أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ

أَصۡحَٰبُ

(are the) companions
ٱلۡجَحِيمِ
al-jahimi
(of) the Hellfire

22:52
وَمَآ
wama
And not
أَرۡسَلۡنَا
arsalna
We sent
مِن
min
before you
قَبۡلِكَ
qablika
before you
مِن
min
any
رَّسُولٖ
rasulin
Messenger
وَلَا
wala
and not
نَبِيٍّ
nabiyyin
a Prophet
إِلَّآ
illa
but
إِذَا
idha
when
تَمَنَّىٰٓ
tamanna
he recited
أَلۡقَى
alqa
threw
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ
al-shaytanu
the Shaitaan
فِيٓ
fi
in
أُمۡنِيَّتِهِۦ
um'niyyatihi
his recitation
فَيَنسَخُ
fayansakhu
But Allah abolishes
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
But Allah abolishes
مَا
ma
what
يُلۡقِي
yul'qi
throws
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ
al-shaytanu
the Shaitaan
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
يُحۡكِمُ
yuh'kimu
Allah will establish
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah will establish
ءَايَٰتِهِۦۗ
ayatihi
His Verses
وَٱللَّهُ
wal-lahu
And Allah
عَلِيمٌ
alimun
(is) All-Knower
حَكِيمٞ
hakimun
All-Wise
٥٢
22:53
لِّيَجۡعَلَ
liyaj'ala
That He may make
مَا
ma
what
يُلۡقِي
yul'qi
the Shaitaan throws
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ
al-shaytanu
the Shaitaan throws
فِتۡنَةٗ
fit'natan
a trial
لِّلَّذِينَ
lilladhina
for those
فِي
fi
in
قُلُوبِهِم
qulubihim
their hearts
مَّرَضٞ
maradun
(is) a disease
وَٱلۡقَاسِيَةِ
wal-qasiyati
and (are) hardened
قُلُوبُهُمۡۗ
qulubuhum
their hearts
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
al-zalimina
the wrongdoers
لَفِي
lafi
(are) surely in
شِقَاقِۭ
shiqaqin
schism
بَعِيدٖ
ba'idin
far
٥٣
22:54
وَلِيَعۡلَمَ
waliya'lama
And that may know
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
أُوتُواْ
utu
have been given
ٱلۡعِلۡمَ
al-'il'ma
the knowledge
أَنَّهُ
annahu
that it
ٱلۡحَقُّ
al-haqu
(is) the truth
مِن
min
from
رَّبِّكَ
rabbika
your Lord
فَيُؤۡمِنُواْ
fayu'minu
and they believe
بِهِۦ
bihi
in it
فَتُخۡبِتَ
fatukh'bita
and may humbly submit
لَهُۥ
lahu
to it
قُلُوبُهُمۡۗ
qulubuhum
their hearts
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَهَادِ
lahadi
(is) surely (the) Guide
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
(of) those who
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
amanu
believe
إِلَىٰ
ila
to
صِرَٰطٖ
siratin
a Path
مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ
mus'taqimin
Straight
٥٤
22:55
وَلَا
wala
And not
يَزَالُ
yazalu
will cease
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaru
disbelieve
فِي
fi
(to be) in
مِرۡيَةٖ
mir'yatin
doubt
مِّنۡهُ
min'hu
of it
حَتَّىٰ
hatta
until
تَأۡتِيَهُمُ
tatiyahumu
comes to them
ٱلسَّاعَةُ
al-sa'atu
the Hour
بَغۡتَةً
baghtatan
suddenly
أَوۡ
aw
or
يَأۡتِيَهُمۡ
yatiyahum
comes to them
عَذَابُ
adhabu
(the) punishment
يَوۡمٍ
yawmin
(of) a Day
عَقِيمٍ
aqimin
barren

22:56
ٱلۡمُلۡكُ
al-mul'ku
The Sovereignty
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
yawma-idhin
(on) that Day
لِّلَّهِ
lillahi
(will be) for Allah
يَحۡكُمُ
yahkumu
He will judge
بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ
baynahum
between them
فَٱلَّذِينَ
fa-alladhina
So those who
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
believe
وَعَمِلُواْ
wa'amilu
and did
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
al-salihati
righteous deeds
فِي
fi
(will be) in
جَنَّٰتِ
jannati
Gardens
ٱلنَّعِيمِ
al-na'imi
(of) Delight
٥٦
22:57
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
And those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaru
disbelieved
وَكَذَّبُواْ
wakadhabu
and denied
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
biayatina
Our Verses
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
fa-ulaika
then those
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
عَذَابٞ
adhabun
(will be) a punishment
مُّهِينٞ
muhinun
humiliating
٥٧
22:58
وَٱلَّذِينَ
wa-alladhina
And those who
هَاجَرُواْ
hajaru
emigrated
فِي
fi
in
سَبِيلِ
sabili
(the) way
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
(of) Allah
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
قُتِلُوٓاْ
qutilu
were killed
أَوۡ
aw
or
مَاتُواْ
matu
died
لَيَرۡزُقَنَّهُمُ
layarzuqannahumu
surely Allah will provide them
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
surely Allah will provide them
رِزۡقًا
riz'qan
a provision
حَسَنٗاۚ
hasanan
good
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
surely He
خَيۡرُ
khayru
(is the) Best
ٱلرَّٰزِقِينَ
al-raziqina
(of) the Providers
٥٨
22:59
لَيُدۡخِلَنَّهُم
layud'khilannahum
Surely He will admit them
مُّدۡخَلٗا
mud'khalan
(to) an entrance
يَرۡضَوۡنَهُۥۚ
yardawnahu
they will be pleased (with) it
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَعَلِيمٌ
la'alimun
surely (is) All-Knowing
حَلِيمٞ
halimun
Most Forbearing
٥٩
22:60
۞ذَٰلِكَۖ
dhalika
That
وَمَنۡ
waman
and whoever
عَاقَبَ
aqaba
has retaliated
بِمِثۡلِ
bimith'li
with the like
مَا
ma
(of) that
عُوقِبَ
uqiba
he was made to suffer
بِهِۦ
bihi
by it
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
بُغِيَ
bughiya
he was oppressed
عَلَيۡهِ
alayhi
[on him]
لَيَنصُرَنَّهُ
layansurannahu
Allah will surely help him
ٱللَّهُۚ
al-lahu
Allah will surely help him
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَعَفُوٌّ
la'afuwwun
(is) surely Oft-Pardoning
غَفُورٞ
ghafurun
Oft-Forgiving
٦٠
22:61
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That
بِأَنَّ
bi-anna
(is) because
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
يُولِجُ
yuliju
causes to enter
ٱلَّيۡلَ
al-layla
the night
فِي
fi
in (to)
ٱلنَّهَارِ
al-nahari
the day
وَيُولِجُ
wayuliju
and causes to enter
ٱلنَّهَارَ
al-nahara
the day
فِي
fi
in (to)
ٱلَّيۡلِ
al-layli
the night
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
And indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
سَمِيعُۢ
sami'un
(is) All-Hearer
بَصِيرٞ
basirun
All-Seer
٦١
22:62
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
That (is)
بِأَنَّ
bi-anna
because
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
هُوَ
huwa
He
ٱلۡحَقُّ
al-haqu
(is) the Truth
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
and that
مَا
ma
what
يَدۡعُونَ
yad'una
they invoke
مِن
min
besides Him
دُونِهِۦ
dunihi
besides Him
هُوَ
huwa
it
ٱلۡبَٰطِلُ
al-batilu
(is) the falsehood
وَأَنَّ
wa-anna
And that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
هُوَ
huwa
He
ٱلۡعَلِيُّ
al-'aliyu
(is) the Most High
ٱلۡكَبِيرُ
al-kabiru
the Most Great
٦٢
22:63
أَلَمۡ
alam
Do not
تَرَ
tara
you see
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
أَنزَلَ
anzala
sends down
مِنَ
mina
from
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
al-samai
the sky
مَآءٗ
maan
water
فَتُصۡبِحُ
fatus'bihu
then becomes
ٱلۡأَرۡضُ
al-ardu
the earth
مُخۡضَرَّةًۚ
mukh'darratan
green
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَطِيفٌ
latifun
(is) surely Subtle
خَبِيرٞ
khabirun
All-Aware
٦٣
22:64
لَّهُۥ
lahu
For Him
مَا
ma
(is) whatever
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
al-samawati
the heavens
وَمَا
wama
and whatever
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
al-ardi
the earth
وَإِنَّ
wa-inna
And indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَهُوَ
lahuwa
surely He
ٱلۡغَنِيُّ
al-ghaniyu
(is) Free of need
ٱلۡحَمِيدُ
al-hamidu
the Praiseworthy

أَلَمۡ
alam
Do not
تَرَ
tara
you see
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
سَخَّرَ
sakhara
(has) subjected
لَكُم
lakum
to you
مَّا
ma
what
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the earth
وَٱلۡفُلۡكَ
wal-ful'ka
and the ships
تَجۡرِي
tajri
that sail
فِي
fi
through
ٱلۡبَحۡرِ
al-bahri
the sea
بِأَمۡرِهِۦ
bi-amrihi
by His Command
وَيُمۡسِكُ
wayum'siku
And He withholds
ٱلسَّمَآءَ
al-samaa
the sky
أَن
an
lest
تَقَعَ
taqa'a
it falls
عَلَى
ala
on
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
al-ardi
the earth
إِلَّا
illa
except
بِإِذۡنِهِۦٓۚ
bi-idh'nihi
by His permission
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
بِٱلنَّاسِ
bil-nasi
to mankind
لَرَءُوفٞ
laraufun
(is) Full of Kindness
رَّحِيمٞ
rahimun
Most Merciful
٦٥
22:66
وَهُوَ
wahuwa
And He
ٱلَّذِيٓ
alladhi
(is) the One Who
أَحۡيَاكُمۡ
ahyakum
gave you life
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
يُمِيتُكُمۡ
yumitukum
He will cause you to die
ثُمَّ
thumma
then
يُحۡيِيكُمۡۗ
yuh'yikum
He will give you life (again)
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ
al-insana
man
لَكَفُورٞ
lakafurun
(is) surely ungrateful
٦٦
22:67
لِّكُلِّ
likulli
For every
أُمَّةٖ
ummatin
nation
جَعَلۡنَا
ja'alna
We have made
مَنسَكًا
mansakan
rite(s)
هُمۡ
hum
they
نَاسِكُوهُۖ
nasikuhu
perform it
فَلَا
fala
So let them not dispute with you
يُنَٰزِعُنَّكَ
yunazi'unnaka
So let them not dispute with you
فِي
fi
in
ٱلۡأَمۡرِۚ
al-amri
the matter
وَٱدۡعُ
wa-ud'u
but invite (them)
إِلَىٰ
ila
to
رَبِّكَۖ
rabbika
your Lord
إِنَّكَ
innaka
Indeed you
لَعَلَىٰ
la'ala
(are) surely on
هُدٗى
hudan
guidance
مُّسۡتَقِيمٖ
mus'taqimin
straight
٦٧
22:68
وَإِن
wa-in
And if
جَٰدَلُوكَ
jadaluka
they argue (with) you
فَقُلِ
faquli
then say
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
أَعۡلَمُ
a'lamu
(is) most knowing
بِمَا
bima
of what
تَعۡمَلُونَ
ta'maluna
you do
٦٨
22:69
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
يَحۡكُمُ
yahkumu
will judge
بَيۡنَكُمۡ
baynakum
between you
يَوۡمَ
yawma
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
al-qiyamati
(of) the Resurrection
فِيمَا
fima
concerning what
كُنتُمۡ
kuntum
you used (to)
فِيهِ
fihi
in it
تَخۡتَلِفُونَ
takhtalifuna
differ
٦٩
22:70
أَلَمۡ
alam
Do not
تَعۡلَمۡ
ta'lam
you know
أَنَّ
anna
that
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
يَعۡلَمُ
ya'lamu
knows
مَا
ma
what
فِي
fi
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
al-samai
the heaven
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
wal-ardi
and the earth
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
that
فِي
fi
(is) in
كِتَٰبٍۚ
kitabin
a Record
إِنَّ
inna
indeed
ذَٰلِكَ
dhalika
that
عَلَى
ala
(is) for
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
يَسِيرٞ
yasirun
easy
٧٠
22:71
وَيَعۡبُدُونَ
waya'buduna
And they worship
مِن
min
besides Allah
دُونِ
duni
besides Allah
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
besides Allah
مَا
ma
what
لَمۡ
lam
not
يُنَزِّلۡ
yunazzil
He (has) sent down
بِهِۦ
bihi
for it
سُلۡطَٰنٗا
sul'tanan
any authority
وَمَا
wama
and what
لَيۡسَ
laysa
not
لَهُم
lahum
they have
بِهِۦ
bihi
of it
عِلۡمٞۗ
il'mun
any knowledge
وَمَا
wama
And not
لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ
lilzzalimina
(will be) for the wrongdoers
مِن
min
any
نَّصِيرٖ
nasirin
helper
٧١
22:72
وَإِذَا
wa-idha
And when
تُتۡلَىٰ
tut'la
are recited
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
alayhim
to them
ءَايَٰتُنَا
ayatuna
Our Verses
بَيِّنَٰتٖ
bayyinatin
clear
تَعۡرِفُ
ta'rifu
you will recognize
فِي
fi
on
وُجُوهِ
wujuhi
(the) faces
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
(of) those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaru
disbelieve
ٱلۡمُنكَرَۖ
al-munkara
the denial
يَكَادُونَ
yakaduna
They almost
يَسۡطُونَ
yastuna
attack
بِٱلَّذِينَ
bi-alladhina
those who
يَتۡلُونَ
yatluna
recite
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
alayhim
to them
ءَايَٰتِنَاۗ
ayatina
Our Verses
قُلۡ
qul
Say
أَفَأُنَبِّئُكُم
afa-unabbi-ukum
Then shall I inform you
بِشَرّٖ
bisharrin
of worse
مِّن
min
than
ذَٰلِكُمُۚ
dhalikumu
that
ٱلنَّارُ
al-naru
The Fire
وَعَدَهَا
wa'adaha
Allah (has) promised it
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah (has) promised it
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
(for) those who
كَفَرُواْۖ
kafaru
disbelieve
وَبِئۡسَ
wabi'sa
and wretched
ٱلۡمَصِيرُ
al-masiru
(is) the destination

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
yaayyuha
O mankind
ٱلنَّاسُ
al-nasu
O mankind
ضُرِبَ
duriba
Is set forth
مَثَلٞ
mathalun
an example
فَٱسۡتَمِعُواْ
fa-is'tami'u
so listen
لَهُۥٓۚ
lahu
to it
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
those whom
تَدۡعُونَ
tad'una
you invoke
مِن
min
besides Allah
دُونِ
duni
besides Allah
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
besides Allah
لَن
lan
will never
يَخۡلُقُواْ
yakhluqu
create
ذُبَابٗا
dhubaban
a fly
وَلَوِ
walawi
even if
ٱجۡتَمَعُواْ
ij'tama'u
they gathered together
لَهُۥۖ
lahu
for it
وَإِن
wa-in
And if
يَسۡلُبۡهُمُ
yaslub'humu
snatched away from them
ٱلذُّبَابُ
al-dhubabu
the fly
شَيۡـٔٗا
shayan
a thing
لَّا
la
not
يَسۡتَنقِذُوهُ
yastanqidhuhu
they (could) take it back
مِنۡهُۚ
min'hu
from it
ضَعُفَ
da'ufa
So weak
ٱلطَّالِبُ
al-talibu
(are) the seeker
وَٱلۡمَطۡلُوبُ
wal-matlubu
and the one who is sought
٧٣
22:74
مَا
ma
Not
قَدَرُواْ
qadaru
they (have) estimated
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
حَقَّ
haqqa
(with) due
قَدۡرِهِۦٓۚ
qadrihi
[His] estimation
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
لَقَوِيٌّ
laqawiyyun
(is) surely All-Strong
عَزِيزٌ
azizun
All-Mighty
٧٤
22:75
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
يَصۡطَفِي
yastafi
chooses
مِنَ
mina
from
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ
al-malaikati
the Angels
رُسُلٗا
rusulan
Messengers
وَمِنَ
wamina
and from
ٱلنَّاسِۚ
al-nasi
the mankind
إِنَّ
inna
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
al-laha
Allah
سَمِيعُۢ
sami'un
(is) All-Hearer
بَصِيرٞ
basirun
All-Seer
٧٥
22:76
يَعۡلَمُ
ya'lamu
He knows
مَا
ma
what
بَيۡنَ
bayna
(is) before them
أَيۡدِيهِمۡ
aydihim
(is) before them
وَمَا
wama
and what
خَلۡفَهُمۡۚ
khalfahum
(is) after them
وَإِلَى
wa-ila
And to
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
تُرۡجَعُ
tur'ja'u
return
ٱلۡأُمُورُ
al-umuru
all the matters
٧٦
22:77
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
yaayyuha
O you who believe
ٱلَّذِينَ
alladhina
O you who believe
ءَامَنُواْ
amanu
O you who believe
ٱرۡكَعُواْ
ir'ka'u
Bow
وَٱسۡجُدُواْۤ
wa-us'judu
and prostrate
وَٱعۡبُدُواْ
wa-u'budu
and worship
رَبَّكُمۡ
rabbakum
your Lord
وَٱفۡعَلُواْ
wa-if'alu
and do
ٱلۡخَيۡرَ
al-khayra
[the] good
لَعَلَّكُمۡ
la'allakum
so that you may
تُفۡلِحُونَ۩
tuf'lihuna
be successful
٧٧
22:78
وَجَٰهِدُواْ
wajahidu
And strive
فِي
fi
for
ٱللَّهِ
al-lahi
Allah
حَقَّ
haqqa
(with the) striving due (to) Him
جِهَادِهِۦۚ
jihadihi
(with the) striving due (to) Him
هُوَ
huwa
He
ٱجۡتَبَىٰكُمۡ
ij'tabakum
(has) chosen you
وَمَا
wama
and not
جَعَلَ
ja'ala
placed
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
upon you
فِي
fi
in
ٱلدِّينِ
al-dini
the religion
مِنۡ
min
any
حَرَجٖۚ
harajin
difficulty
مِّلَّةَ
millata
(The) religion
أَبِيكُمۡ
abikum
(of) your father
إِبۡرَٰهِيمَۚ
ib'rahima
Ibrahim
هُوَ
huwa
He
سَمَّىٰكُمُ
sammakumu
named you
ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِينَ
al-mus'limina
Muslims
مِن
min
before
قَبۡلُ
qablu
before
وَفِي
wafi
and in
هَٰذَا
hadha
this
لِيَكُونَ
liyakuna
that may be
ٱلرَّسُولُ
al-rasulu
the Messenger
شَهِيدًا
shahidan
a witness
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
alaykum
over you
وَتَكُونُواْ
watakunu
and you may be
شُهَدَآءَ
shuhadaa
witnesses
عَلَى
ala
on
ٱلنَّاسِۚ
al-nasi
the mankind
فَأَقِيمُواْ
fa-aqimu
So establish
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
al-salata
the prayer
وَءَاتُواْ
waatu
and give
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
al-zakata
zakah
وَٱعۡتَصِمُواْ
wa-i'tasimu
and hold fast
بِٱللَّهِ
bil-lahi
to Allah
هُوَ
huwa
He
مَوۡلَىٰكُمۡۖ
mawlakum
(is) your Protector
فَنِعۡمَ
fani'ma
so an Excellent
ٱلۡمَوۡلَىٰ
al-mawla
[the] Protector
وَنِعۡمَ
wani'ma
and an Excellent
ٱلنَّصِيرُ
al-nasiru
[the] Helper
٧٨
