Umm Salamah (RA) told us: "After Fajr prayer ended, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would say these words."
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا
Transliteration
Allaahumma innee as’aluka ‛ilman naafi‛an, warizqan tayyiban, wa ‛amalan mutaqabbalaa
Translation
O Allah, I ask You for knowledge which is beneficial and sustenance which is good, and deeds which are acceptable.
Say this after fajr namaz. You get closer to Allah's mercy. Ask for helpful knowledge, halal rizq, and accepted Amal. Every morning starts with hope and Barakah.
A: Many say Subhaanaka Allaahumma wa bihamdika wa tabaarakasmuka wa ta'alaa jadduka wa laa ilaaha ghayruka when prayer starts. This opening dua praises Allah. It gets your mind ready for namaz.
A: After takbeer, people often say Subhanakallahumma wa bihamdika wa tabarakasmuka wa ta'ala jadduka wa la ilaha ghairuk. It reminds you Allah is great. Your heart gets ready for salah.
A: After prayer, say Subhan Allah 33 times, Alhamdu Lillah 33 times, Allahu akbar 33 times. End with La ilaha illAllah. This brings blessings and keeps your heart close to Allah.
A: When salah begins, you can say Du`a AlIstiftah like Allahumma ba`id bayni wa bayna khatayaya. Different duas work. All praise Allah and clean the heart.
A: Dhikr after salah means you praise Allah, ask forgiveness, and thank Him for prayer. Repeat short duas. Remember Allah. This keeps the heart soft and full of faith.
