ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
Q̣iyaamati
(of) the Resurrection
حِمۡلٗا

(as) a load

20:102
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(The) Day
يُنفَخُ
yuñfakhu
will be blown
فِي
fiṣ
in
ٱلصُّورِۚ
Ṣoori
the Trumpet
وَنَحۡشُرُ
wa-naḥshurul
and We will gather
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
mujrimeena
the criminals
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
Yawmaʹiẓiñ
that Day
زُرۡقٗا
zurq̣aa.
blue-eyed
١٠٢
20:103
يَتَخَٰفَتُونَ
Yatakhaafatoona
They are murmuring
بَيۡنَهُمۡ
baynahum
among themselves
إِن
ʹil
Not
لَّبِثۡتُمۡ
labis̤tum
you remained
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except (for)
عَشۡرٗا
ʻashraa;
ten
١٠٣
20:104
نَّحۡنُ
Naḥnu
We
أَعۡلَمُ
ʹAʻlamu
know best
بِمَا
bimaa
what
يَقُولُونَ
yaq̣ooloona
they will say
إِذۡ
ʹiẓ
when
يَقُولُ
yaq̣oolu
will say
أَمۡثَلُهُمۡ
ʹams̤aluhum
(the) best of them
طَرِيقَةً
Ṭareeq̣atan
(in) conduct
إِن
ʹil
Not
لَّبِثۡتُمۡ
labis̤tum
you remained
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except (for)
يَوۡمٗا
yawmaa!
a day
١٠٤
20:105
وَيَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ
Wa-yasʹaloonaka
And they ask you
عَنِ
ʻanil
about
ٱلۡجِبَالِ
jibaali
the mountains
فَقُلۡ
faq̣ul
so say
يَنسِفُهَا
yañsifuhaa
Will blast them
رَبِّي
Rabbee
my Lord
نَسۡفٗا
nasfaa:
(into) particles
١٠٥
20:106
فَيَذَرُهَا
Fayaẓaruhaa
Then He will leave it
قَاعٗا
q̣aaʻañ
a level
صَفۡصَفٗا
ṣafṣafaa;
plain
١٠٦
20:107
لَّا
Laa-
Not
تَرَىٰ
taraa
you will see
فِيهَا
feehaa
in it
عِوَجٗا
ʻiwajañw
any crookedness
وَلَآ
Walaaa
and not
أَمۡتٗا
ʹamtaa.
any curve
١٠٧
20:108
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
Yawmaʹiẓiñy
On that Day
يَتَّبِعُونَ
yattabiʻoonad
they will follow
ٱلدَّاعِيَ
Daaʻiya
the caller
لَا
laa-
no
عِوَجَ
ʻiwaja
deviation
لَهُۥۖ
lah:
from it
وَخَشَعَتِ
wa-khashaʻatil
And (will be) humbled
ٱلۡأَصۡوَاتُ
ʹaṣwaatu
the voices
لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ
lir-Raḥmaani
for the Most Gracious
فَلَا
falaa
so not
تَسۡمَعُ
tasmaʻu
you will hear
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
هَمۡسٗا
hamsaa.
a faint sound
١٠٨
20:109
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
Yawmaʹiẓil
(On) that Day
لَّا
laa
not
تَنفَعُ
tañfaʻush
will benefit
ٱلشَّفَٰعَةُ
Shafaaʻatu
the intercession
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَنۡ
man
(to) whom
أَذِنَ
ʹaẓina
has given permission
لَهُ
lahur
[to him]
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ
Raḥmaanu
the Most Gracious
وَرَضِيَ
wa-raḍiya
and He has accepted
لَهُۥ
lahoo
for him
قَوۡلٗا
q̣awlaa.
a word
١٠٩
20:110
يَعۡلَمُ
Yaʻlamu
He knows
مَا
maa-
what
بَيۡنَ
bayna
(is) before them
أَيۡدِيهِمۡ
ʹaydeehim
(is) before them
وَمَا
wa-maa
and what
خَلۡفَهُمۡ
khalfahum
(is) behind them
وَلَا
wa-laa
while not
يُحِيطُونَ
yuḥeeṭoona
they encompass
بِهِۦ
bihee
it
عِلۡمٗا
ʻilmaa.
(in) knowledge
١١٠
20:111
۞وَعَنَتِ
Wa-ʻanatil
And (will be) humbled
ٱلۡوُجُوهُ
wujoohu
the faces
لِلۡحَيِّ
lil-Ḥayyil
before the Ever-Living
ٱلۡقَيُّومِۖ
Q̣ayyoom:
the Self-Subsisting
وَقَدۡ
wa-q̣ad
And verily
خَابَ
khaaba
will have failed
مَنۡ
man
(he) who
حَمَلَ
ḥamala
carried
ظُلۡمٗا
z̤̣ulmaa.
wrongdoing
١١١
20:112
وَمَن
Wa-mañy
But (he) who
يَعۡمَلۡ
yaʻmal
does
مِنَ
minaṣ
of
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
ṣaaliḥaati
the righteous deeds
وَهُوَ
wa-huwa
while he
مُؤۡمِنٞ
Muʹminuñ
(is) a believer
فَلَا
falaa
then not
يَخَافُ
yakhaafu
he will fear
ظُلۡمٗا
z̤̣ulmañw
injustice
وَلَا
walaa
and not
هَضۡمٗا
haḍmaa.
deprivation
١١٢
20:113
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
Wa-kaẓaalika
And thus
أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ
ʹañzalnaahu
We have sent it down
قُرۡءَانًا
Q̣ur-ʹaanan
(the) Quran
عَرَبِيّٗا
ʻArabiyyañw
(in) Arabic
وَصَرَّفۡنَا
waṣarrafnaa
and We have explained
فِيهِ
fee-hi
in it
مِنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡوَعِيدِ
waʻeedi
the warnings
لَعَلَّهُمۡ
laʻallahum
that they may
يَتَّقُونَ
yattaq̣oona
fear
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
يُحۡدِثُ
yuḥdis̤u
it may cause
لَهُمۡ
lahum
[for] them
ذِكۡرٗا
ẓikraa.
remembrance

20:114
فَتَعَٰلَى
Fataʻaalal
So high (above all)
ٱللَّهُ
laahul
(is) Allah
ٱلۡمَلِكُ
Malikul
the King
ٱلۡحَقُّۗ
Ḥaq̣q̣!
the True
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (do) not
تَعۡجَلۡ
taʻjal
hasten
بِٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ
bil-q̣urʹaani
with the Quran
مِن
miñ
before
قَبۡلِ
q̣abli
before
أَن
ʹañy
[that]
يُقۡضَىٰٓ
yuq̣ḍaaa
is completed
إِلَيۡكَ
ʹilayka
to you
وَحۡيُهُۥۖ
waḥyuh:
its revelation
وَقُل
wa-q̣ur
and say
رَّبِّ
Rabbi
My Lord
زِدۡنِي
zidnee
Increase me
عِلۡمٗا
ʻilmaa.
(in) knowledge
١١٤
20:115
وَلَقَدۡ
Wa-laq̣ad
And verily
عَهِدۡنَآ
ʻahidnaaa
We made a covenant
إِلَىٰٓ
ʹilaaa
with
ءَادَمَ
ʹAadama
Adam
مِن
miñ
before
قَبۡلُ
q̣ablu
before
فَنَسِيَ
fanasiya
but he forgot
وَلَمۡ
wa-lam
and not
نَجِدۡ
najid
We found
لَهُۥ
lahoo
in him
عَزۡمٗا
ʻazmaa.
determination
١١٥
20:116
وَإِذۡ
Wa-ʹiẓ
And when
قُلۡنَا
q̣ulnaa
We said
لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ
lilmalaaaʹikatis
to the Angels
ٱسۡجُدُواْ
judoo
Prostrate
لِأٓدَمَ
liʹAadama
to Adam
فَسَجَدُوٓاْ
fasajadooo
then they prostrated
إِلَّآ
ʹillaaa
except
إِبۡلِيسَ
ʹIbleesa
Iblis
أَبَىٰ
ʹabaa.
he refused
١١٦
20:117
فَقُلۡنَا
Faq̣ulnaa
Then We said
يَٰٓـَٔادَمُ
YaaaʹAadamu
O Adam
إِنَّ
ʹinna
Indeed
هَٰذَا
haaẓaa
this
عَدُوّٞ
ʻaduwwul
(is) an enemy
لَّكَ
laka
to you
وَلِزَوۡجِكَ
wa-lizawjika
and to your wife
فَلَا
falaa
So not
يُخۡرِجَنَّكُمَا
yukhrijannakumaa
(let) him drive you both
مِنَ
minal
from
ٱلۡجَنَّةِ
Jannati
Paradise
فَتَشۡقَىٰٓ
fatashq̣aa.
so (that) you would suffer
١١٧
20:118
إِنَّ
ʹInna
Indeed
لَكَ
laka
for you
أَلَّا
ʹallaa
that not
تَجُوعَ
tajooʻa
you will be hungry
فِيهَا
feehaa
therein
وَلَا
wa-laa
and not
تَعۡرَىٰ
taʻraa,
you will be unclothed
١١٨
20:119
وَأَنَّكَ
Wa-ʹannaka
And that you
لَا
laa-
not
تَظۡمَؤُاْ
taz̤̣maʹu
will suffer from thirst
فِيهَا
feehaa
therein
وَلَا
wa-laa
and not
تَضۡحَىٰ
taḍḥaa.
exposed to the sun's heat
١١٩
20:120
فَوَسۡوَسَ
Fawaswasa
Then whispered
إِلَيۡهِ
ʹilayhish
to him
ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ
Shayṭaanu
Shaitaan
قَالَ
q̣aala
he said
يَٰٓـَٔادَمُ
YaaaʹAadamu
O Adam
هَلۡ
hal
Shall
أَدُلُّكَ
ʹadulluka
I direct you
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
to
شَجَرَةِ
Shajaratil
(the) tree
ٱلۡخُلۡدِ
khuldi
(of) the Eternity
وَمُلۡكٖ
wa-mulkil
and a kingdom
لَّا
laa
not
يَبۡلَىٰ
yablaa.
(that will) deteriorate
١٢٠
20:121
فَأَكَلَا
Faʹakalaa
Then they both ate
مِنۡهَا
minhaa
from it
فَبَدَتۡ
fabadat
so became apparent
لَهُمَا
lahumaa
to them
سَوۡءَٰتُهُمَا
saw-ʹaatuhumaa
their shame
وَطَفِقَا
waṭafiq̣aa
and they began
يَخۡصِفَانِ
yakhṣifaani
(to) fasten
عَلَيۡهِمَا
ʻalayhimaa
on themselves
مِن
miñw
from
وَرَقِ
waraq̣il
(the) leaves
ٱلۡجَنَّةِۚ
Jannah:
(of) Paradise
وَعَصَىٰٓ
wa-ʻaṣaaa
And Adam disobeyed
ءَادَمُ
ʹAadamu
And Adam disobeyed
رَبَّهُۥ
Rabbahoo
his Lord
فَغَوَىٰ
fag̣awaa.
and erred
١٢١
20:122
ثُمَّ
S̤ummaj
Then
ٱجۡتَبَٰهُ
tabaahu
chose him
رَبُّهُۥ
Rabbuhoo
his Lord
فَتَابَ
fataaba
and turned
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻalayhi
to him
وَهَدَىٰ
wa-hadaa.
and guided (him)
١٢٢
20:123
قَالَ
Q̣aalah
He said
ٱهۡبِطَا
biṭaa
Go down
مِنۡهَا
minhaa
from it
جَمِيعَۢاۖ
jameeʻam
all
بَعۡضُكُمۡ
baʻḍukum
some of you
لِبَعۡضٍ
libaʻḍin
to others
عَدُوّٞۖ
ʻaduww:
(as) enemy
فَإِمَّا
faʹimmaa
Then if
يَأۡتِيَنَّكُم
yaʹtiyannakum
comes to you
مِّنِّي
minnee
from Me
هُدٗى
Hudañ
guidance
فَمَنِ
famanit
then whoever
ٱتَّبَعَ
tabaʻa
follows
هُدَايَ
Hudaaya
My guidance
فَلَا
falaa
then not
يَضِلُّ
yaḍillu
he will go astray
وَلَا
wa-laa
and not
يَشۡقَىٰ
yashq̣aa.
suffer
١٢٣
20:124
وَمَنۡ
Wa-man
And whoever
أَعۡرَضَ
ʹaʻraḍa
turns away
عَن
ʻañ
from
ذِكۡرِي
Ẓikree
My remembrance
فَإِنَّ
faʹinna
then indeed
لَهُۥ
lahoo
for him
مَعِيشَةٗ
maʻeeshatañ
(is) a life
ضَنكٗا
ḍañkañw
straitened
وَنَحۡشُرُهُۥ
wanaḥshuruhoo
and We will gather him
يَوۡمَ
Yawmal
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
Q̣iyaamati
(of) the Resurrection
أَعۡمَىٰ
ʹaʻmaa.
blind
١٢٤
20:125
قَالَ
Q̣aala
He will say
رَبِّ
Rabbi
My Lord
لِمَ
lima
Why
حَشَرۡتَنِيٓ
ḥashartaneee
You raised me
أَعۡمَىٰ
ʹaʻmaa-
blind
وَقَدۡ
wa-q̣ad
while [verily]
كُنتُ
kuñtu
I had
بَصِيرٗا
baṣeeraa?
sight
١٢٥
