Glory is to You, O Allah, our Lord, and praise is Yours. O Allah, forgive me. [1]
When you bow in Salah and say this, your heart becomes humble. Allah's mercy gets closer. It keeps your heart clean and brings Barakah to your prayer.
Muslims say subhanakallahumma and allahummaghfirli when they bow. These words ask Allah to forgive and show respect. They are part of the ruku dua.
In ruku, say subhaana rabbiyal azeem - it means Glory be to my Lord Almighty. This is an important ruku dua that keeps your mind on Allah during prayer.
It means: All Glory be to You O Allah and praise be to You. Blessed is Your name and Exalted is Your Majesty, and there is none worthy of worship besides You.
Chapter seventeen mentions five different ruku dua. You can learn them and say them while you bow. They help you get close to Allah and ask for forgiveness.
Say subhanakallahumma, allahummaghfirli, or subhaana rabbiyal azeem. These prayers praise Allah, show you are humble, and ask Him to forgive you.
