Close their eyes and jaw. Help your dying ones say la ilaha illallah. If these are their last words, they will enter Paradise one day. This is a key prayer for the dying and reminds us of Islamic belief.
Scholars and companions say recite Surah Yasin for someone dying. This surah makes passing easier. People often read it before the Janazah or funeral prayer starts.
O Allah, forgive this person. Raise their rank among the guided. Send them with those who came before. Forgive us and them, O Lord of the worlds. Make the grave wide and fill it with light.
Say inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi rajiun. This means we belong to Allah and to Him we return. It brings comfort. It reminds us of Allah's will and the truth of life and death.
