وَمَا
Wa-maa
And not
ظَلَمۡنَٰهُمۡ
z̤̣alamnaahum
We wronged them
وَلَٰكِن
wa-laakiñ
but
ظَلَمُوٓاْ
z̤̣alamooo
they wronged
أَنفُسَهُمۡۖ
ʹañfusahum
themselves
فَمَآ
famaaa
So not
أَغۡنَتۡ
ʹag̣nat
availed
عَنۡهُمۡ
ʻanhum
them
ءَالِهَتُهُمُ
ʹaalihatuhumul
their gods
ٱلَّتِي
latee
which
يَدۡعُونَ
yadʻoona
they invoked
مِن
miñ
other than Allah
دُونِ
doonil
other than Allah
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
other than Allah
مِن
miñ
any
شَيۡءٖ
shayʹil
thing
لَّمَّا
lammaa
when
جَآءَ
jaaaʹa
came
أَمۡرُ
ʹamru
(the) command (of) your Lord
رَبِّكَۖ
Rabbik:
(the) command (of) your Lord
وَمَا
wa-maa
And not
زَادُوهُمۡ
zaadoohum
they increased them
غَيۡرَ
g̣ayra
other than
تَتۡبِيبٖ
tatbeeb!
ruin
١٠١
11:102
وَكَذَٰلِكَ
Wa-Kaẓaalika
And thus
أَخۡذُ
ʹakhẓu
(is) the seizure (of) your Lord
رَبِّكَ
Rabbika
(is) the seizure (of) your Lord
إِذَآ
ʹiẓaaa
when
أَخَذَ
ʹakhaẓal
He seizes
ٱلۡقُرَىٰ
q̣uraa
the cities
وَهِيَ
wa-hiya
while they
ظَٰلِمَةٌۚ
z̤̣aalimah:
(are) doing wrong
إِنَّ
ʹinna
Indeed
أَخۡذَهُۥٓ
ʹakhẓahooo
His seizure
أَلِيمٞ
ʹaleemuñ
(is) painful
شَدِيدٌ
shadeed.
(and) severe
١٠٢
11:103
إِنَّ
ʹInna
Indeed
فِي
fee
in
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
that
لَأٓيَةٗ
laʹAayatal
(is) surely a Sign
لِّمَنۡ
liman
for (those) who
خَافَ
khaafa
fear
عَذَابَ
ʻaẓaabal
(the) punishment
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۚ
ʹAakhirah:
(of) the Hereafter
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
That
يَوۡمٞ
Yawmum
(is) a Day
مَّجۡمُوعٞ
majmooʻul
(will) be gathered
لَّهُ
lahun
on it
ٱلنَّاسُ
naasu
the mankind
وَذَٰلِكَ
waẓaalika
and that
يَوۡمٞ
Yawmum
(is) a Day
مَّشۡهُودٞ
Mashhood.
witnessed
١٠٣
11:104
وَمَا
Wa-maa
And not
نُؤَخِّرُهُۥٓ
nuʹakhkhiruhooo
We delay it
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
لِأَجَلٖ
liʹajalim
for a term
مَّعۡدُودٖ
maʻdood.
limited
١٠٤
11:105
يَوۡمَ
Yawma
(The) Day
يَأۡتِ
yaʹti
(it) comes
لَا
laa-
not
تَكَلَّمُ
takallamu
will speak
نَفۡسٌ
nafsun
a soul
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
بِإِذۡنِهِۦۚ
biʹiẓnih:
by His leave
فَمِنۡهُمۡ
faminhum
Then among them
شَقِيّٞ
shaq̣iyyuñw
(will be the) wretched
وَسَعِيدٞ
wasaʻeed.
and (the) glad
١٠٥
11:106
فَأَمَّا
Faʹammal
As for
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
شَقُواْ
shaq̣oo
were wretched
فَفِي
fafin
then (they will be) in
ٱلنَّارِ
naari
the Fire
لَهُمۡ
lahum
For them
فِيهَا
feehaa
therein
زَفِيرٞ
zafeeruñw
(is) sighing
وَشَهِيقٌ
washaheeq̣.
and wailing
١٠٦
11:107
خَٰلِدِينَ
Khaalideena
(Will be) abiding
فِيهَا
feehaa
therein
مَا
maa-
as long as remain
دَامَتِ
daamatis
as long as remain
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ
samaawaatu
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ
wal-ʹarḍu
and the earth
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَا
maa-
what your Lord wills
شَآءَ
shaaaʹa
what your Lord wills
رَبُّكَۚ
Rabbuk:
what your Lord wills
إِنَّ
ʹinna
Indeed
رَبَّكَ
Rabbaka
your Lord
فَعَّالٞ
faʻ-ʻaalul
(is) All-Accomplisher
لِّمَا
limaa
of what
يُرِيدُ
yureed.
He intends
١٠٧
11:108
۞وَأَمَّا
Wa-ʹammal
And as for
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
سُعِدُواْ
suʻidoo
were glad
فَفِي
fafil
then (they will be) in
ٱلۡجَنَّةِ
Jannati
Paradise
خَٰلِدِينَ
khaalideena
(will be) abiding
فِيهَا
feehaa
therein
مَا
maa-
as long as remains
دَامَتِ
daamatis
as long as remains
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ
samaawaatu
the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ
wal-ʹarḍu
and the earth
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
مَا
maa-
what your Lord wills
شَآءَ
shaaaʹa
what your Lord wills
رَبُّكَۖ
Rabbuk:
what your Lord wills
عَطَآءً
ʻaṭaaaʹan
a bestowal
غَيۡرَ
g̣ayra
not
مَجۡذُوذٖ
majẓooẓ.

11:109
فَلَا
Falaa
So (do) not
تَكُ
taku
be
فِي
fee
in
مِرۡيَةٖ
miryatim
doubt
مِّمَّا
mimmaa
as to what
يَعۡبُدُ
yaʻbudu
worship
هَٰٓؤُلَآءِۚ
haaaʹulaaaʹ.
these (polytheists)
مَا
Maa-
Not
يَعۡبُدُونَ
yaʻbudoona
they worship
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
كَمَا
kamaa
as what
يَعۡبُدُ
yaʻbudu
worshipped
ءَابَآؤُهُم
ʹaabaaaʹuhum
their forefathers
مِّن
miñ
before
قَبۡلُۚ
q̣abl:
before
وَإِنَّا
wa-ʹinnaa
And indeed We
لَمُوَفُّوهُمۡ
lamuwaffoohum
will surely pay them in full
نَصِيبَهُمۡ
naṣeebahum
their share
غَيۡرَ
g̣ayra
without
مَنقُوصٖ
mañq̣ooṣ.
being diminished
١٠٩
11:110
وَلَقَدۡ
Wa-laq̣ad
And verily
ءَاتَيۡنَا
ʹaataynaa
We gave
مُوسَى
Moosal
Musa
ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ
Kitaaba
the Book
فَٱخۡتُلِفَ
fakhtulifa
but differences arose
فِيهِۚ
feeh:
therein
وَلَوۡلَا
wa-lawlaa
And if not
كَلِمَةٞ
kalimatuñ
(for) a Word
سَبَقَتۡ
sabaq̣at
(that) preceded
مِن
mir
from
رَّبِّكَ
Rabbika
your Lord
لَقُضِيَ
laq̣uḍiya
surely would have been judged
بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ
baynahum:
between them
وَإِنَّهُمۡ
wa-ʹinnahum
And indeed they
لَفِي
lafee
surely (are) in
شَكّٖ
shakkim
doubt
مِّنۡهُ
minhu
concerning it
مُرِيبٖ
mureeb.
suspicious
١١٠
11:111
وَإِنَّ
Wa-ʹinna
And indeed
كُلّٗا
kullal
to each [when]
لَّمَّا
lammaa
to each [when]
لَيُوَفِّيَنَّهُمۡ
layuwaffiyannahum
surely will pay them in full
رَبُّكَ
Rabbuka
your Lord
أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡۚ
ʹaʻmaalahum:
their deeds
إِنَّهُۥ
ʹinnahoo
Indeed He
بِمَا
bimaa
of what
يَعۡمَلُونَ
yaʻmaloona
they do
خَبِيرٞ
Khabeer.
(is) All-Aware
١١١
11:112
فَٱسۡتَقِمۡ
Fastaq̣im
So stand firm
كَمَآ
kamaaa
as
أُمِرۡتَ
ʹumirta
you are commanded
وَمَن
wa-mañ
and (those) who
تَابَ
taaba
turn (in repentance)
مَعَكَ
maʻaka
with you
وَلَا
wa-laa
and (do) not
تَطۡغَوۡاْۚ
taṭg̣aw:
transgress
إِنَّهُۥ
ʹinnahoo
Indeed He
بِمَا
bimaa
of what
تَعۡمَلُونَ
taʻmaloona
you do
بَصِيرٞ
Baṣeer.
(is) All-Seer
١١٢
11:113
وَلَا
Wa-laa
And (do) not
تَرۡكَنُوٓاْ
tarkanooo
incline
إِلَى
ʹilal
to
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
ظَلَمُواْ
z̤̣alamoo
do wrong
فَتَمَسَّكُمُ
fatamassakumun
lest touches you
ٱلنَّارُ
Naaru,―
the Fire
وَمَا
wa-maa
and not
لَكُم
lakum
(is) for you
مِّن
miñ
besides Allah
دُونِ
doonil
besides Allah
ٱللَّهِ
laahi
besides Allah
مِنۡ
min
any
أَوۡلِيَآءَ
ʹawliyaaaʹa
protectors
ثُمَّ
s̤umma
then
لَا
laa-
not
تُنصَرُونَ
tuñṣaroon.
you will be helped
١١٣
11:114
وَأَقِمِ
Wa-ʹaq̣imiṣ
And establish
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
Ṣalaata
the prayer
طَرَفَيِ
ṭarafayin
(at the) two ends
ٱلنَّهَارِ
nahaari
(of) the day
وَزُلَفٗا
wa-zulafam
and (at) the approach
مِّنَ
minal
of
ٱلَّيۡلِۚ
layl:
the night
إِنَّ
ʹinnal
Indeed
ٱلۡحَسَنَٰتِ
ḥasanaati
the good deeds
يُذۡهِبۡنَ
yuẓhibnas
remove
ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِۚ
sayyiʹaat:
the evil deeds
ذَٰلِكَ
ẓaalika
That
ذِكۡرَىٰ
ẓikraa
(is) a reminder
لِلذَّٰكِرِينَ
liẓ-ẓaakireen:
for those who remember
١١٤
11:115
وَٱصۡبِرۡ
Waṣbir
And be patient
فَإِنَّ
faʹinnal
for indeed
ٱللَّهَ
laaha
Allah
لَا
laa-
(does) not
يُضِيعُ
yuḍeeʻu
let go waste
أَجۡرَ
ʹajral
(the) reward
ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
Muḥsineen.
(of) the good-doers
١١٥
11:116
فَلَوۡلَا
Falawlaa
So why not
كَانَ
kaana
had been
مِنَ
minal
of
ٱلۡقُرُونِ
q̣urooni
the generations
مِن
miñ
before you
قَبۡلِكُمۡ
q̣ablikum
before you
أُوْلُواْ
ʹUloo
those possessing a remnant
بَقِيَّةٖ
baq̣iyyatiñy
those possessing a remnant
يَنۡهَوۡنَ
yanhawna
forbidding
عَنِ
ʻanil
from
ٱلۡفَسَادِ
fasaadi
the corruption
فِي
fil
in
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
ʹarḍi
the earth
إِلَّا
ʹillaa
except
قَلِيلٗا
q̣aleelam
a few
مِّمَّنۡ
mimman
of those
أَنجَيۡنَا
ʹañjaynaa
We saved
مِنۡهُمۡۗ
minhum?
among them
وَٱتَّبَعَ
Wattabaʻal
But followed
ٱلَّذِينَ
laẓeena
those who
ظَلَمُواْ
z̤̣alamoo
did wrong
مَآ
maaa
what
أُتۡرِفُواْ
ʹutrifoo
luxury they were given
فِيهِ
feehi
therein
وَكَانُواْ
wa-kaanoo
and they were
مُجۡرِمِينَ
mujrimeen.
criminals
١١٦
11:117
وَمَا
Wa-maa
And not
كَانَ
kaana
would
رَبُّكَ
Rabbuka
your Lord
لِيُهۡلِكَ
liyuhlikal
destroy
ٱلۡقُرَىٰ
q̣uraa
the cities
بِظُلۡمٖ
biz̤̣ulmiñw
unjustly
وَأَهۡلُهَا
waʹahluhaa
while its people
مُصۡلِحُونَ
muṣliḥoon.
(were) reformers
١١٧

11:118
وَلَوۡ
Wa-law
And if
شَآءَ
shaaaʹa
your Lord (had) willed
رَبُّكَ
Rabbuka
your Lord (had) willed
لَجَعَلَ
lajaʻal
surely He (could) have made
ٱلنَّاسَ
annaasa
the mankind
أُمَّةٗ
ʹUmmatañw
one community
وَٰحِدَةٗۖ
waa-ḥidatañw
one community
وَلَا
walaa
but not
يَزَالُونَ
yazaaloona
they will cease
مُخۡتَلِفِينَ
mukhtalifeen.
to differ
١١٨
11:119
إِلَّا
ʹIllaa
Except
مَن
mar
(on) whom
رَّحِمَ
raḥima
your Lord has bestowed Mercy
رَبُّكَۚ
Rabbuk:
your Lord has bestowed Mercy
وَلِذَٰلِكَ
wa-liẓaalika
and for that
خَلَقَهُمۡۗ
khalaq̣ahum:
He created them
وَتَمَّتۡ
wa-tammat
And will be fulfilled
كَلِمَةُ
Kalimatu
(the) Word of your Lord
رَبِّكَ
Rabbika
(the) Word of your Lord
لَأَمۡلَأَنَّ
laʹamlaʹanna
Surely I will fill
جَهَنَّمَ
Jahannama
Hell
مِنَ
minal
with
ٱلۡجِنَّةِ
jinnati
the Jinn
وَٱلنَّاسِ
wannaasi
and the men
أَجۡمَعِينَ
ʹajmaʻeen.
all together
١١٩
11:120
وَكُلّٗا
Wa-kullan
And each
نَّقُصُّ
naq̣uṣṣu
We relate
عَلَيۡكَ
ʻalayka
to you
مِنۡ
min
of
أَنۢبَآءِ
ʹambaaaʹir
(the) news
ٱلرُّسُلِ
rusuli
(of) the Messengers
مَا
maa-
(for) that
نُثَبِّتُ
nus̤abbitu
We may make firm
بِهِۦ
bihee
with it
فُؤَادَكَۚ
fuʹaadak:
your heart
وَجَآءَكَ
wa-jaaaʹaka
And has come to you
فِي
fee
in
هَٰذِهِ
haaẓihil
this
ٱلۡحَقُّ
Ḥaq̣q̣u
the truth
وَمَوۡعِظَةٞ
wa-mawʻiz̤̣atuñw
and an admonition
وَذِكۡرَىٰ
waẓikraa
and a reminder
لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
lil-Muʹmineen.
for the believers
١٢٠
11:121
وَقُل
Waq̣ul
And say
لِّلَّذِينَ
lillaẓeena
to those who
لَا
laa-
(do) not
يُؤۡمِنُونَ
yuʹminoo
believe
ٱعۡمَلُواْ
naʻmaloo
Work
عَلَىٰ
ʻalaa
(according) to
مَكَانَتِكُمۡ
makaanatikum:
your position
إِنَّا
ʹinnaa
indeed we
عَٰمِلُونَ
ʻaamiloon;
(are also) working
١٢١
11:122
وَٱنتَظِرُوٓاْ
Wañtaz̤̣iroo!
And wait
إِنَّا
ʹinnaa
indeed we
مُنتَظِرُونَ
muñ-taz̤̣iroon.
(are) ones who wait
١٢٢
11:123
وَلِلَّهِ
Wa-lillaahi
And for Allah
غَيۡبُ
g̣aybus
(is the) unseen
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
samaawaati
(of) the heavens
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
wal-ʹarḍi
and the earth
وَإِلَيۡهِ
wa-ʹilayhi
and to Him
يُرۡجَعُ
yurjaʻul
will be returned
ٱلۡأَمۡرُ
ʹamru
the matter
كُلُّهُۥ
kulluhoo
all (of) it
فَٱعۡبُدۡهُ
faʻbudhu
so worship Him
وَتَوَكَّلۡ
wa-tawakkal
and put your trust
عَلَيۡهِۚ
ʻalayh:
upon Him
وَمَا
wa-maa
And your Lord is not
رَبُّكَ
Rabbuka
And your Lord is not
بِغَٰفِلٍ
big̣aafilin
unaware
عَمَّا
ʻammaa
of what
تَعۡمَلُونَ
taʻmaloon.
you do
١٢٣
