ٱلرِّزۡقَ
Rizq̣a
the provision
لِمَن

He wills
وَيَقۡدِرُۚ
wa-yaq̣dir.
and restricts
وَفَرِحُواْ
Wa-fariḥoo
And they rejoice
بِٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
bilḥayaatid
in the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
dunyaa.
(of) the world
وَمَا
Wa-mal
and nothing
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ
ḥayaatud
(is) the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَا
dunyaa
of the world
فِي
fil
in (comparison to)
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
ʹAakhirati
the Hereafter
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَتَٰعٞ
mataaʻ.
an enjoyment

13:27
وَيَقُولُ
Wa-yaq̣oolul
And say
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaroo
disbelieved
لَوۡلَآ
laaa-law
Why has not
أُنزِلَ
ʹuñzila
been sent down
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻalayhi
upon him
ءَايَةٞ
ʹAayatum
a Sign
مِّن
mir
from
رَّبِّهِۦۚ
Rabbih?
his Lord
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
إِنَّ
ʹinnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
يُضِلُّ
yuḍillu
lets go astray
مَن
mañy
whom
يَشَآءُ
yashaaaʹu
He wills
وَيَهۡدِيٓ
wa-yahdeee
and guides
إِلَيۡهِ
ʹilayhi
to Himself
مَنۡ
man
whoever
أَنَابَ
ʹanaab.
turns back
٢٧
13:28
ٱلَّذِينَ
ʹAllaẓeena
Those who
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanoo
believed
وَتَطۡمَئِنُّ
wa-taṭmaʹinnu
and find satisfaction
قُلُوبُهُم
q̣uloobuhum̃
their hearts
بِذِكۡرِ
biẓikril
in the remembrance
ٱللَّهِۗ
laah.
(of) Allah
أَلَا
ʹAlaa
No doubt
بِذِكۡرِ
biẓikril
in the remembrance
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
(of) Allah
تَطۡمَئِنُّ
taṭmaʹinnul
find satisfaction
ٱلۡقُلُوبُ
q̣uloob.
the hearts

ٱلَّذِينَ
ʹAllaẓeena
Those who
ءَامَنُواْ
ʹaamanoo
believed
وَعَمِلُواْ
wa-ʻamiluṣ
and did
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ
Ṣaaliḥaati
righteous deeds
طُوبَىٰ
ṭoobaa
blessedness
لَهُمۡ
lahum
(is) for them
وَحُسۡنُ
waḥusnu
and a beautiful
مَـَٔابٖ
maʹaab.
place of return
٢٩
13:30
كَذَٰلِكَ
Kaẓaalika
Thus
أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ
ʹarsalnaaka
We have sent you
فِيٓ
feee
to
أُمَّةٖ
ʹUmmatiñ
a nation
قَدۡ
q̣ad
verily
خَلَتۡ
khalat
have passed away
مِن
miñ
from
قَبۡلِهَآ
q̣ablihaaa
before it
أُمَمٞ
ʹUmamul
nations
لِّتَتۡلُوَاْ
litatluwa
so that you might recite
عَلَيۡهِمُ
ʻalayhimul
to them
ٱلَّذِيٓ
laẓeee
what
أَوۡحَيۡنَآ
ʹawḥaynaaa
We revealed
إِلَيۡكَ
ʹilayka
to you
وَهُمۡ
wa-hum
while they
يَكۡفُرُونَ
yakfuroona
disbelieve
بِٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۚ
bir-Raḥmaan!
in the Most Gracious
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
هُوَ
Huwa
He
رَبِّي
Rabbee
(is) my Lord
لَآ
Laaa
(there is) no
إِلَٰهَ
ʹilaaha
god
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
هُوَ
Hoo!
Him
عَلَيۡهِ
ʻAlayhi
Upon Him
تَوَكَّلۡتُ
tawakkaltu
I put my trust
وَإِلَيۡهِ
wa-ʹilayhi
and to Him
مَتَابِ
mataab!
(is) my return
٣٠
13:31
وَلَوۡ
Wa-law
And if
أَنَّ
ʹanna
that was
قُرۡءَانٗا
q̣urʹaanañ
any Quran
سُيِّرَتۡ
suyyirat
could be moved
بِهِ
bihil
by it
ٱلۡجِبَالُ
jibaalu
the mountains
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
قُطِّعَتۡ
q̣uṭṭiʻat
could be cloven asunder
بِهِ
bihil
by it
ٱلۡأَرۡضُ
ʹarḍu
the earth
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
كُلِّمَ
kullima
could be made to speak
بِهِ
bihil
by it
ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰۗ
mawtaa,
the dead
بَل
bal
Nay
لِّلَّهِ
lillaahil
with Allah
ٱلۡأَمۡرُ
ʹAmru
(is) the command
جَمِيعًاۗ
jameeʻaa!
all
أَفَلَمۡ
ʹAfalam
Then do not
يَاْيۡـَٔسِ
yayʹasil
know
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
ʹaamanooo
believe
أَن
ʹal
that
لَّوۡ
law
if
يَشَآءُ
yashaaa
had willed
ٱللَّهُ
ʹullaahu
Allah
لَهَدَى
lahadan
surely He would have guided
ٱلنَّاسَ
naasa
all
جَمِيعٗاۗ
jameeʻaa?
all of the mankind
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And not
يَزَالُ
yazaalul
will cease
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaroo
disbelieve
تُصِيبُهُم
tuṣeebuhum̃
to strike them
بِمَا
bimaa
for what
صَنَعُواْ
ṣanaʻoo
they did
قَارِعَةٌ
Q̣aariʻatun
a disaster
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
تَحُلُّ
taḥullu
it settles
قَرِيبٗا
q̣areebam
close
مِّن
miñ
from
دَارِهِمۡ
daarihim
their homes
حَتَّىٰ
ḥattaa
until
يَأۡتِيَ
yaʹtiya
comes
وَعۡدُ
waʻdul
(the) promise
ٱللَّهِۚ
laah.
(of) Allah
إِنَّ
ʹInnal
Indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
لَا
laa-
(will) not
يُخۡلِفُ
yukhliful
fail
ٱلۡمِيعَادَ
meeʻaad.
(in) the Promise
٣١
13:32
وَلَقَدِ
Wa-laq̣adis
And certainly
ٱسۡتُهۡزِئَ
tuhziʹa
were mocked
بِرُسُلٖ
birusulim
Messengers
مِّن
miñ
from
قَبۡلِكَ
q̣ablika
before you
فَأَمۡلَيۡتُ
faʹamlaytu
but I granted respite
لِلَّذِينَ
lillaẓeena
to those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaroo
disbelieved
ثُمَّ
s̤umma
then
أَخَذۡتُهُمۡۖ
ʹakhaẓtuhum:
I seized them
فَكَيۡفَ
fakayfa
and how
كَانَ
kaana
was
عِقَابِ
ʻiq̣aab!
My penalty
٣٢
13:33
أَفَمَنۡ
ʹAfaman
Is then He Who
هُوَ
Huwa
(He)
قَآئِمٌ
q̣aaaʹimun
(is) a Maintainer
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
of
كُلِّ
kulli
every
نَفۡسِۭ
nafsim
soul
بِمَا
bimaa
for what
كَسَبَتۡۗ
Kasabat?
it has earned
وَجَعَلُواْ
Wa-jaʻaloo
Yet they ascribe
لِلَّهِ
lil-laahi
to Allah
شُرَكَآءَ
shurakaaaʹ.
partners
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
سَمُّوهُمۡۚ
sammoohum!
Name them
أَمۡ
ʹAm
Or
تُنَبِّـُٔونَهُۥ
tunabbiʹoonahoo
(do) you inform Him
بِمَا
bimaa
of what
لَا
laa-
not
يَعۡلَمُ
yaʻlamu
He knows
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
ʹarḍi
the earth
أَم
ʹam
or
بِظَٰهِرٖ
biz̤̣aahirim
of the apparent
مِّنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡقَوۡلِۗ
q̣awl?
the words
بَلۡ
Bal
Nay
زُيِّنَ
zuyyina
(is) made fair-seeming
لِلَّذِينَ
lillazeena
to those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaroo
disbelieve
مَكۡرُهُمۡ
makruhum
their plotting
وَصُدُّواْ
waṣuddoo
and they are hindered
عَنِ
ʻanis
from
ٱلسَّبِيلِۗ
Sabeel.
the Path
وَمَن
Wa-mañy
And whoever
يُضۡلِلِ
yuḍlilil
(by) Allah
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
Allah lets go astray
فَمَا
famaa
then not
لَهُۥ
lahoo
for him
مِنۡ
min
any
هَادٖ
haad.
guide
٣٣
13:34
لَّهُمۡ
Lahum
For them
عَذَابٞ
ʻaẓaabuñ
(is) a punishment
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
ḥayaatid
the life
ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ
dunyaa
(of) the world
وَلَعَذَابُ
wa-laʻaẓaabul
and surely the punishment
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
ʹAakhirati
(of) the Hereafter
أَشَقُّۖ
ʹashaq̣q̣:
(is) harder
وَمَا
wa-maa
And not
لَهُم
lahum
for them
مِّنَ
minal
against
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
مِن
miñw
any
وَاقٖ
waaq̣.
defender

13:35
۞مَّثَلُ
Mas̤alul
The example
ٱلۡجَنَّةِ
jannatil
of Paradise
ٱلَّتِي
latee
which
وُعِدَ
wuʻidal
(is) promised
ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَۖ
Muttaq̣oon!
(to) the righteous
تَجۡرِي
tajree
flows
مِن
miñ
from
تَحۡتِهَا
taḥtihal
underneath it
ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ
ʹanhaar:
the rivers
أُكُلُهَا
ʹukuluhaa
Its food
دَآئِمٞ
daaaʹimuñw
(is) everlasting
وَظِلُّهَاۚ
waz̤̣illuhaa:
and its shade
تِلۡكَ
tilka
This
عُقۡبَى
ʻUq̣bal
(is the) end
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeenat
of those who
ٱتَّقَواْۚ
taq̣aw:
(are) righteous
وَّعُقۡبَى
Wa-ʻUq̣bal
and (the) end
ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
kaafireenan
(of) the disbelievers
ٱلنَّارُ
Naar.
(is) the Fire
٣٥
13:36
وَٱلَّذِينَ
Wallaẓeena
And those (to) whom
ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُمُ
ʹaataynaahumul
We have given them
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
Kitaaba
the Book
يَفۡرَحُونَ
yafraḥoona
rejoice
بِمَآ
bimaaa
at what
أُنزِلَ
ʹuñzila
has been revealed
إِلَيۡكَۖ
ʹilayka
to you
وَمِنَ
wa-minal
but among
ٱلۡأَحۡزَابِ
ʹaḥzaabi
the groups
مَن
mañy
(those) who
يُنكِرُ
yuñkiru
deny
بَعۡضَهُۥۚ
baʻḍah.
a part of it
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
إِنَّمَآ
ʹinnamaaa
Only
أُمِرۡتُ
ʹumirtu
I have been commanded
أَنۡ
ʹan
that
أَعۡبُدَ
ʹaʻbudal
I worship
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
وَلَآ
wa-laaa
and not
أُشۡرِكَ
ʹushrika
I associate partners
بِهِۦٓۚ
bih.
with Him
إِلَيۡهِ
ʹIlayhi
To Him
أَدۡعُواْ
ʹadʻoo
I call
وَإِلَيۡهِ
wa-ʹilayhi
and to Him
مَـَٔابِ
maʹaaab.
(is) my return
٣٦
13:37
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
Wa-kaẓaalika
And thus
أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ
ʹañzalnaahu
We have revealed it
حُكۡمًا
Ḥukman
(to be) a judgment of authority
عَرَبِيّٗاۚ
ʻArabiyyaa.
(in) Arabic
وَلَئِنِ
Wa-laʹinit
And if
ٱتَّبَعۡتَ
tabaʻta
you follow
أَهۡوَآءَهُم
ʹahwaaaʹahum̃
their desires
بَعۡدَ مَا
baʻdamaa
after what
جَآءَكَ
jaaaʹaka
came to you
مِنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡعِلۡمِ
ʻilmi
the knowledge
مَا
maa-
not
لَكَ
laka
for you
مِنَ
minal
against
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
Allah
مِن
miñw
any
وَلِيّٖ
waliyyiñw
protector
وَلَا
walaa
and not
وَاقٖ
waaq̣.
defender
٣٧
13:38
وَلَقَدۡ
Wa-laq̣ad
And certainly
أَرۡسَلۡنَا
ʹarsalnaa
We sent
رُسُلٗا
rusulam
Messengers
مِّن
miñ
from
قَبۡلِكَ
q̣ablika
before you
وَجَعَلۡنَا
wa-jaʻalnaa
and We made
لَهُمۡ
lahum
for them
أَزۡوَٰجٗا
ʹazwaajañw
wives
وَذُرِّيَّةٗۚ
waẓurriyyah:
and offspring
وَمَا
wa-maa
And not
كَانَ
kaana
was
لِرَسُولٍ
lirasoolin
for a Messenger
أَن
ʹañy
that
يَأۡتِيَ
yaʹtiya
he comes
بِـَٔايَةٍ
biʹAayatin
with a sign
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
بِإِذۡنِ
biʹIẓnil
by the leave
ٱللَّهِۗ
laah.
(of) Allah
لِكُلِّ
Likulli
For everything
أَجَلٖ
ʹajaliñ
(is) a time
كِتَابٞ
kitaab.
prescribed
٣٨
13:39
يَمۡحُواْ
Yamḥul
(Is) eliminated
ٱللَّهُ
laahu
(by) Allah
مَا
maa-
what
يَشَآءُ
yashaaaʹu
He wills
وَيُثۡبِتُۖ
wa-yus̤bitu
and confirms
وَعِندَهُۥٓ
wa-ʻiñdahooo
and with Him
أُمُّ
ʹummul
(is) the Mother (of) the Book
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
Kitaab.
(is) the Mother (of) the Book
٣٩
13:40
وَإِن
Wa-ʹim
And whether
مَّا
maa
(what)
نُرِيَنَّكَ
nuriyannaka
We show you
بَعۡضَ
baʻḍal
a part
ٱلَّذِي
laẓee
(of) what
نَعِدُهُمۡ
naʻiduhum
We have promised them
أَوۡ
ʹaw
or
نَتَوَفَّيَنَّكَ
natawaffayannaka
We cause you to die
فَإِنَّمَا
faʹinnamaa
so only
عَلَيۡكَ
ʻalaykal
on you
ٱلۡبَلَٰغُ
balaag̣u
(is) the conveyance
وَعَلَيۡنَا
wa-ʻalaynal
and on Us
ٱلۡحِسَابُ
ḥisaab.
(is) the reckoning
٤٠
13:41
أَوَلَمۡ
ʹAwalam
Did not
يَرَوۡاْ
yaraw
they see
أَنَّا
ʹannaa
that We
نَأۡتِي
naʹtil
come
ٱلۡأَرۡضَ
ʹarḍa
(to) the land
نَنقُصُهَا
nañq̣uṣuhaa
reducing it
مِنۡ
min
from
أَطۡرَافِهَاۚ
ʹaṭraafihaa?
its borders
وَٱللَّهُ
Wallaahu
And Allah
يَحۡكُمُ
yaḥkumu
judges
لَا
laa-
(there is) no
مُعَقِّبَ
muʻaq̣q̣iba
adjuster
لِحُكۡمِهِۦۚ
li-Ḥukmih:
(of) His Judgment
وَهُوَ
wa-Huwa
And He
سَرِيعُ
Sareeʻul
(is) Swift
ٱلۡحِسَابِ
ḥisaab.
(in) the reckoning
٤١
13:42
وَقَدۡ
Wa-q̣ad
And certainly
مَكَرَ
makaral
plotted
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
مِن
miñ
(were) from
قَبۡلِهِمۡ
q̣ablihim
before them
فَلِلَّهِ
falillaahil
but for Allah
ٱلۡمَكۡرُ
makru
(is) the plot
جَمِيعٗاۖ
jameeʻaa.
all
يَعۡلَمُ
Yaʻlamu
He knows
مَا
maa-
what
تَكۡسِبُ
taksibu
earns
كُلُّ
kullu
every
نَفۡسٖۗ
nafs:
soul
وَسَيَعۡلَمُ
wa-sayaʻlamul
and will know
ٱلۡكُفَّٰرُ
kuffaaru
the disbelievers
لِمَنۡ
liman
for whom
عُقۡبَى
ʻUq̣bad
(is) the final
ٱلدَّارِ
Daar.

وَيَقُولُ
Wa-yaq̣oolul
And say
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
كَفَرُواْ
kafaroo
disbelieve
لَسۡتَ
lasta
You are not
مُرۡسَلٗاۚ
mursalaa.
a Messenger
قُلۡ
Q̣ul
Say
كَفَىٰ
kafaa
Sufficient
بِٱللَّهِ
billaahi
(is) Allah
شَهِيدَۢا
shaheedam
(as) a Witness
بَيۡنِي
baynee
between me
وَبَيۡنَكُمۡ
wa-baynakum
and between you
وَمَنۡ
wa-man
and whoever
عِندَهُۥ
ʻiñdahoo
[he] has
عِلۡمُ
ʻilmul
knowledge
ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ
Kitaab.
(of) the Book
