaamanw
standing
وَقُعُودٗا
waq̣uʻoodañw
and sitting
وَعَلَىٰ
waʻalaa
and on
جُنُوبِهِمۡ
junoobihim
their sides
وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ
wa-yata-fakkaroona
and they reflect
فِي
fee
on
خَلۡقِ
khalq̣is
(the) creation
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
(of) the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
wal-ʹarḍ:
and the earth
رَبَّنَا
Rabbanaa
Our Lord
مَا
maa-
not
خَلَقۡتَ
khalaq̣ta
You have created
هَٰذَا
haaẓaa
this
بَٰطِلٗا
baaṭilaa!
(in) vain
سُبۡحَٰنَكَ
Subḥaanaka
Glory be to You
فَقِنَا
faq̣inaa
so save us
عَذَابَ
ʻaẓaaban
(from the) punishment
ٱلنَّارِ
Naar!
(of) the Fire
١٩١
3:192
رَبَّنَآ
Rabbanaaa
Our Lord
إِنَّكَ
ʹinnaka
indeed [You]
مَن
mañ
whom
تُدۡخِلِ
tud-khilin
You admit
ٱلنَّارَ
Naara
(to) the Fire
فَقَدۡ
faq̣ad
then surely
أَخۡزَيۡتَهُۥۖ
ʹakhzaytah:
You (have) disgraced him
وَمَا
wa-maa
and not
لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ
liz̤̣z̤̣aalimeena
for the wrongdoers
مِنۡ
min
(are) any
أَنصَارٖ
ʹañṣaar!
helpers
١٩٢
3:193
رَّبَّنَآ
Rabbanaaa
Our Lord
إِنَّنَا
ʹinnanaa
indeed we
سَمِعۡنَا
samiʻnaa
[we] heard
مُنَادِيٗا
Munaadiyañay
a caller
يُنَادِي
yaunaadee
calling
لِلۡإِيمَٰنِ
lil-eemaani
to the faith
أَنۡ
ʹan
that
ءَامِنُواْ
ʹaaminoo
Believe
بِرَبِّكُمۡ
bi-Rabbikum
in your Lord
فَـَٔامَنَّاۚ
faʹaamannaa.
so we have believed
رَبَّنَا
Rabbanaa
Our Lord
فَٱغۡفِرۡ
fag̣fir
so forgive
لَنَا
lanaa
for us
ذُنُوبَنَا
ẓunoobanaa
our sins
وَكَفِّرۡ
wa-kaffir
and remove
عَنَّا
ʻannaa
from us
سَيِّـَٔاتِنَا
sayyiʹaatinaa
our evil deeds
وَتَوَفَّنَا
wa-tawaffanaa
and cause us to die
مَعَ
maʻal
with
ٱلۡأَبۡرَارِ
ʹAbraar.
the righteous
١٩٣
3:194
رَبَّنَا
Rabbanaa
Our Lord
وَءَاتِنَا
wa-ʹaatinaa
grant us
مَا
ma
what
وَعَدتَّنَا
wa-ʻattanaa
You promised us
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
through
رُسُلِكَ
rusulika
Your Messengers
وَلَا
wa-laa
and (do) not
تُخۡزِنَا
tukhzinaa
disgrace us
يَوۡمَ
Yawmal
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۖ
Q̣iyaamah:
(of) [the] Resurrection
إِنَّكَ
ʹinnaka
Indeed You
لَا
laa-
(do) not
تُخۡلِفُ
tukhliful
break
ٱلۡمِيعَادَ
meeʻaad.
the promise
١٩٤

3:195
فَٱسۡتَجَابَ
Fas-tajaaba
Then responded
لَهُمۡ
lahum
to them
رَبُّهُمۡ
Rabbuhum
their Lord
أَنِّي
ʹannee
Indeed I
لَآ
laaa
(will) not
أُضِيعُ
ʹuḍeeʻu
(let go) waste
عَمَلَ
ʻamala
deeds
عَٰمِلٖ
ʻaamilim
(of the) doer
مِّنكُم
miñkum
among you
مِّن
miñ
[from]
ذَكَرٍ
ẓakarin
(whether) male
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
أُنثَىٰۖ
ʹuñs̤aa.
female
بَعۡضُكُم
Baʻḍukum
each of you
مِّنۢ
mim
from
بَعۡضٖۖ
baʻḍ.
(the) other
فَٱلَّذِينَ
Fal-laẓeena
So those who
هَاجَرُواْ
haajaroo
emigrated
وَأُخۡرِجُواْ
wa-ʹukhrijoo
and were driven out
مِن
miñ
from
دِيَٰرِهِمۡ
diyaarihim
their homes
وَأُوذُواْ
wa-ʹooẓoo
and were harmed
فِي
fee
in
سَبِيلِي
Sabeelee
My way
وَقَٰتَلُواْ
wa-q̣aataloo
and fought
وَقُتِلُواْ
wa-q̣utiloo
and were killed
لَأُكَفِّرَنَّ
laʹukaffiranna
surely I (will) remove
عَنۡهُمۡ
ʻanhum
from them
سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡ
sayyiʹaatihim
their evil deeds
وَلَأُدۡخِلَنَّهُمۡ
wa-laʹudkhilanna-hum
and surely I will admit them
جَنَّٰتٖ
Jannaatiñ
(to) Gardens
تَجۡرِي
tajree
flowing
مِن
miñ
from
تَحۡتِهَا
taḥ-tihal
underneath them
ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ
ʹanhaar
the rivers
ثَوَابٗا
s̤awaabam
a reward
مِّنۡ
min
from
عِندِ
ʻiñdil
[near]
ٱللَّهِۚ
laah:
Allah
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-laahu
And Allah
عِندَهُۥ
ʻiñdahoo
with Him
حُسۡنُ
ḥusnus̤
(is the) best
ٱلثَّوَابِ
s̤awaab.
reward
١٩٥
3:196
لَا
Laa-
(Let) not
يَغُرَّنَّكَ
yag̣urrannaka
deceive you
تَقَلُّبُ
taq̣al-lubul
(the) movement
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
(of) those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaroo
disbelieved
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ
bilaad.
the land
١٩٦
3:197
مَتَٰعٞ
Mataaʻuñ
An enjoyment
قَلِيلٞ
q̣aleel:
little
ثُمَّ
s̤umma
then
مَأۡوَىٰهُمۡ
maʹwaahum
their abode
جَهَنَّمُۖ
Jahannam:
(is) hell
وَبِئۡسَ
wa-biʹsal
[and] a wretched
ٱلۡمِهَادُ
mihaad!
[the] resting place
١٩٧
3:198
لَٰكِنِ
Laakinil
But
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeenat
those who
ٱتَّقَوۡاْ
taq̣aw
fear
رَبَّهُمۡ
Rabbahum
their Lord
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
جَنَّٰتٞ
Jannatuñ
(will be) Gardens
تَجۡرِي
tajree
flows
مِن
miñ
from
تَحۡتِهَا
taḥ-tihal
underneath them
ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ
ʹanhaaru
the rivers
خَٰلِدِينَ
khaalideena
will abide forever
فِيهَا
feehaa
in it
نُزُلٗا
nuzulam
a hospitality
مِّنۡ
min
from
عِندِ
ʻiñdil
[near]
ٱللَّهِۗ
laah:
Allah
وَمَا
wa-maa
And what
عِندَ
ʻiñdal
(is) with
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
خَيۡرٞ
khayrul
(is) best
لِّلۡأَبۡرَارِ
lil-ʹAbraar.
for the righteous

3:199
وَإِنَّ
Wa-ʹinna
And indeed
مِنۡ
min
among
أَهۡلِ
ʹAhlil
(the) People
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
Kitaabi
(of) the Book
لَمَن
lamañy
(are those) who
يُؤۡمِنُ
yuʹminu
believe
بِٱللَّهِ
billaahi
in Allah
وَمَآ
wa-maaa
and what
أُنزِلَ
ʹuñzila
was revealed
إِلَيۡكُمۡ
ʹilaykum
to you
وَمَآ
wa-maaa
and what
أُنزِلَ
ʹuñzila
was revealed
إِلَيۡهِمۡ
ʹilayhim
to them
خَٰشِعِينَ
khaashiʻeena
humbly submissive
لِلَّهِ
lillaahi
to Allah
لَا
laa-
Not
يَشۡتَرُونَ
yashtaroona
(do) they exchange
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
biʹAayaatil
[with] (the) Verses
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
ثَمَنٗا
s̤amanañ
(for) a price
قَلِيلًاۚ
q̣aleelaa.
little
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ʹUlaaaʹika
Those
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
أَجۡرُهُمۡ
ʹajruhum
their reward
عِندَ
ʻiñda
(is) with
رَبِّهِمۡۗ
Rabbihim:
their Lord
إِنَّ
ʹinnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
سَرِيعُ
Sareeʻul
(is) swift
ٱلۡحِسَابِ
ḥisaab.
(in taking) the account
١٩٩
3:200
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
Yaaaʹayyuhal
O you
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
who
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanuṣ
believe[d]
ٱصۡبِرُواْ
biroo
Be steadfast
وَصَابِرُواْ
waṣaabiroo
and [be] patient
وَرَابِطُواْ
wa-raabiṭoo:
and [be] constant
وَٱتَّقُواْ
wattaq̣ul
and fear
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
laʻallakum
so that you may
تُفۡلِحُونَ
tufliḥoon.
(be) successful
