Translation
Narrated Anas: The Prophet (ﷺ) offered as sacrifices, two horned rams, black and white in color. He slaughtered them with his own hands and mentioned Allah's Name over them and said Takbir and put his foot on their sides. [Bukhari: 5565]
Before you slaughter, say bismillah allahu akbar. This makes the act clean. Allah's blessings come, and your qurbani is accepted.
Say bismillah allahu akbar before any sacrifice. For yourself, add Allahumma hadha minka wa laka, hadha 'anni. This is the Islamic dua for animal sacrifice.
No. If you skip bismillah allahu akbar, the sacrifice is not valid. This is wajib for true qurbani.
In your heart, make the goal clear: this sacrifice is for Allah. Do it for Eid ul Adha as Muslim worship.
Say O Allah, accept this qurbani like You accepted from Ibrahim and Muhammad peace be on them. This is a common Muslim dua after sacrifice.
The Arabic dua is Bismillah, Allahu Akbar, Allahumma hadha minka wa laka. Say this before qurbani to follow Islamic prayers.
