are you going

So where are you [people] going

إِنۡ

هُوَ
huwa
it
إِلَّا
illa
(is) except
ذِكۡرٞ
dhik'run
a reminder
لِّلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
lil'alamina
to the worlds

This is a message for all people

لِمَن
liman
For whoever
شَآءَ
shaa
wills
مِنكُمۡ
minkum
among you
أَن
an
to
يَسۡتَقِيمَ
yastaqima
take a straight way
٢٨
for those who wish to take the straight path

وَمَا
wama
And not
تَشَآءُونَ
tashauna
you will
إِلَّآ
illa
except
أَن
an
that
يَشَآءَ
yashaa
wills
ٱللَّهُ
al-lahu
Allah
رَبُّ
rabbu
Lord
ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
al-'alamina
(of) the worlds
٢٩
But you will only wish to do so by the will of God, the Lord of all people
