وَيَزِيدُ
Wa-yazeedul
And Allah increases
ٱللَّهُ
laahul
And Allah increases
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeenah
those who
ٱهۡتَدَوۡاْ
tadaw
accept guidance
هُدٗىۗ
Hudaa;
(in) guidance
وَٱلۡبَٰقِيَٰتُ
wal-Baaq̣iyaatuṣ
And the everlasting
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتُ
Ṣaaliḥaatu
good deeds
خَيۡرٌ
khayrun
(are) better
عِندَ
ʻiñda
near
رَبِّكَ
Rabbika
your Lord
ثَوَابٗا
s̤awaabañw
(for) reward
وَخَيۡرٞ
wakhayrum
and better
مَّرَدًّا
maraddaa.
(for) return
٧٦

19:77
أَفَرَءَيۡتَ
ʹAfaraʹaytal
Then have you seen
ٱلَّذِي
laẓee
he who
كَفَرَ
kafara
disbelieved
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
biʹAayaatinaa
in Our Verses
وَقَالَ
wa-q̣aala
and said
لَأُوتَيَنَّ
laʹootayanna
Surely I will be given
مَالٗا
maalañw
wealth
وَوَلَدًا
wawaladaa?
and children
٧٧
19:78
أَطَّلَعَ
ʹAṭ-ṭalaʻal
Has he looked
ٱلۡغَيۡبَ
G̣ayba
(into) the unseen
أَمِ
ʹamit
or
ٱتَّخَذَ
takhaẓa
has he taken
عِندَ
ʻiñdar
from
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ
Raḥmaani
the Most Gracious
عَهۡدٗا
ʻahdaa?
a promise
٧٨
19:79
كـَلَّاۚ
Kallaa!
Nay
سَنَكۡتُبُ
Sanaktubu
We will record
مَا
maa-
what
يَقُولُ
yaq̣oolu
he says
وَنَمُدُّ
wa-namuddu
and We will extend
لَهُۥ
lahoo
for him
مِنَ
minal
from
ٱلۡعَذَابِ
ʻaẓaabi
the punishment
مَدّٗا
maddaa.
extensively
٧٩
19:80
وَنَرِثُهُۥ
Wanaris̤uhoo
And We will inherit (from) him
مَا
maa-
what
يَقُولُ
yaq̣oolu
he says
وَيَأۡتِينَا
wa-yaʹteenaa
and he will come to Us
فَرۡدٗا
fardaa.
alone
٨٠
19:81
وَٱتَّخَذُواْ
Wattakhaẓoo
And they have taken
مِن
miñ
besides Allah
دُونِ
doonil
besides Allah
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
besides Allah
ءَالِهَةٗ
ʹaalihatal
gods
لِّيَكُونُواْ
liyakoonoo
that they may be
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
عِزّٗا
ʻizzaa!
an honor
٨١
19:82
كـَلَّاۚ
Kallaa!
Nay
سَيَكۡفُرُونَ
sayakfuroona
they will deny
بِعِبَادَتِهِمۡ
biʻibaadatihim
their worship (of them)
وَيَكُونُونَ
wa-yakoonoona
and they will be
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
ʻalayhim
against them
ضِدًّا
ḍiddaa.
opponents
٨٢
19:83
أَلَمۡ
ʹAlam
Do not
تَرَ
tara
you see
أَنَّآ
ʹannaaa
that We
أَرۡسَلۡنَا
ʹarsalnash
[We] have sent
ٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ
shayaaṭeena
the devils
عَلَى
ʻalal
upon
ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
kaafireena
the disbelievers
تَؤُزُّهُمۡ
taʹuzzuhum
inciting them
أَزّٗا
ʹazzaa?
(with) incitement
٨٣
19:84
فَلَا
Falaa
So (do) not
تَعۡجَلۡ
taʻjal
make haste
عَلَيۡهِمۡۖ
ʻalayhim:
against them
إِنَّمَا
ʹinnamaa
Only
نَعُدُّ
naʻuddu
We count
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
عَدّٗا
ʻaddaa.
a number
٨٤
19:85
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(The) Day
نَحۡشُرُ
naḥshurul
We will gather
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
Muttaq̣eena
the righteous
إِلَى
ʹilar
to
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ
Raḥmaani
the Most Gracious
وَفۡدٗا
wafdaa,
(as) a delegation
٨٥
19:86
وَنَسُوقُ
Wa-nasooq̣ul
And We will drive
ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
mujrimeena
the criminals
إِلَىٰ
ʹilaa
to
جَهَنَّمَ
Jahannama
Hell
وِرۡدٗا
wirdaa.
thirsty
٨٦
19:87
لَّا
Laa-
Not
يَمۡلِكُونَ
yamlikoonash
they will have the power
ٱلشَّفَٰعَةَ
shafaaʻata
(of) the intercession
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَنِ
manit
(he) who
ٱتَّخَذَ
takhaẓa
has taken
عِندَ
ʻiñdar
from
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ
Raḥmaani
the Most Gracious
عَهۡدٗا
ʻahdaa.
a covenant
٨٧
19:88
وَقَالُواْ
wa-q̣aalut
And they say
ٱتَّخَذَ
takhaẓar
Has taken
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ
Raḥmaanu
the Most Gracious
وَلَدٗا
waladaa!
a son
٨٨
19:89
لَّقَدۡ
Laq̣ad
Verily
جِئۡتُمۡ
jiʹtum
you have put forth
شَيۡـًٔا
shayʹan
a thing
إِدّٗا
ʹiddaa!
atrocious
٨٩
19:90
تَكَادُ
Takaadus
Almost
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ
samaawaatu
the heavens
يَتَفَطَّرۡنَ
yatafaṭṭarna
get torn
مِنۡهُ
minhu
therefrom
وَتَنشَقُّ
wa-tañshaq̣
and splits asunder
ٱلۡأَرۡضُ
q̣ul-ʹarḍu
the earth
وَتَخِرُّ
wa-takhirrul
and collapse
ٱلۡجِبَالُ
jibaalu
the mountain
هَدًّا
haddaa,
(in) devastation
٩٠
19:91
أَن
ʹAñ
That
دَعَوۡاْ
daʻaw
they invoke
لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ
lir-Raḥmaani
to the Most Gracious
وَلَدٗا
waladaa.
a son
٩١
19:92
وَمَا
Wa-maa
And not
يَنۢبَغِي
yambag̣ee
is appropriate
لِلرَّحۡمَٰنِ
lir-Raḥmaani
for the Most Gracious
أَن
ʹañy
that
يَتَّخِذَ
yattakhiẓa
He should take
وَلَدًا
waladaa.
a son
٩٢
19:93
إِن
ʹIñ
Not
كُلُّ
kullu
all
مَن
mañ
who
فِي
fis
(are) in
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
wal-ʹarḍi
and the earth
إِلَّآ
ʹillaaa
but
ءَاتِي
ʹaatir
(will) come
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ
Raḥmaani
(to) the Most Gracious
عَبۡدٗا
ʻabdaa.
(as) a slave
٩٣
19:94
لَّقَدۡ
Laq̣ad
Verily
أَحۡصَىٰهُمۡ
ʹaḥṣaahum
He has enumerated them
وَعَدَّهُمۡ
wa-ʻaddahum
and counted them
عَدّٗا
ʻaddaa.
a counting
٩٤
19:95
وَكُلُّهُمۡ
Wa-kulluhum
And all of them
ءَاتِيهِ
ʹaateehi
(will) come (to) Him
يَوۡمَ
yawmal
(on the) Day
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
Q̣iyaamati
(of) the Resurrection
فَرۡدًا
fardaa.
alone

19:96
إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanoo
believed
وَعَمِلُواْ
wa-ʻamiluṣ
and did
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
ṣaaliḥaati
good deeds
سَيَجۡعَلُ
sayajʻalu
will bestow
لَهُمُ
lahumur
for them
ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ
Raḥmaanu
the Most Gracious
وُدّٗا
wuddaa.
affection
٩٦
19:97
فَإِنَّمَا
Faʹinnamaa
So only
يَسَّرۡنَٰهُ
yassarnaahu
We (have) made it easy
بِلِسَانِكَ
bilisaanika
in your tongue
لِتُبَشِّرَ
litubashshira
that you may give glad tidings
بِهِ
bihil
with it
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
Muttaq̣eena
(to) the righteous
وَتُنذِرَ
wa-tuñẓira
and warn
بِهِۦ
bihee
with it
قَوۡمٗا
q̣awmal
a people
لُّدّٗا
luddaa.
hostile
٩٧
19:98
وَكَمۡ
Wa-kam
And how many
أَهۡلَكۡنَا
ʹahlaknaa
We (have) destroyed
قَبۡلَهُم
q̣ablahum
before them
مِّن
miñ
of
قَرۡنٍ
q̣arn?
a generation
هَلۡ
Hal
Can
تُحِسُّ
tuḥissu
you perceive
مِنۡهُم
minhum
of them
مِّنۡ
min
any
أَحَدٍ
ʹaḥadin
one
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
تَسۡمَعُ
tasmaʻu
hear
لَهُمۡ
lahum
from them
رِكۡزَۢا
rikzaa?
a sound
٩٨
