يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
Yaaaʹayyuhar
O Messengers
ٱلرُّسُلُ
rusulu
O Messengers
كُلُواْ
kuloo
Eat
مِنَ
minaṭ
of
ٱلطَّيِّبَٰتِ
ṭayyibaati
the good things
وَٱعۡمَلُواْ
waʻmaloo
and do
صَٰلِحًاۖ
ṣaaliḥaa:
righteous (deeds)
إِنِّي
ʹinnee
Indeed I Am
بِمَا
bimaa
of what
تَعۡمَلُونَ
taʻmaloona
you do
عَلِيمٞ
ʻAleem.
All-Knower
٥١
23:52
وَإِنَّ
Wa-ʹinna
And indeed
هَٰذِهِۦٓ
haaẓiheee
this
أُمَّتُكُمۡ
ʹummatukum
your religion
أُمَّةٗ
ʹummatañw
(is) religion
وَٰحِدَةٗ
Waaḥidatañw
one
وَأَنَا۠
WaʹAna
And I Am
رَبُّكُمۡ
Rabbukum
your Lord
فَٱتَّقُونِ
fattaq̣oon.
so fear Me
٥٢
23:53
فَتَقَطَّعُوٓاْ
Fataq̣aṭṭaʻooo
But they cut off
أَمۡرَهُم
ʹamrahum̃
their affair (of unity)
بَيۡنَهُمۡ
baynahum
between them
زُبُرٗاۖ
zuburaa:
(into) sects
كُلُّ
kullu
each
حِزۡبِۭ
ḥizbim
faction
بِمَا
bimaa
in what
لَدَيۡهِمۡ
ladayhim
they have
فَرِحُونَ
fariḥoon.
rejoicing
٥٣
23:54
فَذَرۡهُمۡ
Faẓarhum
So leave them
فِي
fee
in
غَمۡرَتِهِمۡ
g̣amratihim
their confusion
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
حِينٍ
ḥeen.
a time
٥٤
23:55
أَيَحۡسَبُونَ
ʹA-yaḥsaboona
Do they think
أَنَّمَا
ʹannamaa
that what
نُمِدُّهُم
numidduhum̃
We extend to them
بِهِۦ
bihee
[with it]
مِن
mim
of
مَّالٖ
maaliñw
wealth
وَبَنِينَ
wabaneen,
and children
٥٥
23:56
نُسَارِعُ
Nusaariʻu
We hasten
لَهُمۡ
lahum
to them
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِۚ
khayraat?
the good
بَل
Bal
Nay
لَّا
laa
not
يَشۡعُرُونَ
yashʻuroon.
they perceive
٥٦
23:57
إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
هُم
hum
[they]
مِّنۡ
min
from
خَشۡيَةِ
khashyati
(the) fear
رَبِّهِم
Rabbihim
(of) their Lord
مُّشۡفِقُونَ
mushfiq̣oon;
(are) cautious
٥٧
23:58
وَٱلَّذِينَ
Wallaẓeena
And those
هُم
hum̃
[they]
بِـَٔايَٰتِ
biʹAayaati
in (the) Signs
رَبِّهِمۡ
Rabbihim
(of) their Lord
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yuʹminoon;
believe
٥٨
23:59
وَٱلَّذِينَ
Wallaẓeena
And those
هُم
hum̃
[they]
بِرَبِّهِمۡ
bi-Rabbihim
with their Lord
لَا
laa-
(do) not
يُشۡرِكُونَ
yushrikoon;
associate partners
٥٩

23:60
وَٱلَّذِينَ
Wallaẓeena
And those who
يُؤۡتُونَ
yuʹtoona
give
مَآ
maaa
what
ءَاتَواْ
ʹaataw
they give
وَّقُلُوبُهُمۡ
Waq̣uloobuhum
while their hearts
وَجِلَةٌ
wajilatun
(are) fearful
أَنَّهُمۡ
ʹannahum
because they
إِلَىٰ
ʹilaa
to
رَبِّهِمۡ
Rabbihim
their Lord
رَٰجِعُونَ
raajiʻoon;
(will) return
٦٠
23:61
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
ʹUlaaaʹika
(It is) those
يُسَٰرِعُونَ
yusaariʻoona
who hasten
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِ
khayraati
the good (deeds)
وَهُمۡ
wa-hum
and they
لَهَا
lahaa
in them
سَٰبِقُونَ
saabiq̣oon.
(are) foremost
٦١
23:62
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And not
نُكَلِّفُ
nukallifu
We burden
نَفۡسًا
nafsan
any soul
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
وُسۡعَهَاۚ
wusʻahaa
(to) its capacity
وَلَدَيۡنَا
wa-ladaynaa
and with Us
كِتَٰبٞ
Kitaabuñy
(is) a Record
يَنطِقُ
yañṭiq̣u
(which) speaks
بِٱلۡحَقِّ
bilḥaq̣q̣i
with the truth
وَهُمۡ
wahum
and they
لَا
laa-
(will) not
يُظۡلَمُونَ
yuz̤̣lamoon.
be wronged
٦٢
23:63
بَلۡ
Bal
Nay
قُلُوبُهُمۡ
q̣uloobuhum
their hearts
فِي
fee
(are) in
غَمۡرَةٖ
g̣amratim
confusion
مِّنۡ
min
over
هَٰذَا
haaẓaa
this
وَلَهُمۡ
wa-lahum
and for them
أَعۡمَٰلٞ
ʹaʻmaalum
(are) deeds
مِّن
miñ
besides
دُونِ
dooni
besides
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
that
هُمۡ
hum
they
لَهَا
lahaa
for it
عَٰمِلُونَ
ʻaamiloon,
(are) doers
٦٣
23:64
حَتَّىٰٓ
Ḥattaaa
Until
إِذَآ
ʹiẓaaa
when
أَخَذۡنَا
ʹakhaẓnaa
We seize
مُتۡرَفِيهِم
mutrafeehim̃
their affluent ones
بِٱلۡعَذَابِ
bilʻAẓaabi
with the punishment
إِذَا
ʹiẓaa
behold
هُمۡ
hum
They
يَجۡـَٔرُونَ
yajʹaroon!
cry for help
٦٤
23:65
لَا
Laaa
(Do) not
تَجۡـَٔرُواْ
tajʹarul
cry for help
ٱلۡيَوۡمَۖ
yawm:
today
إِنَّكُم
ʹinnakum
Indeed you
مِّنَّا
minnaa
from Us
لَا
laa-
not
تُنصَرُونَ
tuñṣaroon.
will be helped
٦٥
23:66
قَدۡ
Q̣ad
Verily
كَانَتۡ
kaanat
were
ءَايَٰتِي
ʹAayaatee
My Verses
تُتۡلَىٰ
tutlaa
recited
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
ʻalaykum
to you
فَكُنتُمۡ
fakuñtum
but you used
عَلَىٰٓ
ʻalaaa
(to) on
أَعۡقَٰبِكُمۡ
ʹaʻq̣aabikum
your heels
تَنكِصُونَ
tañkiṣoon.
turn back
٦٦
23:67
مُسۡتَكۡبِرِينَ
Mustakbireena
(Being) arrogant
بِهِۦ
bihee
about it
سَٰمِرٗا
saamirañ
conversing by night
تَهۡجُرُونَ
tahjuroon.
speaking evil
٦٧
23:68
أَفَلَمۡ
ʹAfalam
Then do not
يَدَّبَّرُواْ
yaddabbarul
they ponder
ٱلۡقَوۡلَ
Q̣awla
the Word
أَمۡ
ʹam
or
جَآءَهُم
jaaaʹahum
has come to them
مَّا
maa
what
لَمۡ
lam
not
يَأۡتِ
yaʹti
(had) come
ءَابَآءَهُمُ
ʹaabaaaʹahumul
(to) their forefathers
ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
ʹawwaleen?
(to) their forefathers
٦٨
23:69
أَمۡ
ʹAm
Or
لَمۡ
lam
(do) not
يَعۡرِفُواْ
yaʻrifoo
they recognize
رَسُولَهُمۡ
Rasoolahum
their Messenger
فَهُمۡ
fahum
so they
لَهُۥ
lahoo
(are) rejecting him
مُنكِرُونَ
muñkiroon?
(are) rejecting him
٦٩
23:70
أَمۡ
ʹAm
Or
يَقُولُونَ
yaq̣ooloona
they say
بِهِۦ
bihee
In him
جِنَّةُۢۚ
jinnah?
(is) madness
بَلۡ
Bal
Nay
جَآءَهُم
jaaaʹahum̃
he brought them
بِٱلۡحَقِّ
bil-Ḥaq̣q̣i
the truth
وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ
wa-ʹaks̤aruhum
but most of them
لِلۡحَقِّ
lil-Ḥaq̣q̣i
to the truth
كَٰرِهُونَ
kaarihoon.
(are) averse
٧٠
23:71
وَلَوِ
Wa-lawit
But if
ٱتَّبَعَ
tabaʻal
(had) followed
ٱلۡحَقُّ
Ḥaq̣q̣u
the truth
أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡ
ʹahwaaaʹahum
their desires
لَفَسَدَتِ
lafasadatis
surely (would) have been corrupted
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ
samaawaatu
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ
wal-ʹarḍu
and the earth
وَمَن
wa-mañ
and whoever
فِيهِنَّۚ
feehinn!
(is) therein
بَلۡ
Bal
Nay
أَتَيۡنَٰهُم
ʹataynaahum̃
We have brought them
بِذِكۡرِهِمۡ
biẓikrihim
their reminder
فَهُمۡ
fahum
but they
عَن
ʻañ
from
ذِكۡرِهِم
ẓikrihim
their reminder
مُّعۡرِضُونَ
muʻriḍoon.
(are) turning away
٧١
23:72
أَمۡ
ʹAm
Or
تَسۡـَٔلُهُمۡ
tasʹaluhum
you ask them
خَرۡجٗا
kharjañ
(for) a payment
فَخَرَاجُ
fakharaaju
But the payment
رَبِّكَ
Rabbika
(of) your Lord
خَيۡرٞۖ
khayr:
(is) best
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwa
and He
خَيۡرُ
Khayrur
(is) the Best
ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ
raaziq̣een.
(of) the Providers
٧٢
23:73
وَإِنَّكَ
Wa-ʹinnaka
And indeed you
لَتَدۡعُوهُمۡ
latadʻoohum
certainly call them
إِلَىٰ
ʹilaa
to
صِرَٰطٖ
Ṣiraaṭim
(the) Path
مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ
Mustaq̣eem.
Straight
٧٣
23:74
وَإِنَّ
Waʹinnal
And indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
لَا
laa-
(do) not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yuʹminoona
believe
بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
bil-ʹAakhirati
in the Hereafter
عَنِ
ʻaniṣ
from
ٱلصِّرَٰطِ
Ṣiraaṭi
the path
لَنَٰكِبُونَ
lanaakiboon.
surely (are) deviating
٧٤

23:75
۞وَلَوۡ
Wa-law
And if
رَحِمۡنَٰهُمۡ
raḥimnaahum
We had mercy on them
وَكَشَفۡنَا
wakashafnaa
and We removed
مَا
maa-
what
بِهِم
bihim
(was) on them
مِّن
miñ
of
ضُرّٖ
ḍurril
(the) hardship
لَّلَجُّواْ
lalajjoo
surely they would persist
فِي
fee
in
طُغۡيَٰنِهِمۡ
ṭug̣yaanihim
their transgression
يَعۡمَهُونَ
yaʻmahoon.
wandering blindly
٧٥
