إِذَا
idha
When
زُلۡزِلَتِ
zul'zilati
is shaken
ٱلۡأَرۡضُ
al-ardu
the earth
زِلۡزَالَهَا
zil'zalaha
(with) its earthquake

When the earth is shaken violently in its [last] quaking

Az-Zalzalah 99:5

ﲪﲫﲮﲴ
99:2
وَأَخۡرَجَتِ
wa-akhrajati
And brings forth
ٱلۡأَرۡضُ
al-ardu
the earth
أَثۡقَالَهَا
athqalaha
its burdens
٢
when the earth throws out its burdens

99:3
وَقَالَ
waqala
And says
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ
al-insanu
man
مَا
ma
What
لَهَا
laha
(is) with it
٣
when man cries, ‘What is happening to it?’

99:4
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
yawma-idhin
That Day
تُحَدِّثُ
tuhaddithu
it will report
أَخۡبَارَهَا
akhbaraha
its news
٤
on that Day, it will tell all

بِأَنَّ
bi-anna
Because
رَبَّكَ
rabbaka
your Lord
أَوۡحَىٰ
awha
inspired
لَهَا
laha
[to] it
٥
because your Lord will inspire it [to do so]

99:6
يَوۡمَئِذٖ
yawma-idhin
That Day
يَصۡدُرُ
yasduru
will proceed
ٱلنَّاسُ
al-nasu
the mankind
أَشۡتَاتٗا
ashtatan
(in) scattered groups
لِّيُرَوۡاْ
liyuraw
to be shown
أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ
a'malahum
their deeds
٦
On that Day, people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds

فَمَن
faman
So whoever
يَعۡمَلۡ
ya'mal
does
مِثۡقَالَ
mith'qala
(equal to the) weight
ذَرَّةٍ
dharratin
(of) an atom
خَيۡرٗا
khayran
good
يَرَهُۥ
yarahu
will see it
٧
whoever has done an atom’s-weight of good will see it

وَمَن
waman
And whoever
يَعۡمَلۡ
ya'mal
does
مِثۡقَالَ
mith'qala
(equal to the) weight
ذَرَّةٖ
dharratin
(of) an atom
شَرّٗا
sharran
evil
يَرَهُۥ
yarahu
will see it
٨
but whoever has done an atom’s-weight of evil will see that
